    This article examines the development of motivation and readiness to interact in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder. It examines the fundamental concepts of social interaction in psychological science and its specific features for children with autism spectrum disorder, and characterizes key deficits in social interaction. The article also identifies the results of an analysis of Russian studies focusing on overcoming social deficits in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder and highlights key aspects of using robotics and interactive devices in developing communication skills in this group of children. The article presents the potential for developing motivation to interact in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder using robotics. The article also highlights the potential for using interactive devices in preschool educational institutions.

    Abstract:
    This article explores the vulnerability of individuals with autism spectrum disorders to involvement in cults and radical groups. It analyzes the key characteristics of cults and radical groups, as well as the characteristics of ASD that shape their unique risk profile. It describes the transformation of classical mind control methods as applied to individuals with ASD. Based on this analysis, a set of practical recommendations for parents, psychologists, and educators on preventing destructive influences has been developed.

    Abstract:
    The authors, drawing on biosocial theories of criminal behavior, analyze the causal relationships between genetic traits and criminal behavior. The role of low education as a predictor of deviant behavior is examined. A polygenic risk factor for antisocial behavior in childhood and adulthood is identified. Genomic markers of decreased education also predicted a higher risk of criminal conviction compared to the control group. Polygenic determinants associated with decreased cognitive abilities and low self-control are found to signal the development of a persistent pattern of antisocial behavior that persists throughout life. New molecular genetic studies complement traditional theories of antisocial behavior. Early detection of genetic traits will allow for the optimization of crime prevention efforts.

    According to the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Law "On Education in the Russian Federation", all children have the right and the state creates the opportunity to study in schools and educational institutions of various levels, types and types, taking into account their interests, capabilities, personal characteristics and abilities.     The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    Abstract:
    The article is dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the judicial procedure for declaring a citizen incapacitated in the Russian Federation. It examines both the substantive and procedural aspects of this institution. The key criteria for incapacity (medical and legal) established by civil legislation are explored, and the procedure for judicial proceedings is described in detail in accordance with the norms of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. Special attention is given to the role of forensic psychiatric examination, the legal status of applicants, and the mandatory involvement of guardianship and custody authorities.

    The relevance of the article is determined by the significant impact of chronic stress on health, despite its seemingly low intensity. The research focuses on the pathophysiological mechanisms associated with the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and the autonomic nervous system. The impact of long-term stress on key body systems is analyzed: cardiovascular, immune, digestive, nervous, and endocrine. The phenomenon of allostatic load is considered as a central integrative indicator. The work confirms the necessity of developing effective stress coping strategies for everyday life.

    Abstract:
    This monograph provides a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of the phenomenon known in the scientific literature as the "maternal curse" – a specific mechanism for the transmission of mental and behavioral patterns through the maternal line. The study integrates data from epigenetics, neuroscience, psychology, sociology, and esoteric traditions to create a holistic model of the transgenerational transmission of traumatic experiences. The process of formation of the biochemical "landscape" in the prenatal period is analyzed, which becomes an unconscious landmark for the human psyche throughout the rest of life. Neurophysiological mechanisms of consolidation of this pattern through hormonal systems (cortisol, dopamine, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) are considered and ways of its transformation through conscious work with maternal trauma are proposed. It is proved that the healing process corresponds to a state of deep mental balance, described in spiritual traditions as samadhi,

    Abstract:
    The article examines the problem of speech disorders in younger schoolchildren studying in rural schools in the period from 2010 to 2025. The current state of the prevalence and structure of speech disorders is analyzed, and factors influencing their occurrence and development in rural areas are identified. The results of an empirical study aimed at studying the peculiarities of speech development of younger schoolchildren in rural schools are presented. The prospects of correctional work with children with speech disorders in rural schools, including the use of modern technologies and methods, are substantiated.

    The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a global crisis affecting not only the physical but also the mental health of people, including children and adolescents. The article examines the impact of the pandemic on the psychosomatic state of young people, including the effects of isolation, distance learning, and fear of infection. It is noted that children at a vulnerable stage of development are more susceptible to negative effects on mental health. The main factors contributing to mental well-being, such as parental support, physical activity and social support, as well as harmful factors such as emotional reactivity and excessive information, are considered. The article highlights the importance of additional study of the long-term consequences and the development of rehabilitation methods for children who have suffered COVID-19.

    The article examines current approaches to diagnosing the perceptual sphere in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The importance of a comprehensive study of sensory processing is substantiated as a key element in developing effective correctional and developmental programs. Diagnostic methods are presented, including both traditional approaches (observation, psychodiagnostic tasks, rating scales) and modern tools (questionnaires, neurophysiological and digital technologies). Emphasis is placed on the need for an individualized approach when selecting diagnostic tools based on the child's age, developmental level, and sensory profile.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the impact of sports in the fight against depression, analyzes the problem of the spread of mental disorders among the population, and defines the concept of depression. Statistics are analyzed and the main symptoms of this mental illness are determined. Seven psychological benefits of sports are revealed and three types of physical activity that can help in the fight against depression are identified. The results of the survey are analyzed. Recommendations for an effective fight against the symptoms of depression are formulated.

    Abstract:
    Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare connective tissue disorder characterized by vasculopathy, abnormal immune system activation with autoantibody production, and fibrosis development. This article reviews current therapeutic approaches for SSc, including the use of methotrexate, tofacitinib, and ziritaxestat. It discusses the role of interleukin-17 (IL-17) in disease pathogenesis and the potential of brodalumab, an IL-17 inhibitor, in reducing the modified Rodnan skin score (mRSS) and skin thickness. The study aims to systematically analyze the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, and dermatological changes associated with SSc. Conclusions: Investigating the role of autoantibodies and cytokines in the pathogenesis of systemic sclerosis reveals the molecular mechanisms underlying fibrosis and chronic inflammation. Understanding these processes enables the development of therapeutic strategies, including the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and blockade of autoantibodies.

    Abstract:
    This chapter presents an analysis of the concept of childhood autism and examines theoretical approaches to the study of the specifics of the formation of self-service skills in preschool children suffering from autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Mastering self-service skills such as dressing, hygiene procedures, independent eating and toilet skills represent a key stage in a child's ontogenesis. These skills provide independence, boost self-esteem, and promote successful socialization. Theoretical analysis of the work proves that in children with ASD, the process of forming these skills is associated with certain difficulties due to developmental features, including difficulties in understanding verbal instructions, planning and implementing sequential actions, as well as increased sensory sensitivity.

    The study was carried out at the expense of the 2024 state assignment №073-03-2024-051/8 dated 09.12.2024 of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to carry out research work on the topic «Designing an integrative model of personalized trajectories and evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities of the adviser to the Director for education and interaction with children's public associations in mentoring conditions». The materials present an analysis of theoretical, methodological and practice-oriented research on the problem field, which actualizes, within the framework of the modern socio-cultural situation, the design and implementation of personalized professional development trajectories for the adviser to the director of education and interaction with children's public associations as a mentor. The authors consider the process of designing a personalized professional development trajectory for the Director of education, including a number of stages and mechanisms of his activity, identify the range of role positions of the adviser, the conditions for implementing personalized professional development trajectories for the Director of education, the mechanisms for designing and implementing a personalized professional development trajectory, and provide technological maps reflecting the sequence of self-movement of a specialist in professional development. Based on the research analysis, the authors determined the essence of the educational practice of the adviser to the Director of education, outlined its characteristics, proposed a classification of educational practices, and provided examples of educational practices implemented in the Russian Federation.
