    Abstract:
    This paper focuses on the continuity in lifelong teachers training development framework, provided by all stages of education. Presently, continuity is a factor of competitiveness and the main component of its development. The purpose of the study is to identify the conceptual foundations of the continuity in lifelong teachers training development framework within the pedagogical studio. The research methods are theoretical, general scientific and empirical methods, statistical methods, etc. Firstly, we highlighted the factors of continuity in lifelong teachers training development framework such as targeted, substantive, technological, psychological and pedagogical, managerial, procedural. Secondly, we highlighted the components of the system of continuing professional pedagogical education. They are conceptual, substantive, procedural, emotional, methodological and analytical. Thirdly, we considered the pedagogical studio as a means of implementing continuity. Then, individual educational path were examined. Theoretical and practical results are the following: based on the program-target method the continuity in lifelong teachers training development framework contributes to teacher's personality development.

    In work the urgency of the problem of the development of professional competencies is substantiated, since future medical workers have a contradiction between their psychological readiness and practical abilities to perform professional labor functions. The importance of creating a practice-oriented educational environment as a determinant of the formation of students' professional knowledge and professional experience is emphasized. Based on the theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign bibliographic sources, the didactic possibilities of imitation teaching methods were identified as key in the preparation of medical college students. As a result, organizational and pedagogical conditions are indicated that contribute to the qualitative practical training of students in the educational environment of the medical college.

    Abstract:
    A study aimed at improving pedagogical methods for the development of logical thinking in preschoolers through paper construction revealed that: origami paper design is not part of the main educational program of preschool education, but is used either fragmentarily or in additional classes. At the same time, the pedagogical purposeful management of the development of thinking of preschoolers is based on methods and techniques, most often limited to the methods of imitation and repetition. The study reveals a contradiction between the objective need to introduce significant substantive adjustments to the basic educational programs of preschool education and the insufficient readiness of teachers to implement it. The development and implementation of the technology of pedagogical purposeful management of the development of thinking in preschoolers through the construction of paper using the origami technique made it possible to resolve the identified contradiction and increase the effectiveness of the development of thinking among students.

  • Universal Archetypes in the Novel «Alkhalalalai» by the Sami Writer N. Bolshakova

    Abstract:
    The literature of the Kola Sami, an indigenous small-numbered people of the Arctic, is still insufficiently researched by literary critics and is little known to the scientific community. The novel «Alkhalalalai» by Nadezhda Bolshakova, a member of the Writers' Union of Russia, is the first novel in the literature of the Kola Sami. The article is devoted to the study of the archetypal basis of the novel. The analysis of universal archetypes of the Great Mother, Virgin, Heavenly Father, Rebirth, etc. is carried out. The methodology of the research consists of works in the field of cultural studies, ethnography, anthropology and psychology; mythology and folklore; literary theory; literary studies of Sami literature. The main methodological principle in the work was the application of C.G. Jung's theory of archetypes, reinterpreted by literary criticism. To solve the research tasks, methods of theoretical analysis of works in the field of anthropology, cultural studies, mythology, folklore, literary studies were used; synthesis of the data obtained; comparative analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that in the text of the work, the worldview of the aborigines of the North was reflected, among other things, in the system of universal archetypes, ritual and mytho-folklore elements. Since the novel belongs to ethnic literatures, elements of the archaic worldview of ancient man are strong in it. The literary creativity of the Sami is still influenced by the myths and folklore of the Northern culture.

  • Development of Educational and Research Independence From the Perspective of Medical University Students

    Introduction: As a full-fledged Bologna process participant, Kazakhstan is continuously implementing reforms aimed at medical education, impacting country's human capital. The professional capable of a lifelong learning is the main goal of modern education. The central role in reaching this goal is entrusted to the higher education. The relevance of our study lies within the curriculum changes with more hours for students’ independent work, which is the main method of obtaining reliable information and acquiring competence for lifelong learning. The aim of our study was to evaluate the students’ opinion on the self-study system at the Karaganda Medical University, revealing existing difficulties in the students’ acceptance of the Bologna process requirements, identifying methods to increase their involvement in self-education and scientific research. Materials and Methods: an anonymous survey was conducted among the 426 of the 3rd – 7th year and residency students, including 20 questions to identify students’ attitude to the individual work methodology as a factor for the development of skills for lifelong learning. Results and Discussion: the majority of students are voluntarily involved in the independent learning, understand its purpose, and use English-language sources with reliable up-to-date information. Less than half of the students evaluate their skills of information search and presentation as «average» and only about a quarter of them as «high». More than half of the students demonstrate interest in increasing their level of competence with these skills. Conclusions: Our study demonstrated that since the Republic of Kazakhstan accession to the BP the «Karaganda Medical University» successfully integrates new educational requirements into the educational process. Higher education system needs further improvement to better understand the students, remove barriers to progress and preserve students’ motivation to further develop personal potential.

  • Knowledge Representation in Multilingual Education Resources

    Abstract:
    Introduction. Ontologies are now recognised as the advanced standard of knowledge representation for e-learning and some industries. In particular, the development of multilingual ontological education resources is characterised as a promising area of research in the context of industry universities’ digital transformation. The article deals with the development of an academic course multilingual ontology in a Controlled Natural Language. Relevance. Although there are many ontology editors, national developers of education resources should be familiar with formal logic and have a good command of English. Therefore, it is difficult to discuss widespread use of ontology-based education solutions in Russian universities. Materials and Methods. The article offers a version of Controlled Russian Language for academic knowledge representation. A methodology to be used for compiling academic course ontologies is developed. As an example, a piece of ontology for the Introductory Course on Railways is considered. Results and Discussion. To support this way of knowledge representation, a prototype of ontology editor Onto.plus was developed to support the version of Controlled Russian Language. To implement the multilanguage function, equivalent versions for the Controlled Russian Language ontology were developed in English and Chinese. Conclusions. The solutions are a contribution to the implementation of an open project to develop an ontology resource integrating universities and industry.

    When studying the theoretical foundations of the transformation of the management system of an educational organization, the management system is understood as scientifically based actions on the part of the administration and the teaching staff of the organization, which are aimed at the rational use of available forces, time and material resources, in order to implement an effective pedagogical process within a specific educational organization. As practice shows, most educational organizations are characterized by a linear-functional organizational structure, as a result of which the management system is not mobile, it does not allow taking into account the peculiarities of the human capital of the teaching staff, weakly forms the interest of each member of the team in the final result. The article considers one of the most effective management tools in conditions when an educational organization faces the task of increasing its efficiency and effectiveness with limited resources – project management. Its implementation in the conditions of digitalization will allow educational organizations to carry out more effective strategic interaction, due to the formation of a network contact. The aim of the study is to improve the management system in a secondary school. To solve the tasks set in the work, the following research methods are used: theoretical methods – analysis and generalization of pedagogical, managerial, methodological and scientific-theoretical literature; normative documents regulating the management of an educational organization; teaching aids on the following aspects: management system, digital transformation of education, management of an educational organization, project management. In the course of our work, we came to the conclusion that the process of managing an educational organization in modern times is prone to a trend that manifests itself in a widespread, global transformation of the management system of an educational organization. One of the features of the management of the educational system is the departure from traditional forms of organizational structure, the restructuring of structures in accordance with the requirements of high efficiency in solving issues, the creation of conditions for participation in decision-making by all members of the workforce. Thus, project management is one of the most effective management tools in conditions when an educational organization faces the task of increasing its efficiency and effectiveness with limited resources.
