- The article discusses the possibilities of forming partnerships in the “school – university” educational system, the features of the development of extended cooperation on the example of a model made in the IDEF0 notation, which is widely used in world practice. Possible ways to optimize approaches and planning of the educational process that would meet the latest trends of educational standards are analyzed. The problem of the need to introduce new pedagogical practices, which is caused by a change in the functional approach, is considered. Various methodologies and practices of process and project management that have the advantage of multi-level activity decomposition are analyzed. The graphical language and visualization of which helps to form a detailed representation of the overall picture for the full implementation of the tasks set. The purpose of the presented process model is to establish network partner relations between schools and universities. The step-by-step, waterfall process model proposed in the article clearly demonstrates the amount of resources needed and determines the step-by-step process of project implementation. The considered possibility of establishing partnership relations is aimed at attracting potential University applicants. The awakening of academic interest among potential applicants is formed through the use of various activities on the part of the educational institution and the activity team.

- The study focuses on the fact that during the period of digital transformation, modern models of digital competencies have emerged, which serve as the basis for the formation of new standards in the field of education, for the expansion of the teaching professions of the future, for the transition to new learning technologies (mapping, scribing) and the development of professional competencies of students, one of which is information competence. The following issues («prospects of digital transformation in education», «types of models of digital competencies», «information competence as an existential skill and long-term metaability», «mapping as a process of translation of meaning-making», «specific characteristics of cards», «technology of scribing in education») which rise in modern research and affect the improvement of the educational process in the digital educational environment of the university are subject to discussion. Attention is drawn to the description of the pedagogical experience of using mapping and scribing for the development of information competence of university students. The examples of maps created by students and undergraduates of the direction of training «Pedagogical education» and contributing to the formation of their deep and error-free digital educational footprint are given. The influence of mapping and scribing on increasing motivation to learn and the emergence of new student startups in the field of education is investigated. The leading research methods are: analysis of digital competence models for the relevance of the process of developing information competence of university students; analysis and selection of modern technologies in the period of digital transformation in education; generalization of conceptual provisions on information competence and its role for human development; generalization of the pedagogical experience of using mapping and scribing for the development of information competence of university students. Promising areas of research are: the formation of a collection of maps for use in professional activities, for their cognitive analysis; development of the direction of video scribing for distance and additional education of students; identification of the advantages and disadvantages of mapping and scribing and their effectiveness in the development of students' information competence. The research materials are of practical value for students, undergraduates, university teachers and teachers of other educational institutions who are looking for new technologies in organizing the learning process.

Specifics of the Mosaic Reflection Method of Elements of Ethnic Culture

- The article reveals the specifics of the methodology for studying ethnic elements of culture. The nomological paradigm of reflection of the socio-humanitarian sphere constituted the scientific status of ethno-cultural knowledge, at the same time leveling the subjective aspects, created a unification of forms and content, which inevitably led to a distortion of its actual parameters. As a tool for overcoming the imperfection of the classical principles of reflecting the phenomena of ethnic culture, they proposed a method of mosaic reconstruction that allows us to identify the relationship between elements of ethnic culture on the basis of common values. Mosaic reconstruction of ethnic culture reveals the logical relationship between its elements, forms of manifestation, and the totality of prerequisites and grounds. In a general sense, the method of mosaic reconstructions involves the following procedures, such as fixing specific ethnic elements of culture, creating a complex of links of ethnocultural integrity, determining the principles of interaction of system elements with the external and internal environment, applying the mechanism for restoring cultural integrity based on the principles of a cultural research program, visualizing a holistic image ethnic culture. The methodology of mosaic reconstruction is based on the fact that culture is the product of a social form of existence that expresses itself in the corresponding spheres of social activity, the restoration of which in its entirety is a necessary condition for creating an exhaustive image of culture. The author comes to the conclusion that mosaic reconstruction of ethnic culture reveals the logical relationship between its elements, forms of manifestation, and the totality of prerequisites and grounds.

Methods to Form the Pedagogical Culture of Parents in the Educational System of the School

- The article deals with the concept of pedagogical culture of parents, the goals of development of pedagogical culture of parents and methods of formation and improvement of the level of pedagogical culture of parents. The paper focuses on the tasks of interaction between an educational institution and the family in the upbringing of children. Methods of study. To study the possibility of forming a pedagogical culture of parents, we used a questionnaire to survey the needs of parents to interact with the educational institution and the interest of teachers in working with the family, the «Ideas about the ideal parent» method by R. V. Ovcharova, Y.A. Degtyareva, «Family Biofield» inquirer by V. V. Boyko and «Determination of parenting skills» questionnaire by O.L. Zvereva. Results of the study. The article shows the results of the impact of the program, which includes a seminar using the case technology «pedagogical culture of parents» and parent training based on the program «education based on common sense» on the formation of the pedagogical culture of parents. Conclusion. The results of the study proved the possibility of purposeful formation of the pedagogical culture of parents in the educational system of the school and the high efficiency of practice – and personality-oriented methods of such work, and also showed greater competence and awareness among parents and kindergarten teachers in the education of children.

