- Abstract:
- Currently, considerable attention is paid to the role of the substantive-spatial environment in the functioning of educational institutions, from preschool institutions to higher educational institutions. The aim of the exploratory study was to examine teachers' perceptions of the substantive-spatial environment of secondary school. The study was conducted by online polling in Google form using a pilot questionnaire that included questions-statements regarding various aspects of the school's substantive-spatial environment. The respondents were 39 school teachers (33 women and 6 men). When processing the results, φ*-criterium of the Fisher angular transformation was used. The results of the study showed that the teachers showed the greatest unanimity, characterizing in general their positive attitude towards design innovations at school, and equally unanimously they did not agree that the substantive-spatial environment of the school was indifferent to them; it was shown that about two-thirds of the surveyed teachers showed interest in improving various aspects of the substantive-spatial environment of the school, which made it possible to identify their preferences in the design of the school interior (living plants, places for quiet rest, color scheme, etc.); it was noted, although less common, but also found in teachers, resistance to design innovations in the school substantive-spatial environment, varying from neutral to conservative.

- Abstract:
- In this chapter, on the example of East Flanders (a region of Belgium), the pedagogical influence of urban public space on the socialization of children is considered. There are two points of view on the relationship between children and the urban area. It is possible to define relations from the point of view of the need to protect children from the dangers posed by the city, the signs of which are the spatial segregation of children into separate play spaces. Children should be able to move independently and safely around the urban public space in order to make full use of the communication opportunities offered by the city; this leads to the establishment of such criteria for the infrastructure of the city that would be favorable for children. At the same time, urban public space should be considered as a co-teacher. Three cases from the Belgian city of Gent are presented to illustrate this discussion.

- Abstract:
- The paper considers the methodology of individualization of training based on adaptive testing of network electronic educational and methodological complexes in two closely interrelated levels – the methodology of designing, developing adaptive tools and the methodology of their application in teaching university students. The design of an adaptive network electronic educational and methodological complex – a universal educational resource that is able to support the learning process at all its stages-contains three consecutive stages (levels) – didactic, logical and physical, each of which has a content component of the developer's activity that determines the requirements for the structure and content of the created course. The methodological approaches to the use of an adaptive network course in the educational process are different for teachers and students. As criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of learning content assimilation in the information and communication educational environment of the university, the following are defined: transient process time response, which a student spends for learning of fixed stream of input information until prepared for the testing (E.A. Solodova's adaptive learning mathematical model); the level of assimilation of the information received, defined in tests and evaluated in a 100-point scale (as the condition of completeness of the educational process, according to V.P. Bespalko).

- Abstract:
- This article observes a new tendency in interface design called neumorphism. Having become an absolute wonder of 2020, neumorphism is eye-catching, innovative and aesthetically satisfying. The name «neumorphism» is based on two words: «neu» (new) + «skeuomorphism». Just like neumorphism today, skeuomorphism was once popularized by Apple and became a worldwide trend. Some designers refer to neumorphism as to a reincarnation of skeuomorphism but created in accordance with modern minimalistic preferences.

- Abstract:
- The implementation of the concept of inclusive education in Russia determines the study of theoretical and practical aspects of this problem, in particular, in the context of the tasks facing class teachers as organizers of student teams. The inclusion of children with disabilities in the educational environment creates certain risks for its subjects. In this regard, the responsibility of the class teacher increases for creating conditions that ensure the success of each child in an inclusive class, and especially – to support families with children with disabilities. Ideas of the child's intrinsic value, the conformity of upbringing, the organization of the «childhood space» in the interaction of all its subjects are of methodological significance for the design of work with parents. The design of the activity of a class leader with the parents in the conditions of inclusive education is examined in the article.

- Abstract:
- The authors outline that it is necessary to solve such a complex and large-scale problem as the growth of deviations among the younger generation. Also the authors point out the lack of methodological continuity in approaches implemented in the processes of education and upbringing. It is found out that educational models and upbringing models are realized as processes that are not connected to each other, which significantly reduces the effectiveness of the educational process and does not fully take into account all the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the implementation of educational programs. The aim of the work is to establish causal relationships between the development of universal learning activities and the education of a cultural personality, necessary for the harmonious development of adolescents. A number of conceptual models (schemes) that reflect the basic concepts of these processes and the conceptual modeling method were used in order to achieve the aim. The results of the work are the following: presentation of a scenario model of the process of implementing universal learning actions (ULA) and identification of areas of application of efforts of teachers and psychologists in the implementation of adolescents’ deviant behavior correction using methods of art education and cultural studies. The authors make the main conclusion that educational and creative tasks play a system-forming role in the implementation of the ULA, and the methods of art education and cultural studies are an effective tool for correcting deviant behavior.

