    Abstract:
    В статье представлена работа со студентами среднего профессионального образования с начала учебного года на внимательность, сосредоточенность на парах, понимание материала, а также способность к запоминанию при условии полного запрета со стороны преподавателя использования смартфонов на учебных занятиях и переменах с учётом концепции здоровьесберегающих технологий. Даны актуальные исследования, относящиеся к указанной теме. Для нивелирования негативного воздействия использования смартфонов на базе учебного заведения применялись здоровьесберегающих технологии, а именно: периодические краткие физкультзанятия, «пятиминутки», которые позволяли «перезагрузить» студентов и продолжить обучение. Комплексная и системная работа с учётом концепции здоровьесберегающих технологий привела к положительным сдвигам в их обучении, общем самочувствии и настроении.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты теоретического и эмпирического исследования проблемы взаимовлияния синдрома эмоционального выгорания и структуры профессиональной мотивации у педагогов дошкольных образовательных учреждений, работающих в условиях инклюзивной среды. Актуальность исследования обусловлена ростом психоэмоциональных нагрузок на педагогический персонал в связи с необходимостью сопровождения детей с особыми образовательными потребностями (ОВЗ). Теоретически проанализированы современные подходы к пониманию структуры и динамики обоих феноменов. В ходе эмпирического исследования установлено, что по мере нарастания симптомов выгорания (эмоциональное истощение, деперсонализация, редукция профессиональных достижений) происходит трансформация мотивационного профиля в сторону доминирования внешней отрицательной мотивации при одновременном снижении внутренней и внешней положительной мотивации. Показана опосредующая роль смысложизненных ориентаций в данном процессе.

    В статье рассматривается вопрос потенциала игр на подносах как эффективного средства развития самостоятельности у детей раннего возраста. Обосновывается актуальность темы, ссылаясь на сензитивный период развития самостоятельности и требования Федеральной образовательной программы дошкольного образования. Раскрывается принцип автодидактичности развивающей предметно-пространственной среды, который позволяет ребенку самообучаться без прямого руководства взрослого. Особое внимание уделяется роли педагога как наблюдателя и фасилитатора, создающего условия для детской инициативы. В заключении делается вывод о комплексном положительном влиянии игр на подносах на формирование самостоятельности и сопутствующих компетенций.

    В статье рассматривается проблема сохранения и укрепления психологического здоровья родителей в контексте современных социокультурных вызовов. Актуальность исследования обусловлена ростом психоэмоциональных нагрузок на родителей, что приводит к увеличению уровня стресса, эмоционального выгорания и снижению качества детско-родительских отношений. В статье цель работы – проанализировать структуру и роль ключевых личностных ресурсов в поддержании психологического здоровья родителей. Результаты исследования позволили выделить и охарактеризовать три ключевых личностных ресурса, доказавших свою эффективность в преодолении родительского стресса: резилентность как способность к адаптации, самосострадание как альтернатива перфекционизму и рефлексивность как основа гибкости родительской позиции.

    В статье рассматривается проблема эмоционального выгорания педагогов в условиях перехода к гибридному обучению после пандемии COVID-19. На основе эмпирического исследования (опрос 85 учителей общеобразовательных школ Краснодарского края) анализируются факторы резилиенса как буфера против выгорания. Выявлено, что высокий уровень социальной и эмоциональной поддержки снижает риск эмоционального выгорания на 35%. Рассмотрены гендерные и возрастные различия. Предложены практические рекомендации по психологическому сопровождению педагогов в школах.

В теоретическом обзоре проблемы изучены мнения современных отечественных и зарубежных исследователей об основных факторах и предпосылках выгорания педагогов. Под «выгоранием» понимается своеобразный тип профессионального недомогания педагогов, активно взаимодействующих с людьми, первоначально обозначаемый как состояние бессилия, изнеможения, сочетающееся с ощущение собственной беспомощности. Особое значение «выгорание» имеет для профессии педагога дошкольного образования.

    В статье представлен комплексный анализ синдрома эмоционального выгорания (СЭВ) в педагогической деятельности с позиций доказательной медицины. На основе данных международных и российских исследований раскрывается эпидемиологическая картина проблемы, демонстрирующая, что педагоги относятся к группе высокого профессионального риска, а распространенность СЭВ среди них достигает 30–50%. В работе детально рассматривается структура синдрома и обосновывается доказательный подход к его диагностике с использованием валидизированных методик и необходимости дифференциальной диагностики. Основное внимание уделено системной, многоуровневой модели профилактики и коррекции, включающей организационные, командные и индивидуальные мероприятия с подтвержденной эффективностью. Делается вывод о том, что решение проблемы выгорания педагогов требует не только индивидуальных усилий, но и, в первую очередь, изменений в системе образования.

