Research ArticleDevelopment of education Volume 6 No 3- Author:
- Svetlana G. Krasnova
- Work direction:
- Psychology in Education
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to the problem of identifying the relationship between childhood experience of domestic violence and anxiety in young people. Relevance. The study of the relationship between childhood experience of domestic violence and anxiety among young people is of particular interest due to the specific age characteristics of youth on the one hand, and the significance of the childhood period on the other. In childhood, the foundations of personality are laid, stable personality traits are formed, and youth is characterized by a desire for self-realization, professional self-determination, the development of a system of moral and cultural values, in the formation and manifestation of which the experience of child domestic violence can have a significant negative impact. Based on the analysis of literary sources, it was revealed that the experience of child domestic violence can subsequently cause situational and personal anxiety. This was the basis for studying the relationship between children's experience of domestic violence and anxiety in youth (in retrospect) to develop a diagnostic technique. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between childhood experiences of domestic violence and anxiety at the age of youth. In this work, the following research methods were used: analysis of theoretical sources on the research problem, study of the resources of educational Internet portals, survey, testing, mathematical and statistical methods. Calculations were performed using the Statistica 10 statistical package. The Student's t-criterion was used to compare unrelated samples, and Pearson's r-criterion was the linear correlation coefficient. The Pubmed search engine in the Scopus electronic database, as well as the scientific electronic library (e-Library) were used to review the literature. In the course of the study, publications and web data were searched by keywords and phrases: "violence of children in the family", "physical violence", "mental violence", "sexual violence", "detection of domestic violence". Research results and discussion. The article offers the results of a correlation analysis between the personal and situational anxiety of respondents and their childhood experience of domestic violence experienced at the age of 14, a description of the author's questionnaire for studying physical, psycho-emotional and sexual violence of young people aged 15 to 24 years (in retrospect). Conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the experience of child domestic violence can cause and actualize situational and personal anxiety later. In this regard, the study of the relationship between children's experience of domestic violence and anxiety among young people is an important task designed to provide an understanding of how human development occurs in ontogenesis. It is also associated with the study of the factors of the formation of a person as a full-fledged personality.

- Abstract:
- In this chapter, on the example of East Flanders (a region of Belgium), the pedagogical influence of urban public space on the socialization of children is considered. There are two points of view on the relationship between children and the urban area. It is possible to define relations from the point of view of the need to protect children from the dangers posed by the city, the signs of which are the spatial segregation of children into separate play spaces. Children should be able to move independently and safely around the urban public space in order to make full use of the communication opportunities offered by the city; this leads to the establishment of such criteria for the infrastructure of the city that would be favorable for children. At the same time, urban public space should be considered as a co-teacher. Three cases from the Belgian city of Gent are presented to illustrate this discussion.

- Abstract:
- The introduction describes the features of thinking, perception and analyzing observation of children with ONR, which make it difficult to correctly analyze and evaluate visual information. The research methodology is the task «Nelepies» in the version presented by R.S. Nemov. The results of the study provide generalized quantitative results for individual absurdities. Qualitative analysis captures the correct answers and reveals the mechanisms of children's erroneous answers. Qualitative characteristics of the analysis carried out by normally developing children and children with OHP (III level) aged 5 years when considering this image are presented: options for explaining inconsistencies (whether everything is drawn correctly) and options for clarifying answers (how it should actually be). For each option for explaining and clarifying discrepancies, generalized quantitative data and a quantitative difference between the results of normally developing children and children with OHP (III level) are given. All variants of explanations and clarifications are illustrated by the children's answers and presented in accordance with the quantitative difference between the indicators of children with normal speech development and GR (III level). At the same time, variants with a quantitative predominance in the norm, variants with a quantitative predominance in OHP (level III) and variants that are noted only in OHP (level III) are indicated. In conclusion, a sequence of established options for explanations and clarifications is presented in terms of the degree of quantitative difference between the indicators of normally developing children and children with OHP (level III) from a larger difference to a smaller one.

- Larisa P. Karpushina
- Work direction:
- Psychology in Education
- Abstract:
- The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate the technologies for the formation of Russian identity among schoolchildren in an ethnocultural educational environment and formulate recommendations for their use. Based on the methods of theoretical analysis, as well as generalization of his own and advanced pedagogical experience, the author proposes some effective forms and means that contribute to the formation of Russian identity among schoolchildren in an ethno-cultural educational environment. The article emphasizes the connection between the concepts of «Russian identity» and «patriotism», provides a definition of the ethno-cultural educational environment, describes the various areas of work on the formation of the Russian identity of students in the course of educational and extracurricular activities, reveals the forms of organization of interethnic and intercultural communication participants in the educational process. The paper also considers the means of forming Russian identity in the lessons of literature, mathematics, fine arts, music, and technology. In the conclusions, the author characterizes the process of formation of Russian identity as the process of becoming a socially active person who is able to actively interact in a polyethnic and multicultural society, to carry out interethnic and intercultural communication and cooperation, and from this point of view assigns a special role to gaming technologies and highlights their social function, which consists in the development of social roles by schoolchildren, and, consequently, sociocultural norms, the ability to evaluate their social behavior in terms of the mastered rules of behavior in situations of interethnic and intercultural interaction.

- Ethno-Cultural Problems of Education
- Abstract:
- The article deals with the issues of ethnocultural education of younger schoolchildren and the features of their solution in the modern information world; the results of an empirical study are presented, showing the insufficiently formed level of knowledge of the culture of the Karelian people by children on the example of the Kalevala epic, the development of which is mandatory in the educational space of the Republic of Karelia; examples of the use of the ideas of the synthesis of arts in the course of creating a choreographic work based on the Kalevala epic have been studied. The work is based on the author's observations of the process of studying the Karelian-Finnish epic “Kalevala” by students of primary school age in the conditions of the city of Petrozavodsk. The main research methods were theoretical analysis and experimental and practical work with an experimental group of younger schoolchildren. The author has studied the possibilities of applying the synthesis of arts in the formation of knowledge about the Kalevala epic. The epos “Kalevala” is included in the national-regional component of the educational program, the implementation of which makes it possible to achieve the tasks of ethno-cultural development and education of schoolchildren. However, in the conditions of multitasking pedagogical practice, forced to respond to all the challenges of the information world, the issues of preserving cultural traditions and transferring ethnocultural experience in the modern world become difficult to solve and depend on the stereotypes formed by modern mass media.

- The practice of psychological and pedagogical support for children (including gifted ones) is used in comprehensive schools and has positive results. In music schools where pre-professional training of gifted children is carried out, this form of work, which contributes to the creation of the most favorable соnditions for the development and education of musically gifted children is absent. A program of psychological and pedagogical support for musically gifted children aged 10–11 has been created and tested in the Children's Music School No. 1 of the Podolsk City District. In developing and evaluating the effectiveness of the program, the following were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature on this topic; questioning, testing; monitoring the educational process and its results; conducting classes under the program of psychological and pedagogical support; mathematical processing of the received data.
