    The article presents the results of a study aimed at identifying the relationship between the level of development of critical thinking and the level of formation of an information security culture. The study was conducted among 250 students of the Volga branch of MADI using specialized questionnaires and tests. The data obtained can contribute to the development of more effective strategies to counter modern cyber threats, emphasizing the importance of critical thinking in strengthening the culture of information security.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the topical issue of using information technologies in the process of professional training of legal personnel in order to form the level of digital competencies necessary in modern conditions of digitalization of the economy. The approaches of various universities preparing legal personnel to the selection of disciplines that form digital competencies are analyzed. It is especially emphasized that the minimum volume of disciplines that form this type of competence in many universities does not allow training lawyers who have the necessary skills to solve professional problems using modern information technologies. The authors, using the example of the discipline "Criminalistics," proposed an approach to the formation of the required level of digital competencies through the use of information technologies in the process of studying the disciplines of direction and profile. The article substantiates the feasibility of using video materials in lecture classes; holding lectures and conferences accompanied by presentations; mandatory practical training with the help of educational software (computer business and educational games, simulator programs, virtual reality technologies) in the process of studying discipline disciplines and profile, as this contributes not only to more effective assimilation of educational material by students of legal specialties, but also to the formation of the level of digital competencies necessary in modern society.

    Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order.     The relevance of the research topic is related to the need to assess the results of the national project "Safe High-Quality Roads" implementation at the regional level, to identify unresolved problems of road development in the regions of the country. The objective of the work is to identify the problems of road development typical of the Samara region, to suggest possible ways to solve them. The study analyzed the state and dynamics of the Samara Region's highway network, road safety, and the practice of using PPP (public-private partnership) mechanisms to finance road construction, which uncovered problems such as the non-application of life-cycle contracts in road construction, a significant length of roads that do not comply with regulations, a funding gap for the highway complex, and low rates of digitalization in road construction, the absence of a long-term strategy for the development of Samara region highways based on a scenario approach. We developed recommendations that will help overcome these problems and simplify the achievement of strategic goals for the socio-economic development of the Samara region.

    The article is devoted to the study of adaptation of psychology students, their adaptation in accordance with the indicators identified in the process of theoretical analysis, the definition of the concept of adaptation in general and to the digital transformation of education in particular. The study of adaptation indicators of psychology students to the digital transformation of education is relevant, since in the modern world digital technologies play an increasingly significant role in all spheres of life, including education. Digital technologies are a reliable assistant to the psychologist at all stages of the educational process. To study the ability of psychology students at a pedagogical university to adapt in their lives to changing conditions and the process of digital transformation of education, survey and questionnaire methods were used. The level of adaptation was determined using a standardized questionnaire and the author's questionnaire. The paper presents the results of a study of four indicators of general adaptation: neuropsychic stability, communicative ability, moral stability and adaptive ability. Four indicators of adaptation to the digital transformation of education have been identified: interest, readiness to use digital tools, knowledge of digital tools and the ability to use them, ease of learning digital tools. Based on the results obtained, data on the adaptation of psychology students of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of different courses are presented.

    Modern society is closely connected with the process of informatization. The widespread introduction of computer technologies is gradually taking place. At the same time, one of the priorities of the process of informatization of society is the informatization of education, i.e. the introduction of new information technologies into the education system. The article discusses the main digital educational resources used in teaching geometry, since the role of geometry in the life of society is difficult to overestimate. More than one building project cannot do without fundamental knowledge of geometry, which also helps in the design and creation of innovative medical equipment for computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, radiotherapy and surgery.
