    Авторы статьи отмечают, что субъектность представляет собой сложное и многогранное явление и рассматривается как способность быть активным, осознающим и взаимодействующим с окружающей средой субъектом. Современные образовательные технологии, применяемые в магистратуре, показывают свою эффективность в развитии субъектности студентов. Особенности субъектности магистрантов исследованной группы, обучающихся в магистратуре психолого-педагогической направленности, проявляются в показателях автономии, рефлексивности, осознанности и активности жизненной позиции. Становлению субъектности способствуют групповые форматы учебной деятельности, которые направлены на проявление инициативности и автономии, позволяющие выстраивать коллективные обсуждения и реализовывать потребность в связанности, проходя путь через автономию к связанности, от связанности к компетентности и самодетерминации.

    Abstract:
    The training of undergraduates in the pedagogical field (students of the second stage of higher education) includes not only the development of competencies enshrined in the federal state educational standard of higher education, but also the formation or consolidation of skills such as the ability to cope with extreme professional situations, flexibility in difficult situations, mobilization of moral and volitional efforts to achieve their goals, etc. The ability to succeed in school despite social barriers and difficulties, i.e. academic resistance reaches its greatest relevance by the time of graduate studies. Cognitive activity contributes to the most complete assimilation of educational information and the formation of professional competencies. Information about the relationship between academic resistance and cognitive activity of undergraduate students is the subject of this paper. In the course of the work, the following methods were used – the full version of the Scale of individual academic Resistance (adaptation of R. S. Zvyagintsev) and a method for diagnosing the motivation of learning and emotional attitude to learning (A. D. Andreeva, A. M. Prikhozhan). The study revealed the relationship between academic resilience and cognitive activity, as well as the greater influence of cognitive activity components on academic resilience.

    The proposed chapter examines the possibilities of using project activities based on digital technologies to increase motivation and practice-oriented approach in the process of learning a foreign language by students of the Master’s degree program 22.04.01 Materials Science and Technology studying at the Advanced Engineering School (AES) of Microwave Electronics, created on the basis of MIREA – Russian Technological University. The study was conducted based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature and the generalization of methods related to the organization of students’ project activities in the process of professional foreign language training, as well as teaching foreign languages at the university using digital tools. The results consist in studying the experience of using these technologies in educational practice and describing the forms of working with them.

    Abstract:
    Despite the numerous problems in higher education in preparing professionals in demand in the national economy, currently existing approaches to solving them make them impossible to be successfully resolved. This is confirmed by the fact that there is still no scientifically designed governmental strategy for the development of higher education and a scientifically grounded model of the transition to a new system of higher education when moving away from the Bologna System, understandable to both higher education specialists and the entire Russian society. The analysis of the situation with the training of university graduates as future professionals suggests that all the activities carried out by higher education authorities do not allow providing the national economy with the necessary professionals in the changing conditions of the global economy and new challenges from the United States and Western countries. In these conditions, domestic organizations are experiencing an acute ‘personnel shortage’ for young and creative professionals, despite the increase in financial resources for the development of higher education from the government. There is a need for a radical change in approaches to the development of a governmental strategy for teaching students in domestic universities, since the designated new model does not imply a radical development of higher education as higher professional education.

    Abstract:
    More than 20 years the two-level system of higher education within the framework of Bologna system has been developing in the Russian Federation. However, it proved to be untenable for the Russian Federation, as it significantly reduced the quality of training of university students as professionals demanded by domestic organisations. Under the conditions of economic sanctions against Russia by the USA and a number of countries, it became necessary to implement the import substitution strategy. But its implementation required the development of industry, opening of new enterprises and production facilities, which, in turn, required professionals capable of doing this. As a consequence, it was necessary to change the system of training the necessary specialists in domestic universities. The study of the identified problems was carried out taking into account the practical experience of the author, using the method of included observation and discussion of the identified problems at various conferences, as well as the study of various studies on this issue.

    Abstract:
    In considering the theoretical and methodological development of the validity of the reflexive competence of the future teacher in research, presenting the implementation of innovative practice on experimental conditions for the reflexive activity of students – experienced teachers. Reflective teaching of ideas in educational activities in higher education implements: subjectivity in the educational process, individualization, dialogicity and metasubjectivity. Research work was carried out with students of different levels and areas of training: bachelors, masters, specialists (in the areas of training: 44.03.01 and 44.04.01 «Pedagogical education» and 44.03.02 and 44.04.02 «Psychological and pedagogical education»). Research results show that the development of the reflective competence of the future teacher at the university occurs as a result of the systemic work of the university and the pedagogical community. The author comes to the conclusion that it is possible and necessary to develop the reflective competence of a teacher not only on the basis of his many years of professional experience, but also in a reflective environment at the stage of studying at a university.

