    В настоящее время проблема получения и обработки новых знаний обучающими стоит достаточно остро. Если ранее, несколько десятилетий назад, единственным источником информации являлся учебник по анатомии или иное учебное пособие, то в настоящее время студенты имеют доступ к многочисленным источникам информации, не всегда достоверной и отвечающей научным критериям. Умение искать и анализировать информацию закладывается на ранних этапах обучения в медицинском университете. Статья посвящена проблеме информационной грамотности студентов и поиску путей решения данной проблемы.

Представлены факторы влияния феномена блогерства на личность, рассмотрено воздействие СМИ на личностное и интеллектуальное развитие ребенка.

    Abstract:
    The author's study considers the actual direction related to the "digital transformation" of modern society on the scale of the state. The connection between the global process of digitalisation and the need to introduce changes in the system of personnel training, in particular for the agro-industrial sector, is established. The strengths and weaknesses of digitalisation and their impact on the digital wellbeing of the individual are described. Statistical data reflecting some trends in the development of the digital economy in Russia are analysed. An assessment of the state of digitalisation of agriculture in the country is given, and real examples of the introduction of digital tools in the sector are described. The paper describes the structure of digital transformation of domestic agrarian education, which includes five structural components: technical, software, technological, methodological and organisational-legal. For each component, an overview of existing solutions on the market is given. The opportunities, existing experience and possible problem areas in the training of personnel for agriculture and the formation of digital competences of future graduates are considered.

Рассматриваются ключевые понятия, в частности, гражданское воспитание, гражданская активность, социализация, общение, информация. Авторы затрагивают вопрос необходимости перехода к глобальной гражданской активности. Сделан вывод, что информационное и коммуникативное взаимодействие способствует гражданской социализации личности.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the experience of using an electronic online course "Exam in Computer Science and ICT" in preparing students for the Unified State Exam in computer science. This course was implemented during the implementation of the "Engineering Class" program at the Volgograd State Technical University. The influence of the level of development of students' critical thinking on the quality of preparation and the effectiveness of passing the Unified State Exam is substantiated. A model of task material for an electronic online course, including tasks for the development of critical thinking, is presented.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты исследования проблемы безработицы в молодёжной среде. На основе опроса работающих молодых людей от 18 до 35 лет показано, что 83% испытывают страх «остаться безработным и лишиться финансового обеспечения», что становится риском деструктивной конкуренции среди коллег, роста недоверия, почвой конфликтных отношений внутри профессиональных сообществ. Опрос московских студентов показал, что 35% в вопросах дальнейшего трудоустройства рассчитывают только на поддержку и ресурс ближнего социального окружения (родителей, родственников, знакомых), 62% находится в состоянии социальной неопределённости в вопросах реализации дальнейшей профессиональной траектории, что косвенно свидетельствует о сниженной мотивации к повышению профессиональных компетенций и отсутствию ориентиров конструктивной жизненной стратегии, актуальности решения проблемы трудоустройства выпускников образовательных организаций. Обосновано, что молодёжная безработица является угрозой социальной безопасности российского общества. Определены социально-педагогические условия решения проблемы молодёжной безработицы: взаимодействие институтов социализации в вопросах трудоустройства выпускников образовательных организаций высшего и среднего профессионального образования; развитие системы наставничества, поддержка молодёжного предпринимательства и дистанционного формата трудовой деятельности.

    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the methodology of measuring and monitoring the structural dynamics of economic systems is considered. It is proposed to generalize the existing models of indicators for assessing structural changes into three main groups: index, spatial-geometric and matrix. It is demonstrated that structural shifts in the economy of intellectual property are realized both at the level of patenting subjects and at the level of intellectual property rights objects. It is proposed to apply an approach to the study of the structural dynamics of the intellectual property economy, where structural changes are considered as a «factor-influence» – «factor-result».

  • Choosing a programming language for high school students

    Abstract:
    Currently, special attention is paid to the content of the training of schoolchildren in computer science. Interest in software development and code writing methods is growing every year. This is due to the change in methods and means of training in the field of writing program code associated with the emergence and development of new paradigms and programming languages. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the choice of a programming language for the preparation of high school students in the field of programming and solving the tasks of the Unified State Exam in computer science. Materials and methods of research: in the course of the research, a theoretical approach was used: the study, systematization and analysis of theoretical materials, scientific and methodological resources for teaching programming to schoolchildren, demos, test tasks, manuals, educational websites for preparing for the Unified State Exam in computer science, as well as many years of experience in teaching schoolchildren and students the basics of programming. Research results and their discussion: Programming languages PascalABC.NET and Python are currently the most popular in school education. The article analyzes the possibilities of these programming systems and the prospects of their application in teaching high school students the basics of programming. Examples of solving typical problems from the Unified State Exam in computer science in both languages are given to compare the speed and efficiency of the code. Conclusions. Language PascalABC.NET it has a number of advantages and can be recommended as a language for teaching programming. The language is high-performance, well structured, has strict typing and is adapted to the tasks of the Unified State Exam in computer science. When teaching future programmers, the basics of writing code, it is advisable to combine languages PascalABC.NET and Python.

    The article deals with the actual problem of information security of adolescents, which is revealed through factors affecting the development of personality. The purpose of the study is the methodological justification of the developed and implemented model of pedagogical support of information security of adolescents in an institution of additional education and pedagogical conditions for its successful implementation. The work is based on theoretical analysis and generalization of pedagogical practice. The material for the study was the content of training courses on programming in an institution of additional education. The results of the study showed that the presented model of pedagogical support of information security of adolescents should be based on synergetic, axeological, socio-cultural and activity approaches. The article specifies the pedagogical conditions under which it is possible to form the qualities of a person capable of resisting information threats and conforming to the norms of our society.

    Анализируя современную систему ценностей, характерных для настоящего этапа развития российского общества, автор предпринимает попытку ввести в академический дискурс и обосновать понятие ценностной аксиомы и ценностной аксиоматики в целом. При этом подчеркивается значимость таких характеристик ценностных аксиом, как универсальность, фундаментальность, преемственность / переносимость, а также их роль в обеспечении устойчивости национальной культуры и национального менталитета. В статье делается вывод об отсутствии на данном этапе ценностной аксиоматики как национальной социокультурной основы развития российского общества и российского народа и подчеркивается актуальность ее создания на основе анализа исконных (традиционных) русских ценностей и опасности подмены их модными, но малозначимыми терминами.

Выявлено, что создатели политических телепрограмм стремятся к повышению их оригинальности, изменяется время выхода политических эфиров, трансформируется роль телеведущего, повышается количество элементов театрализации и драматизации в программах.
