The conclusion is formulated that safe protection of the society is provided by defense function of a country, which includes the matrix of interrelated and interdependent blocks of system management and the block of due consideration of national interests.

    The relevance of the study lies in its practical focus on solving real management and financial problems that arise in the course of business activities of many trade organizations. After all, business analysis and optimization of the transport and logistics model is a critical issue that determines not only the success of the company, but also its long-term perspective on the market. In this study, the author set a goal to form, based on the studied theoretical sources and business analysis of the enterprise, recommendations for optimizing the transport and logistics model for AGROTORG LLC. A business analysis of the transport and logistics model of AGROTORG LLC was carried out, and measures were proposed to optimize the transport and logistics model. The object of the study is AGROTORG LLC. The subject of the study is the optimization of the transport and logistics model of the analyzed enterprise.

    The paper presents the findings of a study on communication effectiveness indicators and teacher burnout levels before and after coaching training. Within the scope of this research, the efficacy of communication, self-confidence, level of subjective control, and degree of burnout were assessed before and after coach technology training for educators. The data revealed a decrease in emotional exhaustion and an improvement in communication efficiency. This article underscores the potential of coaching training in enhancing the effectiveness of educational processes and promoting the well-being of educators.

    Целью статьи является обоснование важности различия «коучингового присутствия» и «коучинговой позиции» для практики коучингового взаимодействия на основе анализа того, как эти понятия используются в профессиональном сообществе. В рамках пилотажного исследования использованы качественные методы: включенное наблюдение, качественный контент-анализ и фокусированные интервью. Статья содержит рассмотрение классических концепций: присутствия Джеймса Бьюдженталя, личностно-центрованного подхода Карла Роджерса, концепции самоактуализации Абрахама Маслоу как основы коучингового присутствия. В статье предложена для рассмотрения модель коучингового присутствия Марии Ильф-Вуд. Она утверждает, что «зрелость и профессионализм коуча взаимосвязаны с присутствием: вряд ли вы добьетесь одного без другого». Развитие коучингового присутствия и укрепление коучинговой позиции, а также умение их различать – это не только профессиональная необходимость, но и путь к личностному росту коуча. Как отмечает Карл Роджерс, «истинное изменение начинается с присутствия и осознанности» [7].

    В статье рассматривается проблема профессионального выгорания руководителей в сфере продаж и маркетинга и исследуется возможность его снижения через развитие эмоционального интеллекта с использованием коучингового подхода. Актуальность исследования обусловлена высокой распространенностью выгорания среди руководителей и потенциальной эффективностью эмоционального интеллекта в его профилактике. Методология включает эмпирическое исследование с участием 40 руководителей, разделенных на экспериментальную и контрольную группы. Использованы методики диагностики профессионального выгорания (MBI и методика В.В. Бойко) и эмоционального интеллекта (ЭмИн). Разработана и апробирована авторская программа, состоящая из четырех модулей, направленных на развитие различных аспектов эмоционального интеллекта с применением коучинговых техник. Результаты исследования демонстрируют статистически значимое снижение уровня профессионального выгорания и повышение показателей эмоционального интеллекта в экспериментальной группе. Полученные данные подтверждают эффективность коучингового подхода в развитии эмоционального интеллекта как инструмента профилактики профессионального выгорания у руководителей в сфере продаж и маркетинга.

    Статья исследует супервизию как инструмент профессионального роста и психологической гигиены специалистов, работающих в сферах с интенсивным взаимодействием с людьми. Рассмотрены теоретические основы, ключевые функции (образовательная, поддерживающая, оценочная) и научные данные, подтверждающие её эффективность. Особое внимание уделено роли супервизии в коучинге, наставничестве, психотерапии, образовании и управлении персоналом. Описаны форматы (индивидуальная, групповая, онлайн) и методы супервизии. Научные исследования показывают, что супервизия повышает профессиональную компетентность, предотвращает выгорание, развивает рефлексию и улучшает качество работы. Статья подчёркивает необходимость включения супервизии в программы профессионального развития.

    В статье рассматриваются коучинговые стратегии, применяемые в работе с предпринимателями, которые сталкиваются с внутренними барьерами, мешающими развитию их бизнеса. Основное внимание уделяется концепции «Внутренней игры» Тимоти Голви и ее применению в коучинговой практике. В статье использованы научные данные о влиянии эмоций и когнитивных барьеров на принятие решений [4], а также литературный обзор по лидерству в условиях кризиса [3]. В качестве практического примера рассмотрен кейс трансформации предпринимателя через коучинговые стратегии. Показано, что коучинг способствует личностному росту владельца бизнеса и напрямую влияет на стратегическое развитие компании.

