    Abstract:
    Effective activity of each university is impossible without taking into account its specifics and individual features. In this regard, in each educational institution there is a need to develop and apply additional competencies, and accordingly their own work programs, pedagogical innovations, methodological and didactic materials on academic disciplines in addition to the competencies specified in the Federal State educational Standards of Higher Education that meet the requirements of the competence approach. Such concretization taking into account regional, mental, personal features both of teachers and students is inevitable. Therefore, some opportunity to maneuver is necessary, making something of their own, individual by each university, each individual teacher in the education process. In KBSAU named after V.M. Kokov the pointed out work is carried out within the framework of special professional competences. The authors of the monograph tried to justify the necessity and usefulness of such competencies usage, to show how their use affected the disclosure of personal qualities of students, the development of their abilities for independent work, the creation of new models of lectures and classroom trainings at the university, presented methodological approaches to the organization, conduct and evaluation of extracurricular work.

  • The practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry

    Abstract:
    The article presents the experience of using the practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry at the University. The conceptual base for the restructuring of the course was the extended interpretation of A. M. Butlerov's postulates. The practical-analytical approach consists in changing the order of studying organic compounds: from properties – to structure, in contrast to the traditional approach: from structure – to properties. The purpose of the restructuring of the course is the formation of the necessary competencies for a limited number of hours in the discipline and in the presence of a huge volume of information. The role of organic compounds in the world around us is emphasized.

  • On the state and improvement of the educational system in Russia

    Abstract:
    Disadvantageous features of the education system reform implementation in Russia, worsening the quality of education of university graduates are identified in this article. The author suggests measures to modernize (improve) the education system. On the basis of research`s results made by domestic and foreign scientists, the difference between the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" is revealed in the framework of the competence approach widely applied in the system of higher education. The researcher concluded that the result of quality education of students is their ability to work independently, to work in a competitive environment, the success and relevance on the labor market, as well as adaptability to rapidly changing social and economic conditions, effectively using the education received.

    The article is devoted to the problem of formation of research competencies of schoolchildren, which are one of the most important in the modern information society. The aim of the study is to substantiate and describe the content of the formation of research competencies of students in teaching mathematics. The study was carried out on the basis of the methods of analysis of pedagogical, methodical literature, modeling method. The paper describes in detail the principles and stages of the formation of research competencies in the process of the entire period of schooling, describes the model of the formation of research competencies of students in teaching mathematics. The structural elements of research competences, determined on the basis of the understanding of competencies as the knowledge, ways of activity and experience, taking into account the specifics of the mathematical content, the characteristics of learning mathematics. The described step-by-step preparation of students for research activities can be used in teaching mathematics at school.

    The analysis of social and cultural reality shows that the increase in the education quality is one of actual problems of modern society. Foreign language competence of the students of agricultural institutions is a part of their professional competence and it is understood as a complex of cultural and professional competences necessary to solve professional tasks with a functional level of a foreign language. The forming of a foreign language competence of the students of agricultural institutions is exercised due to implementation of the following pedagogical conditions: working out teaching and learning aids, creating and supporting motivation to the professional foreign language study, analysis of learning outcomes.

    Abstract:
    Развитие электронного обучения (E-leaning) требует создания педагогических моделей различного уровня, пригодных для реализации их средствами вычислительной техники. В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема создания модели образовательного пространства вуза на основе нечетких методов моделирования. Автором предложено рассматривать образовательное пространство как множество образовательных ситуаций разного уровня: целевая образовательная ситуация студента, входные и промежуточные образовательные ситуации различного уровня. Образовательный процесс в этом случае – направленный переход студента от входной образовательной ситуации к целевой образовательной ситуации. Модель строится с целевой образовательной ситуации, которая рассматривается как множество компетенций, каждая из которых, в свою очередь, представляет собой совокупность базовых качеств, отображаемых на соответствующих количественных шкалах. Уровень сформированности и развития базовых качеств у студента отражает функция принадлежности. Таким образом, образовательное пространство вуза представляет собой совокупность множеств второго уровня, элементы которых отражены на количественных шкалах, что делает возможным реализацию полученной модели средствами вычислительной техники, расчета на её основе индивидуальной образовательной траектории, оптимизации образовательного процесса по временным, материальным и иным влияющим на эффективность образования параметрам.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с формированием речевой культуры иностранных студентов на региональном материале с учетом их реальных коммуникативных потребностей. Анализируются типичные для иностранных студентов темы и ситуации общения в учебной и социокультурной сферах, предполагающие использование регионально маркированной лексики и лингвокраеведческих знаний. Описываются основные критерии минимизации региональной лексики в учебных целях. Обосновывается концепция формирования речевой культуры инофонов на базе учебного пособия, отражающего языковую и социокультурную специфику региона обучения. Приводятся примеры интерактивных заданий по развитию речевой культуры инофонов с использованием аутентичных региональных материалов.
