- Abstract:
- The article discusses the application of graph theory to modeling and analysis of complex systems in economics and management. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing complexity of the relationships between economic agents, logistics hubs, financial flows and management structures. The paper presents the basic concepts of graph theory adapted to applied problems, and also shows the mechanisms of their use in the analysis of supply chains, organizational hierarchies, project management and corporate networks. Based on generalized models, it is demonstrated how graph representations make it possible to identify bottlenecks, assess the stability of systems, and optimize decision-making processes. The results obtained emphasize the interdisciplinary value of discrete mathematics in modern socio-economic research.

- Abstract:
- The article analyzes the concept of relational pedagogy as a fundamental approach to building an effective mentorship system in higher education institutions. Relational pedagogy is defined as an approach that focuses on fostering strong, respectful, and trusting connections among participants in the educational process. The article explores the key principles of this approach (respect, trust, cooperation, empathy, and dialogue) within the context of interaction between a mentor and a mentee. A comparison with historical and contemporary pedagogical concepts is made including "pedagogy of cooperation," humanistic pedagogy, and the theory of educational systems. The paper presents an author's interpretation for integrating the principles of relational pedagogy into university mentorship programs, demonstrating the effectiveness of this integration. Practical recommendations are offered to enhance the efficacy of the relational pedagogy within the mentoring processes, illustrating how its implementation contributes to the students’ comprehensive development.

- Abstract:
- The work is devoted to the study of the relationship between self-efficacy and self-management of students of a pedagogical university. Personal self-efficacy as the ability to quickly and effectively solve problems in various areas of life is typical for some students of a pedagogical university. So, self-effectiveness in the field of communication is quite well developed, the level of self-effectiveness in subject activities is somewhat lower. Understanding self-management is essential for uncovering the mechanisms of personal growth, professional success, and social adaptation. The students' real ability to manage their academic and extracurricular processes leaves much to be desired, especially in key areas such as forecasting, self-monitoring, and correction. Students' confidence in their professional (subject) abilities is closely intertwined with the ability to manage their activities. There is a paradox: students are confident in their abilities, but they do not have the developed skills to implement this confidence in well-planned actions. Correlation analysis revealed a stable and growing link between self-efficacy and self-management among students. As we learn, this connection strengthens and affects more and more components of self-government, which confirms their mutual development.

On the Specifics of the Besermyan Vocabulary in «Materials for a comparative Dictionary...» by P. M. Sorokin: Turkic Borrowings
Research Article
Ethnic Culture Volume 7 No 4- Author:
- Sergey A. Maksimov
- Work direction:
- World languages and literature
- Abstract:
- Written records play an important role in the study of language history, linguistic phenomena, and their dynamics. They are particularly significant for the language of the Besermyans, a compact group living in the northwest of the Udmurt Republic. The language of this small people only received the status of an independent idiom in 2022. The manuscript "Materials for a Comparative Dictionary of the Zyuzdin Permyak and Glazov Votian Dialects and the Besermyan Dialect" is currently one of the few early written records containing a significant amount of Besermyan material. The aim of this study is to identify Besermyan words of Turkic origin in this manuscript and analyze their origin and territorial distribution. The study utilizes descriptive and etymological methods. During the study of the dictionary's vocabulary, words of Turkic origin were selected, which are unique or predominantly found in the Besermyan language. Most of them are Tatarisms borrowed in the northern territory of what is now the Kirov Oblast and the Udmurt Republic, indicating close Besermyan-Turkic contacts in this region. The list includes only two Bulgarisms and one Chuvashism. Further analysis of the dictionary's features will allow us to determine its precise dialectal base.

- The introduction of the «Chestny znak» unified digital platform for mandatory product labeling in the Russian Federation is a key element of the strategy for developing the digital economy and, as a result, the information society. However, despite the significant advantages of the mechanism developed by the legislator, its implementation also presents significant challenges for small and medium-sized businesses. The main difficulties are largely related to the specific features of regional legislation, which creates numerous gaps and barriers for business representatives to exercise their rights to freely and unhindered conduct of their activities. As a result, the imperfections in the legislation contradict the government's policy of supporting businesses, and the current problematic situation requires attention and a speedy solution. Development of education Volume 8 No 3- Author:
- Irina V. Mirotvorskaya
- Work direction:
- Pedagogy and Modern Education
- Abstract:
- This article aims to conceptualize, describe, and validate a model for preventing deviant behavior among at-risk students in a general education school setting. The research is based on an analysis of the practical experience of a specific educational institution implementing this model. The study's materials include school regulations, individualized rehabilitation programs, observations of students, semi-structured interviews with educational stakeholders, and data from surveys and tests. The research methods employed are case studies, a review and synthesis of pedagogical practices, and analytical descriptions with modeling elements. The results highlight the model's strengths, such as a comprehensive approach to prevention, individualized corrective and pedagogical activities, active student involvement in the preventive process, optimization of the teaching staff's work, and a focus on fostering positive motivation. Potential limitations and challenges are also identified, including the need for a high level of professional competence among mentors, the risk of perfunctory completion of individual developmental maps, the difficulty in verifying the system's effectiveness, and the dependence of subproject success on the activity of classroom teachers. The conclusion underscores the effectiveness and promise of the presented model for reducing the risk of deviance and improving students' social adaptation. A system for monitoring and evaluating effectiveness, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative indicators, is proposed. The crucial role of the school librarian as a library mentor in preventive work is emphasized.

The Main Data about the Consonant System of the Low German Dialect of the Mennonite Germans of the Simferopol Region of the Crimean Peninsula

- Yulia V. Berezina, Viacheslav N. Onoshko, Yulia S. Zhilina, Denis E. Voytov, Olga V. Skurikhina
- Work direction:

- Abstract:
- The article describes the consonant system of the Low German dialect of the Mennonite Germans of the Simferopol region of Crimea. Mennonites are followers of the Reformation movement that emerged in the 16th century in the Netherlands. The founder of this religious teaching was former Frisian Catholic priest Menno Simons (1496–1561), who united small, disjointed congregations of Anabaptists based on his doctrine. Since 1789, at the invitation of Catherine II, Mennonites began to migrate to Russia. The study is based on an analysis of the oral speech of representatives of an ethnic religious community who retained their native language in a foreign-speaking environment. The authors identify 25 consonant phonemes and describe in detail their classification according to articulatory and acoustic characteristics, as well as the functional load based on frequency of use. Special attention is paid to the specific features of consonantism, including the preservation of archaic features characteristic of the Low German dialect Plattdeutsch, as well as the influence of Russian and High German dialects. Such phenomena as palatalization before the vowels of the front row, spirantization of the consonants, velarization [l], vocalization [r], the presence of voiced consonants at the absolute end of the word. The analysis shows that the dialect under study retains a significant degree of archaism, while simultaneously being influenced by the contact Russian language. Despite the numerical reduction of native speakers, the consonant system demonstrates stability and internal logic, which makes it an important object for linguistic and ethnolinguistic research.
