    Abstract:
    This article offers a systematic examination of the principal socioeconomic processes that shape the structure, stability, and evolution of contemporary societies. Moving beyond reductionist economic models, it adopts an interdisciplinary framework integrating sociological theory, political economy, and empirical observation. Key processes analyzed include digitalization and platform capitalism, financialization, demographic transitions, labor market flexibilization, and the socio-economic dimensions of environmental change. The paper argues that these processes are not unfolding in isolation but interact dialectically, producing paradoxical outcomes such as simultaneous wealth concentration and precarity, hyper-connectivity and social fragmentation. Drawing on evidence from post-industrial economies and emerging markets, the article demonstrates how national institutional contexts mediate global pressures. The conclusion outlines policy-relevant strategies for fostering inclusive and sustainable development in an era of systemic uncertainty.

    Abstract:
    The integration of information technology into various areas of professional activity, including office work, necessitates the development of appropriate legislative regulation. This study analyzes the existing regulatory framework governing the use of information technology in office work, with the aim of identifying both the regulated aspects and existing gaps. The results of the analysis indicate partial legislative coverage of issues related to the use of information technology in office work, while remaining challenges remain.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the role of digital technologies in improving the process of teaching English at school and university levels. The relevance of the topic is connected with the development of digital educational environments, online learning, blended learning, interactive tasks and electronic resources. Based on the analysis of scientific publications and implementation practices, the article shows that digital tools increase students’ motivation, expand access to authentic materials, support independent work, feedback and assessment. Special attention is paid to the conditions for effective use of technologies, including teachers’ methodological training, careful selection of digital services and the combination of digital and traditional forms of learning. The article concludes that digitalization does not replace the teacher, but strengthens the teacher’s role and contributes to more flexible and effective English language learning.

  • Transformation of the Role of a Teacher of Socio-Humanitarian Disciplines in the Context of Digitalization of Education

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the changing role of the teacher of socio-humanitarian disciplines (SHD) in the context of the widespread adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the educational process. The aim of the study is to identify the directions of transformation of the professional position of the SHD teacher and to propose a model that enables the adaptation of the educational process to the new digital reality. It is shown that the traditional model of the teacher as the primary source of knowledge and an expert-controller no longer works when students have constant access to generative AI systems capable of producing coherent and outwardly persuasive responses. The “simulacrum effect” creates a particular vulnerability for SHDs: generative models can easily produce a passable philosophical or sociological essay without any genuine understanding of the content. The author argues that the new role of the SHD teacher involves shifting the focus from transmitting ready-made knowledge to teaching information literacy skills, including verification and prompt engineering. A three-level model of teacher role transformation is proposed: the methodological level (teaching verification and prompt engineering), the project-facilitation level (hybrid “human + AI” formats), and the ethical-reflexive level (defining the boundaries of acceptable AI use). A fourth, integrative level is also described, which is achieved upon mastering the previous three and involves the teacher transitioning to the role of academic mentor, guiding students through the research cycle of “generation – critique – reflection”. Based on practical experience, specific methods are described, such as the “three-layer essay” and “AI reviewer”, that enable the implementation of this model in the educational process. The proposed model transforms the teacher's role not toward competition with AI, but toward that of a mentor who cultivates critical thinking and research culture.

    The aim of this review is to analyze current trends in the development of legal clinics in the Russian Federation (2023–2026), identify key operational challenges, and assess their contribution to the training of future lawyers. The material comprises scholarly publications from 2023–2026, regulatory acts, and analytical reviews on practice-oriented legal education and the system of free legal assistance. The methodological framework is based on systemic and content analysis of scholarly literature, comparison of empirical data, and comparative analysis of pedagogical models. The results indicate the steady institutionalization of clinics, active digitalization, and expansion of specialized areas, while also revealing a lack of uniformity, unstable funding, and a shortage of qualified supervisors. The contribution of clinics to legal training is manifested in the development of practical professional competencies, communicative and legal literacy, ethical responsibility, and the civic stance of students. Based on the analysis, the following recommendations are proposed: integration of legal clinics into the Federal State Educational Standards, development of a unified digital platform, introduction of AI assistants and LegalTech, standardization of supervisors' workloads, an interdisciplinary approach, specialization of clinics, institutional partnerships, and others. The practical significance of the study lies in synthesizing scholarly perspectives and formulating recommendations for universities and educational authorities. The theoretical significance consists in developing the author's comprehensive model for evaluating the performance of legal clinics.