    В статье представлен опыт проведения с сотрудниками государственного учреждения четырехнедельной программы, направленной на стабилизацию эмоционального состояния, снижение уровня стресса и профилактику выгорания. Программа сочетает в себе элементы коучинга, наставничества и нейропрактик, включает в себя работу с когнитивными и телесными процессами, направленную на стабилизацию психоэмоционального состояния и формирование устойчивых нейронных связей. Результаты программы показывают значительное улучшение эмоционального состояния участников, рост их устойчивости к стрессу и повышение продуктивности. Для оценки эффективности программы использовались широко известные диагностические инструменты, которые позволили объективно измерить изменения в эмоциональном состоянии участников. В статье подробно рассматриваются методология, этапы и ключевые результаты программы.

    Abstract:
    This article is devoted to the linguistic-cultural analysis of the background word "Brot" in comparison with its Russian conceptual equivalent хлеб in order to identify common and nationally specific differences due to the presence of cultural components on the semantic periphery of both lexemes. The lexical background of the word "Brot" is presented in the form of a lexico-phraseological field, which includes culturally marked lexical units combining both linguistic and non-linguistic content, which allowed us to interpret the background uniqueness of the lexeme in a culturally meaningful way. The relevance of the research is conditioned by the necessity of further study of the background lexicon taking into account the complex character of its non-conceptual part of meaning, possessing implicit denotative and connotative national originality, the elimination of which can have a negative impact on the act of intercultural communication. In the course of the study, we also used the methods of descriptive, comparative and component analysis, the method of critical analysis of the dictionary and dictionary definitions, which allowed us to conclude that the paradigmatic and syntagmatic relations of the word "Brot" are highly culturally unique, and revealed quantitative and qualitative differences in thematically related secondary nominations. The main material of the study is represented by culturally marked lexical units of the mentioned topics, identified by means of a continuous sampling from German explanatory, encyclopedic, phraseological and linguistic-cultural dictionaries, as well as German-Russian dictionaries.

  • Onomastic culture-specific term of the Arab world in rhyming slang

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the national and ethnic component of rhyming slang. The work focuses on the culture-specific terms of rhyming slang, reflecting the specific terms of Arab culture. The purpose of the study is to consider rhymes in linguistic and socio-cultural aspects, the names of which are associated with the countries and specific terms of the Arab world. The main research method is descriptive, implemented in the techniques of systematization, generalization and interpretation of linguistic material. Linguistic methods include contextual, definitional analysis and the method of semantic interpretation. The authors focused on a special layer of stylistic vocabulary, reflecting cultural, socio-cultural and cultural-historical specific terms in the context of cultural literacy and possessing linguacultural value. The research field included both obsolete rhymes that arose in the mid-19th century and established rhymes dating back to the 20th century, as well as relatively new rhymes dating back to the beginning of the new millennium. According to the research, onomastic rhymes based on precedent names dominate in speech with rhymed slang. The results of the research may be useful and interesting for specialists developing the topics of intercultural communication, linguacultural studies, linguastylistics, contrastive linguistics of English and Russian, and lexicology.

  • Determining the content of professional competence of a bachelor of the profile "Applied computer science in design" based on the requirements of employers

    This article defines the concept of professional competence of a bachelor's degree in "Applied Computer Science in Design". To fill the content of the components of professional competence of a graduate, the requirements of employers for specialists in the field of computer design are considered: graphic designer, web designer, UX / UI designer, combined in accordance with the component composition of professional competence - cognitive, activity and motivational. A job search site with a description of vacancies for the above positions is analyzed and the level of competition for the positions is identified. The main requirements of employers for candidates for the position are identified, which contribute to determining the content of professional competence of a bachelor's degree in the profile "Applied Computer Science in Design". Vacancy announcements for each of the design areas we selected are analyzed. The analysis allowed us to formulate requirements for applicants for the positions of graphic designer, web designer, UX / UI designer in accordance with the component composition of professional competence. The identified requirements can serve as a tool for assessing the level of acceleration of professional competence of graduates in the field of training, applied informatics, profile applied informatics in design.

