  • A Long Decade of Service: Cecilia Ivanovna Depner and Her Role in the Voronezh Province's Women's Education System

    Abstract:
    This article explores the life and work of Cecilia Ivanovna Depner, a key figure in the history of private education for girls in the Voronezh province. It examines Depner's biography, the circumstances of the founding and operation of her boarding school (1829–1870), its curriculum, and educational system. It also examines the school's place among other private educational institutions for girls in Voronezh from the 1820s to the 1850s, and analyzes the reasons for its longevity and high reputation. It concludes that Ts.I. Depner's boarding school became a significant phenomenon in the region's system of girls' education, largely compensating for the lack of state-run girls' gymnasiums in the first half of the 19th century and creating an educational environment in demand by several generations of Voronezh families.

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes Russia's transition to inclusive education (61% of children with disabilities attend regular schools and combined kindergartens). The authors pay special attention to the training of preschool teachers. They highlight both the positive effects of children's combined attendance in kindergartens and the barriers, such as teachers' fear, parents' concealment of diagnoses, and children's isolation. The article proposes methods to overcome these challenges through staff training, family support, and play-based tolerance training.

    В статье рассматривается проблема интеграции методов эмоционально-образной терапии (ЭОТ) в систему психологической подготовки и сопровождения курсантов военных вузов, имеющих признаки посттравматического стрессового расстройства. Анализируются специфика боевой травмы у военнослужащих, особенности применения техник ЭОТ для работы с диссоциацией, флешбэками и «виной выжившего». Обосновывается необходимость внедрения краткосрочных протоколов ЭОТ непосредственно в образовательную среду для сохранения профессионального долголетия специалистов силовых структур.

    Abstract:
    This article examines the relationship between the semantic meaning of color and religious identity from a cultural studies perspective. The aim of the study is to identify the specifics of color associations using Orthodox Christians and atheists as examples. The study utilizes the Religious Commitment Inventory (RCI-10), the Questionnaire on Color Semantics in Religious Context (QCS-RC), and Yu. V. Shcherbatykh's Test of the Structure of Individual Religiosity. The results confirm that color symbolism acts as a stable marker of an individual's cultural code, influencing self-identification processes. The findings can be used in psychological and pedagogical support for the development of interreligious dialogue in the educational environment.

    The chapter addresses the formation of foreign language professional competence among engineering students in a non-linguistic university. Based on the analysis of current research, the structure of the competence is specified for technical profiles, including linguistic, professional-discursive, sociocultural and strategic components. The authors propose an educational technology grounded in the principles of professional orientation, integrativity and reflexivity, comprising diagnostic-motivational, formative, productive-communicative and reflexive-evaluative stages. The experience of implementing the technology with first-year students at a technical university is described, demonstrating increased motivation and the development of basic prerequisites for professional foreign language communication. The chapter is intended for foreign language teachers, researchers in language pedagogy, as well as master's and doctoral students in education.

    The chapter substantiates the need to transform formal holidays in preschool institutions into educational events for dialogue between teachers, children, and parents. The relevance is related to the requirements of partnership with the family and support for the child's emotional well-being. The chapter identifies the reasons for the formalization of holidays. It proposes a model for organizing a holiday (target, content, communicative, and reflective components) and the conditions for its effectiveness: voluntary participation, child agency, respect for family experiences, joint activities, and reflection. It is concluded that a holiday in a preschool institution can become not a formal event, but a space for dialogue, if it is based on the principles of voluntariness, the child's subjectivity, respect for family experience, joint activities, and subsequent reflection.

  • Social capital of students in the multiethnic educational environment of a Russian university: structure, formation mechanisms and development prospects

    The chapter addresses the problem of formation and accumulation of students' social capital in the multiethnic educational environment of a modern Russian university. The authors conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis of key social capital concepts (P. Bourdieu, J. Coleman, R. Putnam) as applied to the specifics of higher education in a multiethnic society. The structural elements of students' social capital – trust, social networks, norms of mutual assistance – are identified and their dynamics in a mixed ethnocultural university environment are traced. It is demonstrated that the multiethnic educational environment simultaneously serves as a condition and a resource for the formation of social capital: it provides for the expansion of interethnic interaction networks, the development of tolerance and intercultural competence, and the accumulation of «bridging» social capital. A conceptual model for the formation of students' social capital in a multiethnic university is proposed, incorporating institutional, communicative, psychological-pedagogical, and value-based components. Practical recommendations for designing an educational environment conducive to the accumulation of social capital and the strengthening of interethnic trust are substantiated.

