    Abstract:
    The article discusses the ways of organizing distance learning in the professional training of university students. The authors highlight the problems in the organization of training using distance educational technologies during the implementation of the program in any educational organization, present the experience of interaction between the Department of Technology of the FSBEI HE ASHPU named after V.M. Shukshin with the educational and methodical association of the professional community of teachers of technology of the region in the practical training of future specialists. Resources were identified and recommended for organizing distance learning technology.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the preparation of young teachers to work with gifted children in the system of continuing education. The author outlines that activity of a young teacher with gifted children is a very responsible job that constantly requires the teacher to master professional skills, develop personal qualities, flexibility, emotional stability, and the ability to create individual and personalized programs designed for all types of pupils, including gifted children. The author comes to the conclusion that preparation of young teachers to work with smart and gifted children should be focused on improve their theoretical knowledge on the specifics of a gifted child’s psychology , as well as on the formation of professionally important qualities necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process, which contributes to the improvement of skills, increase the general and psychological and pedagogical culture of a young teacher for the development of professional competence and ownership of the professional component in the system of continuing education.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problem of the full treatment of the subject “Construction of Lyapunov functions” in the “Lyapunov's direct method” section in the courses on system dynamics, differential equations, etc., for students of mathematical and technical specialties. The authors of the article point out that first of all Lyapunov function method is considered the method useful for studying dynamics of concrete technical systems by mathematical methods. Since for practical use of this method it makes sense to construct Lyapunov functions in simplest form, the methodology for constructing Lyapunov functions in positive definite quadratic forms with given properties, certain features of original problems is proposed by the authors.

    Abstract:
    A passenger has a special relationship with an air carrier when they hand over their baggage for transportation. Shipping Luggage is usually accompanied by passenger shipping, which is closely connected to her, but at the same time is regulated in a special way. This article analyzes the current legal norms governing the delivery of baggage in the implementation of passenger air transportation. The author justifies the position that the obligation to transport the baggage handed over by the passenger cannot be qualified as an independent contract for the carriage of baggage, as some authors suggest. According to the author, this obligation should be recognized as an additional optional obligation of the carrier under the contract of air carriage of the passenger.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the consideration of "Maslenitsa" in the historiography of social and cultural activities. It is noted that "Maslenitsa" as a national holiday appeared before the baptism of Russia. The author emphasizes that the study of the historiography of the holiday is of undoubted interest, both for scientists and practitioners of the leisure sphere, since such research is conducted for the first time. The purpose of the research is to reveal how historians, ethnographers, and folklorists studied Maslenitsa in various periods of Russian history. The author's task was to show the structure of Maslenitsa, the organization of its holding and numerous leisure forms of its holding, as well as to show through numerous studies how each day of Maslenitsa was celebrated. Methods. Various sources (monographs, articles, dissertations) that reveal the content and conduct of Maslenitsa in various historical periods are used in the study. The article provides a historiographical analysis of the national holiday "Maslenitsa". The author points out that at present the historiography of social and cultural activities, as a branch of pedagogical science, has become an independent section of research on a par with the history and theory of social and cultural activities. It is emphasized that the study of forms of holiday and entertainment culture in the history of socio-cultural activities is one of the directions of historiography in socio-cultural activities. Historiography of socio-cultural activity in its scientific development makes the first independent steps. The scientific novelty of this research is undeniable. Based on the fundamental historiographical material, the author shows the emergence of the "Maslenitsa", its structure, organization and conduct. In the article each day of the holiday and entertainment ways for its conduct are defined.     The author of the article pays special attention to the fact that in modern world with its mass migration of the peoples as well as the formation of the international information sphere, the threat of the interethnic conflicts in the frame of rejecting another culture has become aggravated. The author outlines that motive for appearance of the negative phenomena in society is underlined in shortcomings of education of interethnic culture in family, in primary and secondary education in school. The problem of ethnic conflicts prevention by the formation of the sphere of positive international relationship on the base of tolerance, understanding each other, reception of the values of the human approach to the ethnic problems in school and university surroundings introducing the students of different nations to the music culture of the Khakass people, upbringing interest in it, love and affection to little motherland is reviewed in the article. It is suggested to solve the problem by the means of the musical art in process of preparing future teacher – musician for the work in multicultural sphere. The purpose of the article is to consider the formation of international cultural relations among students and schoolchildren. Methods. The practical implementation of the educational potential of the Khakass music at the music lessons in general school is demonstrated. The description of the preparation to the music lesson on the base of material of the Khakass Region, which was presented by the student-teacher is pointed out. The video clip about Khakass nature accompanied by the sounds of the original national Khakass Instruments was shown. After listening the piece “Solar sign” from the cycle of children pieces “Sunny chathan” by composer T. Shalginova, the discussion about original music language of the piece took place, and then the lyrics of the song “Land of mother” by the first local professional composer G. Chelborakov were learnt by heart. Results. At the end of the cycle of the lessons dedicated to Khakassia, the student held the survey in school classes. The results of the survey confirmed the validity of the general methodological approach to the formation of interethnic cultural relations in the student and school environment

