    В статье рассматривается опыт организации обучения студентов – будущих менеджеров по управлению персоналом в малых группах. Приведены результаты десятилетнего исследования в Рязанском государственном университете имени С.А. Есенина среди студентов управленческих направлений подготовки. Отмечен позитивный результат внедрения малых творческих групп при реализации активных и интерактивных методов обучения. Предложена анкета самооценки работы студента в малой группе, позволяющая определить свою роль, свой личный вклад, оценить причины возникших сложностей и проблем, а также наметить ориентиры для будущей работы.

  • On the History of the Formation of Assyrian Diasporas in Cities on the Riga Railway

    Abstract:
    In the article the author talks about a local episode in the history of the formation of one of the little-studied diasporas of the cities of Central Russia – the Assyrians. The author's goal is to consider the emergence of communities of the considered ethnic group using the example of small Assyrian diasporas known from the Riga Railway. Since the Assyrians settled in the cities of European Russia for the most part after exodus from their places of traditional residence, fleeing the genocide unleashed by the Turkish authorities during the First World War, their new places of residence anyway were tied to the lines of the railways that existed at that time. For this study, the Riga (formerly Vindava) direction was chosen, about the Assyrians of which the author has so far collected the maximum possible information. Based on the materials of the largest researcher of the Assyrian diaspora of the former USSR – archimandrite Stephen (Sado), as well as on the materials of his own field research, the author provides the reader with information on the diasporas that arose at the early stage of the formation of the Russian Assyrian community – in the 1920s-1930s. The article deals with the Assyrians of the former city of Tushino, which in 1960 became part of Moscow, Istra, Volokolamsk, Rzhev, Velikiye Luki, Toropets, located on the territory of the Moscow, Tver and Pskov regions of the Russian Federation. First of all, the participation of families from different tribal and rural communities in the formation of diasporas is considered, as a result, the author identifies at least three parts on this railway direction, inhabited by people from certain tribes. The first part, which includes the former city of Tushino and, possibly, Istra and Volokolamsk, is represented by the diasporas of the Jylu tribe. In the second, on the indicated railway direction, we include only the city of Rzhev. There, first of all, we see two groups of families of people from the village. Kochanis (Kuchisnaya tribe) and the Diz region (Diznaya). The latter point allows us to consider the city as part of the settlement area of the diasporas of this group, which includes some cities of the Tver and Smolensk regions, located along the adjacent Torzhok – Vyazma branch. The third part is the cities of Velikiye Luki and Toropets, in which we know mainly the Assyrians of the Shapatna group, who in the 1920–1930s created a large array of settlement of their diasporas, covering part of the north-west of Russia, Belarus, part of the north of Ukraine.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассмотрены проблемы организации учебно-воспитательной работы. Проанализированы характерные особенности воспитательной системы как составляющей части образовательной программы. Выявлена и обоснована необходимость психолого-педагогического сопровождения ребенка для его гармоничного развития. Сформулирована проблема организации воспитательно-образовательного процесса в разновозрастной группе ДОУ. Особое внимание уделяется задачам, которые решаются в ЦО «Краснолесский», совместной работе педагогов и родителей, повышению квалификации педагогического состава. Указано на необходимость отслеживания результатов управления развитием воспитательной системы дошкольного образовательного учреждения для успешной реализации воспитательной системы. На основе проведенного исследования анализируется результативность воспитательной системы в ЦО, намечаются новые пути решения учебно-воспитательной работы в дошкольном отделении Центра образования. Сделан вывод о том, что воспитательная система в ЦО «Краснолесский» призвана создавать комфортные условия для всех участников воспитательно-образовательного процесса, чтобы обеспечить комплексное развитие каждого ребенка с учетом его индивидуальных особенностей.

