    Abstract: In the course of the study of the problems of legal regulation of the ethno-conflict sphere, the author of the article conducted a survey (using the methods of questionnaires and in-depth interviews) of 20 experts who are highly qualified specialists in the field of countering ethno-national conflicts, studied the results of mass sociological research, analyzed scientific works and media publications. As a result, the most effective legal measures for regulating the prevention and suppression of ethnic and national conflicts were identified, and the main directions for their improvement in the interests of strengthening the Russian statehood were identified.

    The research is devoted to the identification of lexical and semantic relations and the establishment of similarities and differences of H.P. Lovecraft’s work «The Outsider» in English and Russian. A comprehensive analysis of the studied words and phrases was done. In the present work, the methods of comparative and statistical analysis which allowed to identify discrepancies between the English and Russian versions of words and phrases were used.

    The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate the system of professional training of future bachelors of social work and analyze the main trends in modern education in Russia. On the basis of theoretical and empirical research methods, the author presents a comparative characteristic of qualification requirements in federal state educational standards, identifies trends that provide modern professional training for bachelors of social work. The results obtained create the basis for scientific and methodological support of the educational process aimed at optimizing the system of professional training of future bachelors of social work, and can be included in the educational practice of Russian universities that provide professional training for bachelors of social work.     The article reveals the problem of including a parent and a child with autism spectrum disorder in cooperative activities using the example of two families participating in the research. The theoretical foundations of this problem and the practical results obtained at the first stage of the study by questioning parents, and also by observing the cooperative productive activities of the child and the parent during the drawing lessons. The question of the importance of parental involvement in the child's rehabilitation process is considered.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of information readiness of psychology students to study in the digital educational environment. The theoretical analysis includes the description of statistical indicators of the study of the problems of the transition of the Russian educational system to dis-tance learning; the description of the relationship between the concepts of digital educational environment and distance learning; the definition of readiness for learning and the structure of information readiness for learning in the digital edu-cational environment; the description of professional potential and the features of its formation in the process of distance learning. The practical part describes the pilot study of part-time and full-time students using the author's questionnaire and the results of this study. Among the distinctive characteristics of information readiness of psychology students are awareness, attitude and tools of the digital educational environment. The same characteristics – the ability to choose sources and select the necessary information from them.

    The presented article is based on the results of a study of the behavior of leaders of educational organizations and institutions in conflict situations. The main theories that develop ways of solving the problem under study from the standpoint of modern psychology have been determined. The aspects of increasing the competence of managers to resolve conflicts in educational activities are considered, taking into account its fundamentally important components. The results of in-depth study of the phenomena necessary for psychological and pedagogical practice are characterized: individual strategies of behavior; the role of unconscious patterns of behavior; stable attitudes of behavior; hierarchy of scenarios and styles of behavior of educational leaders in conflict situations. The author analyzes the main directions of the teacher's educational activity, in particular, considers the requirements imposed by the federal state educational standard for the level of civil and patriotic education of primary school students.   • Analytical Forms of the Verb as a Structural Feature of the Grammar of the Chuvash Language

    Abstract:
    The study is devoted to the consideration of the analytical forms of the verb in the Chuvash language and the issue of their inclusion in the system of grammatical categories along with synthetic forms. The work was carried out on the material of samples of Chuvash fiction using the functional-semantic method. The article presents a brief history of the study of this issue both in general in Turkic studies and in Chuvash linguistics. The author emphasizes that the existing undefined status of such combinations in the grammars of the Chuvash and other Turkic languages does not contribute to an adequate description of the corresponding forms and categories. Due to the fact that one of the components of analytical forms completely or partially loses its nominative meaning, while acquiring an official grammatical meaning, they have not become the subject of detailed study in the syntax section. But in morphology, they are also not studied to the proper extent due to the fact that more than one word is formally present in such combinations. The author believes that when applying the functional-semantic approach to the study of such combinations, it becomes clear that functionally these forms do not differ from synthetic forms and should be the subject of description at the morphological level. The conclusions of the research are supported by examples of specific analytical forms and are as follows: these forms are an integral part and structural feature of the Chuvash language grammar. As a prospect for further research, we can name a detailed study of the functional and semantic component of the analytical forms of the verb and the development of their classification.

    Abstract:
    This work is devoted to the study of onomatopoeic paired words of the languages of the central zone of the Volga-Kama language union – Chuvash and Mari. These languages belong to different families (Altai and Uralic), however, for many centuries they have been in close relations, as a result of which they were subjected to significant contamination. The purpose of this work is to establish general and particular parameters of paired words in the languages being compared. The material for the study was the Chuvash and Mari onomatopoeic words, phonetically close to each other. The conclusions of the work are based on the methods of comparative linguistics. On the basis of academic dictionaries, the author establishes a common layer of onomatopoeic paired words of the Chuvash and Mari languages. Studies have shown that, in a derivatological sense, paired words in both languages are built on the basis of the same model and represent onomatopoeia with an incomplete divergent reduplicative component in the final part of the word. At the same time, pairs practically do not reveal semantic convergences. It seems that the discovered feature of phonetically consonant paired words can be explained only by drawing on the genetic differences of languages that are implicitly preserved to the present and only make themselves felt with special scientific analysis.

    The section of the monograph describes the author's methodology for implementing a practice-oriented educational process in physics through teaching schoolchildren in methods of solving applied problems and implementing projects. The content of the activity on the development of an educational project is highlighted, the final product of which is a model of a technical device designed to solve vital problems for a person. The requirements for the formulations of applied problems reflecting the purpose and specific properties of a technical device are identified. The applied problems are given, the solution of which in physics lessons makes it possible to form a generalized method of creating a material object of a certain purpose. Methods of creation are described and photographs of some operating models of technical devices, such as «gateway», «granary», «lights», «transformer» are given.

    The present article examines the strategy of interaction of the state and small business as a factor of innovative development – which is a very topical issue, since small innovative businesses are enterprises that are on the balance of industrial property applied objects (patents, utility models, industrial designs), as well as those that systematize and protect intellectual property from commercial secrets. At the same time, the innovation activity of small business, according to the authors, is not a custom-made industry, as a rule, this industry requires more development than funding. In this connection, for the formation of innovative forms and the implementation of their activities, commercialization, expansion of strategic management, and the accession of subjects of state innovation institutions, it is necessary to create an adaptive environment for the development of small business.

    The article examines the issue of sound reproduction of primary school children with functional dyslalia. In recent years, there has been a sharp increase in the number of children with speech disorders. Such disorders have a significant impact on child's mental development, which is reflected in his behavior and activities. Severe speech disorders can affect the child's mental development, i.e. the formation of higher levels of cognitive activity. This is due to the close relationship between speech and thinking which can affect the limits of speech contacts of the child, their knowledge of the surrounding reality.
