    Abstract:
    The chapter of the monograph highlights effective models of innovative activity in the system of higher education for training personnel in the context of the digitalization of society, identified on the basis of an analysis of the best practices of federal innovation platforms. The work was carried out within the framework of the Research and Development Agreement on «Identification of best practices based on the results of an expert evaluation of applications and reports of federal innovation sites» with Financial Expert Systems LLC, Moscow, the operator of the organization of the procedure for evaluating the activities of FIP subjects as part of the execution of the State Contract dated April 25, 2022 of the year No. 05.2022.244.02.003.021 for the performance of works (provision of services) under the project «Information, analytical and technological support for the formation and operation of a network of federal innovation sites in the advanced educational ecosystem of the Russian Federation». The monograph examines the projects of federal innovation platforms of higher education institutions, implemented in the direction of «informatics, digitalization», as well as in other interdisciplinary areas related to the digitalization of society.     In work the urgency of the problem of the development of professional competencies is substantiated, since future medical workers have a contradiction between their psychological readiness and practical abilities to perform professional labor functions. The importance of creating a practice-oriented educational environment as a determinant of the formation of students' professional knowledge and professional experience is emphasized. Based on the theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign bibliographic sources, the didactic possibilities of imitation teaching methods were identified as key in the preparation of medical college students. As a result, organizational and pedagogical conditions are indicated that contribute to the qualitative practical training of students in the educational environment of the medical college.

  • Optimization of Mental States and Interpersonal Relationships of Children in Preschool

    Abstract:
    Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of optimizing the psychological states of children through the formation of their interpersonal states with a teacher and peers. Relevance. Based on the analysis of literary sources, it was revealed that violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions and on mental states. This was the basis for the development and implementation of a comprehensive program to optimize the mental states and relationships of children in their relationship. Violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact not only on mental states, but also on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions. This makes it necessary to develop a program of socio-psychological training for teachers and the need to work towards the harmonization of relations among peers. The purpose of the study is to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for optimizing mental states in the process of forming positive interpersonal relationships in a group of preschool educational institutions. Research methods. The article uses theoretical methods of research: analysis of domestic and foreign methodological sources, results of psychological and pedagogical research, study of the resources of educational portals of the Internet, generalization of materials of scientific and practical conferences, forums; practical methods: observation, interviewing, survey, questionnaire, mathematical and statistical methods of processing results (the criterion r is used – Pearson's linear correlation coefficient, etc.). Results and discussion. The author offers the results of a study of the relationship between interpersonal relationships with a teacher and peers with mental states, describes the author's program for optimizing the mental states of children in the pre-school group through the formation of interpersonal relationships. Diagnostic methods are proposed to determine the teacher's attitude to children, interpersonal relationships of children in the preschool group, the actor's method "Mishkin's family" in order to identify the mental states of children determined in relations with the teacher and peers. Conclusions. In our opinion, it is the complex of psychological impact on teachers, coupled with psychological and pedagogical impact on children, that will contribute to a significant increase in the level of interpersonal relationships of children in the immediate social environment and reduce the indicators of negative mental states.

    The article analyzes some psychological characteristics of students that are associated with the success of mastering a foreign language. The article presents the results of a study of the relationship between academic performance in a foreign language and cognitive functions (memory), motivation, and communicative abilities of students in grades 5–7. Introduction. The article examines the external and internal factors that are associated with the success of mastering a foreign language. Summarizing various approaches, the authors identified cognitive, motivational and communicative features of students that affect the success of mastering a foreign language, one of the indicators of which is the level of academic performance. Materials and methods of research. To study the relationship between academic performance in a foreign language and individual characteristics of students: memory, motivation, communicative abilities, the article presents the results of the study. To study the psychological characteristics of students in grades 5–7, the authors used the following psychodiagnostic techniques: «Memorization of 10 words» (A.R. Luria), «Methods for studying the motivation of the teaching of adolescents» (M.I. Lukyanova, N.V. Kalinina), «Communicative and organizational inclinations (KOS)" (V.V. Sinyavsky, V.A. Fedoroshin). Results and their discussion. The results of the study showed the relationship of academic performance in a foreign language with the level of auditory memory, with internal motivation to learn a foreign language and with the communicative abilities of students. Conclusions. The article concludes that it is necessary for teachers to use game technologies in foreign language lessons for the formation of auditory memory, active teaching methods, elements of psychological and communicative trainings, IT technologies for the development of internal motivation to learn a foreign language and communicative inclinations and abilities of students.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of students' project-research activities carried out within the work of the scientific circle and project gas pedal of the Department of Human Resources Management at Volga Region Institute of Management named after P. A. Stolypin – branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. P.A. Stolypin Volga Institute of Management – branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The aim of the article is to study and analyze the models of professionalism of managerial activity of famous Russian and Soviet statesmen in the research-historical retrospective. The material of the manuscript is an experimental approbation of the method of reconstruction of the psychological profile of famous historical figures. In particular, the famous Soviet aircraft designer S.P. Korolev. The methods of research include the analysis and synthesis of biographical and autobiographical material, questioning of experts with the help of standardized interviewing techniques. Also, the article considers in detail the stages of professional development according to E.A. Klimov, including 8 phases. R.M. Belbin's «Group Roles» test identified the dominant roles in team interaction. By the method of Fetiskin, V.V. Kozlov, G.M. Manuilov styles of professional-activity communication were revealed, psychodynamics was measured by A. Bass and A. Darkey questionnaire. Conclusions on the set of competencies and psychological characteristics that ensure the successful implementation of professional activity are presented as the results of the study. In particular, the thesis about the uniqueness of the biographical contour that forms an individual managerial style is expressed.

    The importance of the artistic image in the activity of a teacher as a tool for the development of the communicative culture of a university graduate is considered. The types and functions of the language of the artistic image are discussed.     This article discusses the importance of the formation of interrelationship in solving tactical tasks using success mechanisms in the process of forming tactical thinking for the application of fighting techniques in duels. It is well known that in the theory of armwrestling, it is customary to single out tactics for achieving success, in which patterns of contact interaction with an opponent in a duel are accumulated, allowing purposefully changing and controlling competitive actions to achieve victory. The purpose of the study is to identify, influence, education of psychological qualities of hand wrestlers on the results of competitions with the use of sports equipment. The results of the study are an indicator of the development of tactical thinking by athletes at competitions. Conclusions. The allocation of tactical skills, success mechanisms and tactical tasks in tactical thinking allows you to concretize the tactical thinking of a hand wrestler. Applying tactical skills, a handyman can apply techniques of technical actions intentionally and at the same time not being late, but even ahead of the opponent. Thus, the means and methods used in the training process to develop tactical thinking at the initial stage of preparation had a positive effect on performances. Biomechanical mechanisms of success are, first of all: 1) deliberate or reciprocal movements of the wrestler, which the opponent uses to his advantage; 2) the relative positions of the wrestler (body, arms, legs) in grapples, stands, etc. – which gives spatial advantages when conducting wrestling techniques; 3) inertial characteristics of movement, which set an irreversible character when performing actions and while the athlete can change them, he will already lose the confrontation. They also include mechanisms for the use of distance, tempo, rhythmic and other characteristics of biomechanical interaction of wrestlers. Psychophysiological mechanisms of success are based on the use of psychomotor, coordination and emotional reactions of the opponent, and also include hidden and open influence on his mental mechanisms of orientation and movement control.
