Даётся краткий обзор научных направлений, в рамках которых изучается феномен билингвизма. Рассматриваются позитивные и негативные точки зрения исследователей билингвизма, а также современное отношение к данной проблеме. Особое значение уделено формированию билингва в семье. Рассмотрены возможные варианты семейного билингвизма, возрастные проблемы билингвов и пути их решения. В статье даны методические рекомендации для успешного преодоления трудностей в воспитании билингвальных детей.

    С целью рационального использования противогололедных средств и подбора ресурсосберегающих мероприятий проведен анализ средств, используемых для обработки дорог в г. Казани. Отобраны для проведения исследований Бионорд, Uoksa, песко-соляная смесь. Для оценки влияния противогололедных реагентов выбраны растения-биоиндикаторы: овсянница сизая (лат. Festuca glauca) и морковь (лат. Daúcus). Проведен тест на всхожесть растений.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты изучения и оценки параметров адаптивности и стабильности 20 новых гибридов кукурузы при выращивании их в различных климатических зонах. Работа была начата в 2015 году с тестирования 48 новых линий на ряде тестеров; всего было получено 185 новых раннеспелых тест-кроссов. Одновременно с изучением всего набора тест-кроссов на полях ФГБНУ «Национальный центр зерна им. П.П. Лукьяненко» (г. Краснодар) для определения адаптивности новых гибридов к факторам и условиям среды в различных экологических зонах было проведено экологическое сортоиспытание 20 лучших гибридов в 4 различных экологических зонах, выделившихся в предыдущие годы изучения. В ходе исследования были определены параметры адаптивности и стабильности новых гибридов. Были выделены лучшие гибриды, сочетающие высокие адаптивные свойства с повышенной урожайностью зерна, менее зависящей от условий среды: LL0479 х LL 0728; LL 0451 х LL 008; LL 0610х LL 003.

    Abstract:
    The main purpose of this article is to present the contents of a number of modern innovative technologies for monitoring students' level of knowledge. To achieve it, the task of justifying the advantages of using the testing technology tools to control students' level of knowledge solved. In addition, the article shows the practical features of the use of testing technologies to monitor students' level of knowledge by creating an evaluation fund for educational discipline «Computer Science», which is an integral part of multifunctional educational technological complex in the «Manager-programmer of information systems», using a rating approach and multi-point measurement scales. The results are usable in practice of educational institutions work to control students' level of knowledge during the qualified specialist’s preparation.

    The given article says about the process of IT development of education. Nowadays the said process becomes the most important factor of the extension of the practice of the implementation of innovative technologies in the educational process. The authors of the article gave the detailed definition of the pedagogic test. The article contains requirements for pedagogic tests and its main characteristics, expressed by such indices as reliability, validity and efficiency, as well as discloses its essence and provides formulas for its calculation. The opinion was made that in terms of the application of module educational technologies the testing becomes one of effective forms of the control of students’ knowledge level.

    The tasks of increasing the motivation and cognitive activity of students in the process of studying the natural sciences are considered in the article. Improving traditional and introducing non-standard pedagogical technologies, improving the efficiency and quality of education in preparing students are analyzed by the author. It is shown that with the help of interdisciplinary connections, the tasks of developing natural science and practice, developing the ability of future specialists to adapt to rapidly changing production conditions are solved. The main direction of collective creativity in conducting lectures and practical exercises is interpersonal integration. It is shown that the laboratory practicum is a stimulus for the development of an integrative style of thinking.

    В статье представлены три основных направления деятельности Центра поддержки одаренных детей Саратовского национального исследовательского государственного университета имени Н.Г. Чернышевского: выявление одаренности, поддержка одаренности через создание условий для реализации возможностей способных, талантливых детей в научной, творческой среде университета, научно-методическое сопровождение работы с одаренными детьми. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования связи самооценки креативности с ее фактическим проявлением, полученные при помощи тестов проб; проведен корреляционный анализ связи результатов тестов проб креативности и интеллекта. Описаны основные формы работы с одаренными и мотивированными школьниками 7–11 классов. Охарактеризовано научно-методическое сопровождение работы с одаренными детьми.

    Abstract:
    The monograph for the first time formulated and described the spiral technology of research and modeling of natural intelligence with three-step turns. Currently, only the first two steps of the first round of spiral technology are widely known. The need for this technology is dictated by the inability to know the natural intelligence, dissecting it or scanning by any radiation. The technology allows us to switch to high-performance systematic work instead of discussions about the nature of artificial and natural intelligence, as well as instead of the dreamy expectation of mysterious heuristics to address issues raised in the creation of artificial intelligence. The basis of the theory in the creation of a new technology is the result of the search for a constructive character in the interpretation of the concept of natural intelligence, that is, the interpretation of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The primary purpose of research on the subject of the monograph, the authors adopted the formulation and description of the theoretical basis of solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems. The creation of a theoretical basis becomes possible only with the realization of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The theoretical basis corresponds to the natural science positions in the study and modeling of the epistemological model (objectively isolated part, the unity with the other two parts of the natural intelligence component). The theoretical basis is in demand for obtaining knowledge models in computer systems, allocation on a set of these models of classes, and thus, for the formation of technical requirements in the work on the creation of new shells of knowledge-based systems that implement knowledge models of new classes. In the works focused on achievement of the declared purpose, and in the monograph it is convincingly shown that the whole layer of already executed large-scale works on formation of classes of models of knowledge in computer systems was not based on natural science positions, and for this reason results of already performed works are not demanded at creation of new systems based on knowledge. A significant part of the monograph contains a description of the historical aspect of the works on the stated topic. The consideration of the historical aspect allowed us to see the subjective reasons why the simple to understand and use spiral technology with three-step turns (the theoretical basis for solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems) for so long from the moment of formation and recognition of the scientific direction «artificial intelligence» remained undetected and not described for use in research and modeling of natural intelligence in the creation of artificial intelligence. The description of the historical aspect shows the forced reorientation of works on the topic from purely practical (not provided with a theoretical basis) to purely theoretical (not accompanied by works on the modernization of a software product and its implementation in real production). It is also noted that the return to the rails of highly profitable practical work is possible and appropriate. And, accordingly, recommendations for reorientation of works on the topic on the rails of practical and highly profitable are given.

    The monograph presents studies of information protection tools against unauthorized access to automated radionuclide spectrometry systems based on a scintillation gamma spectrometer. As a result of the conducted researches, the system's security indicators have been obtained, which allow to calculate and optimize the probability of damage from unauthorized access taking into account the operating time and the applied information protection means. The developed analytical estimations allow to calculate the upper and lower bounds of the probability of unauthorized access to confidential information at the design stages of automated systems.
