    The objective of the research consists in developing and substantiating scientifically a necessity of such disciplines as digital literacy, digital safety, digital standardization, encryption means and Runet peculiarities embedded into the process of foreign language teaching in non-linguistic universities. The results of the conducted research allow to conclude that mastering a competent specialist during digitalization era requires the changes in the foreign language teaching content. It is especially crucial to take this factor into account to teach future journalists a foreign language. The chapter focuses on the method to develop the new competency in the area of digital safety while teaching journalists a foreign language.

    Abstract:
    The chapter of the monograph reveals how modern learning technologies are implemented in the conditions of digital transformation of the education system. The questions of how it is possible to effectively organize training through the use of so-called blended learning (based on the rational integration of the advantages and opportunities of full-time and distance learning formats) are revealed. The evolution of blended learning and its interpretations is considered; the author's definition of blended learning as an educational synergetic technology is given, highlighting its features. The article reveals the experience of implementing blended learning in Bryansk and Kalmyk State Universities (BSU and KalmSU), including using electronic learning systems on the LMS Moodle platform (ESO BSU and SDO «LOTUS» KalmSU) and its correlation with existing models of blended learning. In the conditions of mixed learning, the issues of the development of cognitive independence of students of pedagogical areas of training are considered, the results of a pedagogical experiment are presented, conclusions are formulated.

    The chapter reflects the study of how changes in customer demand and preferences, increased competition in the market and crisis phenomena can affect the directions of the organization's activity. STEEP, SWOT, SMART, BKG, Ansoff matrix and goal setting pyramid methods have been used in the study. It has been revealed that it is important for the employees of the organization to acquire the skills of quick adaptation to the changes, to analyze the market in a timely manner, to identify problems as quickly as possible and to make decisions on the problems identified. Optimization of management processes and the use of digital tools for effective work and are an integral part of the organization's development strategy.     Abstract:
    The article presents and argues the author's opinion regarding the degree of demand for and expediency of using digital tools and services of the educational platform (EP) «Urait» in the educational process of a higher school in the course of teaching academic disciplines, the content of which is highly dynamic. A classic example of such an academic discipline is «Financial accounting». The introductory part of the article contains a general description of the named academic discipline and a description of the specifics of its teaching. The main content of the article is devoted to the description of the author's experience in using the main digital components of the EP «Urait», such as a flexible course constructor, an interactive assessment system and an online bank of the EP «Urait», as well as free templates for work programs. The final part of the article presents the author's vision regarding the need for a future expansion of the existing functionality of the EP «Urait» and expectations from the emergence of new functions of this platform.

    The process of digitalization sets the dynamics of the rapid deanthropologization of the world. Today's culture is the dictate of data, the dominance of fictitious identities. In cyberspace, everything becomes digital, including memory: the article addresses the topic of endless possibilities for storing and preserving digital traces of Internet users, which give digital memory the effect of eternity and destroy the natural cognitive ability to forget. The reflection focuses on the transformations that have taken place in the virtual ecosystem over the past decades (social networks promoting openness and proximity; the transition to Web 4.0; the growing volume of generated data open for identification; the development of neural networks) and the philosophical problem of forgetting. Eternal memory in the digital space “deads” a person and makes time elastic, two-phase. In this vein, the phenomenon of the RTBF is seen as an attempt to resist unlimited, indiscriminate digital memory.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the situation of the visibility of subjects (observation of them) in a digital society, which, in terms of Zygmunt Bauman, should be described as post-panoptical. Panopticism has lost its popularity in the era of digital hegemony, post-panoptical surveillance has become extraterritorial, thus spreading far beyond social institutions and expanding the horizons of possibilities for forms of suppression and control. Observation no longer affects subjects directly, but their data, digital traces, and since in the conditions of digitalization virtual self-representation is the dominant way of legitimizing the Self through others, identity completely turns from a long-term, “subjective” substance into an object. Post-panoptical surveillance of “objectified” individuals reveals the paradoxes of visibility and raises a number of acute ethical issues, thereby revealing the need for an ethics of visibility as a regulator of the conditions of mass surveillance.

    Abstract:
    In the chapter the necessity and possibility of application of digital tools in the higher school for the organization of the educational process directed on formation of professional kinds of activity, connected with designing and carrying out of a modern physics lesson, is proved. Methodological basis of the study was the psychological and pedagogical theory of activity, the basic laws which are formulated by the well-known domestic psychologist P.Ya. Galperin. A system of digital educational resources aimed at the formation of abilities to design and conduct lessons in which students create concepts about a physical phenomenon, a physical object, a physical quantity, establish scientific facts and discover physical laws, as well as apply the acquired knowledge in specific situations was developed. The structure and the contents of electronic educational resources realized in electronic educational environment of higher educational institution in the course "Methods of teaching physics" are presented. They include information block, block of formed kinds of activity, block of educational-methodical materials, forum and control. The advantages of the educational process organization with the use of electronic educational resources are proved and the results of long-term pedagogical experiment in the implementation of the developed model of e-learning are presented.

    In recent decades the system of secondary vocational education in Russia has been going through a difficult path. Socio-economic development forecast for the period till 2030 defines priority directions in SPO transformation as the main production driver. Professional organizations of SPE system are undergoing reforming, which has touched such spheres of detail as the content and organization of the educational process; integration of SPE educational organizations; changes in the requirements of educational standards, etc. Significant challenges of our time are the need to update the content of SPE educational programs, the introduction of practice-oriented learning models in cooperation with core enterprises and organizations, updating the list (register) of professions and specialties based on the staffing needs of the regions, digitalization and transformation of different types of work. This publication is dedicated to the analysis of training activity in implementation of educational programs in SPE, including application of e-learning in the conditions of reforming the system of SPE in Russia. Materials and methods. General theoretical methods are used to achieve the goal of the study: analysis of theoretical sources, generalization and systematization of the data obtained; empirical methods: observation. The research materials are historical facts, scientific articles, dissertation studies, data of practitioners and experts, opinions of the leaders of education development in Russia and other authors.

    В условиях развития цифрового общества и инновационной экономики система высшего образования претерпевает качественные изменения, обусловленные внедрением digital-технологий, направленных на формирование цифрового образовательного пространства университета и становление цифрового образования. С одной стороны, цифровое образование в российской высшей школе обладает рядом преимуществ: доступность, мобильность, персонализация; возможность получения новых знаний, навыков и умений и т. д. С другой стороны, реализация образовательного процесса посредством digital-технологий обнаруживает множество трудностей и проблем, указывающих на потенциальные риски. В статье выявлены и классифицированы проблемы; определены возможные негативные последствия цифрового образования. Автор делает вывод о том, что в перспективе своего развития цифровое образование в высшей школе требует соответствующей адаптации. Проблемы и риски возможно разрешить путем качественной цифровой трансформации при сохранении гармоничного единства традиций классического университетского образования и инноваций.

The examples from personal experience are given. Much attention is paid to the results of the British project «Vanishing voices from the Uralic world». Due to the project, modern standards of work have been implemented in laboratory. In conclusion, the author emphasis the necessity of formation of a unified music library of Udmurt records at the Institute as the main base for the preservation of the cultural heritage of the Udmurt Republic.
