- The article discusses modern approaches to the organization of pedagogical support for high school students in the process of their professional self-determination. The main directions of the teacher's activity aimed at developing students' readiness to choose a future profession and building a personal professional trajectory are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the technologies of project activities, psychological support and interaction of the school with external social institutions (universities, enterprises). The importance of creating an individualized educational environment for the successful professional development of adolescents is emphasized.

Modern approaches to psychological and pedagogical support in the educational environment: individualization, digitalization and prevention of emotional burnout

- Abstract:
- The article studies the actual aspects of improving the system of psychological and pedagogical support in modern educational institutions, where the growth of anxiety, stress and professional burnout is one of the key problems. The main objective of the study is to develop a scientifically grounded model of support, taking into account both the individual characteristics of the participants of the educational process and the potential of modern technologies to improve the effectiveness of the educational environment. To achieve the set goals, the methods of metaprogram analysis, standard diagnostic tools (Spielberger-Hanin scale to assess anxiety and Maslach-Jackson questionnaire to analyze professional burnout) were applied, and digital platforms of psychological support were integrated. The study covered more than 500 participants of the educational process from municipal schools of Yekaterinburg. The key results demonstrate a significant reduction in students' anxiety level by 15% and an increase in their academic performance by 12% (p < 0.01), which confirms the high effectiveness of personalized educational routes based on metaprogram analysis. The obtained data are of high practical significance and can be used to create a universal model of support adapted to the modern conditions of educational institutions.

- The chapter is devoted to the study of some aspects related to psychological and pedagogical support of medical students using the example of the Voronezh State Medical University named after N.N. Burdenko (VSMU named after N.N. Burdenko). This topic is becoming increasingly relevant every year due to the ever-increasing stress factors, including those leading to the development of depressive states and even suicide attempts, which is especially relevant among young people. The objects of the study were 200 students, men and women, of the medical faculty of VSMU named after N.N. Burdenko. All of them were divided into 2 groups depending on the course of study: group 1 included 100 1st year students, the second – 100 6th year students. The study is based on a questionnaire specially developed by the authors, including both general questions about gender, age, and special ones concerning awareness of some aspects of psychological and pedagogical support for students, as well as finding out the general attitude to psychological and pedagogical support and directly to the psychological service. The need for psychological assistance from school years to university years was studied, and cases of visiting specialists of this kind were analyzed. In addition, the number of students exposed to stress in life, school, and university was studied. Interesting features of the study were the analysis of the strongest stress factors for students of both groups, as well as the analysis of positive aspects, according to students, of psychological and pedagogical support for students. The data obtained in the chapter are of particular interest not only for psychological services and psychologists directly, but also for higher education teachers involved in the educational process with students and medical residents.

- The chapter is devoted to the disclosure of the issue of social aspects and mechanisms of psychological and pedagogical and clinical and psychological support for the professional development of individuals with disabilities. Psychological and pedagogical and clinical and psychological support for the professional development of individuals with disabilities are considered as an integral system, the functioning of which is possible with a comprehensive solution of all tasks and the interaction of all participants in the support process. The mechanisms for the support of individuals with disabilities are determined by certain stages (pre-professional stage, training stage, employment stage). - The article deals with the actual problem of information security of adolescents, which is revealed through factors affecting the development of personality. The purpose of the study is the methodological justification of the developed and implemented model of pedagogical support of information security of adolescents in an institution of additional education and pedagogical conditions for its successful implementation. The work is based on theoretical analysis and generalization of pedagogical practice. The material for the study was the content of training courses on programming in an institution of additional education. The results of the study showed that the presented model of pedagogical support of information security of adolescents should be based on synergetic, axeological, socio-cultural and activity approaches. The article specifies the pedagogical conditions under which it is possible to form the qualities of a person capable of resisting information threats and conforming to the norms of our society.

- The practice of psychological and pedagogical support for children (including gifted ones) is used in comprehensive schools and has positive results. In music schools where pre-professional training of gifted children is carried out, this form of work, which contributes to the creation of the most favorable соnditions for the development and education of musically gifted children is absent. A program of psychological and pedagogical support for musically gifted children aged 10–11 has been created and tested in the Children's Music School No. 1 of the Podolsk City District. In developing and evaluating the effectiveness of the program, the following were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature on this topic; questioning, testing; monitoring the educational process and its results; conducting classes under the program of psychological and pedagogical support; mathematical processing of the received data. The program of psychological and pedagogical support for gifted children showed a positive result.

Nowadays, modern school appears as the high-risk object due to the high level of challenges and threats which may be both subjective and objective. The system of psychological and pedagogical support of children is one of the conditions of creation of psychologically safe environment of school. The article examines some of the actual problems connected with the effective creation and functioning of the system of psychological and pedagogical support. Such problems include the need for correction of professional expertise of the school psychologist and the teacher. During the phase of academic studies their vocational training should include not only the competence aimed at the realisation of support but the students themselves should become the part of this system.