    Abstract:
    The author outlines that in connection with the need to develop students' abilities and skills for organizing independent research activities, a psychological and pedagogical analysis of the organization of university students’ research activities is made, and the basic tasks of developing the students' ability to do research work are formulated. Methods of research. To diagnose the development of this quality, research methods such as questionnaires, analysis, and comparative evaluation were used. The study defined quality, based on which we can generate interest in students to do research activities – the ability to cognitive activity, awareness of actions, independent approach to creative problem solving, commitment to self-development and self-education. It is noted that for development of skills for doing research work it is recommended to engage students in the situations where it is necessary to find the solution to problems, help them to analyze qualitative changes and to predict the results of a particular process development. In the course of experimental work carried out by lecturers of the Lipetsk State Technical University, positive changes, indicating the development of the ability in students to do research activity in the process, organized to introduce students to research work at different stages of their training were identified.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the specifics of the educational institutions' activities on establishing language rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students on the example of the National presidential boarding school for gifted children. Active debates of the issue of learning native languages, reducing the hours for teaching national languages in the curriculum of secondary schools, downplaying spiritual and moral education and “giving up positions” to the process of digitalization, the search for solutions and new models of “national schools” determines the relevance of issue studied. It is noted that due to the fact that Russia is a multi-ethnic state and almost all schools are multilingual and multicultural as a result of the dynamic process of migration of parents, schools have to solve the problems of implementing educational programs independently. Also, it is emphasized that since the process of establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students of different nationalities, their relationship with each other entails conflicts and withdrawal to the world of social networks and adolescent groups, educational activities require a careful study. Therefore, the attention of researchers to the problem of establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students causes interest in the problem of managing this activity. The ai, of the article is to develop and justify organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective management of educational institutions’ activity on establishing linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students. Research methods: study of the literature on the issue studied, the pedagogical experience of the author and teaching staff of schools, analysis of educational programs and curricula. Results. As a result of the research, we identified the main gaps in the existing system of management of educational activities on establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students, the lack of a flexible management model with an adaptive organizational structure of management and appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions. An effective model for managing the school's activities on establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students is proposed in the article.

  • Methods of Composing and Conducting an Interactive Ethnographic Excursion in the Museum of an Educational Institution

    Abstract:
    The methodological techniques for conducting an interactive ethnographic excursion in the museum of the educational institution are reviewed in the article. It has been hypothesized that the introduction of elements of interactivity and immersivity into the structure of an ethnographic excursion will allow for a stronger and deeper learning of the material of the excursion. In order to confirm the hypothesis, an analysis of theoretical material on the topic of the study was carried out, a modern view of the museum of the educational institution as an object for transmitting cultural experience, as a guardian of historical memory was revealed. Methods. The research was carried out using the following methods: analysis of theoretical material, survey of participants of the museum and pedagogical process in order to identify the most effective methods of functioning of the museum, modeling, involving organization of various formats of activity of the museum of the educational institution, as well as methods of empirical level – observation, description, experiment. The results of the study, given in the work, confirmed that unlike the traditional excursion, which involves passive participation of students, interactive excursions allow to involve students in active interaction with the guide, motivate them to “independent” study and consideration of exhibits of the museum. The survey of participants of the museum and pedagogical process confirmed that emotional immersion in the material of the excursion contributes to its better learning and memorization.

