  • The semantic field of wood ritual objects in the Russian spell rite

    Abstract:
    The article examines the subject code of the Russian spell tradition using the example of a group of ritual objects of wood origin. This group has received insufficient attention in research, as evidenced by a brief review of the literature. The material for the analysis is the main publications of Russian conspiracies, as well as field materials recorded by the author in the period from 2003 to 2023 in the Omsk Irtysh region. The purpose of this work is to determine the semantic field of a group of wood objects in Russian spells, as well as to identify the relationship between a ritual object and its verbal and symbolic embodiment. The main method of research – historical-typological – allows us to draw typological parallels in order to clarify the boundaries of the semantic field, which includes ritual objects of the group being studied. The article also implements complex and cross-genre approaches. The analysis showed the widespread use of ritual objects of wooden origin in the Russian charm tradition. Objects are included in the text of the conspiracy as independent images and can be used relatively independently of the verbal component of the conspiracy. The semantics of the ritual object is in accordance with the functional and thematic orientation of the spell and is determined by its content. An examination of two objects – a bitch and a sliver – revealed an expansion of their functions and semantic field in in Russian spells of Siberian. This conclusion determines the direction of further research into spells paraphernalia in the aspect of the mutual influence of aboriginal and settler traditions.

    Abstract:
    In today's dynamic economic environment, strategic development is becoming one of the key factors for success of an organization. However, in order to correctly substantiate and effectively implement a strategy, it is necessary to have reliable methodological approaches and provisions. The oil and gas industry is one of the areas where economic globalization, which is a key feature of global economic development, is most fully manifested. Geological, production, economic factors of the functioning of vertically integrated oil companies in their integrated meaning predetermine their presence on relevant markets. This provokes, when determining the development strategy of such companies, to take into account the features and development trends of these markets. In this regard, the development of issues related to the development of methodological approaches to the strategic development of enterprises seems to be a relevant task. Methodological provisions for substantiating and improving strategic development represent a systematized set of theoretical knowledge and practical recommendations aimed at optimal use of available resources and capabilities. They help organizations analyze external and internal factors, identify goals and development priorities, and develop mechanisms for monitoring and adjusting strategy.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of adaptive capabilities and the development of suggestions on the application of event management at the sites of hotel enterprises with the concept of environmental orientation in their activities, to expand the list of services and improve efficiency. The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that event management is actively developing and over time this line of business is gaining popularity among residents of large cities and corporate entities; various concepts of holding these events are especially popular. The features of this activity, advantages are considered, and the effectiveness of its use in the hotel industry is demonstrated in this chapter. It is analyzed and revealed in the chapter that under the current conditions, the presentation of event services in hotels with an ecological trajectory can be organized in two directions: the hotel administration can invite an independent event agency or train its own event manager who will organize events taking into account the presentation of the ecological concept of the hotel development.

    Abstract:
    The chapter studies the dualistic nature of Chinese management theory, namely the coexistence of two management styles: Wang Dao and Ba Dao. Wang Dao is based on the rules of virtue, and Ba Dao is based on the rules of law. Wang Dao implies a policy of agreement, and Ba Dao implies a policy of opposing the enemy. These two management styles are inseparable and important for the functioning and development of society. It is argued that the condition for modernizing the governance system of modern China, which is in search of a golden mean between the rule of virtue and the rule of law, is a hybrid democracy that absorbs the energy of consensual and competitive democracy.

    Abstract:
    Historically, the metaphysical peculiarity of religion has not contributed to tolerance and recognition of religious human rights outside of one's own religious tradition. Each religion asserted its own uniqueness and superiority in understanding Salvation as a person overcoming the finiteness of being in time, and the ways to Salvation offered by it. Intolerance rather than tolerance, conformity rather than non-conformity, consent rather than dissent have been the dominant motives in the history of religions. The absolutization of each religious tradition served as a basis for intolerance towards other faiths. Therefore, it is natural that the recognition of religious freedom is stimulated not so much by the decisions of church councils, but rather by the activities of secular authorities who have formed a legislative framework guaranteeing its observance. At the same time, in today's debates about freedom of religion and conscience, one should not forget the fact that there are teachings on tolerance and condemnation of religious coercion and disrespect for religious views other than one 's own, which are found in the main world religions. This chapter demonstrates the positions of founders of the religious teachings of Ancient East, condemning the oppression of the religious rights of representatives of other faiths. It is important that the recognition of religious human rights be voiced not only by the instruments of national and international legislation, but also by the religions themselves.

Optimization of youth policy, conceptual justification and development of technologies for a competently built trajectory of transforming the potential of young people into active social, political and economic activities to achieve the strategic goals of the state, the development of effective methods for assessing the results are the necessary conditions for the youth policy implementation at all levels of administration. Social projecting allows to obtain two types of results: the first is the quality of the produced project product; the second is an indicator of human qualities changes level in the project participant.     The article discusses approaches to defining the concept of “reminiscence”, analyzes mythological reminiscences in the lyrics of V.Ya. Bryusov: the dominant mythological motifs and images in his poetic work have been studied, Bryusov’s poems have been compared with the lyrics of the ancient Greek poetess Sappho, the specifics of the use of mythological reminiscences have been determined. The tendencies of Bryusov's lyrics are also compared with the peculiarities of O.E.'s creativity. Mandelstam.

    The article describes bankruptcy issues and information on conducting an assessment of the probability of assessing the bankruptcy of companies. Based on the data from the accounting statements of the oil and gas company PJSC Lukoil, the probability of bankruptcy of the company was assessed using four bankruptcy forecasting models. The article presents the conclusions of the analysis, evaluates the success of the introduction of the financial policy of the company.

    The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of literary sources on the problem of human qualimetry and education. The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that at the moment the education system is undergoing serious changes due to the transition to the national system of higher education, which is largely determined by the spiritual and moral attitudes of specific teachers, Teachers, heads of the education system, both at the level of a specific educational organization and at the level of the Russian state. The scientific hypothesis of the theoretical study is the position that the Teacher's pedagogical skills, his professional and personal qualities, educational and educational technologies that he uses are fundamentally isomorphic to the quality of education reflected in the qualities of the Student's personality (education, upbringing). As research methods, the theoretical analysis of more than 100 works by A.I. Subetto and other authors is used from the position of applying the principles of isomorphism of professional and personal qualities of a Teacher in the educational, educational process of a Student. As a result of the theoretical analysis, 7 main positions of the Russian scientific qualimetric school in the field of education and personality are identified.

    Abstract:
    In this scientific work, the problems faced by the implementation of cadastral projects in Russian conditions are carefully considered and solved. Focusing on the lack of information in the Unified Federal Information System of Real Estate (GKN), the discrepancy between the boundaries of land plots and the widespread impact of cadastral errors on real estate management, the study used a comprehensive methodology based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the provisions of Federal Law No. 221-FZ and related legislation, innovative solutions are proposed in the study. The main problem is the lack of comprehensive information in the GKN, which necessitates the creation of a modern cartographic framework using modern geodetic technologies. It is proposed to amend the legislation giving cadastral registration authorities the right to adjust the boundaries of land plots within the established limits.
