  • Program of psychological and pedagogical support of the process of professional adaptation of young teachers to general education institution

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of professional adaptation of young teachers in modern educational institutions. The key challenges faced by novice teachers are described, such as lack of pedagogical experience, difficulty in establishing contact with students and colleagues, as well as the risk of emotional burnout. To solve these problems, a special program of professional adaptation of young teachers, who have recently graduated from university and are starting their professional activity in general educational institutions, which includes training courses and interaction with experienced teachers. The article presents the results of an online questionnaire conducted among 38 participants of the program, confirming its effectiveness in supporting the professional development of young professionals. The conclusions of the study emphasize the importance of integrating such programs aimed at creating conditions for successful development of teachers at an early stage of career path.

    The paper aims to discuss the challenges and countermeasures taken in teaching traditional minority sports in higher education institutions. By analyzing the minority traditional sports and the challenges facing the traditional sports teaching of ethnic minorities in colleges and universities, the paper puts forward the measures that need to be taken to carry out the traditional sports teaching of ethnic minorities in colleges and universities. sports teaching in institutions of higher education, and put forward the measures that need to be taken.   • The study of the relationship between the motives of learning with self-regulation and student academic performance

    The study is devoted to the analysis of the relationship between the motives of learning, measured by two methods based on different theoretical approaches, with the main regulatory processes (planning, modeling, programming, evaluation of results) and regulatory and personal properties (flexibility, independence), as well as with students' self-reports on academic performance. The study used the following methods: «Diagnostics of students' learning motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Scales of academic motivation» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014), «Style of self-regulation of behavior – SSP-98» (Morosanova, 2000) and self-report of students on their academic performance over the past semesters. The study was conducted using an online survey in a Google form on a sample of 82 university students aged 18–29 years. Correlation analysis (according to Spearman) and factor analysis (with Varimax rotation) were used in data processing. The results of the study: multiple significant correlations of learning motives, measured by two different methods «Diagnostics of student learning motivation» and «Scales of academic motivation», with scales of the SSP-98 methodology were obtained; significant positive correlations of learning motives with self-report on academic performance allow us to analyze the types of students' activities that include learning activities, that requires the use of already developed educational technologies and the development of new ones in the educational process at the university.

    Pedagogical prevention of smoking (vaping) electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) among students, like any prevention, should be ongoing and diverse. We have developed a set of activities for class hours and parent meetings (survey, presentation, booklet for parents, a selection of articles, videos and trainings) that takes into account the reasons for the popularity of vaping, informs students and their parents about the real impact of electronic cigarettes on physical and mental health, helps to increase the motivation to quit smoking e-cigarettes, offers alternatives to vaping based on the principles of healthy lifestyle.

    Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order.     The chapter is devoted to the consideration of relevant issues of forming a strategy for the sustainable development of the regional education quality assessment system. The paper examines the regulatory framework and social challenges associated with this process. The author analyzes the existing approaches to assessing the quality of education in foreign and Russian practice, determines their common features and key problems. The research methodology includes a theoretical review of the regulations governing the field of education quality assessment at the federal and regional levels, as well as the study of the participants' opinions of educational relations based on the results of a sociological survey. The results of the analysis show the need to develop new approaches to assessing the quality of education at the regional level, taking into account the modern requirements of society and the demands of the labour market. The author emphasizes the importance of developing cooperation in scientific and methodological work at all levels of education management and offers a number of practical recommendations aimed at optimizing the existing system of education quality assessment in the entities of the Russian Federation.

    At the present moment education plays a key role in the formation and development of human capital. Taking into account the increasing role of the latter in the modernization of the socio-economic environment, the importance of educational services as the main driving force of the development of modern society is brought to the fore. The purpose of the chapter is to systematize approaches to the definition of the concept of "educational service", as well as to identify stakeholders who are in permanent interaction in the educational service market. The research methods are based on cognitive and systemic approaches. The result is the authors' systematization of the stakeholders of the educational service market with the definition of the expected results from their provision / receipt.     In this article, the author examines the activities of educational libraries at Russian-Karaite educational institutions of the Taurida province: the ministerial and Aleksandrovskaya Karaite religious schools, created in the post-reform period in the second half of the 19th century. The purpose of the article is to analyze the formation of educational and educational activities of scientific libraries at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, to study their role in the education of the Crimean Karaites. When preparing publications, we used documents stored in the funds of the State Archives of the Republic of Crimea, information contained in collections of school statistics of the specified period, as well as materials from pre-October periodicals. By replenishing the technical funds of the library of school and academic educational literature, as well as new works by Russian and foreign authors, students gradually became acquainted with the latest achievements of pedagogical and philosophical thought, increasing their educational, cultural and intellectual level. Based on the documents and materials studied, the author of the article comes to the conclusion that the libraries of Russian-Karaite educational bodies played a decisive role in the spread of education among Karaite youth in the Taurida province (gubernia).

