    Abstract:
    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the processes of digitalization of language education of the indigenous peoples of the North in the context of preserving the linguistic diversity of Russia. The article considers the theoretical, regulatory, legal and methodological foundations for the introduction of digital technologies in the field of teaching native languages to the indigenous peoples of the North. Based on the analysis of the existing infrastructure (electronic dictionaries, mobile applications, educational platforms, systems using artificial intelligence), key factors for the success of digital projects are identified, critical problems and barriers to development are identified.

    The article discusses the current problem of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), in particular, large language models (LLM), into the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 02/09/07 "Information Systems and Programming". The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of AI assistants as personalized tutors to develop programming skills and identify the associated ethical risks and pedagogical limitations. Based on the analysis of modern literature and the author's practical experience, key dilemmas have been identified: the reliability of the generated code and explanations, the risk of intellectual dependence, issues of academic integrity and digital inequality. The article offers a model for the balanced use of AI assistants based on the principles of pedagogical support, the development of critical thinking and the formation of digital hygiene among students.     This article analyzes YouTube's recommendation system and explores its architecture, which is based on a two-stage machine learning model, taking into account the implementation of self-learning methods, and its evolution in 2025. The article focuses on identifying and systematizing the risks associated with content personalization, such as the formation of "information bubbles," the impact on user behavior, and the promotion of radical content. Recommendations for mitigating the identified negative effects on users and developers are presented, based on current scientific publications and statistics.

    Abstract:
    This monograph provides a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of the phenomenon known in the scientific literature as the "maternal curse" – a specific mechanism for the transmission of mental and behavioral patterns through the maternal line. The study integrates data from epigenetics, neuroscience, psychology, sociology, and esoteric traditions to create a holistic model of the transgenerational transmission of traumatic experiences. The process of formation of the biochemical "landscape" in the prenatal period is analyzed, which becomes an unconscious landmark for the human psyche throughout the rest of life. Neurophysiological mechanisms of consolidation of this pattern through hormonal systems (cortisol, dopamine, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) are considered and ways of its transformation through conscious work with maternal trauma are proposed.     Abstract:
    The chapter examines the phenomenon of resentment as a maladaptive communicative pattern underlying passive-aggressive manipulative strategies. Game psychotechnologies, in particular the method of transformational games, are considered as an effective tool for correction. On the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis (neurophysiology, integrative psychology), the mechanisms of the method's impact are revealed, including the activation of neuroplasticity, cognitive restructuring and development of mentalization skills. Theoretical provisions and empirical data on the effectiveness of the method are illustrated by a detailed analysis of a clinical case of correction of the «subservience-resentment» pattern in a 43-year-old woman. It is proved that game practice contributes to the formation of mature communicative strategies based on empathy and adequate perception of the needs of others, which is confirmed by catamnestic data

    The relevance of the study is due to the total trend towards digitalization in the Russian Federation, which covers a wide range of sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the context of the total implementation of digital technologies and the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (system analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision-making) methods. The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given. Based on the analysis of publications of domestic scientists, strategies for the further development of digital industrial ecosystems are proposed.

    The paper discusses the necessary changes in teacher training that are in demand due to the active implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in universities of the Russian Federation. These changes are considered on the basis of pedagogical futurology. The comparative significance of AI implementation factors in education is traced, identified for entities responsible for the effective implementation of AI systems and with different levels of readiness for the designated innovations, including: people making decisions on modernizing interactions based on AI, people implementing methodological support and implementation of AI, as well as students that are undergoing training to develop programs and technologies in the field of AI in the near and distant future. The main problems of education development in this article are considered on the basis of the analysis of the obtained experimental data on the predicted expectations and achievable results associated with the use of AI and the transition from traditional algorithms and established scenarios of binary interaction in the educational process to the possible transfer of a significant number of analytical operations and educational functions from humans to digital agents. The article proposes systemic measures for the implementation of predictive activities of subjects of the educational process based on pedagogical futurology, taking into account the expectations of the use of artificial intelligence in education.

