    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to evaluate the possibilities of self-development of professional competencies of a young (novice) teacher in the process of research activities in order to enrich the natural science subject-spatial environment. The article presents the opinions of scientists E.I. Petrenko, L.V. Ignatieva about the role and place of research activity of a young teacher – a former student who graduated from a higher educational institution or a trainee student who began teaching as a student, who knows many teaching methods, has studied various scientific disciplines in his field, or a teacher who has worked for up to 5 years. In their opinion, the competence of a graduate is manifested in the willingness (motivation and personal qualities) to apply knowledge, skills and experience for successful professional or other activities in the presence of problems and resources. The creation of methodological resources begins with a bachelor student at a university and is the result of research activity of a young teacher in school. Young teacher often experiences difficulties while choosing material for "Environmental Studies" with the purpose of junior schoolers achieving different results. Scientific novelty is the idea of creating innovative methodological projects which enrich subject-spatial environment of elementary school aimed at development of natural subjects and research skills of students that took "Environmental Studies' subject. The author managed to define methodological innovations presented as guidance manual which were created while writing a diploma then were approbated under the conditions of educational space of school. "Geographer's diary", "Society city" interactive game, researcher's handbook "Way to health", "Briefcase museum" call for analyzing of different topics of scientific topic, creation of which requires research competence of a teacher. The resources provided directed at enriching school's subject-spatial environment since work with the resources means usage of subject equipment. It was proved that having learned basic professional competence in university young teacher can develop them in school's educational space. Basic directions of activities on development of professional competences are: methodological work, innovative activity, project-research teacher's activity, Young specialist can approbate created methodological materials under actual conditions of school thus enriching audience's subject environment, providing individual educational requirements of all subject of educational process.

    The article discusses the results of an empirical study of the coping behavior of adolescents without a family. The research topic is relevant and significant at the present stage of society's development. To study the features of coping behavior of adolescents without a family, the method "Coping behavior in stressful situations" by N.S. Endler and D.A. Parker, adapted by T.L. Kryukova, was used. In the course of the study, it was found that all types of coping behavior are less pronounced in adolescents without a family compared to adolescents from a family. All teenagers without a family use problem-oriented coping at a low level. Teenagers without a family are less likely to seek help from other people compared to teenagers from a family. Adolescents without a family and adolescents from a family in difficult stressful situations are less likely than other types of coping to use problem-oriented coping aimed at solving the problem, and more often coping focused on avoidance.

    The chapter considers the family as one of the primary institutions involved in the process of personality formation. In the family, the child learns patterns of behavior, values and norms that he carries into adulthood. Among the factors of personality formation, parental upbringing and intergenerational ties can be noted. The younger generation adopts the experience of their grandparents, this contributes to their socialization. The author turns to the study, the results of which show that "significant family member" is a concept that reveals the presence of a person in the respondent's life, his role and participation. The basic changes in one way or another have been embodied in new phenomena that determine the value of the modern family.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of personal and behavioral characteristics of adolescents experiencing difficulties in social adaptation. Theoretical approaches to the concept of "social adaptation of personality" are considered, characteristics of types of adaptation, its structural components are given. Special attention is paid to the socio-psychological disadaptation of adolescents. Classifications of types of disadaptation are given, the causes of adolescent maladaptation are highlighted. Based on the results of an ascertaining experiment in which 142 adolescents with normotypic development and deviant behavior took part, it was concluded that adolescents with deviant behavior have reduced competence in terms of establishing close friendships, which makes it difficult to understand another person. They have a reduced interest both in themselves and in other people. Such adolescents have expressed violations in self-acceptance and self-understanding, which, of course, makes it difficult for them to socialize in society

    The purpose of the article is to describe the experience of Night Fest «Open your heart to the world» at Mari State University. Representatives from 35 countries of the world study here: Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, India, Comoros, Kyrgyzstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Sudan, Tatarstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and others. Therefore, the university pays much attention to use various methods and forms of work in multicultural education of students. Research material. The main source of research is the experience of conducting ethno-cultural festival with students of different countries in the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «Mari State University. The results of the research and their discussion: the specifics of organizing the festival Night Fest of national cultures «Open your heart to the world» on the basis of FSBEI of HE «Mari State University» are analyzed, the step-by-step organization of the festival with reflection of separate components of national cultures (national games, national costume, national song, national dance and national dish) is presented, the conclusions are made about the importance of national culture, customs and traditions of the people in revealing the talents of students in building a single space of personal development through various activities that contribute to the assimilation of knowledge about the peculiarities of different cultures, different behavioral norms, the ability to build relationships with representatives of other cultures.