- Problems of Ethnic Cultures Preservation
- Abstract:
- The author outlines that the study of food design and film art as part of the country's ethnic culture examines the preservation and development of traditions and interethnic ties. Given that folk traditions have a peculiarity to develop, being in constant search of new solutions, taking into account the emergence of new materials, technologies and information tools, an idea to combine the potential of film art and food design in research has started up. It is noted that the search for analogues of the issue studied has no positive effect. The purpose of the study is a theoretical justification for the possibility of using different art forms as tools to unlock the possibilities and diversity of the art of food and filmmaking. Based on the study of various sources, it has been found that the topic of preserving the ethnic cultures of Russia is relevant and new, due to the unusual combination of the art of food and filmmaking. Hypothesis. It is suggested that the preservation and development of the country's ethnic cultures and intercultural ties is possible if best practices and achievements of food design as an essential part of people's culture will be applied while modelling different forms and spaces in film art. Results. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the hypothesis put forward has historical evidence in the works of such scientists as: Kostomarov N.I., Orlovskaya A.V. and Pokhlebkin V.V. Based on their experience and knowledge the following is possible: formation of new approaches, serch for new solutions and development of new forms and spaces, using advances in food design, film art and people's culture.

- Глава 2. Наука
- Abstract:
- The author of the article outlines that at the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st centuries, environmental problems were significantly aggravated in the world, which led to the loss of biological and landscape diversity, which significantly worsened the comfort of the human environment. The author also points out that in order to preserve and develop biological and landscape diversity, there is a need to develop and apply fundamentally new approaches of environmental design. The purpose of the study is to analyze the prerequisites and develop an ecological approach to the design of landscape architecture at the present stage. The object of research was the study of the formation and development of the principles of landscape and ecological architecture at the present stage of development. A general scientific method, based on the analysis of literary sources, systematization and generalization of theoretical and empirical data on the issue studied was applied. As a result of the study, it was found out that the basis of most modern urban land improvement and landscape gardening projects is the environmental principle, based on the restoration of ecosystems damaged as a result of anthropogenic activities. Landscaping projects carried out on the basis of the ecological design principle are aimed at preserving the natural topography and native vegetation on the territory of a particular object, its soil and hydrogeological conditions, using environmentally friendly materials and types of production, recycling and waste recycling, as well as wastewater treatment, reducing materials and labor input for the maintenance of the facility and much more.

The Concept of "Ethno-Cultural Design" in the System of Project Methodology of Interpretation of Socio-Political Reality
Research ArticleEthnic Culture No 1 (1)- Author:
- Mikhail V. Gorbachev
- Work direction:
- Methodological Questions
- Abstract:
- The Concept «design» is one of the most popular and demanded in modern social and humanitarian Sciences. It is used to explain the controlled processes in the economic, political, social and spiritual spheres of public life. As a result, in each of the designated areas, their own types of design and project activities are formed, which have a unique specificity that requires detailed analysis. One of these types of design is ethnocultural design. The aim of the article is to interpret the concept of «ethno-cultural projection» as an organic part of the project theory of explaining social changes. The realization of this goal is possible by solving the following tasks. First, the classification of the main types of design, which are presented in the system of social and humanitarian knowledge. Secondly, the definition of the features and functionality of «ethno-cultural design». The methods of the article are based on the combination of the provisions of the civilizational theory with the principles of the project approach to the interpretation of socio-political reality. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that the concept of «ethno-cultural design» is an integral part of the project methodology of interpretation of modern socio-political reality. At the same time, being a part of modern project methodology, this concept acts as an independent ideological and instrumental construction. Thus, it is formed around its own industry features and characteristics. The article concludes that ethno-cultural design is able to claim the status of an independent direction within the project methodology. The achievement of such a position is possible through the formulation of its own conceptual and categorical apparatus, the conditions for the implementation of project work, the mechanisms of project activity.