  • Giftedness as a Pedagogical Problem

    Abstract:
    The difference between the concepts of ability and giftedness in the context of a competency approach to education, when competence and expert knowledge are distinguished is clarified in the article. It is understood that the level of subject competencies characterizes an individual subject with regard to his or her abilities, which distinguishes one student from another through the content understanding and fast retention of learning material. The aim of the study is to show how the educational process is regulated by rational and emotional consciousness and how emotional consciousness, being associative, allows the student to use his or her life experience as a means of indirect influence on his or her behavior using the metaphors of A. N. Veraksa in the educational process. The author outlines that the competence of a student is his or her talent or giftedness, which is manifested in interaction with other students, that is, in a team: the student is an individual and collective subject of the educational process, and his or her activity regulates rational and emotional consciousness, so the task is to determine the forms of their integration in the educational process. It is noted that if the student's abilities are manifested in interaction with others, the successful/unsuccessful one is not an individual here, but a collective (group) subject. It is mentioned that in terms of B.M. Teplov, it is referred to “giftedness” in the form of a combination of individual abilities of participants in the educational process (situation), through which a chance for success in educational activities increases or reduces. It is concluded that in preschool and primary school age, an effective form of indirect influence is a fairy tale, and hereinafter – project activity, mediated in the student's mind by the metaphor of creativity, which puts the development of emotional consciousness under the control of the teacher.

  • Network Interaction Within the "Service" Concept of Educational Institutions (On the Example of the Tomsk Region)

    The author emphasizes that ongoing global changes in society, new directions of sociocultural development have led to the necessity of making changes in requirements of the quality of education on every level. It is noted that these new requirements imply not only pupils’ subject knowledge development but also their metasubject and personal competence formation. Educational institutions faced difficulties while establishing educational process in accordance with the introduced state directions. The author comes to the conclusion that in search of the solution, educational institutions started to form networks and communities that let integrate both resources and abilities to succeed in fulfilling of the tasks given by the government. The concept of a “service state” is considered; principles of service activities of educational institutions are defined; client focus of educational institutions is reviewed; the main provisions of the network interaction of educational institutions are presented; regulatory acts, projects in which the network interaction in the field of education is fixed are analyzed; an independent assessment of the quality of education is given; educational institutions that occupy leading places in the opinion of service consumers about network interaction, taking into account the focus on the need of direct service consumers are considered. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, comparison, interviewing. The result of the study was a network interaction project taking into account the focus on service by the Humanitarian Lyceum in Tomsk and Tomsk State University.

  • Problems and Perspectives of Distance Learning in Modern Schools

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to give recommendations on the organization of distance learning at school, identifying the main problems and prospects for its use in the educational process. Methods of research. During the study, the analysis of distance learning was carried out. The field of its application is defined, assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of this form of learning is presented, the basic means of interaction in the online environment in distance learning are revealed, the most effective teaching methods in distance learning are pointed out. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were made about the specifics of distance learning. The author emphasizes that the main advantages of distance learning as following: an individual approach, the ability to maintain constant feedback between the teacher and the pupil, the lack of strict control as an incentive to free creative activity of pupils. The main disadvantage of distance learning is the lack of direct communication between the teacher and peers. It is also concluded that it is necessary to use collective methods of distance learning in order to overcome the deficit of emotional communication. The most effective methods of distance learning are those that are focused on independent work and creative search. It is noted that further prospects of distance learning development associated with number of following conditions: holding stage of the preparatory work for the adaptation of educational material, acquisition of information technologies and increase of the level of computer skills and choosing the optimal teaching methods for distance learning process.

  • Revisiting the Issue of Gothic Language Teaching Methodology as a Part of Classical Languages and Cultures Course

    The article is devoted to the description of possibilities of applying main approaches implemented in Classical languages teaching at universities in the practice of the Gothic language teaching. The purpose of the article is to consider the methodology of the Gothic language teaching as a part of Classical languages and cultures course. Methods of research. In the course of work the following research methods were applied: analysis and observation. Research results. Various exercises used by the author in her own practice are presented in the article. The author emphasizes that it is necessary to diversify the forms of work for the emergence of cognitive interest and motivation to learn the language in students. When implementing the approach described in the article, by the end of the Classical languages and cultures course, students acquire the ability to analyze authentic texts in the Gothic language, develop memory, logical thinking, the ability to read the text thoughtfully, work with a dictionary, etc. It is concluded that it is necessary to supplement the grammatical approach to the presentation of the material with elements of typological and cultural approaches, as well as it is meaningful to introduce such exercises for the development of students' linguistic and metalinguistic competencies, which are based on adapted Gothic texts.

