Special attention is paid to the issues of choosing the optimal platform for online marathons. As an example, the experience of conducting online marathons of a specific enterprise IP «EDUMARATHON» operating in the city of Astana in the Republic of Kazakhstan is used.

    The chapter is devoted to digital innovations and technologies that open up wide opportunities for agricultural production: management and monitoring of facilities in remote areas, herd management, monitoring of basic vital signs of animals, monitoring the accuracy of fertilizer application, forecasting adverse natural phenomena, maintaining distributed databases on land purchase and lease transactions, and others relevant directions. Industry 4.0 involves the active use of the latest digital technologies, tools and services in the daily activities of a modern agricultural engineer, agronomist, animal technician, veterinarian and other industry specialists. The author consider the process of active digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex industry as an inevitable way of forming a digital footprint, which can have a negative impact on the formation of the carbon footprint and the environment as a whole. Direct and indirect ways to minimize the carbon footprint by reducing the digital footprint in agricultural production are described. In conclusion, the conclusions are formulated that digital technologies contribute to improving the efficiency of modern digital agricultural production: presentation of information in various forms, automation of calculations, analysis of large amounts of data, decision support, etc. Limitations are also highlighted: uneven wireless coverage in agriculture, difficulties in maintenance and repair of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles, cybersecurity, lack of a legal framework, and a low level of digital culture.

    One of the key challenges associated with the introduction of digital technologies is changing the structure and form of reading. Schoolchildren increasingly prefer short, visually rich texts, which affects their ability to perceive more complex, multi-layered literary works. To improve the level of reading literacy, it is necessary to develop comprehensive approaches that take into account the opportunities and limitations of the digital environment so that every student can maximize the benefits of using modern technologies in education. The authors considered the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the impact of digitalization on the development of reading literacy in schoolchildren, analyzed the experience of using digitalization to develop reading literacy in schoolchildren, and identified the levels of reading literacy. To solve the tasks set, scientific tools were used, including comparative and statistical analysis, study and analysis of research carried out in the field of school education, study of regulatory documents, modeling, observation, study of educational products, and questionnaires.

    Abstract:
    The chapter describes the characteristics of rubber production in world and Russian practice. There is a growing demand for rubber worldwide due to the development of the production of rubber products, in particular, tires for the automotive industry, sports shoes, the needs of healthcare and the production of medical equipment, and the development of the construction industry. Synthetic rubber has become a serious alternative to natural rubber as a material with greater durability and higher productivity in its production. An assessment of the Russian market for the production of synthetic rubber in primary forms is given. It is noted that this market is highly concentrated with obvious signs of monopolization. The sales leader in this market is PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, whose share in 2023 amounted to more than 75%. An assessment of the trends in the development of the production activities of this organization for the period 2010–2023 was carried out, conclusions were drawn about the general trend of sales growth with deviations during the pandemic and in modern conditions of sanctions pressure on the economy of the Russian Federation. There is a decrease in the financial stability of the organization, which, however, has maintained its profitability and return on sales above the industry average. The business process of material and technical support of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim is considered. It is noted that the procurement service employees spend most of their working time applying for low-value goods. It is proposed to solve this problem by developing a logistics module within the framework of the implemented Unified Corporate Template, which allows approving procurement documents in electronic form, as well as by introducing the MarketPlace online store as an innovative technology for purchasing low-value goods. The research used general scientific (analysis, synthesis, analogy, generalization), as well as private (observation, comparison, measurement and description) methods. The methodology of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia for assessing economic concentration in commodity markets is used. The object of the study was the type of economic activity – the production of synthetic rubber in primary forms (OKVED code: 20.17).

    The article considers the topical issue of using information technologies in the process of professional training of legal personnel in order to form the level of digital competencies necessary in modern conditions of digitalization of the economy. The approaches of various universities preparing legal personnel to the selection of disciplines that form digital competencies are analyzed. It is especially emphasized that the minimum volume of disciplines that form this type of competence in many universities does not allow training lawyers who have the necessary skills to solve professional problems using modern information technologies. The authors, using the example of the discipline "Criminalistics," proposed an approach to the formation of the required level of digital competencies through the use of information technologies in the process of studying the disciplines of direction and profile. The article substantiates the feasibility of using video materials in lecture classes; holding lectures and conferences accompanied by presentations; mandatory practical training with the help of educational software (computer business and educational games, simulator programs, virtual reality technologies) in the process of studying discipline disciplines and profile, as this contributes not only to more effective assimilation of educational material by students of legal specialties, but also to the formation of the level of digital competencies necessary in modern society.

    The relevance of the research topic is related to the need to assess the results of the national project "Safe High-Quality Roads" implementation at the regional level, to identify unresolved problems of road development in the regions of the country. The objective of the work is to identify the problems of road development typical of the Samara region, to suggest possible ways to solve them. The study analyzed the state and dynamics of the Samara Region's highway network, road safety, and the practice of using PPP (public-private partnership) mechanisms to finance road construction, which uncovered problems such as the non-application of life-cycle contracts in road construction, a significant length of roads that do not comply with regulations, a funding gap for the highway complex, and low rates of digitalization in road construction, the absence of a long-term strategy for the development of Samara region highways based on a scenario approach. We developed recommendations that will help overcome these problems and simplify the achievement of strategic goals for the socio-economic development of the Samara region.

    The article is devoted to the study of adaptation of psychology students, their adaptation in accordance with the indicators identified in the process of theoretical analysis, the definition of the concept of adaptation in general and to the digital transformation of education in particular. The study of adaptation indicators of psychology students to the digital transformation of education is relevant, since in the modern world digital technologies play an increasingly significant role in all spheres of life, including education. Digital technologies are a reliable assistant to the psychologist at all stages of the educational process. To study the ability of psychology students at a pedagogical university to adapt in their lives to changing conditions and the process of digital transformation of education, survey and questionnaire methods were used. The level of adaptation was determined using a standardized questionnaire and the author's questionnaire. The paper presents the results of a study of four indicators of general adaptation: neuropsychic stability, communicative ability, moral stability and adaptive ability. Four indicators of adaptation to the digital transformation of education have been identified: interest, readiness to use digital tools, knowledge of digital tools and the ability to use them, ease of learning digital tools. Based on the results obtained, data on the adaptation of psychology students of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of different courses are presented.
