    Abstract:
    The article discusses the results of a study conducted on the basis of an educational institution on the formation of health-saving technologies in the youth environment. On the histograms presented in the paper, you can see the positive dynamics in the course of the pedagogical experiment conducted in the experimental classroom. During the experiment, various pedagogical methods were used in a complex, including active discussion, watching videos / presentations, testing. The methods of analytical review, selection of experience, analysis of theory and educational practice, methods of mathematical data processing using the Mann-Whitney test were used in the work.

    Abstract:
    The content sets out the theoretical foundations of the problem of developing the intellectual potential of modern children in the information world. Emphasis is placed on interactive learning as a condition for the development of mental cognitive processes in children of primary school age. An analysis of the presented program “Sherlock” is given; the results of the introduction of this program into the practice of the educational process in the primary grades of the school are presented. The study shows that the presented project can be successfully used to develop the intellectual potential of younger schoolchildren in the process of interactive learning.

    Abstract:
    The author of the article analyzes the didactic and technical possibilities of using Padlet Internet service to organize students' independent work in the study of grammar topic "Vorgangspassiv". The author concludes that Padlet Internet service is the effective tool for forming and developing foreign language grammar competence and increasing students' motivation for learning a foreign language. Online service Padlet allows the teacher to clearly structure the material, connect other digital tools, makes the work of students transparent. The use of this work format corresponds to the ideas of differentiated approach in learning, allows you to implement in practice the principles of personal orientation and autonomy of students, allows students to get a guaranteed positive result.

    The chapter of the monograph highlights effective models of activity in the field of innovative educational activities based on the best practices of the federal innovation platforms. The work was carried out within the framework of the Research Agreement on «Identification of best practices based on the results of expert evaluation of applications and reports of federal innovation platforms» with Financial Expert Systems LLC, Moscow, the operator of the organization of the procedure for evaluating the activities of FIP entities in order to fulfill state contract №05.2022.244.02.003.021 dated April 26, 2022 of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The chapter examines the projects of federal innovation platforms of higher education institutions, demonstrating effective models of legal support for the interaction of participants and co-executors of Federal innovation platforms of Higher Education, which made it possible to provide support for innovative educational activities for the implementation of the declared projects. The paper analyzes the innovative experience of the FIP of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics», of the FIP of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education " Sochi State University», of the FIP the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education «National Research Tomsk State University».

    The search for solutions related to the problems of modernization and technological renewal of the national economy and its regional components, the formation of resource potential and the strengthening of the competitive status of the subject (macro, mesolevel), as well as the provision of conditions for economic growth, will not have an effect in the strategic aspect if the level of investment activity in the economy is declining, and the volume of investment in various programs and projects that are significant for the federal center and regions are declining. The paper clarifies the dual nature of the investment paradigm of the development of the region as a system element of the national economic space and as a situational localizer of the investment benchmark for the development of regional economies, which made it possible to reveal the functional relationship between the concepts of «investment climate», «investment attractiveness» and «investment activity» in a single categorical series of investment components of the development of spatially localized economic subsystems.

    The state and level of use of material resources are the consequence of the impact of all aspects of financial and economic activity. Taking into account the specifics of the printing house's activity as a system and as a process, recommendations are proposed to accelerate the turnover of material resources from the point of view of the production cycle. The results of the work have methodological value for commercial organizations in the practice of material resources management, in identifying reserves for increasing the efficiency of their use. The structural and logical scheme of the stages of the complex analysis of the material resources of the enterprise, taking into account the industry features, has been compiled and proposed. The method of analysis has been tested on the example of one of the printing enterprises. Recommendations are given to improve the efficiency of the use of material resources.

    The relevance of the chapter topic is due to the fact that very little attention is paid to the sound culture of schoolchildren's speech when teaching in general educational institutions. Recent studies have shown a large percentage of first graders who have speech impairments, in particular oral, when they enter school. Speech disorders affect not only the child's communication skills and learning outcomes in the disciplines «Russian language» and «Literature». The cognitive sphere of a child is a world of close interconnections, where a violation or underdevelopment of one of the structures slows down or disrupts the development of another. Deviations in speech development impede the formation of verbal-logical thinking, operations of analysis, synthesis, generalization, and classification, which leads not only to difficulties in mastering the program material of individual disciplines, but also generally negatively affects the cognitive development of the child. We see the search for effective approaches to solving this problem in STEAM education, an ever-growing direction, implying an approach in which several subject areas are integrated into interdisciplinary project and research activities. Having studied the existing developments in the framework of special education, we see a real possibility and need to develop a methodological manual based on the STEAM approach in order to form the sound culture of schoolchildren's speech.