    Abstract:
    The article describes the results of studying the social and communicative development of preschool children, in particular – the features of interpersonal relationships of children brought up in different age groups of pre-school educational institutions. The studies aim is to identify the features of the sociometric structure of a group of different ages, motives and needs for communication, such communicative qualities as initiativity, selectivity, and stability of communication. Methods of research. The study was conducted in pre-school educational institutions in Petrozavodsk. To test the hypothesis, the following methods were used: sociometric method and the method of involved observation, quantitative and qualitative analysis. Discussion of results. Analysis of the results of the study showed that children in different age groups have specific features of social and communicative development, which may be the result of spontaneous socialization factors. Among the highlighted features there is an incomplete sociometric structure of the pre-school group of different ages, the dominance of pragmatic motivation for communication, the predominance of heterogeneous game groups by gender and age, rigid fixation of positions in communication, and strict normative regulation of interaction between children of different ages. It is concluded that the results obtained can be used to determine the directions of educational work of specialists, manage spontaneous factors of socialization in order to minimize their negative impact on the social development of children.

  • Consideration of Students' Gender Characteristics in Teaching Foreign Languages

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the gender characteristics of boys and girls, which should be taken into account in teaching in general, and in teaching foreign languages in particular. Theoretical analysis of psychological literature has revealed the gender characteristics of students that must be taken into account when teaching foreign languages. Methods of research. To study the gender characteristics of students, we have developed an author's questionnaire that includes the study of the reasons for students' reluctance to speak English with representatives of the opposite sex and the tendency of students to work in groups. The results of study reveal the features of learning material by girls and boys, the gender reasons for students ' reluctance to speak English with representatives of the opposite sex, and the characteristics of female and male students to work in groups. Discussion of the research results. Based on the results of the research, the article develops recommendations for organizing the educational process, taking into account the gender characteristics of the assimilation of educational material by boys and girls. Conclusion. Based on the study, an important conclusion is made that the use of a gender approach in education has a positive impact on the development of students, their development of the curriculum, team cohesion, academic performance, motivation, and much more.

    Abstract:
    The comparative results of the 15-year study on stereotypical associations regarding the ethnonym “Uzbeks” among uzbek youth are presented in the article. Methods. The main components of the content of the ethnic autostereotype of uzbek youth at the beginning of our century (2003–2005) and today are revealed by the method of associative experiment. Comparative analysis of the results of the association experiment in the context of 15 years showed a significant increase in the role of “personal traits” in the characteristics of their ethnic group, as opposed to a sharp reduction in the share of traditional activities and their products. Results. It is pointed out that despite the fact that the concepts related to national clothing retain their leading positions (for example “tyubeteika”, “atlas”, etc.) and objects of national life (“lagan”, “tandyr” etc.), the strengthening of ethnic self-perception through the historical prism and geographical features was recorded, which may be a consequence of active educational work, which focusing on historical achievements and the special geostrategic position of the country. It is concluded that the results obtained can be a sign of noticeable shifts in the national consciousness of uzbek youth, which are manifested in the shift of attention from the external attributes of the traditional way of life of the ethnic group to the internal composition of these formal features.

    В статье описываются результаты исследования группы сложных колоронимов, функционирующих в качестве историзмов в современном немецком языке. В ходе анализа выявлены основные лексико-семантические группы исследуемых историзмов: наименования представителей общественно-политических и военных организаций, государственных флагов и наград, пейоративные наименования лиц и т. п. Кроме того, установлено, что исследуемые историзмы-колоронимы образуют разнообразный в функциональном и семантическом отношениях пласт лексики и демонстрируют тенденцию к сохранению семы цвета. Исследуемые единицы принадлежат к пейоративно коннотированной и идеологически нагруженной лексике. Перевод данных слов предполагает знакомство с историей и культурой страны изучаемого языка, что должно стимулировать познавательную активность обучающихся и их интерес к языковым и культурным контактам наций и стран, социально-историческому развитию общества.

    В статье говорится о том, что для комплексного решения вопросов создания доступной среды необходимо участие самих людей с инвалидностью в создании этой среды, которая включает в себя не только физическую составляющую, но и социальную. С одной стороны, необходимо обучить людей взаимодействию с людьми с ОВЗ, с другой, людей с инвалидностью необходимо научить пользоваться доступной средой. С этой целью был разработан и реализуется социально-образовательный проект «Формирование коммуникативной компетентности для взаимодействия с людьми с ограниченными возможностями здоровья».
