    Abstract:
    The article examines the methodology of comprehensive economic and legal analysis as a tool for assessing the reliability of counterparties and minimizing business risks. Using the example of specific companies (JSC "Forum Electro" and LLC "ElectroPartner"), the practical application of an integrated approach combining financial diagnostics, verification of legal integrity and analysis of arbitration practice is demonstrated. The author has developed and tested assessment algorithms that made it possible to identify key risk indicators and determine the level of reliability of business entities. Special attention is paid to the operationalization of the principle of due diligence through a system of formalized criteria. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the proposed methodology is substantiated and recommendations for its implementation in the corporate risk management system are formulated.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the problem of abuse of creditors’ rights as an instrument of pressure on an insolvency practitioner in bankruptcy proceedings. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that bankruptcy proceedings involve the active participation of creditors, control over the practitioner’s actions and the possibility of applying to the court, a self-regulatory organization and public authorities. When used in good faith, these mechanisms ensure the legality of the procedure and protect the property interests of participants. However, in practice they may turn into a means of delaying the case, creating additional expenses, reputational risks and organizational obstacles for the insolvency practitioner. Particular attention is paid to informational, procedural and reputational pressure, as well as to the distinction between legitimate protection of a creditor’s interest and bad-faith conduct.     Clearly, violations of Labor law by individual headmasters of public sector organizations are a fact of life and likely to continue in the future. The scientific novelty of this study lies in its substantiation of a conceptual link between the level of legal discipline of a public sector headmaster and the development of public trust in government institutions. Absolute compliance with Russian Federation labor legislation by a public sector principal creates a sense of fairness and security among employees, which is directly associated with the reliability of the state system.

    Abstract:
    This article discusses the issues of the legal regime of the spouses' property. Family legal relations are among the most difficult from the point of view of regulatory regulation of the spheres of social life of society. This situation is due to the fact that these legal relations — including legal and moral (moral) prescriptions — are quite strongly interconnected. At the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st centuries, significant socio-economic transformations took place in our country, which required a revision of many legal institutions, including civil and family legislation. Today, property relations between spouses are regulated by both family and civil legislation.   • Liability for knowingly false reports of terrorist acts in the context of digitalization

    Abstract:
    The article analyses criminal liability for knowingly false reports of an act of terrorism in the context of rapid digitalisation. The study is relevant due to the growing number of such crimes committed via social networks, instant messengers and anonymous online platforms - they significantly increase destabilisation, provoke panic and cause substantial economic damage. The key problems relate to qualifying the offence under Article 207 of the Russian Criminal Code: it is difficult to prove the element of «knowingness», identify anonymous users and collect digital evidence. The research relies on formal‑legal, comparative‑legal and statistical methods. It proposes measures to improve Article 207, including differentiated liability for mass dissemination of false information, enhanced cooperation between law enforcement agencies and IT companies, and the use of preventive digital tools. The author stresses the need to balance anti‑terrorist security and freedom of speech.

    The article analyses the role and effectiveness of public control in Russia’s contract system, focusing on legal bases for citizens’ and organisations’ participation and implementation problems. The study uses formal legal, comparative legal and statistical methods, examines Law No. 44 FZ and data from the FAS and the Ministry of Finance. Expanded control tools do not significantly improve procurement quality. Key issues: ineffective public discussions, poor quality complaints, inconsistent appeal timelines, lack of systematic involvement by qualified associations. Proposed improvements: qualification requirements for control subjects, expanded preventive intervention, unified procedures, a register of accredited controllers, mandatory customer feedback, liability for ignoring observers’ comments.

    This article presents a comprehensive study of the evolution of contractual mechanisms in intellectual property law, focusing on the historical context of the formation and development of contractual regulation in this sphere, as well as on contemporary trends and legislative changes. The article examines the historical transition from standardized contractual constructions to the fundamental principle of freedom of contract. This principle, as a fundamental category of civil law, has been subjected to thorough study and rethinking across various historical epochs, which has determined its dynamic development and adaptation to changing socio-economic conditions. A special place in the study is occupied by the analysis of the Soviet period, characterized by a significant restriction on the application of the principle of freedom of contract due to the dominance of the planned administrative economy.   • Formation of creative thinking among master's students in the educational process of higher education

    The chapter presents the results of an empirical study on the influence of interactive teaching methods on the development of creative thinking in master's students in management. Based on a sample of 100 respondents (61 women and 39 men, mean age 28.7 years), using the Remote Associates Test by S. Mednick (adapted by A.N. Voronin), E. Torrance's Test, and an author-developed questionnaire for pedagogical self-assessment of creative potential, statistically significant gender differences were identified: women demonstrated a higher integral creativity index by 3.3 points (t = 2.49; p = 0.015; d = 0.51), with significant differences for the verbal component (t = 2.39; p = 0.019; d = 0.49) and non-significant differences for the figurative component (t = 0.34; p = 0.73; d = 0.07). The chapter includes a theoretical analysis of pedagogical conditions for creativity development in higher education, empirical data, and practical recommendations for designing interactive sessions that account for the identified differences among students.

