    Abstract:
    Проблема качества предоставляемых образовательных услуг является ключевой для любой образовательной организации, а в условиях развития дистанционных форм обучения она еще более актуализируется. В силу отсутствия прямого взаимодействия преподавателя и студента остро стоит вопрос об оценке сформированности компетенций будущих выпускников, который определяется уровнем освоения учебного материала в период обучения. Для выявления потенциального несоответствия уровня усвоения учебного материала установленным требованиям авторы предлагают рассчитывать показатель ПЧР (приоритетного числа рисков). Анализ значений ПЧР позволяет выявить темы и разделы учебной дисциплины, риск неосвоения материала по которым высок, и разработать по ним дополнительные способы взаимодействия и контроля.

The course program "Intellectual Labor Techniques" provides psychodiagnostics and further development of cognitive abilities, taking into account the interests, aptitudes and personal characteristics of gifted children and youth. The purpose of the research is to study the impact of purposeful formation of cognitive abilities on the personal development of gifted children and youth.

    The managerial aspect of educational work on health protection of students of the lyceum-boarding school are analyzed, the main results of the organizational and pedagogical process are presented. The study was conducted on the basis of a lyceum-boarding school in Innopolis, the educator of which is one of the authors of the work. The educational system of the lyceum is aimed at training and upbringing of gifted children who have demonstrated exceptional abilities in the field of natural science. The specificity, content, and forms of implementing the health protection program for students of the Innopolis lyceum are pointed out.

    The experience of organizing work with gifted children in our country at the federal and regional levels – from targeted programs, educational centers to online portals of continuing education and charitable foundations of the All-Russian level is presented in the article. The goals, objectives and basic principles of the Sirius Educational Center are disclosed. The results of a survey of teachers and curators of Sirius about the features of working with gifted children are presented. A model of the organization of training personnel for work with gifted children is presented as a master's program in psychological and pedagogical direction, implemented at the Southern Federal University.

    Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам развития новых тенденций в экологическом образовании в начальной школе в соответствии с международной концепцией устойчивого развития, их учету в деятельности общеобразовательных учреждений в нашей стране. Автор исходит из того, что экологическое образование в интересах устойчивого развития является не отдельным учебным предметом, а системообразующей основой для всего общего образования, ориентированной на цели устойчивого развития (ЮНЕСКО), экологизацию всех видов деятельности обучающихся и образовательной организации. Преемственность в преподавании предметов при реализации экологического образования как на уровне содержания, так и в методиках и технологиях обучения представляется автору особенно важной, и он на примере курса «Светская этика» в 4-м классе общеобразовательной школы в рамках предметной области «Духовно-нравственная культура народов РФ» показывает, как она может быть эффективна в формировании общей экологической культуры обучающихся. Выводы и результаты статьи могут быть полезны практикующим педагогам, преподающим в начальной школе, ученым, разрабатывающим стратегию и тактику экологического образования в рамках концепции устойчивого развития.

    Abstract:
    Ethnic tourism is an important cultural and educational direction in the field of knowledge of traditions and everyday life of an ethnic group. The subject of the research is ethnic tourism. The research is aimed at solving the scientific problem of substantiating and developing modern forms of internal ethnotourism in a multicultural region. The purpose of the work is to determine the features and prospects of ethnic tourism in the sustainable development of territories. Methods: comparative and geographical, statistical methods, SWOT-analysis, field research. It was revealed that Russia, being a multi-ethnic state, has significant prerequisites for the development of ethnic tourism and contributes to the inclusion of the original culture of peoples in the world heritage. Important centers of ethnotourism in the regions of Russia are ethnographic museums, open-air museums, and ethnographic villages, the concentration of which can be observed in Western Siberia and the Ural-Volga region. One of the promising areas for the development of ethnic tourism is the Orenburg region, which has a number of competitive advantages (the presence of various forms of folk art, including the holding of popular mass national holidays; the production of exclusive goods and services that are products of folk crafts; the presence of a greater number and variety of types of cultural heritage objects). The article concludes that the development of ethnic tourism cultivates respect for the traditional culture of various peoples of Russia.

    The article is devoted to the consireation of problems arising in the implementation of ethno-cultural education. The purpose of article is to consider the main problems of modern ethno-cultural education in the Republic of Buryatia and suggest ways to solve them. The methods of the article are based on a theoretical analysis of research on this issue and monitoring data on ethno-cultural education in the Republic of Buryatia. As a result of this work, the main existing problems of ethno-cultural education in Buryatia are highlighted. It is concluded that modern ethno-cultural education should be aimed at the formation of multi-ethnic cultural competence of the individual and be implemented at all levels of education. State authorities, public and interested organizations whose activities are aimed at the development of multi-ethnic culture of modern youth should be involved in solving the problems that arise in the implementation of ethno-cultural education.
