  • Organization of methodical work in pre-school educational institution at the current stage of education development

    Abstract:
    In present article the main requirements to the organization of methodical work in the pre-school educational institution are considered. The author identified the problems associated with professionalism and interest of teachers in the work, as well as possible ways of solving these issues by introducing non-traditional methods and forms of interaction with the team. The work contains examples of the most modern ones of them: dispute, business game and team building. The article also examines the main criteria for assessing the effectiveness of methodical work in pre-school educational institution.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to understanding the role of digital resources in the modern educational space. It is shown that the development of education is inherently associated with the introduction of computer technologies in the educational process that expand the boundaries of cognitive activity of students. However, despite the presence of positive aspects, there are a number of problems related to the use of technical means, and requiring their solution. The main attention in the work is accentuated by the fact that the development of science in the field of high technologies has a huge influence on the development of education. In this regard, views are expressed on the search for new approaches to teaching in the modern digital society.

    Methods of psychoemotional health formation of students in the field of a healthy way of life carried out by means of medical and biological education on the basis of development of various educational competences together with the leading universities of the city PGU, VGMUPMFI are presented in the article. As a result of the joint work of the entire teaching staff, the competence of all participants in the educational process in the field of healthy lifestyle development will further help students to find their place in the world. Education is presented as highly motivated and personally-oriented, ensuring the maximum demand for personal potential, recognition of the person around and awareness of own importance.

  • On the state and improvement of the educational system in Russia

    Abstract:
    Disadvantageous features of the education system reform implementation in Russia, worsening the quality of education of university graduates are identified in this article. The author suggests measures to modernize (improve) the education system. On the basis of research`s results made by domestic and foreign scientists, the difference between the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" is revealed in the framework of the competence approach widely applied in the system of higher education. The researcher concluded that the result of quality education of students is their ability to work independently, to work in a competitive environment, the success and relevance on the labor market, as well as adaptability to rapidly changing social and economic conditions, effectively using the education received.

    Abstract:
    In present article valuable components of social potential are considered. The authors note that special attention should be paid to the study of the educational potential of modern youth as a resource and reserve, which determines the future state of society. In work on the basis of the authors researches the comparative analysis of basic vital values, educational potential of three groups of the youth of the Volga region – studying, working, jobless is carried out. As a result, the conclusion is presented, which consists in the allocation of groups of young people who have a great educational potential (entrepreneurs and students).

    The article is devoted to the questions of Scandinavian walking development as one of the types of physical culture among students. In practical terms this means that such physical preparation of students is necessary, which would maximally contribute to the formation of a sustainable motivational attitude to physical education. The article examines the history of the development of Scandinavian walking in Russian universities, the specifics of preparing for this type of physical activity: the correct choice and individual adaptation of the inventory, the effective and technically correct methods of applying Scandinavian walking and its impact on the physical health of students.

    Abstract:
    This work is a continuation of a series of papers [1–6] devoted to the development of fully geometrized physics on the basis of the Algebra of Signatures axiomatics. For shortening, the Algebra of Signatures is often called «Alsign». In the previous articles [1–6], metric-dynamic models of practically all elementary «particles» (fermions and bosons), included in the Standard Model (with the exception of «neutrinos» and Higgs bosons) were proposed. This monograph proposes metric-dynamic models of various «neutrino» varieties, and thus completes a full set of stable «vacuum» formations, which fully agrees with the elements of the Standard Model. The discussion of the possibility of the existence in the framework of Alsigna of a model representation of Higgs bosons is beyond the scope of this paper. However, it is already obvious now that the introduction of additional fields and entities is not required to explain the inert properties of stable «vacuum» formations.

    In this monograph the issue of the education system modernization is being considered. Special attention should be paid to legal education, which is suppoused to be responsible for the formation of legal consciousness of future lawyers, which determines, first of all, the level of any legal system development. The process of the legal awareness formation in students in a university is quite complex and time-consuming process. Competence approach, firmly established in modern education, allows to form professional skills of bachelor's degrees in jurisprudence, thereby forming the legal consciousness and legal culture of the future specialist.

