    Abstract:
    The article deals with career guidance activity of FSBEI of HE “Kalmyk State University named after B.B. Gorodovikov” on the example of the speciality “Journalism” in the system of additional higher education. The influence on the formation of early professional orientation of high school students is studied on the specific form of work of the School of Young Journalists (SYJ). SYJ is considered one of the most effective means of developing students' media educational practice. The forms and methods of work with students are presented, as well as the significant role of classes in SYJ in the socialization and personal growth of students is defined.

    The results of an empiric study of the characteristics of interpersonal relationships in an inclusive environment in primary school children with normal and impaired development are presented in the article. Based on the results of the study, the recommendations for teachers on the studied issues are proposed by the authors.

  • Personal Identity of the Artist as a Condition and Result of Creativity in Art

    Abstract:
    The author outlines that the essence of the problem of personal identity is formulated in the form of a dilemma: the personality must be identical to itself, because it retains the inconsistency of all experiences, actions, plans throughout the life of the individual; the personality must not be identical to itself on the basis of its inclusion in the context of changing being, which inevitably implies its internal self-change. It is noted that this dilemma involves the use of the term “identity” in two contexts: in the context of comparison (the opposite meaning of “identical” is expressed in the following terms: “other”, “another”, “alien”, “unequal”, “reverse”) and in the context of development, temporality (the term “identity” becomes the opposite meaning of “changed”, “impermanent”, “developing”). Research methods: analysis of literature on the topic studied; comparison, descriptive method. The artist's creative identity as a dialectical process of changing the dominant forms, styles, and images is reviewed in the article. The artistic and ontological problem of self-identity of artistic personality is presented through the dialogue between “One” and “Other”. The artistic reality of a work of art allows the artist to know the essence of his identity in the context of intersubjectivity. It is concluded that the paradigm that allows us to detect intersubjective conditionality of identity is the relational ontology, which represents relationships as a fundamental form of being. It is emphasized that personal identity is discursively mediated by a person's self-understanding, so hermeneutics primarily becomes the methodological space in which this research is carried out. Hermeneutics proves that self-knowledge and self-understanding of a person is an interpretive process that forms an important part of the subject's ontology. According to this methodology, personal identity is mediated by its own interpretive activity as a narrative philosophy, as a person's story about himself, and as the formation of a life story. The author is impressed by the productive idea of E.G. Trubina's research on the reflection of the individual as a creative process of self-construction in relation to the modified personal identity of the artist.

    Abstract:
    The author outlines that in connection with the need to develop students' abilities and skills for organizing independent research activities, a psychological and pedagogical analysis of the organization of university students’ research activities is made, and the basic tasks of developing the students' ability to do research work are formulated. Methods of research. To diagnose the development of this quality, research methods such as questionnaires, analysis, and comparative evaluation were used. The study defined quality, based on which we can generate interest in students to do research activities – the ability to cognitive activity, awareness of actions, independent approach to creative problem solving, commitment to self-development and self-education. It is noted that for development of skills for doing research work it is recommended to engage students in the situations where it is necessary to find the solution to problems, help them to analyze qualitative changes and to predict the results of a particular process development. In the course of experimental work carried out by lecturers of the Lipetsk State Technical University, positive changes, indicating the development of the ability in students to do research activity in the process, organized to introduce students to research work at different stages of their training were identified.

  • Prospects for the application of the provisions of foreign and international law for disputes on cross-border insolvency by the Russian courts

    Abstract:
    The problem of resolving cross-border insolvency disputes by Russian courts using foreign experience is analyzed in the article. The author describes how the problem of cross-border insolvency is resolved according to contemporary Russian legislation. It is noted that Russian courts are forced to independently develop approaches to dispute resolutions on cross-border insolvency in the absence of certain provisions in Russian law. The invocation of the concept “Center of Main Interests” (COMI) based on the analyses of the Russian courts’ cross-border insolvency precedents and the study of oversea conceptions is examined. The author comes to the conclusion that in order to justly resolve disputes on cross-border insolvency, it seems promising to use foreign experience by domestic courts.

    The authors of the article emphasize that modern realities require the development of skills of confident and worthy behavior in all situations, etc. It is noted that skills must be developed in learning process using various methods and techniques in the classroom and off-hour work using various psychological trainings to create a psychologically safe and comfortable educational environment. The study of the impact of applying personal-oriented teaching methods in English language learning process on the formation of self-confidence, improving academic performance and increasing interest in a foreign language is described in the article. The purpose, hypothesis, tasks, methodological and theoretical basis of the research, methods and experimental base of the research are defined in the article; the results of the research of the summative, formative and control stages are analyzed. The method of Yakubovskaya P. was chosen as a diagnostic method at the summative and control stages of the study. P. Yakubovskaya's assessment test is aimed at the ability to distinguish between confident, insecure and aggressive behavior of an individual. The summative stage of the study showed that the majority of students do not see the line between confident and insecure behavior of the individual in situations that were taken as examples. It is mentioned that some guys couldn't tell the difference between confident and aggressive behavior. At the formative stage of the study, students in the control group studied using the classical method. For students of the experimental group, English lessons were developed and tested using specially designed tasks of a personality-oriented nature. During the control stage of the study, students who were part of the experimental group showed a significant increase in correct answers while doing the test. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the use of personality-oriented approach in the educational process positively affects the formation of self-confidence, improving academic performance and increasing interest in a foreign language in general, as well as contributing to the formation of a strong and self-confident personality.

