    Digital content in the secondary vocational education system: design, integration, and quality criteria

    This monograph addresses the current problem of designing, integrating, and assessing the quality of digital content in the system of secondary vocational education. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory framework, domestic and foreign experience, as well as an empirical study conducted at the Polytechnic College of Yaroslav the Wise Novgorod State University, the key contradictions and systemic barriers hindering the effective use of digital educational technologies are identified. The work presents the author's developed network model of trajectory-based design for the digital educational environment. Its fundamental novelty lies in the transition from the paradigm of platform "filling" to the meaningful construction of educational trajectories based on a personalized database of tools and content.     Abstract:
    Modern medical education is focused on the formation of students' stable professional competencies that ensure readiness for clinical activities. One of the key problems remains the gap between theoretical training and practical skills, due to the fragmentation of academic disciplines and the predominance of a subject-centered learning model. The purpose of this article is to substantiate and describe a methodological and analytical model of interdisciplinary educational modules as a tool for integrating theory and practice in the pre-graduate training of medical university students. The theoretical foundations of interdisciplinary and integrated learning, including PBL methods and simulation training, are considered effective for the development of clinical thinking and practical skills.     Abstract:
    The authors, drawing on biosocial theories of criminal behavior, analyze the causal relationships between genetic traits and criminal behavior. The role of low education as a predictor of deviant behavior is examined. A polygenic risk factor for antisocial behavior in childhood and adulthood is identified. Genomic markers of decreased education also predicted a higher risk of criminal conviction compared to the control group. Polygenic determinants associated with decreased cognitive abilities and low self-control are found to signal the development of a persistent pattern of antisocial behavior that persists throughout life. New molecular genetic studies complement traditional theories of antisocial behavior. Early detection of genetic traits will allow for the optimization of crime prevention efforts.

    Abstract:
    This chapter examines the pedagogical potential of Lao Tzu's philosophical concept of Tao through the prism of developing a harmonious personality in modern society. The author conceptualizes Tao, interpreting ancient postulates as a methodological basis for modern humanistic pedagogy. The study is based on the following provisions: 1) the limits of verbalization in education (it is proven that the essence of personality development (Tao) is broader than any formal descriptions and boundaries, which requires the teacher to move to non-linear methods of transmitting experience); 2) sensory comprehension of the world (Tao is viewed not as an abstract substance, but as a living process, comprehended through involvement with the surrounding world, which substantiates the importance of empirical and existential learning); 3) the dialectic of pedagogical discourse: Lao Tzu's use of rational and metaphorical speech is analyzed as a prototype of modern problem-based learning methods.

    Abstract:
    This chapter examines the mathematical training of students at higher education institutions specializing in sports as a significant pedagogical factor in the development of an individual's professional and intellectual potential in the context of modern society. The role of mathematical disciplines in the development of analytical thinking, research skills and the ability to make informed decisions in the professional activities of physical education and sports specialists is substantiated.     Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the issue of modern professional music education related to the consolidation of its primary level. The practical aspects of the implementation of pre-professional programs, including psychological and pedagogical support for a musically gifted child, are highlighted. The system of pre-professional training is considered as an orderly, purposeful, long-term process of upbringing, education, musical and personal development of school-age children, which assumes a certain system of quality monitoring and control. The implementation of pre-professional programs ensures methodological and creative links between the 1st and 2nd stages of musical education, promotes the unity of the professional musical educational space.

    В статье исследуется актуальная проблема совершенствования цифровой компетентности научно-педагогических работников ведомственных вузов ФСИН России в условиях динамичной трансформации образовательной среды. Обосновано преимущества внедрения технологии микрообучения как наиболее адаптивного формата повышения квалификации, учитывающего специфику служебной деятельности сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы, их высокую нагрузку и требования информационной безопасности. В частности, детально раскрывается механизм поэтапного освоения узкоспециализированных ИТ-навыков и предлагаются концептуальные примеры микрокурсов, ориентированных на практические задачи пенитенциарной системы, такие как использование нейросетей для моделирования служебных ситуаций и визуализация ведомственной статистики. Особое внимание уделяется формированию «цифрового иммунитета» педагога, позволяющего эффективно синтезировать традиционные офицерские ценности с передовыми технологическими решениями.

    Статья посвящена анализу фундаментальной трансформации образовательных моделей в 2026 году, вызванной кризисом традиционных форматов и развитием технологий управления вниманием. В работе рассматривается переход от классической «трансляции знаний» к парадигме проектирования образовательного опыта. Автор обосновывает неизбежный закат эпохи линейных лекций («говорящих голов»), выявляя причины их неэффективности в современной цифровой среде, и описывает LX-дизайн как комплексную методологию создания смыслов и управления эмоциональным откликом учащегося. Особое внимание уделено инструментам микрообучения и нано-модулей в контексте экономики внимания и доминирования мобильной дистрибуции контента. Описывается эволюция учебного материала: от пассивного потребления к высокоинтерактивным форматам, обеспечивающим максимальную вовлеченность.

    В статье рассматривается одна из ключевых задач современной начальной школы в свете требований Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта (ФГОС) – развитие познавательной самостоятельности у учащихся. Автор анализирует психологические особенности детей младшего школьного возраста, которые создают фундамент для становления данного качества, включая стремление к автономии и развитие произвольности познавательных процессов. В работе представлена структура познавательной самостоятельности как интегративного свойства личности, охватывающего мотивационную, операционную и волевую сферы. Особое внимание уделяется трансформации ролей педагога и ученика в образовательном процессе, где учитель выступает фасилитатором и организатором исследовательской деятельности. Обосновывается комплекс педагогических условий и практических методов, таких как проблемное и проектное обучение, способствующих эффективному формированию самостоятельности. Статья также предлагает критерии для оценки уровня сформированности этого качества у младших школьников.

    В условиях реализации требований Федерального закона №273-ФЗ «Об образовании в Российской Федерации» и профессиональных стандартов педагога возрастает необходимость интеграции инновационных, личностно ориентированных подходов в образовательный процесс. Одним из таких подходов выступает использование арт-технологий, позволяющих не только снизить уровень языкового стресса, но и активизировать коммуникативные способности студентов при обучении английскому языку. В статье представлены практические модели применения арт-терапевтических методик – от пластилинографии до создания метафорических автопортретов и монотипии – адаптированных к условиям высшего образования и соответствующих принципам инклюзивности, информационной безопасности и возрастной специфики обучающихся.