  • Between shame and autonomy: two faces of adolescent vulnerability in the educational environment

    The chapter is devoted to constructing a differentiated analytical model of age-related vulnerability in adolescents within the educational environment for two ontogenetically distinct cohorts: ages 10–13 and 14–18. The author proceeds from the position that a unified interpretation of adolescence is methodologically untenable, since identical behavioral manifestations (irritability, withdrawal, conflict behavior, declining academic performance) may be generated by fundamentally different psychological mechanisms and therefore require differentiated diagnostics. For early adolescence, the concept of «three pillars of stability» is proposed: self-perceived competence, self-regulation, and social status within the peer group, the weakening of which explains typical forms of school maladaptation. For late adolescence, the leading challenge is considered to be the existential task of identity and autonomy formation, intensified by the digital environment of social comparison and cyberbullying. Based on the analysis of Russian and international empirical data (WHO, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, HSE University, VCIOM), a three-level «risk map» of the educational environment has been operationalized, encompassing structural, social, and personal-psychological levels. Current diagnostic practice is also described (ongoing observation, annual screening, in-depth diagnostics), along with the «school ambassador» institution as a mechanism for early identification and referral of adolescents at psychological risk. The study shows that the structural level of the school environment plays a foundational role: the concentration of up to 70% of bullying cases within a limited circle of educational institutions points to the institutional, rather than purely individual-psychological, nature of most risks. The proposed model provides a basis for schools to shift from reactive intervention toward systematic, age-differentiated prevention.

  • Digitalization of higher education: key issues and solutions

    The chapter presents the results of a content analysis of publications on the digitalization of higher education, and identifies key problems, including: digital inequality (lack of high-speed internet in the regions), insufficient digital literacy of teachers, a decline in quality due to a lack of live communication, and cybersecurity risks. The paper proposes solutions to the key problems of digitalization in higher education, including: investment in the infrastructure of higher education institutions, training and retraining of faculty members, a hybrid approach to the use of digital tools, and protection against internet addiction and cybersecurity risks. The study concludes that only a systematic and balanced approach will allow for the effective resolution of the problems and difficulties associated with the digitalization of higher education, enabling universities to train competitive and marketable specialists in various fields of the domestic economy.

  • Ryazan correctional orphanage for juvenile delinquents in 1900

    The chapter examines the activities of the Ryazan Correctional Shelter for Juvenile Offenders in 1900 based on the reports of the Board of the Ryazan Society of Correctional Shelters and Colonies. The shelter was established on February 2, 1898, with the aim of providing primary education and moral upbringing to juvenile offenders (aged 10–15), fostering a love for honest labor, and facilitating their integration after leaving the institution. The analysis covers the composition of the Board (chaired by A.A. Voronin, Prosecutor of the Ryazan District Court), the material and technical base (shoemaking and tailoring workshops, gardening), financial status (capital as of January 1, 1900 – 15,702 rubles, including a major donation of 1,000 rubles from A.A. Voronin), and the admission and study procedures for inmates. Detailed profiles of six inmates are provided (their origin, family background, offenses, and conduct in the shelter), as well as examples of release and subsequent fate. The inmates were divided into three groups according to their behavior. It is concluded that the shelter's activities were successful due to the philanthropic efforts of the provincial intelligentsia and the support of clergy, despite typical problems of provincial institutions: insufficient funding, poverty, and a shortage of qualified personnel.

    This article examines the development and assimilation of family values ​​in orphans and children left without parental care. It highlights the specific socialization challenges faced by this category of children: the lack of experience in a healthy biological family leads to a distorted perception of marital and parental roles, as well as a psychological unpreparedness for starting their own families in the future. It substantiates the need for targeted pedagogical support as a system of professional activities for educators, social workers, and psychologists. The key objectives of this support are explored. It is emphasized that only a comprehensive pedagogical approach can offset the deprivation of orphanhood and prepare adolescents for successful independent living and the creation of their own harmonious families.