    The article is devoted to the issue of possible prospects for personality development of gifted children. The author’s approach is based on the results of research made by American psychologist L. Terman. Analyzing the subject, the author pays special attention to acceleration in personality development of the gifted children as one the educational strategies. The author is also touching upon the issue of establishing a special school for gifted children. The general conclusion made in the article is that various manifestations of giftedness and a child’s advances in various fields at an early age regretfully cannot guarantee success in his future path of self-realization.

    The article is devoted to the problem of training personnel for work with gifted children. The subject teacher needs to identify such children, reveal their creative and intellectual potential. Researches show that children with spacious mind need such a teacher, who will be able to develop their intellectual abilities not by increasing the number of tasks to be solved, but by applying modern approaches to teaching gifted students. To work with gifted children, the teacher must have the following personal characteristics: a predisposition to creative activity; the ability to quickly adjust the individual work plan depending on the pupils’ capabilities; the ability to identify and predict giftedness. Teaching gifted children, the teacher will also learn, improve, and develop himself by constantly participating in competitions and grants, speaking at seminars and conferences, publishing articles in journals, and spreading his experience.

    The education of younger schoolchildren is a responsible job, since younger schoolchildren form character traits, lay the foundations of knowledge, beliefs, worldview, moral guidelines. Therefore, education issues require close consideration. Theoretical research methods were used in the work: abstraction, that is, the process of education in the school was considered in isolation from family education and other factors that actually affect the younger student; and the method of mental modeling is to mentally simulate the situation when the educational process proceeded according to one scenario, for example, the opinion of the teacher was expressed without the student’s readiness to perceive the information according to another scenario, when the teacher took into account the characteristics of the child and the environment. The result of the research was the allocation in a broad topic of school education of several key points that teachers should pay attention to.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the concept of dialogue as a method of traditional cognition and a consistent semiotic instrumental expression of human culture, which explores the systems and ways of social communication in the society. The article focuses on dialogue as a special form of a cognitive process and mediation, having its distinct features, analyzed when the individual is included in many systems of sociocultural interaction at the level of functional integrity. Along with comparative and descriptive approaches, analytic and dialectic methods have been used. The significance of two historical stages of dialogue development as a method of cognition has been analyzed, as well as their distinguishing characteristics and comparative relationship. The method belongs to a group of ritual methods organically related to the art of human self-change as a person. Each of these stages bears its own specific features related to the human genesis, ethics, communication and the metaphysical world. It can be concluded that in the contemporary world, dialogue fully reflects the peculiarities of communication of presence, as well as the value principles of social perception of time and space in the context of the symbolic model of mediareality, which in turn is changing the typology, interests and character of the modern subject. The prospects for development of the phenomenon are also related to the semiotic ideas about the nature of a human, their conceptual apparatus and functional load in the symbolic organization of mental activity as such. Being under the control of consciousness of communicative strategies implies a controlling role of the worldview in relation to them.

  • Interrelation Features of Mental States and Interpersonal Relations of Children with the Teacher

    The article is devoted to the identification of interrelations between mental states and interpersonal relations of children with the teacher in the group of preschool educational institution. The relevance of the study is out of question, since the definition of the interrelation features of mental states and interpersonal relations of children with the teacher is significant in understanding the mechanisms of children’s development in ontogenesis and it is associated with the study of the factors of child’s formation as a person and his socialization. Methods: psychodiagnostic methods, adequate research objectives, methods of statistical processing of experimental data (criterion r-Pearson linear correlation coefficient, cluster analysis) were applied. Research results. The article presents the results of relational and cluster analysis. Based on the results of the cluster analysis, the typological differentiation of the teacher's relations with children is developed. The dendrogram of relations types of teachers with children allowed to identify the following types: authoritative, controlling, emotionally-patronizing, dominating, formal. The correlation analysis allowed to reveal interrelation features of relations types of the teacher with children and mental states. The analysis of correlations allowed to allocate through and special, characteristic only for a certain age stage of development, negative and positive mental states of preschoolers. conclusion. It is found that the authoritative position of the teacher in relations with preschoolers causes high-energy positive mental states. Negative states of high level of activity are manifested depending on the controlling and dominant types of relations. Psychical states of low energy level are associated with emotional-patronizing type of relationship.

Опираясь на многолетний опыт историографической школы Казанского университета и принимая во внимание произошедшие в социогуманитарном знании культурные повороты, значительно расширившие возможности биографической историографии, автор предлагает обозначить пласт исследований, посвященных биографиям ученых-историков, термином «Personalia», который корреспондируется с «персональной историей», но имеет и некоторые особенности, позволяя совместить микро- и макроуровни социокультурного анализа истории исторической науки.

    The monograph deals with issues relating to research on the socio-psychological characteristics and life prospects of the educator’s personality - concepts, history of development, methods and techniques. In order to fulfill functions and achieve good results in professional activities, an educator, possessing a set of socio-psychological features and important qualities in terms of professional, should plan his activities. The educator needs to build a future perspective and fruitfully realize his life path. According to the results of the research conducted within the framework of social psychology, the conclusion was made: the life perspective of educators is subjective and determined by the characteristics of their socio-psychological characteristics, their psychological well-being, level of resilience, specific content characteristics of the awareness of their inner world «I», of their past, present, and future. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the fact that the study presents a theoretical justification for the definition of the concepts of socio-psychological characteristics, life and time perspectives of the educator’s personality.     This article discusses the development of self-esteem in primary school age, its changes and factors of self-esteem in students from the first to fourth grades. The article gives the concept of self-esteem. The authors note that the primary school teacher should take into account the psychological, individual and differentiated approach to learning. Self-assessment of a junior schoolchild is an unstable phenomenon and becomes differentiated.
