- Abstract:
- The relevance of this research topic stems from the importance and significance of managing the development of the road network for achieving the national development goals of "A Comfortable and Safe Living Environment," "Decent, Efficient Employment, and Successful Entrepreneurship," and for ensuring Russia's economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the road network and the economic security of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that the implementation of the national project "Safe, High-Quality Roads," completed in 2024, has not fully addressed the challenges and risks to economic security associated with the high proportion of regional and local roads that do not meet regulatory requirements, underfunding of the road infrastructure, the slow pace of innovative development and the implementation of digital solutions, and regional differentiation in the quality of the road network.

- Abstract:
- This paper examines the current landscape of AI and digital tool integration in educational environments, analysing key application domains and their pedagogical implications. Drawing on empirical research, OECD statistical data, and UNESCO policy guidance, the study identifies the principal areas in which AI is transforming teaching and learning: adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring, automated assessment, and administrative automation. Barriers to effective implementation – including infrastructure gaps, teacher readiness, data privacy concerns, and algorithmic bias – are systematically analysed. Strategic recommendations are proposed for educators and policymakers seeking to harness AI capabilities while mitigating associated risks. The findings emphasise that sustainable integration requires a systemic approach that prioritises pedagogical intent over technological novelty.

- Abstract:
- This article reviews recent evidence on how artificial intelligence (AI) affects English language learning among university students. Based on systematic reviews, meta-analyses, empirical studies, and UNESCO guidance, the paper shows that AI can support vocabulary, writing, reading, speaking practice, and self-regulated learning. At the same time, it can weaken learning when students rely on it uncritically or use it without ethical boundaries. The article argues that AI is most effective as a supplementary tool within teacher-guided instruction and proposes conditions for responsible classroom integration.

- Abstract:
- This article examines five categories of technological innovations in English language education: artificial intelligence and machine learning, mobile-assisted language learning, virtual and augmented reality, game-based learning and gamification, and blended learning and flipped classroom models. The article analyzes empirical evidence on the effectiveness of these technologies, including a comparative study of mobile and traditional instruction, systematic reviews of AR/VR and K-12 EFL, as well as experimental data on the use of ChatGPT for developing speaking skills. The article discusses implementation challenges, including the digital divide, lack of teacher training, algorithmic bias, risks of plagiarism, and linguistic homogenization. Finally, it formulates conditions for the responsible integration of AI: the development of AI literacy, human-in-the-loop pedagogy, and the design of tasks that require critical thinking rather than mere output generation.

- Abstract:
- This article presents the results of a formative experiment evaluating the effectiveness of the "PERMA Profile for Language Teachers" program, aimed at the comprehensive development of psychological well-being in future foreign language educators. The study involved 100 fourth-year students majoring in pedagogical linguistics (Experimental Group = 50, Control Group = 50). The 36-academic-hour program was implemented in three stages and comprised modules targeting emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and positive affective experiences in language learning. Statistical analysis revealed significant positive changes in the experimental group across 14 out of 17 measured indicators, including previously identified areas for development (engagement, meaning, self-control, and sociability). The control group demonstrated no systemic improvements, with negative trends observed in several parameters.

- От традиционной школы к образованию будущего: поиск эффективных решений
- Abstract:
- The article examines the potential of Automated Writing Evaluation (AWE) systems in foreign language teaching within the context of digital transformation in education. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of AWE implementation, their functional capabilities, and their pedagogical value in developing learners’ writing competence. Particular attention is paid to the advantages of automated feedback, including immediacy, increased learner autonomy, and enhanced motivation. The study includes a comparative analysis of students’ written work before and after the use of an AWE system, revealing a reduction in language errors and an overall improvement in writing quality. At the same time, certain limitations are identified, such as insufficient accuracy in assessing semantic content and the risk of superficial error correction. The study concludes that AWE systems are most effective when integrated into the educational process in combination with teacher guidance.

INTERNAL STANDARDIZATION OF DUE DILIGENCE REPORTING AS A TOOL FOR IMPROVING INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS AND FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY
Conference PaperThe Russian economy in the context of modern challenges- Authors:
- Erkin T. Shodiev, Dilmurod Sidikov
- Work direction:
- Обеспечение устойчивости предприятий реального сектора экономики в период нестабильности
- Abstract:
- This paper substantiates the need to develop and implement an internal standard for preparing due diligence final reports within audit organizations. The study argues that standardized reporting increases the analytical value, comparability, and practical usefulness of due diligence results for investors, creditors, owners, and corporate managers. The proposed approach is especially relevant under contemporary economic challenges, when investment decisions require timely, structured, and risk-sensitive information. The paper systematizes the purpose of the report, its users, structural sections, information sources, formats for presenting risk assessment outcomes, and the procedure for formulating conclusions and recommendations. As a result, an internal reporting standard is presented as an instrument for improving financial transparency, supporting investment attractiveness, strengthening audit-related services, and reducing information asymmetry in the decision-making process.

- Психология профессиональной деятельности: мотивация, карьерное развитие, самоменеджмент, командообразование
- Abstract:
- This article presents the results of an empirical analysis of the relationships between psychological well-being (the PERMA model) and professionally significant personal resources among linguistics students at a pedagogical university. A cross-sectional study was conducted on a sample of 100 fourth-year students. Using nonparametric statistics (Spearman's ρ, Mann–Whitney U test), the formation of a "resource cluster" was confirmed: growth mindset and foreign language learning enjoyment demonstrate a strong mutual relationship (ρ = 0.692), while emotional intelligence is most closely associated with well-being (ρ = 0.745). An analysis of extreme groups (25th/75th percentiles) revealed a significant superiority of students with high PERMA scores across all three resources (r = 0.45–0.61). A weak non-significant relationship was found between engagement and self-control (ρ = 0.193, p = 0.054), which does not contradict theoretical conceptions of engagement.