  • Formation of non-linguistic competencies in teaching latin

    Abstract:
    The methodology of teaching Latin has undergone significant changes in recent years, and traditional approaches do not produce high-quality results. Therefore, the search for new effective methods of teaching this discipline becomes relevant. The teaching of the ancient language at a non-linguistic university should form competencies among students related not only to the expansion of their philological horizons, but also those that will be useful in the future profession. The current methodology for teaching the ancient language is based on the traditional structural approach and does not correspond to the new tasks of learning. Students do not understand the importance of this discipline in the formation of non-linguistic competencies. The main general scientific methods of this research are analysis and synthesis, as well as the comparative method. The practical part was carried out using the survey method. As a result of the study, the authors believe that the emphasis in teaching should be shifted to the wider use of algorithms, exercises, trainings in order to make the learning process more active. A new textbook that meets the requirements of time and psychological characteristics of students must also comply with the new methodology focused on a competency approach in higher education.

    The article reveals the essence and content of the concepts of "moral stability", "moral instability", "variability", forms, methods, and means of formation of moral stability in adolescents. Moral stability is not an innate quality of personality, it is formed by means of purposeful educational work. The core of formation of moral stability in adolescents is internalization, i.e. the transformation of moral requirements of society, moral principles into internal attitudes, personal beliefs of each student. The educational process is based on the principles of science, historicism, humanity, the relationship of socio-cultural and educational values, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students. The article presents a generalized experience of Chuvashia schools in the formation of moral stability in adolescents (secondary schools No. 10, 40, 53, 62 Cheboksary, Secondary school No. 2 Alatyr, secondary school No. 3 Kanash). The study revealed a number of pedagogical conditions that make it possible to successfully form moral stability in adolescents.

    The work is devoted to the study of the problems of forming a full-fledged set of competencies of engineers, contributing to their professional implementation and ensuring the personnel sovereignty of domestic enterprises. The necessity of participation in the training of engineering personnel of enterprises of the real sector of the economy, especially the high-tech sector, is substantiated. The role of integration of technical universities and enterprises in the process of personnel training to ensure technological and personnel sovereignty of the Russian industry is shown. The personnel sovereignty of the Russian economy is impossible without attracting a sufficient number of highly qualified specialists who have received education in relevant, practice-oriented programs that include not only basic knowledge, skills and training skills, but also "soft" skills that allow you to choose and apply successful behavioral and communication strategies in various production situations. The main factors that need to be guided by when building an effective system for training engineers are identified. Underestimation of these factors, leading to the exclusion of disciplines such as business planning, resource management, and business communications from the educational programs of technical universities, reduces the effectiveness of training graduates who replenish the personnel corps of enterprises, therefore, special attention is paid in the article to the problem of forming a set of competencies of engineers that contribute to their professional implementation and, ultimately, ensuring human resources the sovereignty of the high-tech sector of the economy.

  • Formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren as a didactic problem (regional aspect)

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the urgent problem of formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren, which is interpreted as the most important type of functional literacy, based on the ability to operate various types of texts, understanding their deep meaning and correct interpretation. The authors reveal the specifics of the formation of reading literacy in Russian language classes, using regionally colored texts as a meaning-forming content component. The materials of the article reflect the data of the pedagogical experiment, which allows to adjust the methodological strategies of the teacher in a significant way. The authors state that despite the need to comply with the normative requirements set forth in the updated FSES, modern teachers do not work on the formation of functional literacy in the system. A comprehensive analysis of the educational results of the educational process allowed the authors of the article to argue that the content basis of lessons aimed at the formation of functional literacy can be regionally colored texts that allow building lines of in-depth dialogue against the background of understanding the meanings of the culture of the small homeland.