    When carrying out work near sites inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, an impact assessment on the universal value of the World Heritage sites is required to ensure their preservation. This paper analyzes the National Standard for Impact Assessment Reports, approved in 2018, and compares it with the recommendations of the International Council on Monuments and Sites. It also proposes solutions for addressing any identified discrepancies.

    This article analyses the transformation of the educational environment under the influence of digitalisation of economic and social processes. It substantiates that the digital ecosystem acts not merely as a technological add-on, but as a system-forming resource for the formation and development of an educational community. The structural elements of the new educational ecosystem, its advantages and challenges are examined. Special attention is paid to the synthesis of technological equipment and the creative potential of participants in the educational process as a necessary condition for training personnel for the digital economy. The authors conclude that the effective functioning of a digital ecosystem is possible only with coordinated changes in teacher training approaches, assessment practices and educational policy.

    The article discusses methods and techniques for organizing research activities of high school students using linguistic dictionaries. Based on the material of two lines of the Russian language teaching and learning materials for grades 10-11 (L.M. Rybchenkova, A.G. Narushevich and N.G. Goltsova, I.V. Shamshin), the analysis of types of exercises focused on working with spelling, explanatory, orthoepic, etymological dictionaries, as well as project assignments is carried out. It has been shown that both textbooks provide didactic material, but additional development of tasks aimed at comparative and diachronic analysis of dictionary entries is required for systematic research work.

    Abstract:
    This article analyzes Catherine II's pedagogical tales—"The Tale of Prince Chlorus" and "The Tale of Prince Fevey"—as tools for shaping the personality of the future enlightened monarch. A connection is established between the political philosophy of enlightened absolutism, outlined in the "Instruction" of the Legislative Commission, and the educational principles laid out in these tales for the Grand Dukes Alexander Pavlovich and Konstantin Pavlovich. A comparative analysis of the texts of the "Instruction" and the tales allows us to conclude that the latter convey key ideas of autocracy and class hierarchy, as well as the concept of "moral equality."

    The article analyzes the concept of "service to the Fatherland" as a fundamental traditional value, the protection of which is recognized as a strategic national priority. It substantiates the importance of fostering patriotic attitudes in adolescents, as well as the relevance of searching for and implementing updated socio-cultural formats of education applicable in schools and institutions of additional education. A step-by-step plan for introducing adolescents to the phenomenon of the special military operation is proposed. The author presents a pilot version of the board game "Service to the Fatherland" as an example of a socio-cultural practice that enables the organization of joint activities of schoolchildren, taking into account their age characteristics and in a fundamentally new — game-based — key.

    The article examines the role of digital technologies in improving the process of teaching English at school and university levels. The relevance of the topic is connected with the development of digital educational environments, online learning, blended learning, interactive tasks and electronic resources. Based on the analysis of scientific publications and implementation practices, the article shows that digital tools increase students’ motivation, expand access to authentic materials, support independent work, feedback and assessment. Special attention is paid to the conditions for effective use of technologies, including teachers’ methodological training, careful selection of digital services and the combination of digital and traditional forms of learning. The article concludes that digitalization does not replace the teacher, but strengthens the teacher’s role and contributes to more flexible and effective English language learning.

    The article summarizes the practical experience of integrating digital tools into mathematics education in face-to-face, remote, and extracurricular formats. Based on empirical data, the article examines the capabilities of interactive whiteboards, dynamic environments (GeoGebra, Desmos), video conferencing platforms, and neural networks (GigaChat, YandexGPT, DeepSeek). It is proven that the effectiveness of ICT depends not on technical characteristics, but on the didactic validity of their inclusion in the educational process. The article substantiates the need to create a unified digital ecosystem for teachers that ensures the continuity of different forms of education. The article concludes that a teacher's methodological flexibility is a crucial factor in the successful digitalization of mathematics education.
