    The chapter explores the mechanisms of staff involvement in the digital transformation processes of an organization, from resistance to acceptance of changes. It examines the reasons for resistance, such as fear of losing work, uncertainty about roles, and concerns about the comfort and familiarity of old processes. The chapter proposes a multi-level approach to involvement, which includes strategic leadership, transparent communication, employee participation in planning, opportunities for training and retraining, and the creation of a safe space for feedback. The chapter presents practical methods: targeted communication campaigns, joint formation of a roadmap of changes, involvement of employees in pilot projects, use of agile methodologies and design thinking to minimize resistance. Special attention is paid to measuring the effectiveness of involvement through KPI, satisfaction surveys, indices of perception of changes and monitoring of the organization's culture. As a result, specific steps are proposed to move from resistance to acceptance, which ensures a smoother implementation of digital technologies, increased employee motivation, and a sustainable transformation effect.

    This chapter examines the development of the Mir payment system and its impact on Russia's national payment infrastructure. Its relevance stems from the need to ensure the financial stability of the Russian economy through the development of a national payment card system. The authors discuss the conditions for payment systems to be considered nationally significant, the development and evolution of the Mir payment system, and measures to enhance the Mir payment system's influence as an element of the country's financial infrastructure. An analysis of the current operation of this payment system is provided, identifying its strengths and weaknesses and identifying areas for improvement. It demonstrates that the Mir NSPK has transformed from a risk management tool into a central element of Russia's digital economy.

    The introduction of the «Chestny znak» unified digital platform for mandatory product labeling in the Russian Federation is a key element of the strategy for developing the digital economy and, as a result, the information society. However, despite the significant advantages of the mechanism developed by the legislator, its implementation also presents significant challenges for small and medium-sized businesses. The main difficulties are largely related to the specific features of regional legislation, which creates numerous gaps and barriers for business representatives to exercise their rights to freely and unhindered conduct of their activities. As a result, the imperfections in the legislation contradict the government's policy of supporting businesses, and the current problematic situation requires attention and a speedy solution.     The relevance of the study is due to the total trend towards digitalization in the Russian Federation, which covers a wide range of sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the context of the total implementation of digital technologies and the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (system analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision-making) methods. The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given. Based on the analysis of publications of domestic scientists, strategies for the further development of digital industrial ecosystems are proposed.

    This paper examines the problem of digital inequality among the elderly and the potential of distance learning technologies to address it. Digital inequality is viewed as a multi-layered phenomenon manifested in differences in access, skills, and benefits from digital technologies. Specific barriers to the adoption of information and communication technologies (ICT) by older adults are analyzed. The study substantiates the effectiveness of distance learning for the older generation. It examines methodological features of teaching based on the principles of andragogy and gerogogy: reliance on life experience, practice-oriented approach, and the use of simple interfaces and step-by-step instructions. Practical recommendations are formulated for the implementation of distance learning technologies at the federal, regional, and local levels with the participation of educational organizations, technology companies, and civil society.

  • Immersive Technologies in Higher Professional Education: A Look into the Future

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to analyze the experience of using immersive technologies in higher and secondary vocational education and to develop proposals for their further implementation in priority areas. The study is based on empirical methods and theoretical methods. The analysis of publications shows that immersion is a synonym for the concept of immersive technologies. Today, the concept of "immersion" is viewed not so much as a teaching method, but rather as an educational space that is made possible by digital technologies. The results of the conducted research have shown that the main types of immersive educational technologies include technologies: virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality. The analysis of the experience of implementing educational programs in the leading universities of the country has allowed to offer the following classification of immersive technologies: by type of implementation, by depth of immersion, by degree of dynamism. Based on the author's analysis, the main advantages and disadvantages of immersive technologies are highlighted, and examples of their use in the learning process are illustrated. In conclusion, the author concludes that the further integration of immersive technologies into the educational process is inevitable, and highlights the priority areas for their implementation.

    In today's digitalized world, staffing is becoming the fundamental basis for effective transformation. Global digital transformation processes permeate all aspects of socio-economic development. A new type of specialist in demand in the labor market must meet the criteria that are formed in the context of national projects being implemented in the country – he is a creative professional who makes responsible decisions and creates a positive image not only of his profession, but also of the organization and the state as a whole. In the context of the transformation of the modern labor market, digital technologies are becoming the most important tool for training competitive university graduates. The chapter is devoted to the interpretation of the concept of «digital technologies in education», the disclosure of their essence and structural components. Digital technologies have advantages over traditional educational technologies: access to a variety of resources and tools, adaptability and personalized learning, as well as the development of digital skills needed in today's labor market. However, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process is associated with a number of challenges, such as the need to ensure digital literacy among teachers and students, infrastructure development, and data protection.     The article explores current issues in the development of cross-disciplinary (meta-subject) learning outcomes among school students in the context of digital transformation in education. A brief pedagogical overview of the concept is provided, as defined in Russian federal educational standards. The paper presents findings from a sociological survey of schoolteachers aimed at identifying challenges in achieving meta-subject goals, such as lack of instructional materials, limited time, and the need for digital tools. The study reveals that teachers' methodological competencies and their use of ICT tools vary depending on teaching experience and subject area. As a practical solution, the article proposes the development of a digital assignment constructor platform to support teachers in creating tasks that foster meta-subject skills.

The advantages of automated processing of the "SPT" and "AViZS" tests are described, as well as the impact of implementing information technologies on the effectiveness of school psychologists’ responses. Existing diagnostic practices, methods, and technologies applied in psychological and pedagogical work are presented. The conclusions are based on the results of a study conducted among students of an anonymous educational institution and an analysis of the dynamics of consultations.

    After entering the era of digital intelligence, big data and artificial intelligence technology play an indispensable role in the global political governance perspective. Its typical features are digitization, networking, and intelligence, which greatly promote the rapid development of information technology and have a profound impact on the diplomatic field. The use of digital diplomacy to deepen opening-up and strengthen cooperation with foreign countries is an important tool for coordinated development and competition among nations. In the international competition of the big data era, digital diplomacy and politics have become a new field of competition among countries. As world powers, the practice and reflection of China and Russia in the field of digital diplomacy and politics are of great significance for understanding the current international situation and future development trends. This article will compare the political strategies and practices of digital diplomacy between China and Russia, and explore the development trends of both sides in areas such as data sovereignty and cybersecurity. Through comparative analysis, this study examines how China and Russia coordinate their relationships with other countries while maintaining their own interests and promoting common development, as well as the differences in digital diplomacy strategies between the two countries. Suggestions are also proposed for cooperation between the two countries in the field of digital diplomacy.
