    Abstract:
    The article discusses some problematic issues related to the improvement of the system of military-patriotic education of Russian youth at the current stage. It analyzes the goals, objectives, and methods of military-patriotic education implemented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in particular, in cooperation with government agencies and public organizations. Special attention is given to a critical analysis of the regulatory legal framework, organizational forms, and practical results of activities in this area. Based on the results of a comparative legal analysis, certain proposals are formulated for using the experience of military-patriotic education in China, involving veterans of wars and armed conflicts.     This article identifies a deficit in the axiological foundation of legal procedural policy, stemming from the absence of a normative hierarchy of absolute and relative values. It argues that justice, human dignity, and the supremacy of the Constitution should take precedence over instrumental principles. A three-tiered model of the axiological organization of procedural law is proposed, aimed at restoring its humanistic dimension and ensuring the sustainability of law enforcement in the face of digital transformation and regulatory instability.

    This article examines the problem of bullying in educational institutions as a risk factor for the psycho-emotional health of adolescents. Currently, educational institutions are gradually expanding beyond purely educational activities, which has fueled interest in reviving the idea of ​​education with an emphasis on traditional values ​​and moral and ethical norms. This study attempts to systematically analyze the complex problems that children face in modern family and school settings. Particular attention is paid to the psychological and social aspects of bullying, its consequences for adolescents, and the factors that contribute to the emergence of aggressive behavior among students. The article presents the results of empirical studies demonstrating the prevalence of bullying in educational institutions and its impact on the psycho-emotional state of adolescents.

    The article considers the problem of forming patriotic values among students of secondary specialized and higher educational institutions of legal specialties through the use of gaming technologies, in particular, quests. With the need to preserve national identity, the relevance of patriotic education is increasing. Analyzing the socialization of first-year students in secondary specialized and higher educational institutions, it was concluded that in the context of the development of a post-industrial, information society, the traditional approach to teaching history has become obsolete, and the new reality requires a new approach to teaching. The article proposes interactive teaching methods for History education. As part of the study, the authors presented the features of using quests as imitation teaching methods. These approaches increase the engagement, motivation and efficiency of material assimilation, contributing to the strengthening of spiritual and moral values. The "In the Footsteps of History" quest, focusing on the 1949 Khabarovsk trial of Japanese Kwantung Army members, was tested with first-year law students at the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian State University for the Humanities in Khabarovsk. The quest is adaptable for teaching the Second World War and other subjects, including non-humanities, with customized tasks aligning with curricular and professional competencies.

    The article aims to build a relevant mechanism for strengthening and developing the system of spiritual and moral values among Russian schoolchildren. The article examines the essence, types of spiritual and moral values, analyzes the significance and possibilities of solving the problem of instilling spiritual and moral values in the process of educational activities. The comprehended meanings of all-Russian values are formed into the value orientations of the individual, manifested in a civic position, civic competencies and attitude towards destructive ideologies. Therefore, education in the spirit of traditional spiritual values is a priority pedagogical task at all levels of education and a significant tool in the field of educational, upbringing, cultural, youth policy and national security policy in general. Spiritual and moral education from primary school age is represented by the foundation of prosperous personal socialization, the development of early intergenerational and civil, patriotic ties of a growing person.     The role of coaching support in the process of making value-semantic decisions for potential substitute parents is described. The study aims to identify and analyze different candidate profiles. Specialized coaching modalities are given attention – narrative coaching, existential coaching, and value-based coaching, adapted to address the unique needs and value systems of potential substitute parents. The author suggests that aligning coaching strategies with the differentiation of candidates' semantic strategies can significantly increase trust in technological solutions and child-rearing outcomes. The results can be used by practitioners to support clients throughout the entire path to substitute parenthood, thereby significantly reducing the risks associated with value conflicts and cognitive dissonance. The study highlights the need for coaching interventions that take into account the hidden potential in different candidate profiles.

    In the article, the authors actualize the modern problem of mentoring. Interest in mentoring in education has resurfaced in the last decade. Researchers pay attention to the historical aspects of mentoring. Considering the problem of the role of mentoring in the development of preschoolers, using the context of spiritual and moral education. Mentoring is a universal pedagogical technology. Her role is not only to transfer experience, knowledge and the formation of diverse skills, but also to influence moral and spiritual values through communication and mutual trust. Spiritual and moral development is a gradual expansion of the value-semantic sphere of a personality under the influence of the processes of upbringing and socialization. The authors briefly comment on the features of this process in pre-school conditions.
