аnnotation: this article discusses the practice of social work with the family of social service institutions and public, charitable organizations using CASE-technologies. The technological stages of social work with the family situation are highlighted. The features of the CASE-technology aimed at studying family history are considered. The experience of providing assistance using CASE-technology to children and families in a socially dangerous situation is shown. The knowledge and skills and functions of the CASE manager are defined.