    There are examined professionally-public accreditation of educational programs and direction to identify the features and strengths of programs, the specificity of their implementation, which in consequence will have a positive impact on the quality of training of future specialists. The relevance of the topic to present the new paradigm in the relationships between educational institutions and employers. Employers ' requests for training of specialists due to the ever-increasing demands of the market. In modern conditions the labour market permanently updates its requirements to the quality of graduates of educational institutions. The challenges posed by employer to educational institutions, lies in the fact that the future specialist must be suitable not only on educational performance but also on psychological, individual, management and most importantly on professional qualities, are widely demanded at the present stage.

    The article is devoted to the understanding of M. K. Mamardashvili's views on the problem of teaching philosophy in higher educational institutions, the analysis of the role of philosophy in modern society and in the education system. It is shown that, despite the presence of philosophy as an obligatory discipline of the basic part of the curriculum, it is possible to state the absence of an integral image of its teaching. The main attention is focused on changing the status of philosophy in the educational process.

    В современном динамично меняющемся мире в нашу жизнь прочно вошло понятие «непрерывное образование». Непрерывное образование взрослых людей реализуется через систему учреждений, оказывающих услуги профессионального обучения и дополнительного профессионального образования. Одним из основополагающих факторов выбора учебного учреждения взрослым человеком является имидж учебного заведения. Очевидно, что формирование имиджа происходит «для кого-то», то есть с ориентацией на потенциального потребителя услуг. Для выяснения потребностей потенциальных потребителей в целях последующего формирования имиджа предлагается составить портрет потребителя. В данной статье составлен портрет потребителя образовательных услуг профессионального обучения и дополнительного профессионального образования в городе Усинске. На основании портрета потребителя определены основные составляющие имиджа образовательного учреждения.

    В статье представлено исследование проблемы обеспечения интеграции федерального государственного и профессионального стандартов в организациях высшего профессионального образования при подготовке специалистов. ФГОС нового поколения поставили перед преподавателями специальных дисциплин учреждений высшего профессионального образования проблемы соблюдения требований стандарта к результатам образования и формирования профессиональных компетенций. Процесс выполнения данных требований усложняется различными подходами к ФГОС и профессиональному стандарту. Использование антропных образовательных технологий является предпочтительным и эффективным способом решения задач совершенствования образовательных программ в сфере адаптивной физической культуры. В своей статье авторы осуществляют концептуализацию такого научного подхода в решении активизации деятельности студентов, как междисциплинарная интеграции учебных предметов. Рассмотрены пути совершенствования образовательных программ и их перспективы развития. Исследователи опираются на данные, полученные в результате использования метода теоретического моделирования в разработке программ по физическому воспитанию. Кроме того, авторы в своем исследовании акцентируют особое внимание на проблемно-ориентированные методы обучающей деятельности, при этом полагая, что для упорядочивания, дифференциации и интеграции знаний в сфере теории и методики адаптивной физической культуры требуется соблюдать принципы проектной методологии и технологической рефлексии в процессе отбора и структурирования междисциплинарной информации.

    Abstract:
    Развитие электронного обучения (E-leaning) требует создания педагогических моделей различного уровня, пригодных для реализации их средствами вычислительной техники. В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема создания модели образовательного пространства вуза на основе нечетких методов моделирования. Автором предложено рассматривать образовательное пространство как множество образовательных ситуаций разного уровня: целевая образовательная ситуация студента, входные и промежуточные образовательные ситуации различного уровня. Образовательный процесс в этом случае – направленный переход студента от входной образовательной ситуации к целевой образовательной ситуации. Модель строится с целевой образовательной ситуации, которая рассматривается как множество компетенций, каждая из которых, в свою очередь, представляет собой совокупность базовых качеств, отображаемых на соответствующих количественных шкалах. Уровень сформированности и развития базовых качеств у студента отражает функция принадлежности. Таким образом, образовательное пространство вуза представляет собой совокупность множеств второго уровня, элементы которых отражены на количественных шкалах, что делает возможным реализацию полученной модели средствами вычислительной техники, расчета на её основе индивидуальной образовательной траектории, оптимизации образовательного процесса по временным, материальным и иным влияющим на эффективность образования параметрам.
