    В статье представлены результаты исследования такого компонента цифровой грамотности, как «социопсихологические угрозы» в форме киберкоммуникативной и компьютерной зависимости у младших подростков. В исследовании применены опросные методы выявления этих двух видов зависимости («Тест-опросник степени увлеченности младших подростков компьютерными играми» А.В. Гришиной и «Опросник на киберкоммуникативную зависимость» А.В Тончевой). Результаты опроса 88 подростков 11–12 лет показали, что компьютерная зависимость и склонность к ней в виде зависимости от онлайн-игр охватывает больше половины опрошенных детей (в основном – мальчики), треть опрошенных склонны или полностью зависят от виртуального общения (в основном – девочки).

Приведены результаты эмпирической оценки мотивационных, рефлексивных и поведенческих личностных адаптационных ресурсов подростков-воспитанников детского дома. Обозначены направления и содержание психолого-педагогического сопровождения, организуемого в детском доме для развития адаптационных ресурсов личности воспитанников подросткового возраста.

    Статья посвящена проблеме психолого-педагогического сопровождения семей с детьми раннего возраста в период адаптации к условиям дошкольной образовательной организации. На основе эмпирических данных, полученных в ходе исследования, авторы выделяют особенности психолого-педагогического сопровождения семей с детьми раннего возраста в адаптационный период. Среди них: поэтапная организация сотрудничества педагогов с семьей, более частое общение участников образовательного процесса, учет запросов и ожиданий родителей, необходимость психолого-педагогического мониторинга течения адаптационного периода каждого ребенка, органичное сочетание очных и дистанционных форм сотрудничества с семьей, нежелательность совместных с детьми и родителями мероприятий в адаптационный период, внедрение информационно-коммуникационных технологий.

  • Determining the Total Number of Endocrine Disorders Among Children With Speech Disorders: Social and Dispatching Work

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to determining the total number of endocrine disorders of the thyroid gland among children with speech disorders based on medical ultrasound data. The author of the article outlines that due to the fact that the prevalence of speech disorders is 100% among children with hypothyroidism, the following question deserves attention: “How many endocrine disorders can occur in children with speech disorders?”. Methods of research. Within the framework of the social and dispatching work of specialists of the psychological-medical-pedagogical commission, the referral of children with speech disorders to a medical ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland was organized. At the same time, none of the children had previously been examined by an endocrinologist or received appropriate treatment. The first group of children attended speech therapy classes at the Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Rehabilitation and Correction in Nizhneudinsk in the 2013-2014 academic year. The second group of children attended preschool educational institution №208 in the 2016-2017 academic year. The study allowed to draw the following key conclusions: in children with speech disorders in 40% of cases do have previously undetected endocrine disorders that deserve close attention and study by medical professionals, both of primary health care institution (Institute of Pediatrics) and pediatric endocrinologists; 29% of children with speech disorders potentially need the help of an endocrinologist. The algorithm for sending parents of children with speech disorders to consult medical specialists, whose help the child may need is presented in the article. The results of the study may be of interest to a wide range of medical and pedagogical specialists working in the system of school psychological and pedagogical councils, central and territorial psychological and medical and pedagogical commissions in the current conditions of the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) implementation.

  • Study of Peculiar Features of Russian Public Service Announcements

    The article deals with the formation of modern public service announcement in Russia, its features in comparison with foreign ones. The author outlines that there are certain psychological methods used in Russian public service announcements. They are related to the traditions of society, the Russian mentality, the level of cultural development of the target audience, etc. The relationship between the ad performance and the psychological methods of influence that it uses, in particular, resorting to the effect of social conformity is examined in the article. Research methods. The study aimed at clarifying the attitude of the population to various types and forms of public service announcement is described. Research objectives are to determine which types of public service announcements attract the most attention, to define which public service announcements are more memorable, to clarify what feelings are caused by the most memorable public service announcements, to state the degree of influence of public service announcements on the behavior of individuals in specific situations. The survey was conducted using a open-ended questions. The results of the research. The most memorable public service announcement is the one that is addressed directly to the person and their good physical condition. Less attention is drawn to public service announcements designed to engage in a particular public activity. It is concluded that public service announcements can be classified by destination, by ways how it affects the audience, by the scale of distribution, by the type of implementation, etc. The methods of influence that are used in Russian public service announcements must be studied in detail and effectively applied to achieve the main and general goal of all public service announcements – the acquisition of positive behaviors by society.

Делается вывод об эффективности психолого-педагогического сопровождения при условии сотрудничества всех сторон педагогического процесса: педагогов, родителей, учащихся.

    Abstract:
    The experience of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children, which consists mainly in the creation of certain conditions in a private educational institution is presented in the article. On the basis of a private lyceum named after G.V. and N.G. Riumin of Ryazan, created by the founder N.V. Riumin – candidate of psychological sciences and by its director L.I. Arkharova – candidate of pedagogical sciences, head of the Pedagogy and Teacher Education Department at FSBEI of HE " Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin", the experience of cooperation of higher education and general education institutions in the formation and upbringing of gifted children has been studied. L.I. Arkharova’s psychological and pedagogical competencies and long experience enabled to create the conditions for attracting the best teachers of Ryazan. Being rather a small city, when the teachers of the FSBEI of HE " Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin" know the best of the best by sight, teach the potential teachers a worthy education and “see” the situation from the inside, close cooperation and interaction can be observed. Entering the lyceum, children individually reveal their potential being surrounded by care, warmth, love and attention to the personality of everyone.

    In the modern educational process, a significant role should be given to psychological and pedagogical support for gifted children, because in the school environment, their self-esteem often becomes inadequate. Creating a psychologically safe environment, pedagogical conditions, and the correct relationship between teachers and pupils is the task of the school team to maintain normal self-esteem of gifted pupils. The problem is particularly evident in primary school age when moving to a new social environment, so the work of teachers and psychologists at this age stage should be particularly detailed.

    Abstract:
    An important indicator of giftedness is creativity. The authors have developed a comprehensive diagnostic system for the early detection of children with signs of giftedness. The following indicators of creativity were studied: fluency, flexibility, originality, degree of development. The model of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the successful education of gifted children was also substantiated. According to this model the actualization of giftedness is possible only with close interaction between the school and the family, as well as the activity of the most gifted child in this direction.

    A scientific analysis on the problem of gifted children is presented, and both positive and negative age-psychological features of gifted primary school children are thoroughly characterized. Psychological and pedagogical support aimed at identifying and taking into account characteristics for a specific age, peculiarities of child’s intellectual and personal development is considered an effective method of pedagogical activity in the work with gifted children.     A teacher working with gifted children should take into account the peculiarities of motivation of gifted students, strive to activate it and maintain it at the proper level in order to increase the effectiveness of professional activities. The article presents four types of gifted children, identified based on the level and type of motivation. The characteristic of behavioral features and specifics of educational activities of representatives of each type is given. Examples of psychological and pedagogical support that are most effective for each type are pointed out.

    The experience of organizing work with gifted children in our country at the federal and regional levels – from targeted programs, educational centers to online portals of continuing education and charitable foundations of the All-Russian level is presented in the article. The goals, objectives and basic principles of the Sirius Educational Center are disclosed. The results of a survey of teachers and curators of Sirius about the features of working with gifted children are presented. A model of the organization of training personnel for work with gifted children is presented as a master's program in psychological and pedagogical direction, implemented at the Southern Federal University.