    В статье рассматривается проблема психолого-педагогического сопровождения родителей детей с ОВЗ в период получения ими начального образования в Кыргызстане. Опираясь на статистические данные, указывающие на ежегодный прирост числа детей с ООП и барьеры в инклюзивном образовании КР, авторы обосновывают роль семьи и необходимость развития её копинг-ресурсов для успешной адаптации ребенка в социуме. Подчеркивается, что отсутствие систематической поддержки в большинстве общеобразовательных школ снижает шансы ребенка на освоение индивидуального образовательного маршрута. В качестве примера эффективного решения проблемы представлен опыт частной школы «Аd Аstrа Аcademy», который основан на формировании социально-психологической компетентности и снижении стигмы, обеспечивая ресурсное состояние родителей и, как следствие, успех инклюзивного образования.

    Национально ориентированное учебное пособие «Изучаем русский язык в игре: Ван Нин, Ваня друзья и знакомые» можно использовать в качестве приложения к имеющимся учебникам по русскому языку, формирующим у китайских обучающихся коммуникативную компетенцию в рамках элементарного и базового уровней. Новизна данного пособия состоит в том, что на его основе учебное общение обучающихся происходит весело и интересно, так как коммуникативное содержание пособия даётся в форме «скоморошины» – весёлого театрального действа. Методика работы представляет собой аналог проектного обучения, когда предлагаемый пособием сценарий преобразуется самими студентами в удобный для них формат с привлечением творческого потенциала участников проекта. Кроме того, примеры, в каких направлениях можно развернуть проект, даются в Авансцене (а также в других сценах) с методической интерпретацией в специальном разделе «В помощь преподавателю и руководителю проекта». Речь героев «спектакля» выходит за рамки общеупотребительной (с точки зрения уровня А1-А2) лексики и насыщена несложными элементами русской разговорной речи, что поможет обучающимся в дальнейшем чувствовать себя комфортно в условиях русскоязычной среды. Авторы потенциального Проекта желают успехов коллективам, решившим проявить свой творческий ресурс при работе с данным учебным пособием.

    Abstract:
    The internationalization of the educational sphere, the growth of international academic mobility, and the development of educational cooperation determine the identification of key guidelines in the system of training national personnel for foreign countries. The Russian Federation is among the top ten countries in the world for the export of education. Every year, an increasing number of foreign citizens are attracted to training in programs for the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate programs of Russian universities, including pedagogical ones. The purpose of this study is to analyze the student body and the practices of training foreign citizens in the postgraduate program of a pedagogical university. The author analyzed the contingent of foreign postgraduate students at pedagogical universities in the Volga Federal District. The paper presents a system for training and supporting foreign postgraduate students, which allows them to more easily adapt to the new socio-cultural environment and master the educational and scientific components of the postgraduate program. The main problems of training foreign citizens in postgraduate programs are identified and areas of activity are proposed to improve the process of training foreign scientific and pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate programs of pedagogical universities.

    Abstract:
    The professional education of future lawyers must prioritize the cultivation of resilience as a core competency. Resilience enables legal professionals to manage stress, prevent burnout, and sustain psychological well-being amid the demanding nature of legal practice. The legal field is characterized by high workloads, intellectual intensity, and emotional pressures arising from litigation, client relations, and decision-making under uncertainty. These conditions often lead to fatigue, irritability, and loss of motivation, ultimately impairing professional performance. Empirical research reveals that more than half of practicing lawyers report high or extreme levels of stress, frequently accompanied by emotional exhaustion and apathy. Contributing factors include excessive caseloads, exposure to distressing information, and the constant need to anticipate legal risks. As technology continues to transform the legal sphere particularly through artificial intelligence and automation lawyers face new challenges that require continuous learning digital literacy, and adaptability. Therefore, legal education should incorporate systematic approaches to strengthen students’ psychological preparedness. Evidence-based training programs focused on emotional regulation, communication, and self-management can help students build sustainable careers and maintain well-being. Integrating resilience development into the curriculum ensures that future lawyers remain effective, ethical, and mentally balanced professionals in an ever-changing legal and technological environment.

