- Languages of the Nations of the World
- Abstract:
- The research continues the cycle of the group of authors devoted to the problem of regional variation of the Russian literary language. The paper analyzes the observations of newcomers over the speech of Cheboksary residents. This technique is new in the linguocheboksaryka and, in theory, should help in replenishing the markers of the Cheboksary region with elements that are familiar to the permanent residents of the city, but from the point of view of the Russian literary language are specific uses. As a result of the study, the authors come to the following conclusions: from the point of view of orthology, the speech of Cheboksary residents is distinguished by stable peculiar features, which, however, are already recognized by the inhabitants of the city as such; in the aspect of research methods, the method of talking with visitors can work fully at the beginning of research, at an advanced stage of developing the problem, its effectiveness decreases, but this conclusion does not become a condition for abandoning the method, but requires an increase in the number of respondents and complication of the conversation. The work also presents excerpts from conversations that made Cheboksary residents think about the quality parameters of their speech and the speech of townspeople in general. The study seems to be important for understanding the Cheboksary regioelct of the region as a phenomenon of the Russian language.

- Pedagogy and Modern Education
- Abstract:
- The purpose of the article is to determine the importance of teaching creative writing to younger schoolchildren. The urgency of the problem of teaching creative writing in the native Chuvash language is due to the need for the formation of text competencies in younger schoolchildren, the lack of formation of their native writing skills, especially creative writing. Material and methods of research. The main research methods were the study of literature, the analysis of teachers 'difficulties and errors in the students' works. A brief history of the issue is considered: the ideas of developing creative writing skills among foreign researchers: the most successful start of learning creative writing is 4-5 years old (M. Montessori), the need to believe in the creative abilities of a child (S. Frenet); leading domestic teachers: every child is born a potential writer (L. N. Tolstoy), the experiments of V. A. Sukhomlinsky and Sh. Amonashvili on composing fairy tales and stories by students, I. Ya. Yakovleva on teaching creative writing to students of the Chuvash Simbirsk school; the main provisions of the Chuvash linguodidacts: the support of written creativity on the development of oral speech (M. Ya. Sirotkin), on the observation of objects, phenomena (F. T. Timofeev), the need to study the structure and content of the text from the first grade (V. E. Efimov, I. V. Drozdov, L. P. Sergeev), the need to work on composing miniature texts in the native language lessons (D. S. Filippova). The main problems in teaching creative writing in the Chuvash primary school are highlighted. The assumption is made about the effectiveness of planning within the hours allocated to the native language, creative writing lessons. The results of the study. The purpose and tasks, features of the organization of creative writing lessons in grades 2-4 of Chuvash schools are described: it is recommended to conduct one lesson every two weeks, the main goal is the formation of a comprehensively developed language personality. The main directions, methods and forms of work: work on the content, structure of the text; on language tools, editing. It is concluded that the idea and provisions of the methods are accepted by teachers, and the lessons of creative writing are introduced into the practice of the Chuvash primary school.

- Pedagogy and Modern Education
- Abstract:
- The purpose of the article is the solution of the problem of activating the intelligence of students, it seems especially relevant as an innovative technological stage that promotes young chess players to a higher level of realization of creative inclinations and abilities, intellectual potential. The following methods are used in the learning process: observation, testing, conversation, game methods, methods for solving chess problems, writing games, designing and solving original chess problems, modern information technologies, participation in competitions, including the Internet competitions, viewing and analyzing the content of chess games, participation in tournaments and competitions, P. Torrens creativity test «Finish a painting». Results. The Torrence test, conducted at the beginning and at the end of the study, determined the effectiveness of the experiment. We got a result that differs from the initial one: if the number of children with a low level was 27%, then at the final stage up to 19%, some of them moved to the middle level, some went to the group with a high level. The number of students with a high level at the beginning – 12%, at the end of the experiment – 21%. Conclusions. The intellectual activity of younger schoolchildren in the process of learning to play chess suggests that the student demonstrates the ability to break from the traditional solution and type of tasks to another type of tasks – original, non-standard, having a different proof algorithm, significantly improves the quality of training of young chess players, activates mental activity. The main thing is the active internal activity of the child himself, the realization of intellectual abilities, the development of inclinations, their transformation into intellectual abilities, unconventional, contradictory, creative thinking, the presence of a life goal to achieve chess heights, which determines his further own nature of activity.

- Abstract:
- The paper examines the conclusions on the use of variable methods and methodological techniques for the formation of professional adaptation of future chemistry teachers studying at one of the leading universities in the country, in the modern scientific and pedagogical worldview and in conjunction with the psychological, pedagogical and methodological aspects of the prospects for competence education. An attempt is proposed to outline the features of solving the problem of gradual immersion of students in professional activities, starting from the first days of study at a university, in the context of the conditions for the implementation of federal state educational standards of a new generation. The value of the use of various aspects of pedagogical technologies for students of higher education in the paradigm of the formation of professional competencies of the personality of a young specialist has been substantiated and determined. An assumption is formulated according to which the formation of professional adaptation of students, future teachers of chemistry, has characteristic features, taking into account the duality of their activities, since the educational situation at the level of didactic technologies is characterized by the presence of interactivity and integrability.