  • Emotional Intelligence and Assertiveness: Aspects of the Relationship in Helping Professions Students

    In the contemporary world, characterized by high uncertainty and increasing demands on specialists, especially in helping professions, the development of key personal competencies becomes critically important. The aim of this study was to investigate the interrelationship between emotional intelligence and assertiveness in students preparing for helping professions. The study involved 100 students (aged 17–18) studying psychology and pedagogy. Emotional intelligence was assessed using methods by D. V. Lyusin, M. A. Manoylova, and N. Shutte. The level of assertiveness was measured using the V. P. Sheinov questionnaire. Statistical data processing was performed using Pearson's correlation analysis. The results revealed statistically significant positive correlations between all studied indicators of emotional intelligence and the level of assertiveness. The strongest relationships were found between assertiveness and intrapersonal and interpersonal emotional intelligence (Lyusin's method), the integral emotional intelligence indicator and the ability to manage one's own feelings (Manoylova's method), and the overall emotional intelligence score (Shutte's method). The data confirms the hypothesis of a close interrelationship between these constructs and emphasizes the need for targeted development of emotional intelligence and assertiveness during the professional training of future helping professionals. This will contribute to enhancing their professional effectiveness.

    In today's digitalized world, staffing is becoming the fundamental basis for effective transformation. Global digital transformation processes permeate all aspects of socio-economic development. A new type of specialist in demand in the labor market must meet the criteria that are formed in the context of national projects being implemented in the country – he is a creative professional who makes responsible decisions and creates a positive image not only of his profession, but also of the organization and the state as a whole. In the context of the transformation of the modern labor market, digital technologies are becoming the most important tool for training competitive university graduates. The chapter is devoted to the interpretation of the concept of «digital technologies in education», the disclosure of their essence and structural components. Digital technologies have advantages over traditional educational technologies: access to a variety of resources and tools, adaptability and personalized learning, as well as the development of digital skills needed in today's labor market. However, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process is associated with a number of challenges, such as the need to ensure digital literacy among teachers and students, infrastructure development, and data protection. The influence of digital technologies on the formation of graduates' competitive abilities is manifested in their ability to effectively adapt to changing labor market conditions, meet employers' requirements and develop personal qualities, including critical thinking, creativity and readiness for continuous learning. The integration of digital technologies into the educational environment of a university requires a strategic approach focused on the development of a specialist's personality, the needs of the modern labor market and the requirements of potential employers.

  • Mental activity and emotional intelligence in adolescents with mental retardation

    In modern conditions, there is an increasing number of children with functional and organic disorders of the central nervous system (CNS), caused by a combination of biosocial factors. The main at-risk group consists of children with various forms of intellectual development disorders (IDD), who face significant difficulties in mastering standard educational programs and in interpersonal interactions. Intellectual development disorder (IDD) is a serious condition affecting multiple aspects of a child's life, including cognitive functions, emotional-volitional regulation, and mental activity. This study presents findings on the specifics of cognitive processes and emotional intelligence in adolescents with IDD. Key results reveal: unstable and weak logical reasoning, impaired memory retention, low emotional intelligence levels in most participants. Factor analysis identified a four-component structure, confirming the relative independence of: cognitive functions, regulatory processes, social skills, verbal-reflective abilities. Notably, significant deficits were observed in logical thinking and memory, while emotional development remained at an average level. These findings highlight the urgent need for innovative psychoeducational support strategies tailored to this adolescent population.

    The present study is devoted to the study of the level of emotional intelligence among students of higher educational institutions and its relationship with academic performance and satisfaction with the learning process. In a dynamically changing educational landscape, the importance of not only cognitive but also emotional competencies increases, contributing to adaptation to the learning environment, effective communication and stress management. The empirical basis of the study was the data obtained as a result of a voluntary anonymous online survey of undergraduate and graduate students studying in humanitarian fields. The survey was conducted using the Yandex Forms platform, which provided convenience and accessibility for the respondents. The research toolkit included validated methodologies aimed at assessing various aspects of emotional intelligence, such as self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management.

