Technopark of universal pedagogical competencies- Author:
- Iuliia S. Simdiankina
- Work direction:
- Развитие психолого-педагогического сопровождения в современном образовании
- Abstract:
- The article examines the phenomenon of «transferred» students – schoolchildren forced to change their educational institution due to systematic bullying. Based on an analysis of contemporary domestic and foreign research, two scenarios of development are revealed: a destructive one, in which changing schools exacerbates social isolation and identity crisis, and a resourceful one, in which the new context becomes a catalyst for personal growth and successful resocialization. The necessity of differentiated pedagogical support for transferred students, taking into account their victimization history and adaptive potential, is substantiated.

- Work direction:
- Глава 1
- Abstract:
- The scientific study conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing entrance test programs for the direction 03/54.01 Design in the fields of «Graphic Design» and «Costume Design» at leading universities in Russia. Two main models of applicant selection have been identified: traditional, focused on academic skills, and modern, focusing on project training. It is established that the current competitive selection system requires modernization due to general trends in higher education and society as a whole. Research has shown the need to shift the focus from assessing the professional skills developed to identifying the adaptive potential and conceptual thinking of applicants. A model for the modernization of the entrance test program is proposed, integrating traditional methods of assessing artistic literacy with modern diagnostic tools for project competencies. The developed concept aims to attract a contingent of students who meet the requirements of modern design education, and provides an objective approach to evaluating work, taking into account the diverse training of applicants and their professional self-determination.

The role of the educational museum in modern design education
Book ChapterDesign in higher education: strategies, technologies and training methods- Author:
- Svetlana V. Deineka
- Work direction:
- Глава 8
- Abstract:
- The chapter justifies the relevance of establishing an art museum at the Institute of Creative Industries (ICI) at Don State Technical University (DSTU) in Rostov‑on‑Don. Drawing on the long‑term experience of university museums in Russia and abroad, as well as on modern educational approaches, the author proposes considering the museum not only as a repository of cultural values, but also as a multifunctional educational and exhibition space integrated into the educational process. Special attention is paid to the potential role of the museum in shaping the professional competencies of future designers. At the stage of designing and creating the museum space, it is planned to actively involve students from various faculties, which will make it possible to implement interdisciplinary projects and ensure practice‑oriented learning. The university museum is considered a representative model reflecting the scientific achievements of teachers and the creative successes of students, which makes it an important element of the university’s corporate identity. The social mission of the planned museum is substantiated: its openness to a wide audience, active promotion and popularization among city residents and tourists. Integrating the museum into the city’s cultural space will enable it to fulfil an image‑building function, helping to enhance the university’s visibility and shape an attractive cultural image of the city. Thus, the art museum of the IKI DGTU can become a focal point for the professional community, student youth, and residents of Rostov‑on‑Don, combining educational, enlightenment, and socio‑cultural objectives within a single project.

- Abstract:
- This chapter examines trends and specific aspects of improving the personnel training system for Russia's defense-industrial complex (DIC), taking into account the current conditions of defense-industrial policy implementation. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is based on empirical and theoretical methods. The study proposes a practice-oriented approach to personnel training for organizations within the Russian defense industry, envisioning comprehensive interaction between all entities involved in staffing organizations, from educational institutions to departments within the DIC, where the knowledge and competencies of graduates are put into practice. As a result of the conducted research, an integrated model for training professional management personnel for organizations of the Russian defense industry was proposed, which allows for the provision of practice-oriented training (retraining, advanced training) of specialists who will possess the necessary set of organizational and professional competencies to solve a wide range of management, production and engineering tasks facing organizations of the defense industry.

Conference PaperPrimary education in the new reality: development directions, current issues, best practices- Author:
- Natalia S. Gubatenko
- Work direction:
- Проектирование, достижение и оценка образовательных результатов в начальной школе
- Abstract:
- The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the organizational and pedagogical support for the cooperation of teachers in specialized primary school classes. The concept of "teacher cooperation" is defined, and its components and efficiency criteria are identified. Organizational and pedagogical conditions are systematized: normative-managerial, scientific-methodological, psychological-pedagogical, and spatial-temporal. It is shown that their creation ensures the transition from fragmented contacts to a polysubject community and the integrity of the profile-oriented educational process. The theoretical significance lies in developing a conceptual basis for models of teacher interaction in the new educational reality.