    The work is devoted to assessing the operating conditions of scientific libraries at regional universities in Russia and China and identifying prospects for cooperation to strengthen their educational function. The study summarizes the experience and data from the authors' participant observation of the activities of large university libraries in the border regions of the two countries. Cases are provided that characterize the activities of libraries of large regional universities – Pacific National University and Harbin Polytechnic University. Guided by regulatory documents and taking into account the main areas of interstate cooperation, libraries of regional universities implement and expand their educational opportunities in the face of increasing challenges. We are talking about the impossibility of isolated development and the presence of a high interest in finding partners abroad. The educational function of the university library includes education, information literacy, self-education and individual learning, as well as communication between subjects of the educational process.

  • The use of professionally oriented texts in the system of teaching Russian as a foreign language

    The article raises the issue of teaching Russian as a foreign language to foreign citizens in Russian universities. Russian Russian as a foreign language is defined in the article, and the most common methods used in teaching Russian as a foreign language are outlined. It is emphasized that the importance of the text-based approach in teaching Russian to foreign citizens has increased recently. The important role of the text in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language is argued. It is noted that the text-forming approach highlights the text as the main unit of learning, that working with the text contributes to the formation and development of skills of all types of speech activity (reading, writing, listening, speaking), as well as develops grammatical skills, increases learning motivation. The interpretation of the concept of "text" by modern scientists is analyzed, the role of text in the system of teaching Russian as a foreign language is determined. Much attention is paid to the study of work with scientific and professionally oriented texts, which is due to the special focus of these types of texts, which contribute to the formation of a theoretical framework of concepts, the integration of the meaning of all linguistic units, and the development of creative and cognitive abilities of foreign students. An example of complex work with professionally oriented text is given. The main types of tasks performed when working with text are systematized. It is summarized that working with the text forms general professional and universal competencies, contributes to the development of the use of professionally significant vocabulary and terminology in the process of communication.

  • The relationship between emotional intelligence and negative mental states of students

    Abstract:
    The period of study at a higher education institution is accompanied by significant cognitive and emotional stresses associated with academic requirements, social adaptation and professional self-determination. These factors create prerequisites for the occurrence of stressful situations and the intensification of negative mental states such as anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness and rigidity. Under conditions of chronic stress, these conditions can develop into maladaptive behaviors, reducing academic motivation and worsening students' overall mental health. The article examines the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence, previously differentiated on the basis of the analysis into three groups (high, medium and low levels), and the severity of negative mental states, including situational and personal anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness and rigidity, which made it possible to identify the features of their mutual influence in the student sample. The data allow us to conclude that the level of emotional intelligence has a moderating effect on the intensity of experiencing negative mental states among students, where a high level of emotional intelligence contributes to a decrease in the severity of all negative states studied, while a low level of emotional intelligence is associated with their intensification. It is concluded that it is necessary to include emotional intelligence development programs in the educational process in order to increase the psychological stability of students and their adaptation to learning conditions.

  • Modern approaches to psychological and pedagogical support in the educational environment: individualization, digitalization and prevention of emotional burnout

    Abstract:
    The article studies the actual aspects of improving the system of psychological and pedagogical support in modern educational institutions, where the growth of anxiety, stress and professional burnout is one of the key problems. The main objective of the study is to develop a scientifically grounded model of support, taking into account both the individual characteristics of the participants of the educational process and the potential of modern technologies to improve the effectiveness of the educational environment. To achieve the set goals, the methods of metaprogram analysis, standard diagnostic tools (Spielberger-Hanin scale to assess anxiety and Maslach-Jackson questionnaire to analyze professional burnout) were applied, and digital platforms of psychological support were integrated. The study covered more than 500 participants of the educational process from municipal schools of Yekaterinburg. The key results demonstrate a significant reduction in students' anxiety level by 15% and an increase in their academic performance by 12% (p < 0.01), which confirms the high effectiveness of personalized educational routes based on metaprogram analysis. The obtained data are of high practical significance and can be used to create a universal model of support adapted to the modern conditions of educational institutions.

    Для современной логистики недостаточно просто доставить груз из пункта А в пункт Б и выдать его получателю соответствии с договором – часто необходимо организовать мультимодальную перевозку, обеспечив выбор оптимального маршрута и бесшовную передачу груза с одного вида транспорта на другой. Кроме того, во время перевозки должно быть обеспечено оказание всех сопутствующих услуг: отслеживание, бронирование грузовых мест, консолидация, хранение, погрузо-разгрузочные работы. Статья посвящена вопросам транспортного экспедирования. В частности, ответственности экспедитора за соблюдение сроков доставки и специфике контроля за действиями третьих лиц. Освещены некоторые проблемы, связанные с нечеткостью правовой базы.