    Российская угольная промышленность столкнулась с серьезными вызовами, прежде всего из-за санкционного давления и отказа от закупок угля недружественными странами. В кратчайшие сроки производители угля перестроили логистику, перенаправив основные объемы угля на Восток, что вызвало перегрузку дальневосточного полигона. Западные порты также эксплуатируются, но пунктом назначения являются страны Азиатско-тихоокеанского региона, что означает резкий рост издержек на логистику. Автором предложены пути совершенствования логистики основных железнодорожных маршрутов на Востоке страны. С помощью анализа и классификации данных была оценена перспектива переноса угольной продукции с Транссибирской на Байкало-Амурскую магистраль.

    The chapter deals with the organization of the educational process in a technical university for master’s students in the discipline «Foreign language in the professional field» with the introduction of technologies of provocative pedagogy; the advantages of using these technologies in order to increase the interest of master’s students in the material being studied, the degree of assimilation of educational material, motivation and their effective interaction and compensation for the lack of a language environment have been revealed. The paper substantiates the need to use these technologies, techniques and teaching aids, depending on the level of foreign language proficiency of students; examples of tasks for the proposed technologies were given and an analysis of the effectiveness of the developed tasks was carried out.

    For a long time, higher education in Russia was organized within the framework of the Bologna system «bachelor's-master's». However, the implementation of the FSES HE according to foreign standards did not give the desired effect, since domestic organizations were not interested in graduates of domestic universities, as in professionals. As a result, higher education ceased to exist as a professional education, and society lost the specialists it needed in the person of university graduates who were trained as bachelors. At the same time, the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education were constantly «improved», since they did not provide the necessary quality of training for university graduates. However, such a reform, «squeezed» by the framework of the Bologna system, did not take into account the needs of the domestic economy, Russian organizations in the specialists they needed. At the same time, a large number of commercial universities appeared that did not train specialists, but earned money from it. And today, even in many state universities there is a set of students for paid education, as a result of which not all talented young people can enter a university, since there are not enough budget places for them, and those who can pay for education go to paid education. The author emphasizes the need to ensure the technological and economic independence of Russia, which cannot be provided without the appropriate organization of students' education in domestic universities. And this must be done urgently and without «looking back» to foreign «wishes».

    The following paper analyzes the Russian system of education. Modern practice in the development of higher professional education shows that today's graduates of Russian universities for the most part are not prepared for real practical work in organizations as professionals. Undoubtedly, the time and changing conditions for the implementation of the activities of Russian universities over the past three decades have changed significantly. However, the training of modern professionals in the new conditions was based not on the domestic experience of universities, but on foreign approaches to two-level higher education – the training of graduates of Russian universities as bachelors and masters. But at the same time, Russian researchers and officials do not have a clear understanding of the difference in the level of professional training of students, both bachelors and masters. And the declared new “competence-based approach”, when it is proposed to form students with rather “vague” competencies, presented in the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3++, does not allow employers to see the professionals they need in a modern university graduate. And the fact that the modern West does not recognize the diplomas of graduates of Russian universities indicates that today it is necessary to implement a policy of import substitution in higher education, and, based on domestic experience in training graduates of Russian universities as specialists-engineers, to prepare them for real practical work in Russian organizations.

Выявлена необходимость систематической работы по формированию системы усложняющихся требований как к процессу, так и результатам иноязычного обучения. Обеспечение преемственности в данном направлении способствует повышению качества языковой подготовки будущих специалистов в разных сферах. Также рассмотрены факторы принципа преемственности и компоненты процесса непрерывного иноязычного обучения, способствующие улучшению эффективности образовательного процесса на всех уровнях обучения.

    The article is devoted to the issues of training specialists in the field of environmental safety in universities in the context of the implementation of the transition to the Federal State Educational Standard higher professional education 3++ training direction «Technosphere safety», the introduction of the professional standard «Specialist in environmental safety (in industry)», taking into account changes in regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental safety. The purpose of the research is to determine the current requirements for the system of training specialists in the field of environmental safety, taking into account changes in the legislation regulating this area. The following research methods are used in the work: the study and analysis of regulatory legal acts, domestic literary sources, resources of departmental and educational Internet portals in the field of environmental safety. As a result of the study, it was revealed that fundamental changes in regulatory, administrative, economic, control and supervisory management methods and the use of state online services in the field of environmental safety in the Russian Federation determine the specifics of the content of theoretical and practical training of environmental specialists. It is concluded that the professional standard for specialists in the field of environmental safety, introduced in September 2020, the requirements for the content of bachelor's and master's training in the direction of «Technosphere safety» should be the basis for the development of the Main educational professional program by universities (the choice of professional competencies, the formation of the curriculum, the formation of practice programs, the final certification program).