  • Festivals as a Practice of Representing the Ethnic Culture of Tuvans

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of festivals as a form of ethnic activism in the context of modern digital reality. They are considered as one of the varieties of social practices that contribute to the representation of the traditional culture of Tuvans. The work is based on materials collected by the author during visits to festivals in the Republic of Tuva, monitoring the activities of the participants — Tuvan craftsmen as active actors in ethnosocial processes to revive the traditional culture of Tuvans and subjects of ethnic entrepreneurship. Internet resources as platforms for expressing ethnic identity of Tuvans have also been studied, and scientific literature has been analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that in the context of a changing socio-cultural paradigm, Tuvans as carriers of ethnic culture are changing the ways of transmitting and broadcasting their identity and cultural heritage. Observations show that the number of organized festivals is increasing every year. They differ in their focus on actualizing one or another lost aspect of traditional culture. Some of them acquire interregional or international status with the expansion of the geography of participants. During these festivals, ethnicity is reproduced through its playing on “stages”, as well as manifested at competitions and symposiums during the festivals. They represent elements, images, symbols, forms, and knowledge about Tuvan tradition. In the context of changing socio-cultural space, Tuvans are mastering new, mass ways of communication, expanding horizons and ways of forming and broadcasting their ethnic identity.

  • Iran and Iranians as Perceived by Udmurt Writers in the 1950s–1970s

    Abstract:
    The image of Iran occupies a significant place in Udmurt literature of the 1950s–1970s. Works about Iran are beginning to reveal new facets in our time, in an era of global confrontation with the West and a turn to the East. The object of this analysis is the literary texts of G. Simakov, M. Pokchi-Petrov, G. Khodyrev, and V. Vladykin. The aim of the study is to examine the reception of Iran in Udmurt texts of the 1950s–1970s. The primary research method is descriptive and analytical, utilizing receptive criticism techniques. The results of the analysis are as follows. In his stories and play “Beyond Kopet-Dag”, G. Simakov depicted life in Iran during the Great Patriotic War, during the Lend-Lease program. The texts contain many unexplained passages and events that are easily fleshed out by the modern reader. M. Pokchi-Petrov and G. Khodyrev, who had contacts with Iranian student actors, seek points of contact between Udmurt and Iranian cultures. The appeal of Udmurt poets (V. Vladykin and others) to Persian culture, for example, to rubai, is intended to expand the boundaries of national poetry, in which rhetoric and declarativeness prevailed. Iran became one of the most important bridges between Udmurt literature and the East in the period 1950–1970.

    The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies. Based on the analysis, the authors propose to identify three key categories in the classification of digital competencies: information, communication and technical skills. The importance of the formation of digital competencies for specialists in various industries and the need for their formation in the process of professional training in higher education institutions are discussed.

    В статье рассматривается проблема формирования у учащихся приёмов работы с геометрическим чертежом – ключевого навыка, необходимого для успешного решения планиметрических задач и развития исследовательских способностей. В работе обосновывается важность целенаправленного обучения методам взаимодействия с графическим изображением: показано, что стихийное освоение приёмов приводит к их недостаточной осознанности и ограничивает практическое применение. Авторы раскрывают сущность понятия «приём» как упорядоченной системы действий, обладающей свойствами обобщения, переноса и трансформации. Представлена трёхуровневая система задач, обеспечивающая поэтапное формирование навыков. Статья предлагает системный подход к обучению, сочетающий осмысление, фиксацию и постепенное совершенствование практических умений в работе с геометрическим чертежом.

    В статье рассматривается вопрос процесса интеграции западноевропейских вокальных традиций в образовательную систему ведущих музыкальных учреждений Китая на протяжении первой четверти XXI века. Работа опирается на компаративный анализ учебных программ Центральной консерватории Пекина, Шанхайской консерватории и европейских музыкальных вузов, выявляя специфику модификации традиционных итальянских и немецких методик. Рассматривается роль выпускников западных консерваторий в формировании обновленной педагогической парадигмы, а также процесс создания синтетических образовательных моделей, объединяющих академические стандарты с элементами национальной вокальной культуры. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам согласования тональной структуры китайского языка с принципами европейского звукоизвлечения, интеграции традиционных дыхательных практик Востока с западными вокальными техниками, а также формированию репертуарной базы, отражающей межкультурный синтез в условиях глобализации музыкального образования.

    Abstract:
    В статье обосновывается тезис о том, что ключевым ресурсом развития таких качеств, как ответственность, инициативность, эмпатия, критическое мышление и способность к рефлексии, выступает система наставничества, реализуемая классным руководителем в повседневной воспитательной практике. Автор опирается на методы педагогического наблюдения, анализа воспитательных практик и теоретического осмысления опыта работы в военно-морском училище, а также использует положения педагогической психологии. Показано, что наставничество – центральный механизм личностного становления воспитанника в условиях длительного воспитания. Последовательная и этичная позиция классного руководителя как проводника, а не контролёра, создаёт «безопасное пространство» для развития ответственности, инициативности и способности строить осмысленные отношения, трансформируя его роль в формирование зрелой, нравственной личности, способной к самостоятельному выбору в нестабильном мире.
