- В нынешнем обществе экономический статус человека является причиной многих психологических проблем. Деньги являются, возможно, одним из главнейших элементов, объективно показывающих экономический статус, который воспринимается как одна из главных детерминант удовлетворенности жизнью людей разных профессий. Исходя из этого, автором в работе выделены факторы социального экономического благополучия у педагогов на основе опросника В.А. Хащенко. Автор приходит к выводу, что социальное экономическое благополучие имеет структурный характер и является подструктурой общего субъективного качества жизни личности.

- Дистанционное образование в условиях цифровых технологий получило широкие возможности и решает ряд важных задач. В то же время фиксируются трудности в реализации его социально-педагогических функций. Представлено понимание социально-педагогической функции образования, рассмотрены её ключевые проявления (обеспечение социальной коммуникации, социального сопряжения, передачи социального опыта, опережающего развития, социального и профессионального признания, оперативный мониторинг личностного развития и др.). Раскрыты психолого-педагогические параметры дистанционного образования, порождающие риски и трудности в реализации социально-педагогических функций. Показано, что дистанционное образование предусматривает понимание этих рисков и трудностей и целенаправленную работу по их преодолению на основе личностного подхода.

Главным образом, статья разработана на основе методических рекомендаций Фонда президентских грантов – крупнейшей некоммерческой организации, предоставляющей гранты на развитие гражданского общества. - A passenger has a special relationship with an air carrier when they hand over their baggage for transportation. Shipping Luggage is usually accompanied by passenger shipping, which is closely connected to her, but at the same time is regulated in a special way. This article analyzes the current legal norms governing the delivery of baggage in the implementation of passenger air transportation. The author justifies the position that the obligation to transport the baggage handed over by the passenger cannot be qualified as an independent contract for the carriage of baggage, as some authors suggest. According to the author, this obligation should be recognized as an additional optional obligation of the carrier under the contract of air carriage of the passenger.

- Статья посвящена изучению основных проблем, возникающих при применении статьи 238 УК РФ, и отражению путей их разрешения. При рассмотрении основной конструкции статьи был выявлен факт несоответствия реальной действительности, который требует устранения путем реконструкции статьи в состав поставления в опасность. Для совершенствования уголовно-правовой нормы предлагается скорректировать статью под существующую реалию ее применения, меняя круг потерпевших на более широкий по значению. Констатируется нелогичное содержание п. «б» ч. 2 ст. 238 УК РФ, из содержания которого вытекает, что под защитой находятся не все дети шестилетнего возраста, а лишь те, кто воспользуется услугами и работами, не отвечающими требованиям безопасности для этого возраста. В связи с этим было вынесено предложение изменить формулировку квалифицирующего признака, выступая в качестве уголовного «щита» для всех несовершеннолетних. На основе судебных решений был сделан вывод о возможности привлечения к уголовной ответственности лиц, которые в договорных отношениях с потерпевшим не состоят.

Personal Identity of the Artist as a Condition and Result of Creativity in Art

- The author outlines that the essence of the problem of personal identity is formulated in the form of a dilemma: the personality must be identical to itself, because it retains the inconsistency of all experiences, actions, plans throughout the life of the individual; the personality must not be identical to itself on the basis of its inclusion in the context of changing being, which inevitably implies its internal self-change. It is noted that this dilemma involves the use of the term “identity” in two contexts: in the context of comparison (the opposite meaning of “identical” is expressed in the following terms: “other”, “another”, “alien”, “unequal”, “reverse”) and in the context of development, temporality (the term “identity” becomes the opposite meaning of “changed”, “impermanent”, “developing”). Research methods: analysis of literature on the topic studied; comparison, descriptive method. The artist's creative identity as a dialectical process of changing the dominant forms, styles, and images is reviewed in the article. The artistic and ontological problem of self-identity of artistic personality is presented through the dialogue between “One” and “Other”. The artistic reality of a work of art allows the artist to know the essence of his identity in the context of intersubjectivity. It is concluded that the paradigm that allows us to detect intersubjective conditionality of identity is the relational ontology, which represents relationships as a fundamental form of being. It is emphasized that personal identity is discursively mediated by a person's self-understanding, so hermeneutics primarily becomes the methodological space in which this research is carried out. Hermeneutics proves that self-knowledge and self-understanding of a person is an interpretive process that forms an important part of the subject's ontology. According to this methodology, personal identity is mediated by its own interpretive activity as a narrative philosophy, as a person's story about himself, and as the formation of a life story. The author is impressed by the productive idea of E.G. Trubina's research on the reflection of the individual as a creative process of self-construction in relation to the modified personal identity of the artist.