    Currently, tourism is a backbone of the economy, and together with its associated sectors, it effectively combines many activities for global economic development. According to UNWTO data, tourism forms national competitive advantages and accounts for almost 11% of world GDP, introduces more than 4 trillion dollars into turnover, and for a number of countries, revenues from the tourism industry correspond to the basis in the country's budget. Currently, tourism is developing in the context of a deep crisis associated with the pandemic and the emergence of new strains of COVID-19, as well as with measures of external sanctions pressure caused by global political processes, which led to the need to revise traditional approaches to the leading tourism sectors – inbound and outbound, and in particular, international. International tourism has been largely affected by the coronavirus, as demand for services, the largest sources of foreign exchange earnings, has sharply decreased. The research problems are based on methodological approaches reflecting the issues of active transformation of global processes of world practice in the development of the tourism industry and its most important sectors. Technological and digital transformations are considered as key factors in the development of tourism. Possible trajectories of further tourism development are scientifically justified – transactional and infrastructural.

    The purpose of this article is to generalize the ideas of teachers, psychologists, sociologists and acmeologists about the typological approach to students in the educational space of higher education. When writing the work, the tasks of systematizing existing students and building their own typology of students were solved based on the generalization of personality types, learning opportunities, styles of learning activities, the leading representative system and other criteria for identifying student typologies for the implementation of educational, educational and developmental activities of the university. The following scientific methods were used in the work: methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, and the modeling method. The article shows that the typological approach is applicable for identifying and describing the main types characteristic of the subjects of the educational process on the scale of higher education. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms for the development and application of the typological approach and the possibilities on its basis to organize productive interaction between the teacher and the student, taking into account the strengths of the individual, the levels of actual development and the areas of immediate development of students. It is shown that the resource capabilities of the identified personality types of trainees are actualized with the help of a master teacher, who applies individual, differentiated and personality-oriented approaches to future professionals in the course of their professional and personal development in the cycles of readable disciplines and in the system of educational activities of the university. The result of the study was the development of a comparative table of methods for typology of students (taking into account psychological-pedagogical and acme-oriented approaches and criteria for identifying typological groups) and their consideration in the organization of the educational process in higher education. The table systematizes the views of psychologists, sociologists, teachers and acmeologists on the educational process at the university over the past few decades and demonstrates the best ways for the educational activities of students.

  • Socio-Dispatching Activity of the School Psychological and Pedagogical Concilium Specialists in the Modern Conditions of the Development of an Inclusive Educational Process

    The state policy in the field of education poses new practical tasks, in particular, to learn how to include students with conditions that differ from the norm of health in an inclusive educational space, preserving and strengthening their health. The socio-dispatching activity of the school concilium is considered in the article as a key mechanism that ensures a decent quality of life for schoolchildren in the conditions of a protective clinical and pedagogical regime and an individual educational route. It has been practically established that teaching staff can competently navigate medical issues, take into account the special educational needs of students. Research methods. 68 referrals of students to medical specialists subscribed by the school concilium of the Moscow State Educational Institution «Secondary School No. 25 of Nizhneudinsk», whose professional work was seen to be of high importance for the educational process, were studied. The conducted research allowed us to draw the following conclusions: the effectiveness of providing social and pedagogical assistance from the school concilium specialists can reach 89.7% success rate and contribute to the formulation of new diagnoses, clarification or modification of previously given medical recommendations to students; 94.1% of constructive appeals to the health care system can subsequently have a qualitative impact on the special conditions of teaching schoolchildren. The analysis of social dispatching activities is carried out, problematic issues are raised, possible solutions are outlined. Therefore, the results of the study may be of interest to medical specialists; teachers working in the modern conditions of the implementation of Federal programs in the system of central and territorial PPCs, school conciliums, higher educational institutions; representatives of the legislature.