  • Study of Peculiar Features of Russian Public Service Announcements

    The article deals with the formation of modern public service announcement in Russia, its features in comparison with foreign ones. The author outlines that there are certain psychological methods used in Russian public service announcements. They are related to the traditions of society, the Russian mentality, the level of cultural development of the target audience, etc. The relationship between the ad performance and the psychological methods of influence that it uses, in particular, resorting to the effect of social conformity is examined in the article. Research methods. The study aimed at clarifying the attitude of the population to various types and forms of public service announcement is described. Research objectives are to determine which types of public service announcements attract the most attention, to define which public service announcements are more memorable, to clarify what feelings are caused by the most memorable public service announcements, to state the degree of influence of public service announcements on the behavior of individuals in specific situations. The survey was conducted using a open-ended questions. The results of the research. The most memorable public service announcement is the one that is addressed directly to the person and their good physical condition. Less attention is drawn to public service announcements designed to engage in a particular public activity. It is concluded that public service announcements can be classified by destination, by ways how it affects the audience, by the scale of distribution, by the type of implementation, etc. The methods of influence that are used in Russian public service announcements must be studied in detail and effectively applied to achieve the main and general goal of all public service announcements – the acquisition of positive behaviors by society.

  • Searching Means for Forming Readiness for Health-Saving Activities in Future Specialists in Medical and Preventative Care

    The results of experimental work on the elective course “Health-saving activities of a doctor in health care organizations” for students studying in the specialty of medical and preventive care, in accordance with the competencies proposed by the Federal State Educational Standard is highlighted in the article. Methods. As the main methods aimed at forming the components of professional and psychological readiness for health-saving activities, test, creative assignment, project method were included to the elective course. A general assessment of the effectiveness of the above mentioned methods is based on an analysis of subjective and conditionally objective assessments on the formation of readiness for health-saving activities, which were obtained on the basis of specially developed questions and the method of pedagogical assessment, the criteria of which took into account the type of students' assignments. Results. The analysis of the results allowed us to draw the following conclusions: it is meaningful to take into account the stages of knowledge assimilation and experience in the discipline when selecting training methods; the effectiveness of the project method and its place in achieving mastery of course – the stage of consolidation and deepening of knowledge, mastering skills in professional activities – is demonstrated;it is necessary to include elements of active, interactive and simulation methods as means of stimulating the reflection of one’s own psychological readiness for professional activity among future specialists.

    An attempt to establish the relationship between the formation of meta-subject competencies in delinquent adolescents in the framework of educational and extracurricular activities in an educational institution and the transition of forms of its behavioral manifestations from social disapproval to behavior regulated by legal norms was made. The authors outline that in order to structure knowledge about metasubject competencies, they are classified into meta-activities, meta-ways and meta-abilities that directly affect the rehabilitation of delinquent adolescents by means of educational and extracurricular activities organized in an educational institution. Methods of research: comparative and theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, monographs and thesis works, documentation; generalization, comparison, systematization. Research result. The authors come to the conclusion that delinquent adolescent, due to the features of their socially disapproved forms of life, have well-defined formed competencies, but apply them in asocial behavioral manifestations. The article pays attention to the importance of improving the effectiveness of activity of educational institutions on the formation of delinquent adolescents’ metasubject competencies as a means of overcoming adolescent deviation. However, attention is drawn to the possible risks in this area of activity due to the delinquent adolescents’ frequent absence from school, so the authors also paid attention to the need to form academic motivation in delinquent adolescents to achieve the goals of forming metasubject competencies and overcoming delinquency.

    The article is devoted to generalization of the first experience of mass distance learning received in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic. The author of the article points out that a lot of debates in domestic universities about organizing distance learning for students, when diametrically opposed points of view were expressed about its effectiveness and inefficiency, necessity and uselessness, etc. could be observed. It is noted that in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, domestic universities had to switch to using distance learning methods when teaching students. Research methods: reviews and articles of teachers and university specialists on the first results of the organization of distance learning for students in domestic universities in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic as well as the method of participatory observation and conversations with university lecturers. Results of research. The majority of Russian universities were not ready for such a simultaneous and complete transition to distance learning. This is due to the fact that neither teachers nor students were prepared for such a critical situation, which had never been before and was not supposed to be. Nevertheless, teachers and students since the beginning of the crisis have established communications by their usual means using social networks and e-mail. The transition to information platforms, which were created at the university to control the learning process, led to new problems, as it was necessary to restructure the work of both teachers and students, increasing the tension of their work, often without the possibility of obtaining technical support for the transition to new platforms.