The article focuses on systematizing universal pedagogical competencies (UPC) that ensure effective student engagement in the educational process, with an emphasis on integrating digital technologies and personalizing learning. Based on an analysis of contemporary research and practices, the authors identify key areas, including the development of a teacher's emotional intelligence, the use of active and gamified teaching methods, and the creation of a supportive learning environment that promotes students' psychological well-being. Special attention is given to the role of digital tools, such as interactive platforms and online resources, in enhancing motivational strategies. The research findings are structured in a table illustrating the relationship between UPC and specific methods for increasing motivation, such as project-based learning, task differentiation, and the use of multimedia resources. The study emphasizes the need for continuous professional development of teachers, including mastering new technologies and improving emotional competence.     The article is devoted to the possibilities of using generative artificial intelligence (GAI) tools in teaching English for specific purposes (ESP). The article examines innovative approaches to learning, being necessary due to the rapid development of technology and requirements of the modern labor market. It analyzes the prospects of GAI in ESP context, including a comparative description of the most popular AI tools. The authors explore the functionality, advantages, and limitations of these tools, their impact on teaching a professionally oriented foreign language. Examples of the successful application of GAI in university courses are given. The emphasis is made on the development of communication skills and the adaptation of educational materials to specific professional fields. The article discusses the results of the empirical study showing positive changes in students' learning motivation and progress. The use of GAI contributes to more effective and personalized learning, improves vocabulary, grammatical accuracy and writing skills. However, the successful implementation of GAI requires additional knowledge and training of teachers, as well as focusing on the educational context. Special attention is paid to the need for a balanced approach when using GAI in order to avoid dependence on technology and preserve the positive experience gained in the process of applying traditional teaching methods.

Both of these goal-settings contribute to the achievement of national interests through attraction and persuasion. To increase the efficiency of the export of Russian education and high-quality training of specialists for the global labor market, it is necessary to develop effective methods, mechanisms and technologies for improving the intercultural adaptive environment of educational organizations, which became the main goal of this study. Cultural diversity is a key value guide for the classification of cultures of peoples and countries, as well as an important criterion for the effective management of multicultural groups and organizations. In the context of educational organizations, cultural diversity is becoming a powerful driver for the development of competencies in the host institutions for foreign students, but it is important to systematically approach all components of an intercultural adaptive environment based on the implementation and scaling of best practices. In this study, based on a sociological survey of foreign students in Russian universities, priority adaptation tools are systematized both along the internal contour of the educational organization, as well as and in external bilateral and network interactions. The research recommendations are both strategic in nature, defining the fundamental tasks of educational organizations to create an intercultural adaptive environment, and of an applied and methodological nature, based on proposals regarding the development of specific tools for intercultural adaptation.

  • The impact of using chatbots on learning a foreign language in a non-linguistic university

    The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that artificial intelligence and neural network chatbots are playing an increasingly important role in higher education; they often take over traditional methods of teaching a foreign language in non-linguistic universities. At the same time, the issue of the advantages of using artificial intelligence in teaching a foreign language remains open. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using neural network chatbots in the process of teaching a foreign language in comparison with traditional teaching methods. To achieve this goal, the author uses experimental teaching of English to first-year future culturologists. As a result of the study, it was found that the process of assimilation of foreign language material when teaching a foreign language using chatbots differs from the process of assimilation while teaching traditionally. Significant differences were noticed at the stages of formation of motivation, presentation of new foreign language material, comprehension and rethinking of the new lexical and grammatical material. Such phenomena as clip thinking, the Google effect, and the devaluation of students’ memory with the constant use of digital devices have a particularly strong influence on changes in the learning process. Techniques are proposed to neutralize the negative impact of neural network learning on students, when implemented, an increase in the effectiveness of teaching a foreign language using neural network chatbots is observed.

    The chapter is devoted to digital innovations and technologies that open up wide opportunities for agricultural production: management and monitoring of facilities in remote areas, herd management, monitoring of basic vital signs of animals, monitoring the accuracy of fertilizer application, forecasting adverse natural phenomena, maintaining distributed databases on land purchase and lease transactions, and others relevant directions. Industry 4.0 involves the active use of the latest digital technologies, tools and services in the daily activities of a modern agricultural engineer, agronomist, animal technician, veterinarian and other industry specialists. The author consider the process of active digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex industry as an inevitable way of forming a digital footprint, which can have a negative impact on the formation of the carbon footprint and the environment as a whole. Direct and indirect ways to minimize the carbon footprint by reducing the digital footprint in agricultural production are described. In conclusion, the conclusions are formulated that digital technologies contribute to improving the efficiency of modern digital agricultural production: presentation of information in various forms, automation of calculations, analysis of large amounts of data, decision support, etc. Limitations are also highlighted: uneven wireless coverage in agriculture, difficulties in maintenance and repair of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles, cybersecurity, lack of a legal framework, and a low level of digital culture.