    The purpose of the article is based on the analysis of materials published in the pre-October period and in the first post-revolutionary years to identify theoretical ideas and practical developments in the field of pedagogy, which formed the basis for the design of the Soviet labor school. Research material. The main sources of the research are scientific and pedagogical publications of representatives of Western pedagogical thought and Russian pedagogy, published in the first decades of the XX century. Research results and conclusions. The analysis of the research source base allowed us to identify the ideological foundations formed in the late XIX – early XX centuries, on which the theory and practice of the labor school were built. The goal of the school was to, based on the labor principle of education The goal of the school was to ensure, based on the labor principle of education, the overall development of the intellectual abilities of the child, to teach him to observe the world around him and explore it independently, to gain knowledge by experience, to be able to continue and expand them, organically merging into one whole worldview. The developed ideological foundations became the basis for the theoretical development in 1918 of the project of a new Soviet school. However, by the end of the 1920s, in the conditions of the aggravation of the inconsistency of the proclaimed ideas with the requirements of the emerging Soviet state-political system, the increase of errors and shortcomings in their implementation, the model of the labor school ceased to be in demand.

  • Reflection of Historical Time in Kazakh Documentaries

    The article deals with the unity of the national cultural heritage and historical time in Kazakh documentary films. The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of the use of time in the depiction of the spiritual world, national customs and traditions in the films of documentary film masters OrazAbishev, BakhytGafu-Kaiyrbekov and others. Based on the formal stylistic method, the significance of historical time in documentary films is explored. The author, considering the unity of the national cultural heritage and historical time in the Kazakh documentary, concludes that in the Kazakh documentary film, the reflection of the unity of the national cultural heritage and historical time has gone through several stages of formation, and was closely connected with the social, political phenomena taking place in the country. In conclusion, the stages of the formation of Kazakh documentary cinema are listed from the point of view of reflecting historical time and it is argued that: 1) the first stage is associated with the establishment of Soviet power in Kazakhstan, with the ideology and politics of socialism (1927–1930); 2) the second stage is connected with the reflection of people's memory and history on the documentary film screen in the conditions of the political, social atmosphere of Kazakhstan in the 1960s (1960–1970); 3) the third stage reflects the processes of returning to the origins of national consciousness, people's historical memory (1990–2020).

    The following paper analyzes the Russian system of education. Modern practice in the development of higher professional education shows that today's graduates of Russian universities for the most part are not prepared for real practical work in organizations as professionals. Undoubtedly, the time and changing conditions for the implementation of the activities of Russian universities over the past three decades have changed significantly. However, the training of modern professionals in the new conditions was based not on the domestic experience of universities, but on foreign approaches to two-level higher education – the training of graduates of Russian universities as bachelors and masters. But at the same time, Russian researchers and officials do not have a clear understanding of the difference in the level of professional training of students, both bachelors and masters. And the declared new “competence-based approach”, when it is proposed to form students with rather “vague” competencies, presented in the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3++, does not allow employers to see the professionals they need in a modern university graduate. And the fact that the modern West does not recognize the diplomas of graduates of Russian universities indicates that today it is necessary to implement a policy of import substitution in higher education, and, based on domestic experience in training graduates of Russian universities as specialists-engineers, to prepare them for real practical work in Russian organizations.

    The article contains the analysis of the activities of the teaching staff of the higher educational institution, as well as examines both general theoretical and practical problems based on the author's observations that hinder the effectiveness of this activity. In particular, the author analyzes the basics of Russian native speaker’s perception of the content of the words “labor” and “work” and phrases based on them. Next, legal and professional problems that do not contribute to the improvement of the quality of their activities by university teachers (the Effective contract, scientometric indicators and distance learning) are considered. The paper contains proposals, the implementation of which will allow the university to evaluate the creative potential of the teacher and, in general, to increase the effectiveness of the educational services provided.

    The article is devoted to the study of the attitude of medical students to the educational process in the “remote” and “post-remote” periods. The topic of the article is extremely relevant in view of the fact that only recently yet another period of distance learning in universities has ended, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. In addition, the study can also be considered relevant in view of the fact that the practical part of the educational process was relatively “weakly expressed” during the period of “distance learning” at a medical university, and now, during the period of “post-distance” learning, there is a need to catch up on the development of practical skills, which certainly should be carried out taking into account their need for mastering the curriculum and, in some cases, the wishes of students. The objects of the study were 300 students of a medical university: 100 2nd year students of the Faculty of Dentistry (Group 1), 100 3rd year students of the Faculty of Medicine (Group 2), 100 students of the 6th year of the Faculty of Medicine (Group 3). The study was based on an anonymous survey that touched upon the general questions of the attitude of future doctors to the practical and theoretical parts of the integrated learning process at the university. In addition, general satisfaction was studied with the practical and theoretical part during the period of classical, traditional education and during distance learning. An interesting component of this study was the study of student attendance at practical and theoretical classes, both during full-time education, and during periods of distance and post-distance learning. The data obtained are of interest to teachers of various departments of a medical university, as well as to head teachers of departments, since the data presented can help plan the educational process more effectively.

It brought academic railway disciplines studied by higher education students closer to their future profession. Necessary conditions for purposeful formation of competitiveness of participating students as future specialists were created. Students master the profession of railway engineer not only from textbooks and drawings, but directly including in its simplest forms. The students, participants of this educational process have formed: system thinking; developed skills of teamwork in the mode of discussions to find ways to solve assigned tasks; developed the ability to think independently; increased interest in the profession of a railway engineer. These qualities, necessary for a specialist, were manifested and consolidated by the students who participated in the research work on strengthening the railroad track at 6101 km of the Trans-Siberian Railway.