Ot cheloveka tselostnogo k cheloveku vozmozhnomu
Book Chapter
Issues of pedagogy and psychology- Author:
- Iurii I. Rodin
- Work direction:
- Chapter 13
- Abstract:
- The paper attempts to dive into the problem of the formation of a possible person from the position of the transdisciplinarity of the existing knowledge about a single substance (B. Spinoza), cognizability of the world (I.M. Sechenov), personality and society (N.A. Berdyaev), man in culture (M.K. Mamardashvili, V.P. Zinchenko), the problem of the ideal (E.V. Ilyenkov), objectivity and subjectivity of consciousness (M.M. Bakhtin, G.G. Shpet), as well as cultural-historical, activity paradigms of human mental development (L.S. Vygotsky, A.R. Luria, A.N. Leontiev, etc.), cultural-analytical approach. Since the truth, according to M.M. Bakhtin, is fundamentally incompatible within the limits of one consciousness, we invited outstanding thinkers of the past and present from various fields of science and art to a correspondence dialogue. After all, truth is always eventful, it is born at the point of contact of different consciousnesses. The limitations of scientific concepts in understanding the essence of the movement of a holistic person to a possible person are overcome by the presence of living metaphors in the text. The starting point in the reasoning is the thesis about the vital bodily-spiritual unity of a child who naturally lives simultaneously in the past, present, future, real and imaginary worlds, endowed with the main passion of a person – to be, to be fulfilled, to take place. The main issue discussed in the article is the possibility of a child reaching the ultimate state, striving for which he can become a possible person, able to form himself personally, despite any external circumstances (M.K. Mamardashvili), that is, constantly in various activities and actions to perform an act of surpassing himself. A number of arguments are given in favor of this. Among them: the presence of unlimited development potentials in the newborn in the form of fused sensory-emotional-motor reactions (innate reflexes) and extreme sensitivity to environmental influences, thanks to which the child is able to accept any trajectory of development under the influence of a «humanized and humanizing environment»; the appearance of elements of thought from feeling; the emergence of memory – the primary fact of personality, and the unity of universal and individual consciousness associated with it, familiarization with the material Universe – from its timeless beginning to its timeless end; substantiation of the thesis that a person is not a set of functions, and a certain dynamic integrity of a person means that the main thing in teaching and upbringing is, based on the natural biological laws of development, the introduction of the child with universal values in joint – dividing activity, Intermediary Action in terms of B.D. Elkonin [17; 29; 38; 39], stimulating living acts that contribute to the manifestation of the student's abilities and efforts of a historical person embedded in a cultural subject; his comprehension of the meaning of life situations, their creative understanding, the emergence of an experience of the responsibility of an act as the first phenomena of possible human development.

Penalties: Legal and Accounting Aspects
Book Chapter
Economics and Law- Author:

- Глава 7
- Abstract:
- The issues of various sanctions’ reflection in accounting systems of economic entities have always caused a lot of questions. Currently the number of disputes leading to fines, late fees and penalties for construction contracts has increased considerably in parallel with the growth of sanctions. All the above-mentioned leads to an increased interest in the legality and correctness of these sanctions’ calculation as well as to the organization of accounting and taxation of business operations. Therefore, the aim of this study is to develop organizational and methodological recommendations of the reflection of penalties in the accounting system of business entities based on the specific sectoral character of the construction industry. The study implies the examination of the accounting regulations and legal acts defining legal relations of construction contracts’ parties along with the analysis of problems revealed by the survey that economic practitioners face and the consideration of economists’ opinions related to analytical accounting of various sanctions. The research has used the following general scientific methods of theoretical cognition as description, analysis and synthesis, data synthesis and formalization, abstraction and specification. As a result, eight subsequent stages of the definition, assessment and reflection of financial burden actors resulting from various types of violations of treaty relations have been defined and described. The consistent implementation of these recommendations paves the way for the timely and transparent provision of information allowing managers not only to control the costs involved, but also to identify perpetrators and responsible persons whose actions or inactions resulted in additional costs as well as to detect the cost centers and their impact on the financial outcome of individual contracts.

- Abstract:
- The article presents the results of a methodological analysis of the norms of Russian civil law governing relations related to transactions in which there is an interest related to interested-party transactions). The evolution of the corresponding legal institution and the main factors that influenced it are investigated, and the interrelationships of the subject under study with other phenomena are revealed. Using the formal-dogmatic method based on metaphysical approaches, the provisions of the current Russian legislation on interested-party transactions are studied. The studied transactions are analyzed from the point of view of subject-object relations, the conflicts and contradictions generated by such transactions are revealed. Understanding the identified relationships allowed us to define a transaction with an interest as an action of an organization (legal entity) committed in the context of a subjective conflict, aimed at establishing, changing or terminating its civil rights and obligations, which creates the probability (danger) of causing damage to this organization due to the possible personal interest of its management entities in obtaining results that do not correspond to the interests of the legal entity. Such a risk arises from the organizational, family or other personal connection of management entities with other citizens and organizations (parties or beneficiaries of this transaction) and causes the need to apply special anti-corruption remedies to protect the interests of a legal entity, as well as other private and public interests.

- Abstract:
- This paper presents the results of a study aimed at revealing specific features of teaching a foreign language and, in particular its grammar, online (via a video conference) as compared with off-line training. By analyzing works on the problem, evaluating the teaching experience, studying the data of a student survey (open-ended questions type) and the data of previous similar surveys, we reveal positive and negative aspects of online foreign language classes. Next, we suggest ways to eliminate or diminish the disadvantages of online learning and ways to use its advantages in teaching foreign grammar. The adaptation of a grammar teaching methodology to the «online» mode is presented as a revision of ways (forms, techniques, tools) to present and master the material. The teacher is to take into account the psychological difficulties of online learning, while following the general didactic principles and preserving the content of the methodology.
