    The authors of the article note the fact that the topic of this study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening integration of the Internet into all spheres of public relations. They pay close attention to the fact that modern conditions of economic transformation require a revision of traditional approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property turnover, taking into account the peculiarities of their digital reproduction, distribution and use. The authors express the opinion that violations of intellectual rights in the online environment have become widespread and cross-border, which requires not only improvement of national legislation, but also effective interaction at the international legal level.

    The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms.     In today's world, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, society is facing changes in the ways of communication, interaction, social relations, and the structure of modern society. This article analyzes the consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence into everyday life and explores ways to improve its use. In an environment of information pollution, the introduction of artificial intelligence facilitates the acceleration and personalization of communication, expanding opportunities for interaction, but also spreads social fragmentation.     Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    The article examines the challenges arising in the investigation of accounting information under the conditions of digitalization, when the key indicators of economic offenses are primarily recorded in electronic systems. The analysis is based on the study of modern approaches to working with digital data, including methods for recovering deleted information, examining metadata, and analyzing audit logs. It is demonstrated that the fragmentary nature of regulatory frameworks and procedural limitations hinder the use of electronic evidence. The author concludes that there is a need to develop unified methodologies for handling digital data and to strengthen interdisciplinary training of experts.

    A comprehensive analysis of the modern environment for the course of the normative identity crisis. On the basis of the classical theories of E. Erikson and J. Marcia explored the characteristic mechanisms by which social networks, the attention economy, and algorithmic systems exacerbate the phenomena of diffusion, predetermination, and prolonged identity moratorium. It is substantiated that the digital environment transforms the identity of crises from temporary stages of development to a guaranteed permanent state. As a methodological key for solving the problems, the philosophical and psychological distinction between the concepts of "self-consciousness" (as pure awareness) and "identity" (as meaningful constructions) is investigated.     Annotation (in English): The article is devoted to the study of modern digital technologies that have a significant impact on the transformation of educational processes.     Abstract:
    This article provides an in-depth examination of blended learning as a multifaceted educational strategy that integrates online technologies with traditional face-to-face instruction. Positioned within the broader context of the digital transformation of education, the study analyses the conceptual foundations of blended learning and its relevance for contemporary teaching practices in both secondary and higher education. Particular attention is given to the pedagogical mechanisms through which blended learning enhances learner autonomy, supports the development of digital competence, and enables the design of differentiated and personalized learning pathways. The review further explores the motivational, cognitive, and social aspects of blended learning environments, highlighting their potential to promote active participation, reflective engagement, and improved learning outcomes. At the same time, the article addresses the persistent challenges that institutions and educators face during the implementation process, including insufficient teacher preparedness, unequal access to technological infrastructure, variability in students’ digital readiness, and the absence of coherent institutional strategies for integrating digital tools into curricula. The analysis demonstrates that, while blended learning offers substantial educational benefits, its success is contingent upon deliberate instructional design, sustained professional development for teachers, and the systematic evaluation of both online and face-to-face components. The paper concludes by proposing recommendations for optimizing blended learning models to ensure pedagogical effectiveness, technological sustainability, and long-term institutional impact.

    The article discusses the issue of introducing virtual laboratories and simulations into the educational process of higher education institutions, in particular, in teaching information technology and computer science. The author does not agree with the approach in which virtual environments are positioned as a direct replacement for traditional physical practices. Instead, the need for a transition to a complementary or hybrid model is justified, where virtual and physical laboratories are used together, reinforcing each other's advantages. The paper analyzes the unique advantages of each format: tactile experience and working with physical limitations in real laboratories, as well as the safety, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of virtual simulators.     This article addresses the problem of activating the cognitive activity of high school students in the process of preparing for the OGE, or the Basic State Exam in Mathematics, through the use of digital tools. A review of scientific works dedicated to both the activation of students' cognitive activity and the use of digital tools for this purpose has been conducted. The authors examine three aspects that encourage high school students to use digital tools in their exam preparation: 1) motivational; 2) the opportunity to independently identify problems, formulate hypotheses, and control their actions; 3) the achievement of new educational results that are difficult or impossible to obtain in traditional forms. As a result, a classification of digital tools and platforms such as Uchi.ru, Reshu OGE, Online Test Pad, FIPI, "YaKlass," and "Foxford" is presented, along with their advantages and disadvantages.     The article examines the dynamics of distribution and new mechanisms of formation of Internet-addictive behavior among Russian adolescents aged 13–17 in 2024–2025. Based on the generalization of 46 modern Russian and foreign studies and content analysis of 200 anonymous posts of adolescents in social networks (VKontakte, Telegram, TikTok) for October–November 2025, the leading triggers of addiction (short vertical videos, online games, constant messenger notifications), subclinical and clinical signs, as well as risk factors are identified. A set of psychological and pedagogical measures of primary and secondary prevention adapted for school psychologists, class teachers and parents is proposed.

    The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies.   • A practice-oriented model for preparing future computer science teachers to implement elements of the digital educational environment

    Abstract:
    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

The authors describe the experience of organizing an interactive form of interaction between students and the digital equipment of the Universal Pedagogical Competencies Technopark in order to develop a didactic strategy for using modern high-tech equipment aimed at developing the scientific literacy of schoolchildren.
