    Abstract:
    The study focuses on adapting successful metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching used in the United States to the countries of the CIS, taking into account cultural differences (Golvy, 2019; Whitmore, 2020). The novelty lies in identifying and adapting metrics that consider the specifics of cultural codes and social identity in CIS countries (Hofstede, Hofstede, Minkov, 2019; Trompenaars, Hampden-Turner, 2020). Metrics are viewed as tools for assessment and methods to deepen client work, enhance awareness of the process, improve its measurability, and foster professional growth for coaches (Tajfel, 1979; Burns, 1978). The study examines international experience in measuring coaching effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on adapting American approaches to the corporate environment using online platforms, as well as analyzing results (Bass, 1985; Seligman, 2011).

    Артикулируется необходимость, в условиях возрастания роли социальных платформ, адаптации рекламной деятельности в целом, и социальной рекламы в частности, к сетевым формам социальных взаимодействий. Выделяется значимость учёта в конструировании новых моделей продвижения социальной рекламы опыта воздействий на её практики транзиции подходов, переносимых из рекламы коммерческой. Акцентируется потребность переосмысления ряда базовых стереотипов, на основании которых строились, последние десятилетия, стратегии социальной рекламы, в частности, связанных с безусловностью признания большинством общества безусловной ценности прогресса. Определяются подходы к разработке контента сетевой социальной рекламы, предполагающие гибкость репертуаров идентификации, размывание границ приватного и публичного, динамичность моделей социальной связи.

    В статье автор рассматривает понятие «цифровая экономика», основные характеристики, влияние на традиционный бизнес, возможности и угрозы для него. Анализируется, как цифровые технологии меняют спрос и предложение, оптимизируют производство и распределение, как влияют на конкурентную среду. Особое внимание уделяется возможностям, которые цифровая экономика открывает перед традиционным бизнесом: онлайн-продажи, цифровые услуги, интеграция с цифровыми платформами. Акцентируется внимание на угрозах, таких как конкуренция со стороны новых игроков, изменение потребительских предпочтений и необходимость адаптации и инноваций. В заключении делается вывод, что цифровая экономика – это новая стадия развития экономики, которая открывает новые возможности, но также создаёт угрозы и методы адаптации бизнеса к новым условиям и использования цифровых технологий для повышения эффективности и конкурентоспособности традиционного бизнеса. Перспективы её развития связаны с дальнейшим развитием цифровых технологий, изменением потребительских предпочтений и появлением новых бизнес-моделей.

Digital technologies have expanded its capabilities through online platforms (Butterup, CoachHub), chatbots (Woebot) and analytics (Coachmetrix), increasing accessibility and efficiency. The article analyzes the evolution of coaching from Galvey's idea and Whitmore's GROW model to professionalization through ICF, evaluates modern technologies and identifies possible further development paths.

    In the context of the rapid transition to digital learning formats, cybersecurity is becoming one of the key tasks for educational institutions. The article "Cybersecurity in digital Education: Protecting the data of students and teachers" examines the main threats faced by participants in the educational process, including leaks of personal information, cyber attacks and fraud. Special attention is paid to data protection methods such as encryption, multi-factor authentication and user training in the basics of cybersecurity. Legislative aspects and standards governing the protection of personal data in the educational environment are also discussed. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the importance of creating a culture of cybersecurity in educational institutions, which contributes not only to the protection of information, but also to increasing the trust of students and teachers in digital educational platforms.

  • Features of using neural network platforms for teaching foreign languages in a non-linguistic university

    This study was conducted to find out the advantages and disadvantages of teaching a foreign language at a non-linguistic university using neural network platforms and to compare such training with traditional teaching of foreign languages. During the research, an analysis of the features of neural networks and learning platforms based on them was carried out. The author of the article conducted experimental training in order to compare the success of mastering lexical and grammatical foreign language material when learning on the Duolingo neural network platform with traditional foreign language teaching. As a result of the study, the author discovered that when learning on neural network platforms, students experience difficulties at the stages of forming and maintaining motivation, presenting new foreign language material, comprehending and rethinking. These difficulties are associated with the risk of cognitive devaluation of students’ memory, the Google effect, the inability of neural networks to structure information, clip thinking, and the lack of comparison of new foreign language phenomena with their analogues in the students’ native language and native culture. At the same time, in the process of experimental training, the author found that vocabulary acquisition occurs more effectively when learning on neural network platforms. In addition, according to the results of the survey, students like to study a foreign language on neural network platforms due to the abundance of game components of such learning. In conclusion, the article provides ways to mitigate and level out the identified shortcomings of learning on neural network platforms, the main of which is the organization of blended learning, in which the teacher forms and maintains student motivation, presents new foreign language material, activates students’ conceptual critical thinking with the help of appropriate exercises, and students perform lexical and grammatical exercises on the neural network platform.
