    Abstract:
    The authors of the article note the fact that the topic of this study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening integration of the Internet into all spheres of public relations. They pay close attention to the fact that modern conditions of economic transformation require a revision of traditional approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property turnover, taking into account the peculiarities of their digital reproduction, distribution and use. The authors express the opinion that violations of intellectual rights in the online environment have become widespread and cross-border, which requires not only improvement of national legislation, but also effective interaction at the international legal level.

    Abstract:
    The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    This paper examines the impact of armed conflicts on the evolution of patriotic attitudes in society. It explores the concepts of "patriotism" and "civic identity," as well as their relationship in the public consciousness. It demonstrates that war acts as a powerful trigger for both social consolidation and the disintegration of a unified image of patriotic consciousness—much depends on the context, the media environment, and trust in institutions.

    Abstract:
    The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms.     Abstract:
    The article explores the phenomenon of "twin flames" through the prism of neuroscience and the psychology of unlived emotions. It is proved that the "persecutor-fugitive" pattern is a compulsive reproduction of childhood traumas, fixed at the level of neural networks of the insula, amygdala and prefrontal cortex. The concept of "affective hooks" is introduced, i.e. unexperienced emotions that form an addictive connection through an imbalance of the dopamine and opioid systems. An algorithm of psychotherapeutic work is proposed, aimed at the development of self-control through the internalization of interceptive attention and cognitive reassessment to deactivate these "hooks"

    Abstract:
    This article examines the impact of decreased sensitivity to stimuli of the serotonin-dopamine system on human mental state and behavior. It also reveals the neurobiological mechanisms of decreased receptor sensitivity and their connection with impaired emotional regulation, motivational-volitional functioning, and social functioning. The study demonstrates that a weakened response of serotonin and dopamine receptors contributes to the development of depressive states, emotional instability, anxiety, apathy, decreased motivation, and a tendency to seek intense stimuli and engage in addictive behavior. The main psychotherapeutic, pharmacological, and neurophysiological approaches to correcting this condition are described. It concludes that understanding serotonin-dopamine mechanisms is important for mental health, preventing mood disorders, and behavioral deviations.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the dynamics of distribution and new mechanisms of formation of Internet-addictive behavior among Russian adolescents aged 13–17 in 2024–2025. Based on the generalization of 46 modern Russian and foreign studies and content analysis of 200 anonymous posts of adolescents in social networks (VKontakte, Telegram, TikTok) for October–November 2025, the leading triggers of addiction (short vertical videos, online games, constant messenger notifications), subclinical and clinical signs, as well as risk factors are identified. A set of psychological and pedagogical measures of primary and secondary prevention adapted for school psychologists, class teachers and parents is proposed.

  • On the Specifics of the Besermyan Vocabulary in «Materials for a comparative Dictionary...» by P. M. Sorokin: Turkic Borrowings

    Abstract:
    Written records play an important role in the study of language history, linguistic phenomena, and their dynamics. They are particularly significant for the language of the Besermyans, a compact group living in the northwest of the Udmurt Republic. The language of this small people only received the status of an independent idiom in 2022. The manuscript "Materials for a Comparative Dictionary of the Zyuzdin Permyak and Glazov Votian Dialects and the Besermyan Dialect" is currently one of the few early written records containing a significant amount of Besermyan material. The aim of this study is to identify Besermyan words of Turkic origin in this manuscript and analyze their origin and territorial distribution. The study utilizes descriptive and etymological methods. During the study of the dictionary's vocabulary, words of Turkic origin were selected, which are unique or predominantly found in the Besermyan language. Most of them are Tatarisms borrowed in the northern territory of what is now the Kirov Oblast and the Udmurt Republic, indicating close Besermyan-Turkic contacts in this region. The list includes only two Bulgarisms and one Chuvashism. Further analysis of the dictionary's features will allow us to determine its precise dialectal base.

    This article analyzes YouTube's recommendation system and explores its architecture, which is based on a two-stage machine learning model, taking into account the implementation of self-learning methods, and its evolution in 2025. The article focuses on identifying and systematizing the risks associated with content personalization, such as the formation of "information bubbles," the impact on user behavior, and the promotion of radical content. Recommendations for mitigating the identified negative effects on users and developers are presented, based on current scientific publications and statistics.