    В статье обосновывается, что цифровизация образования создаёт новые мотивационные триггеры для иностранных студентов, однако её эффективность зависит от системного учёта социокультурных и индивидуально-психологических факторов. На основе анализа современных подходов выделены ключевые педагогические стратегии: геймификация, смешанное обучение и повышение цифровой компетентности преподавателей. Показано, что максимальный рост внутренней мотивации достигается при балансе цифровых и традиционных форматов, а также при учёте культурной специфики обучающихся.

Объект исследования – образовательный процесс в начальной школе; предмет – процесс внедрения информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ) в педагогическую деятельность учителя. Цель работы – теоретическое обоснование и систематизация практических направлений использования ИКТ на уроках в начальной школе. В работе использованы методы анализа психолого-педагогической литературы, обобщения педагогического опыта и систематизации. Результаты исследования показывают, что грамотное применение мультимедийных ресурсов, электронных тренажеров и интернет-технологий способствует повышению познавательной активности младших школьников и индивидуализации обучения.     В статье рассматриваются правовые и педагогические аспекты внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта (далее – ИИ) в сферу образования. На основе статистических данных демонстрируется высокий уровень использования ИИ российскими школьниками и студентами, что ставит под угрозу сохранение критического мышления и академической честности. Анализируется действующее российское законодательство в сфере регулирования и развития технологий искусственного интеллекта, выявляется его рамочный характер и отсутствие конкретных механизмов контроля. Автор приходит к выводу, что ИИ должен использоваться как вспомогательный цифровой ассистент, а не как замена самостоятельной мыслительной деятельности обучающихся.

Приводятся количественные и качественные данные, подтверждающие статистически значимое превосходство экспериментальной группы над контрольной по показателям точности словоупотребления, коллокационной грамотности и стилистической адекватности. Обосновывается вывод о том, что методически обоснованная интеграция нейросетей в цифровую образовательную среду способствует интенсификации формирования лексических навыков.

    В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты реализации компетентностного подхода при обучении математике в системе среднего профессионального образования (СПО). Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью приведения содержания математической подготовки в соответствие с требованиями федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов и запросами современного рынка труда, ориентированного на практико-ориентированных специалистов. На основе анализа научной литературы и педагогического опыта раскрывается сущность понятия «математическая компетенция» и её структура применительно к условиям СПО. Особое внимание уделяется средствам реализации компетентностного подхода, среди которых ключевыми выступают профессионально-ориентированные задачи, компетентностно-ориентированные задания, проектное обучение и цифровые технологии. В статье обосновывается целесообразность интеграции мобильных технологий как системообразующего компонента модели развития математической компетенции. Представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований, подтверждающих эффективность предложенных методических решений. Делается вывод о том, что компетентностный подход в преподавании математики способствует не только формированию предметных знаний, но и развитию общих и профессиональных компетенций, обеспечивая подготовку конкурентоспособных выпускников системы СПО.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to improving the training of dairy industry technologists (specialty 19.03.03) in the context of technological development of the industry, with a focus on integrating professional, technological, and socio-pedagogical components. The article uses theoretical, systemic, and competence-based approaches, as well as a comparative analysis of training models. The empirical base is the experience of the Vologda State Agricultural Academy in implementing seamless education (schools, agricultural classes, secondary vocational education, and universities). The effectiveness of the model has been confirmed: the sequence of the 19.02.12 and 19.03.03 СПО and вуза programs has been ensured, and the conditions for seamlessness (continuity, adaptability to the labor market, and integration) have been identified. The model contributes to the formation of a set of competencies for graduates and their adaptation to production.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты проектирования современного учебно-методического комплекса (УМК) для программы повышения квалификации педагогов школ и колледжей новых регионов России (Херсонской, Запорожской областей, Луганской и Донецкой Народных Республик) по организации профориентационной работы. На основе анализа научной литературы обосновывается понимание УМК не как простого набора материалов, а как сценария учебного процесса, построенного по принципу сотовой структуры и включающего инвариантную и вариативную части. Особое внимание уделяется технологиям сетевого взаимодействия как ключевому механизму реализации УМК в новых регионах. Раскрываются сквозные образовательные технологии: цифровая платформа «Билет в будущее», электронный УМК, технологии искусственного интеллекта, проект «Московская электронная школа. Предлагается структура УМК для программы повышения квалификации, учитывающая кадровый дефицит и ограниченный доступ к предприятиям в новых регионах. Делается вывод о том, что предложенная модель УМК может быть адаптирована для различных категорий педагогических работников (учителя школ и преподаватели СПО).