Generative artificial intelligence as a factor in the transformation of the social ecosystem: from traditional institutions to quasi-subject interactions
Book Chapter
Principles of building a new ecosystem: social, economic and legal aspects- Author:
- Irina V. Staroverova
- Work direction:
- Глава 10
- Abstract:
- The chapter examines the impact of generative artificial intelligence on the transformation of the social ecosystem, understood as a set of interdependent institutions, norms, practices, social roles and communication channels whose stability is maintained through the coordination of expectations among its elements. Generative AI is considered an actor in terms of the consequences of its inclusion in social relations and a quasi-subject in terms of how it is perceived in communication, while being neither a subject nor an instrument in the traditional sense. The genealogy of the quasi-subject concept is traced through comparison with actor-network theory, the theory of social action and the concept of «other sociality». The crises of education, the labour market, law and science are interpreted as a system of ecosystem contradictions and ruptures arising from incompatible institutional requirements concerning AI use. The chapter introduces the concept of multiple local social consensuses, each representing a particular way of closing the AI «black box», analyses the mechanisms that generate trust in AI through the concepts of the black box and simulacra, and proposes principles for restoring coherence within the social ecosystem.

- Abstract:
- This article discusses the issues of the legal regime of the spouses' property. Family legal relations are among the most difficult from the point of view of regulatory regulation of the spheres of social life of society. This situation is due to the fact that these legal relations — including legal and moral (moral) prescriptions — are quite strongly interconnected. At the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st centuries, significant socio-economic transformations took place in our country, which required a revision of many legal institutions, including civil and family legislation. Today, property relations between spouses are regulated by both family and civil legislation. This is due to both their nature and the need to ensure certainty in these relationships in the interests of both the spouses themselves and third parties, such as creditors, heirs, and others. Family legislation regarding the regulation of property relations between spouses is known for the stability of legal

- Гражданское и семейное право
- Abstract:
- The article examines the problem of abuse of creditors’ rights as an instrument of pressure on an insolvency practitioner in bankruptcy proceedings. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that bankruptcy proceedings involve the active participation of creditors, control over the practitioner’s actions and the possibility of applying to the court, a self-regulatory organization and public authorities. When used in good faith, these mechanisms ensure the legality of the procedure and protect the property interests of participants. However, in practice they may turn into a means of delaying the case, creating additional expenses, reputational risks and organizational obstacles for the insolvency practitioner. Particular attention is paid to informational, procedural and reputational pressure, as well as to the distinction between legitimate protection of a creditor’s interest and bad-faith conduct. Conference Paper
Law, Economics and Management- Authors:

- Work direction:
- Уголовное право и криминология, уголовно-исполнительное право
- Abstract:
- The article analyses criminal liability for knowingly false reports of an act of terrorism in the context of rapid digitalisation. The study is relevant due to the growing number of such crimes committed via social networks, instant messengers and anonymous online platforms - they significantly increase destabilisation, provoke panic and cause substantial economic damage. The key problems relate to qualifying the offence under Article 207 of the Russian Criminal Code: it is difficult to prove the element of «knowingness», identify anonymous users and collect digital evidence. The research relies on formal‑legal, comparative‑legal and statistical methods. It proposes measures to improve Article 207, including differentiated liability for mass dissemination of false information, enhanced cooperation between law enforcement agencies and IT companies, and the use of preventive digital tools. The author stresses the need to balance anti‑terrorist security and freedom of speech.

- Abstract:
- The chapter presents a pedagogical model for implementing didactic support of the multisensory approach in teaching English to primary school children (Grade 2), aimed at developing their motivational competence. The relevance of the study is determined by the contradiction between the recognized effectiveness of the multisensory approach and the insufficient development of its didactic support with regard to the initial stage of education. The paper describes the structural components of the model (target, theoretical and methodological, content, procedural, methodological, and result-oriented), presents a developed set of ten multisensory exercises, and provides a detailed description of two of them («Rough Letters: Trace and Remember» and «Umbrella: Name and Hide»). Experimental verification confirmed the effectiveness of the developed model: a significant increase in the high level of intrinsic motivation (from 9.5% to 47.6%) and a decrease in the low level (from 61.9% to 14.3%) were recorded in the experimental group. The model can be used by English language teachers and methodologists in the practice of primary language education.

- Abstract:
- The chapter substantiates the need to transform formal holidays in preschool institutions into educational events for dialogue between teachers, children, and parents. The relevance is related to the requirements of partnership with the family and support for the child's emotional well-being. The chapter identifies the reasons for the formalization of holidays. It proposes a model for organizing a holiday (target, content, communicative, and reflective components) and the conditions for its effectiveness: voluntary participation, child agency, respect for family experiences, joint activities, and reflection. It is concluded that a holiday in a preschool institution can become not a formal event, but a space for dialogue, if it is based on the principles of voluntariness, the child's subjectivity, respect for family experience, joint activities, and subsequent reflection.