- The authors outline that it is necessary to solve such a complex and large-scale problem as the growth of deviations among the younger generation. Also the authors point out the lack of methodological continuity in approaches implemented in the processes of education and upbringing. It is found out that educational models and upbringing models are realized as processes that are not connected to each other, which significantly reduces the effectiveness of the educational process and does not fully take into account all the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the implementation of educational programs. The aim of the work is to establish causal relationships between the development of universal learning activities and the education of a cultural personality, necessary for the harmonious development of adolescents. A number of conceptual models (schemes) that reflect the basic concepts of these processes and the conceptual modeling method were used in order to achieve the aim. The results of the work are the following: presentation of a scenario model of the process of implementing universal learning actions (ULA) and identification of areas of application of efforts of teachers and psychologists in the implementation of adolescents’ deviant behavior correction using methods of art education and cultural studies. The authors make the main conclusion that educational and creative tasks play a system-forming role in the implementation of the ULA, and the methods of art education and cultural studies are an effective tool for correcting deviant behavior.

- The author outlines that standards of training graduates for various sectors of the economy are set by modern economic realities. It is noted that nowadays the knowledge obtained by a graduate should be relevant and consistent with the latest trends in the socio-economic development of society. In these conditions, economic knowledge is necessary for the wider population receiving education in various specialties, including potential doctors and pharmacists. The author also pays special attention to the fact that results obtained after conducting knowledge evaluation test of students studying at Kuban State Medical University on the basis of testing the project “Federal Internet exam in the field of professional education: competency-based approach” revealed a qualitative increase. It is concluded that in many respects, the indicator was achieved due to the improvement of the teaching methods of economic disciplines and the adaptation of the material presented in textbooks on economics to the profile of a medical university.

Methodological Typology of Grammar Content of German as a Minor Language With English as a Major Language

- The article under consideration addresses problems of teaching grammar (with German as a minor language and English as a major language) in modern Russian schools. Method of research. In order to solve the problems, the authors propose a methodological typology of the content of teaching grammar in 5th grade with English as a major language on the basis of training and methodology complex “Horisonte”, taking into account the difficulties in mastering grammatical material. This typology was created using the following methods: analysis (during looking for the content), synthesis (at the stage of creating a grammatical typology of the German based on English) and forming of hypotheses (in results of the research). Result of the research. As a result of grammatical typology, the grammatical units for the 5th grade in “Spotlight” Student’s book are divided into three unequal groups. This fact simplifies the perception of the material by pupils during the intensification of the educational process and helps to build the educational process so that both languages studied by pupils are mastered at the proper level and using an intercultural approach. Conclusions. The importance of the research lies in forming system of German as a minor language for learning it in Russian schools and in the even distribution of power and time while teaching German as a minor language.

- The article examines the modern capabilities of using digital technologies in the preschool education system. The use of these digital technologies under present-day conditions is simply necessary due to the fact that preschoolers today represent a new generation, for which the use of various gadgets and applications is an everyday routine. It is outlined that the use of digital technologies in the education system and the provision of diversity in teaching methods, changing activities and the development of children’s desire to master virtual tools and teaching methods contributes to increasing children’s interest in the learning process and develops their motivation in educational activities. The article focuses on the relevance of the use of digital storytelling technology in the study of English by preschoolers. The author of the article comes to the conclusion about the effectiveness of this technology, talks about the stages of preparation for the successful implementation and use of storytelling technology in English lessons, and also offers resources that will help teachers to implement the technology in the educational process. The author shows the advantages of using digital storytelling technology, makes recommendations on its combination with other educational technologies in order to ensure the diversity in pedagogical approaches being used as well as to improve the learning of material and maintain the constant cognitive interest of preschoolers in the English language.

- The article actualizes the modern requirements for the quality of training schoolchildren in the framework of the new state standards in the field of education, describes the basic features of cognitive learning, analyzes the rules for the use of the concepts of “cognitive interest”, “cognitive activity”, and “cognitive learning”. Materials and methods. The material of the research is theoretical and empirical observations on the problem of the development of the cognitive interest of modern schoolchildren in the context of cognitive teaching in computer science. The analysis of the work of modern teachers made it possible to identify basic ideas and project them onto the learning process, taking into account the capabilities of the modern educational environment. Results and discussion. The author outlines that modern Russian education, focused on the development of universal learning activities and competencies of pupils, is in the process of reforming. It is also emphasized that the set of the analyzed approaches to defining the concept of cognitive interest made it possible to actualize the possibilities of cognitive learning and highlight its features. From the standpoint of the effectiveness of the development of cognitive interest, some methods, techniques and means of cognitive learning are described, the use of which in the educational process can contribute to a better preparation of pupils. Conclusion. The author comes to the conclusion that the set of requirements for modern graduates of educational institutions involves the development of innovative teaching technologies by teachers, their possession of such competencies that will make it possible to qualitatively organize the educational process, while developing a positive attitude of pupils to learning.