Organizational and Pedagogical Conditions for the Development of Research Activities of University Students

- The author outlines that in connection with the need to develop students' abilities and skills for organizing independent research activities, a psychological and pedagogical analysis of the organization of university students’ research activities is made, and the basic tasks of developing the students' ability to do research work are formulated. Methods of research. To diagnose the development of this quality, research methods such as questionnaires, analysis, and comparative evaluation were used. The study defined quality, based on which we can generate interest in students to do research activities – the ability to cognitive activity, awareness of actions, independent approach to creative problem solving, commitment to self-development and self-education. It is noted that for development of skills for doing research work it is recommended to engage students in the situations where it is necessary to find the solution to problems, help them to analyze qualitative changes and to predict the results of a particular process development. In the course of experimental work carried out by lecturers of the Lipetsk State Technical University, positive changes, indicating the development of the ability in students to do research activity in the process, organized to introduce students to research work at different stages of their training were identified.

Work of the National Presidential Boarding School on Establishing Linguistic Rights and Filling Ethno-Cultural Needs of Students

- The article deals with the specifics of the educational institutions' activities on establishing language rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students on the example of the National presidential boarding school for gifted children. Active debates of the issue of learning native languages, reducing the hours for teaching national languages in the curriculum of secondary schools, downplaying spiritual and moral education and “giving up positions” to the process of digitalization, the search for solutions and new models of “national schools” determines the relevance of issue studied. It is noted that due to the fact that Russia is a multi-ethnic state and almost all schools are multilingual and multicultural as a result of the dynamic process of migration of parents, schools have to solve the problems of implementing educational programs independently. Also, it is emphasized that since the process of establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students of different nationalities, their relationship with each other entails conflicts and withdrawal to the world of social networks and adolescent groups, educational activities require a careful study. Therefore, the attention of researchers to the problem of establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students causes interest in the problem of managing this activity. The ai, of the article is to develop and justify organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective management of educational institutions’ activity on establishing linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students. Research methods: study of the literature on the issue studied, the pedagogical experience of the author and teaching staff of schools, analysis of educational programs and curricula. Results. As a result of the research, we identified the main gaps in the existing system of management of educational activities on establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students, the lack of a flexible management model with an adaptive organizational structure of management and appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions. An effective model for managing the school's activities on establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students is proposed in the article.

Problems and Perspectives of Distance Learning in Modern Schools

- The purpose of the article is to give recommendations on the organization of distance learning at school, identifying the main problems and prospects for its use in the educational process. Methods of research. During the study, the analysis of distance learning was carried out. The field of its application is defined, assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of this form of learning is presented, the basic means of interaction in the online environment in distance learning are revealed, the most effective teaching methods in distance learning are pointed out. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were made about the specifics of distance learning. The author emphasizes that the main advantages of distance learning as following: an individual approach, the ability to maintain constant feedback between the teacher and the pupil, the lack of strict control as an incentive to free creative activity of pupils. The main disadvantage of distance learning is the lack of direct communication between the teacher and peers. It is also concluded that it is necessary to use collective methods of distance learning in order to overcome the deficit of emotional communication. The most effective methods of distance learning are those that are focused on independent work and creative search. It is noted that further prospects of distance learning development associated with number of following conditions: holding stage of the preparatory work for the adaptation of educational material, acquisition of information technologies and increase of the level of computer skills and choosing the optimal teaching methods for distance learning process.

Searching Means for Forming Readiness for Health-Saving Activities in Future Specialists in Medical and Preventative Care

- The results of experimental work on the elective course “Health-saving activities of a doctor in health care organizations” for students studying in the specialty of medical and preventive care, in accordance with the competencies proposed by the Federal State Educational Standard is highlighted in the article. Methods. As the main methods aimed at forming the components of professional and psychological readiness for health-saving activities, test, creative assignment, project method were included to the elective course. A general assessment of the effectiveness of the above mentioned methods is based on an analysis of subjective and conditionally objective assessments on the formation of readiness for health-saving activities, which were obtained on the basis of specially developed questions and the method of pedagogical assessment, the criteria of which took into account the type of students' assignments. Results. The analysis of the results allowed us to draw the following conclusions: it is meaningful to take into account the stages of knowledge assimilation and experience in the discipline when selecting training methods; the effectiveness of the project method and its place in achieving mastery of course – the stage of consolidation and deepening of knowledge, mastering skills in professional activities – is demonstrated;it is necessary to include elements of active, interactive and simulation methods as means of stimulating the reflection of one’s own psychological readiness for professional activity among future specialists.