Special attention is given to financial regulation mechanisms, risks, and constraints hindering balanced regional development.     The article examines parent chats in elementary schools as a specific pedagogical risk area where conflicts may arise between participants in the educational process. Typical situations leading to misunderstandings and disputes between parents and teachers are analyzed. The paper highlights the key causes contributing to conflicts, such as insufficient communication, children's problems (behavioral or educational), parents' dissatisfaction with the educational process, biases and prejudices of participants in interaction towards each other, and emotional factors. Special attention is paid to conflict prevention methods, including the creation of clear rules of communication in chat rooms, the development of effective communication skills, the organization of regular meetings to discuss emerging issues, etc.

    The article explores current issues in the development of cross-disciplinary (meta-subject) learning outcomes among school students in the context of digital transformation in education. A brief pedagogical overview of the concept is provided, as defined in Russian federal educational standards. The paper presents findings from a sociological survey of schoolteachers aimed at identifying challenges in achieving meta-subject goals, such as lack of instructional materials, limited time, and the need for digital tools. The study reveals that teachers' methodological competencies and their use of ICT tools vary depending on teaching experience and subject area. As a practical solution, the article proposes the development of a digital assignment constructor platform to support teachers in creating tasks that foster meta-subject skills.

    National self-consciousness is structured in such a way that it is based on historical memory. The past must be presented to the present and experienced by contemporaries. National self-consciousness is formed not so much by science, but rather by the political will of the ruling and intellectual elite. The core of national self-consciousness is formed by the epic mythos. Preservation of national mythology is no less important for the country's sovereignty than preservation of natural resources. Among the most significant political events that determine the national self-consciousness of the current generation of Russian citizens is the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War over Nazi Germany. The chapter analyzes the attitude to Victory Day in different periods of Russian political history: from military heroism to labor enthusiasm (Stalin and Khrushchev periods); giving state status to Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, as the second most important national holiday after the Great October Socialist Revolution (Brezhnev, Gorbachev periods); under the slogan «war without embellishment» – denigration of the results of the Great Patriotic War» (Yeltsin period); the establishment of Victory Day as the main national holiday (Putin period).

    The article considers the human-centred approach as a modern management model aimed at preventing and resolving conflicts in the system of state and municipal administration. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical essence of human-centredness, its difference from client-centredness and its role in the formation of sustainable interaction between the government and the population. Using the example of the municipality of the city of Krasnodar, specific mechanisms and practises demonstrating the effectiveness of human-oriented solutions in resolving local conflicts have been analysed. Promising directions of development of human-centred management as the basis of trust and social stability in the municipal environment are highlighted.

    The Fundamentals of the State Policy of the Russian Federation in the development of legal literacy and legal awareness of Citizens emphasize the importance of legal education and raising the level of legal culture. The All-Russian Legal Dictation has been initiated by the Russian Bar Association since 2017. Legal dictation was conducted in educational institutions of the Chuvash Republic, as well as in schools throughout the Russian Federation. This monograph provides an analysis of the results obtained. The responses of underage students were analyzed 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 classes. The results obtained indicate an average level of awareness of legal responsibility for various illegal acts. If the performance of tasks in grades 6, 7, and 8 differed slightly, then in comparative terms these classes differed from the results obtained in grades 9, 10, and 11. Based on the results obtained and their analysis, the tasks of forming and developing the legal culture of citizens and developing awareness of responsibility for illegal actions are considered important.

    In the context of growing cultural diversity, conflict management in multinational organizations is becoming one of the key tasks of HR management. The authors conducted a systematic analysis of theoretical approaches to conflict management, reviewed modern conflict management strategies and identified the specifics of their application in the Russian context. The research is based on the method of systematic literature review and comparative analysis. Special attention is paid to the role of HR managers in conflict prevention and resolution, as well as practical recommendations for creating an effective corporate culture in the context of intercultural interaction.   • Legal aspects of judicial protection of exclusive rights to digital assets

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of legal conflicts arising in the context of judicial protection of exclusive rights to digital assets. The author analyses the peculiarities of qualification of such objects as cryptocurrencies, big data, 3D models and virtual game property, based on Russian and foreign judicial practice. The case of VKontakte v Double Data (2021) is considered, demonstrating the contradictions between the extraterritoriality of digital assets and the territoriality of jurisdictions. Particular attention is paid to the problem of distinguishing digital assets from intellectual property, as well as the dual status of virtual property. Finally, a classification of digital assets into three categories is proposed: protected intellectual property, virtual gaming property and crypto-assets. It emphasises the need to adapt legal norms to digital realities while maintaining a balance between innovation and protection of rights holders.

    The article examines the role of artificial intelligence in tax regulation. The advantages of using technology to improve reporting accuracy, automate routine tasks, and detect tax fraud are discussed. The risks associated with the introduction of artificial intelligence in the tax sphere are considered, including issues of information confidentiality and the need for employee training.
