    Currently the business risk assessment monitoring becomes increasingly relevant for enterprises. The aim of the article is to determine to quantitative risk value of aggregate risk of enterprises located in two zones: one part in positive while the other in quite significant negative. The article resulted in development of the approaches enabling the firms to reduce aggregate risk in order to remove it from negative zone.     Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of the role of educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems in the development of «soft skills», according to students, doctors and teachers of a medical university. The topic is very relevant in view of the fact that in recent years there has been an active development of educational ecosystems. And, despite the fact that approaches to the educational process and many requirements for specialists change from time to time, the concept of «flexible skills» remains very relevant, including for educators and medicine, and even more so for doctors involved in the training of young professionals. The objects of the study were 150 people, men and women, divided into 3 groups of 50 subjects, depending on belonging to a particular community. Group 1 included 50 medical students enrolled in the 4th year of the medical faculty of VGMU N.N. Burdenko. The second group included 50 practicing physicians of the VRCH №1 of various specialties (both surgical and therapeutic). Group 3 included employees of various departments from among the teaching staff of the VGMU N.N. Burdenko. The basis of the study was an anonymous questionnaire developed by the authors, which includes both some personal questions – age and work experience, and specifically aimed at determining the level of awareness of the respondents about educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems, about the level of knowledge about «soft skills», with ranking from more significant to less significant for their practical activities, as well as including issues of satisfaction with the current education system and opportunities for improved mastery of «soft skills» through educational ecosystems. The data obtained can significantly help in understanding the importance of modern educational ecosystems and medical educational ecosystems for better and faster mastering of soft skills.

Синонимы и антонимы в лексике турецкого языка появились разными путями, самым значительным среди них является заимствованная лексика.     Abstract:
    Поддержка принятия клинических решений, анализ изображений на основе искусственного интеллекта является особенно многообещающей областью исследований в области онкологии. Успешное лечение возможно только в случае обнаружения меланомы на ранних стадиях ее биологического развития и сопровождается хорошим долгосрочным прогнозом, не снижая качества жизни больных. В статье предлагаются оригинальные метрики по расчету показателей асимметрии и границы образования кожи по его изображению. Данные метрики подразумевают настройку пороговых значений, выставляемых экспертами, что поможет компенсировать разницу в качестве изображения, особенностей производства фотографии и т. д. По метрикам строятся временные ряды, которые можно прогнозировать при помощи классических и интеллектуальных моделей прогнозирования.

    В статье отражены сведения об образовании в 1930 г. новой административно-территориальной единицы в советском государстве, а также описаны ее административно-территориальные преобразования в последующие два десятилетия. Указаны роль и влияние данных событий на установление и развитие судебной системы во вновь образованном субъекте политической карты страны. Представлены основные правовые акты, имевшие ключевое значение в вышеуказанных событиях и регламентировавшие описанные явления политической жизни региона. Установлена взаимосвязь происходивших в Ханты-Мансийском округе административно-территориальных преобразований с происходившими в стране реформами. Отмечена важность и актуальность заявленной темы. Приведена историография вопроса.
