Conference PaperDigitalization in the education system: best practices and implementation practices- Author:
- Arina I. Bondarenko
- Work direction:
- Опыт использования современных информационно-коммуникационных технологий
- Abstract:
- The article summarizes the practical experience of integrating digital tools into mathematics education in face-to-face, remote, and extracurricular formats. Based on empirical data, the article examines the capabilities of interactive whiteboards, dynamic environments (GeoGebra, Desmos), video conferencing platforms, and neural networks (GigaChat, YandexGPT, DeepSeek). It is proven that the effectiveness of ICT depends not on technical characteristics, but on the didactic validity of their inclusion in the educational process. The article substantiates the need to create a unified digital ecosystem for teachers that ensures the continuity of different forms of education. The article concludes that a teacher's methodological flexibility is a crucial factor in the successful digitalization of mathematics education.

The limits of contractual freedom in consumer lending: Institutions of self-locking and cooling-off period
Book ChapterDevelopment of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Authors:
- Elena V. Iakovenko, Ekaterina V. Shushina
- Work direction:
- Глава 6
- Abstract:
- An analysis of legislative amendments on the possibility of establishing a “self-prohibition” on the remote conclusion of a loan agreement and the introduction of a “cooling-off period” before the issuance of loan funds was conducted to determine whether these institutions comply with the principle of freedom of contract. It has been established that self-prohibition is a voluntary self-restriction, which represents the most complete realization of freedom of contract. A cooling-off period is a mandatory restriction, establishing a deferred performance of the contract for the creditor. The authors conclude that the innovations are consistent with the constitutional criteria for the admissibility of restrictions on rights and freedoms, since the purpose of their introduction is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of all parties to the loan agreement.

- Abstract:
- The chapter considers the regional education quality system as a complex social construct. Through the prism of a sociological approach, the interests and interactions of key actors (the state, educational organizations, teachers, students, parents, employers), institutional frameworks and value orientations that form ideas about quality are analyzed. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical data (questionnaires, interviews, document analysis), the latent functions of the system, social contradictions and risks are identified, recommendations are given on the development of an education quality management system, the authors propose a conceptual analysis model that can be used to develop targeted management decisions at the regional level.

- Глава 12
- Abstract:
- The relevance of the topic of the chapter is determined by the lack of alternatives to the proposed approach in the implementation of national projects, as well as the need for continuous improvement of the software for this process. Today, socio-economic development programs for territories are being implemented in a comprehensive manner as part of a number of national priority projects, which significantly improve the quality of life for the local population and enhance environmental and other system-determining factors. The research methods used in this chapter include analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, abduction, and classification. A multifactorial analysis allowed us to assess the current «bottlenecks» and the prospects for their possible resolution with a sufficient degree of objectivity. The subject of the study was the search for «bottlenecks» in the project’s software, using the indicators of the Chelyabinsk Region as an example.

Modern issues of pedagogy and psychology: theoretical and methodological approaches and practical re-search results- Author:
- Sergei N. Blinkov

- Глава 10
- Abstract:
- This paper provides a retrospective analysis of physical education, health improvement, and sports activities in a rural secondary school over a period of thirty-six years. It demonstrates the continuity of one of the main activities in the school from one physical education teacher to another, without compromising the quality of physical education for students and maintaining a high level of academic, extracurricular, and after-school activities. It has been shown that in rural areas with underdeveloped infrastructure and long distances from the city, physical education and health activities at a secondary school are a factor that not only contributes to the preservation, improvement of health, and socialization of the younger generation, but also to the development of the village. This chapter provides a description of the practice of introducing physical education and health activities in the rural Novo-Dmitrievskaya Secondary School in the Radishchevsky District of the Ulyanovsk Region, covering the period from 1963 to 2009, and the impact of physical education and health activities on the socialization of students, their physical fitness, and their athletic performance.

- Abstract:
- Modern medical education is focused on the formation of students' stable professional competencies that ensure readiness for clinical activities. One of the key problems remains the gap between theoretical training and practical skills, due to the fragmentation of academic disciplines and the predominance of a subject-centered learning model. The purpose of this article is to substantiate and describe a methodological and analytical model of interdisciplinary educational modules as a tool for integrating theory and practice in the pre-graduate training of medical university students. The theoretical foundations of interdisciplinary and integrated learning, including PBL methods and simulation training, are considered effective for the development of clinical thinking and practical skills. A structural model of the interdisciplinary module is presented and an example of its implementation based on the clinical topic "Patient with chest pain" is shown. The pedagogical advantages of the p

- Abstract:
- This article examines the pressing issue of transforming interactions between families and preschool educational institutions in the context of digitalization and social uncertainty. The authors explore the phenomenon of increasing parental control and resource constraints in modern families, which conflict with growing demands on adult educational competence. The study focuses on the methodological gap between the current challenges of "late modernity" and traditional asymmetrical models of informing parents, which fail to adequately coordinate educational strategies. The study utilizes conceptual modeling, narrative-integrative review, and content analysis of scientific sources. Systems, activity-based, and resource-based approaches were employed to synthesize theoretical data into a unified structural and functional model. Particular attention is given to the method of theoretical synthesis for classifying family resources: material, human, social, temporal, information-digital, and
