    Abstract:
    The article analyzes use of the potential internet technologies in marketing communications of organizations and cultural institutions museum-type to increase the demand for cultural products and develop new technologies of interaction with the youth audience. Internet marketing is considered, on one side, as a condition of actualization cultural heritage and preservation of value attitude to it, and from other side – as a condition of competitiveness cultural institutions on the basis of their reflection in the "digital environment". The article presents information on the use of museum podcasts as well as sociological data showing the impact of marketing on museum attendance.

    Abstract:
    The authors of the article focus on the difficulties experienced by younger students in mastering the spelling norms of the Russian language. This is the inability to immediately distinguish in the consciousness of the signified and signifying, the inability to correctly determine the word stress and a number of others. The teacher should know the methods of formation of students ' concept of "phoneme" and the ability to recognize other phonetic units of the language. It is emphasized that the phonetic work should precede the graphic one, based on the development of the speech-motor apparatus. The authors present a description of some methods of formation of the phonetic competence, such as: exercises on the distinction between words as lexical units and as a "phonetic word", the correct syllabification, accent, modelling, awareness similarsocial functions.

The results of the study consist of studying this picture of the world as part of the linguistic picture of the world, identifying its value basis, types of values, and also in studying its relationship as a psychological context with a socio-cultural environment, with an educational environment.

    The article shows the problems of developing educational programs and curricula in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education (FES of HE 3++). Federal Law №273 «On Education in the Russian Federation» states that the introduction of basic educational programs implies the use of structures for the design of educational activities, based on the principle of a modular understanding of the basic educational program. and curriculum design. The article proposed one of the options for the formation of such modules in the design of basic educational programs in accordance with the FES of HE 3 ++. With this approach to educational programs formation in various areas of training students of higher education institutions, problems can be solved in the development of basic educational programs of previous FES of HE++, the labor costs of the teaching staff in developing various educational and methodical documentation can be optimized, the requirements of employers for the effectiveness of training future professionals can be taken into account.

    This article attempts to show how the perception of the forest in the German language space was built and how it changed. It especially focuses on the symbolic interpretation of the forest, explains what some tress symbolize and shows the connection of the forest with the symbolism of the feminine. The article also deals with the perception of the forest in the works by romantic writers and provides examples from some romantic fairy-tales by the Brothers Grimm where the action takes place in the forest. It is worth mentioning that the titles of some fairy-tales by the Brothers Grimm are connected with the tree or with the forest.

    In the modern context complex, stable and balanced development of the region is possible only with the presence of developed and effectively implemented regional investment policy. In this regard, there is a need for the continuous development of scientific, methodological and practical aspects of the effective formation and implementation of RIPs, the search for methods and mechanisms for attracting investment resources to the regional economy, and ensuring a favorable investment climate. The research involves general methods for studying: observation, comparison, comprehensiveness, consistency, analysis, synthesis, as well as modeling and logical approach. The study clarified the concept of “regional investment policy” and its content, identified RIP types, identified the goal, objectives and principles of RIP development and implementation, proposed a model of RIP development and implementation, disclosed factors and problems of RIP formation and implementation, improved efficiency measures process of formation and implementation of the RIP. Application of the presented approach and model makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the development and implementation of the RIP, to ensure the region’s high competitiveness, stability, security, and improved adaptation to changing conditions.

    The author reflects the tendency of developing innovative strategies in the documents of state and municipal authorities. The classification of innovative strategies in the system of state and municipal management is made from the position of reaction to changes in the external and internal environment.     The article discusses the main ideas of the pedagogical concept of V. A. Sukhomlinsky, identifies their philosophical roots, points out the consonance with the ideas of world philosophy. The researcher poses the problem of creative rethinking by the great teacher of the teachings of Marxism-Leninism, in particular the code of the builder of communism, the question of the consonance of his doctrine to the humanistic ideas of world philosophy, the problem of conformity of the doctrine to a religious worldview. In work, generally, the comparative-historical method is used. The author comes to the conclusion that the direct philosophical foundations of the pedagogical concept of V. A. Sukhomlinsky are the Marxist-Leninist teaching, the creatively rethought code of the builder of communism, the philosophy of humanism of the Renaissance.