    The chapter provides a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis of the essence, genesis and features of the development of the digital economy as a qualitatively new stage in the evolution of economic relations. The evolution of digital technologies in historical retrospect is studied – from the creation of the first programming languages to modern technologies of artificial intelligence, big data and the Internet of Things. The main approaches to the definition of the “digital economy” category are systematized. A comparative analysis of key terms is carried out: digitization, digitalization and digital transformation; the author's definitions distinguishing these concepts are proposed. A structural and logical scheme for managing the digital transformation of an enterprise has been developed, and the stages of its implementation have been substantiated.   • Using the potential of artificial intelligence in physical education and sports training of university students: experience and opportunities

    The chapter examines the prospects for using artificial intelligence (AI) and neural network technologies in physical education and sports activities of university students. The relevance of the study stems from the need to optimize the training process, individualize workloads, and increase student motivation for physical education amid funding constraints and time limitations. Based on theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, and sociological survey, it was found that 76.5% of students trust AI, 100% use it in various areas, while 58.8% consider limited AI use in sports acceptable. A comprehensive physical training program using the DeepSeek neural network was developed and tested, including a theoretical block, coordination development, sports training, health-improving activities, and recommendations on nutrition and daily routine. Potential threats posed by the spread of neural network technologies in sports are identified – for athletes, coaches, referees, journalists, and physical education teachers. It is concluded that AI solutions should serve as a complement to established physical training practices rather than a replacement for them.

    The article examines the private and public law elements in the legal status of an individual entrepreneur (IE) as a субъект of entrepreneurial activity and a taxpayer. Based on formal legal and comparative legal methods, as well as an analysis of judicial practice, the study reveals the specific features of the legal position of individual entrepreneurs, determined by the combination of civil law autonomy and increased public law liability. Particular attention is paid to the full property liability of individual entrepreneurs, the application of special tax regimes (simplified taxation system and patent taxation system) in the context of changes in VAT calculation procedures, the strengthening of digital tax control, and the participation of individual entrepreneurs in public procurement systems. The study explores the consequences of the staffing shortage on the quality of services provided, the competitiveness of firms, and the stability of the financial system in Russia. The chapter discusses options for attracting and retaining young specialists by improving professional retraining programs, advanced training, and gaining foreign experience.     The article examines the potential of Automated Writing Evaluation (AWE) systems in foreign language teaching within the context of digital transformation in education. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of AWE implementation, their functional capabilities, and their pedagogical value in developing learners’ writing competence. Particular attention is paid to the advantages of automated feedback, including immediacy, increased learner autonomy, and enhanced motivation. The study includes a comparative analysis of students’ written work before and after the use of an AWE system, revealing a reduction in language errors and an overall improvement in writing quality. At the same time, certain limitations are identified, such as insufficient accuracy in assessing semantic content and the risk of superficial error correction. The study concludes that AWE systems are most effective when integrated into the educational process in combination with teacher guidance.

    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the current problem of digital transformation of the higher physical education system. The author substantiates the need to review approaches to the training of future physical education teachers who, in their professional activities, face a generation of students who grew up in a digital environment. There is a contradiction between the need of educational organizations for teachers who possess modern information and communication technologies, and the lack of development of methods for the formation of such competencies in universities. The chapter analyzes in detail the pedagogical conditions necessary for the successful integration of digital skills into the educational process: the introduction of a digital component in specialized disciplines, the creation of a modern material and technical base, improving the digital skills of teaching staff, as well as strengthening the practical orientation of learning through pedagogical practice and the use of gamification methods. Special attention is paid to the ethical and legal aspects of working with students' personal data and the formation of future teachers' attitudes towards continuous self-education in conditions of rapid technology obsolescence. In conclusion, it is concluded that the formation of digital competencies is a complex, multifaceted task that requires an integrated approach. The implementation of the described conditions will make it possible to train in-demand specialists who are able to effectively interact with students of the "digital generation" and use modern technologies to increase motivation, motor density of lessons and general health promotion of the younger generation.
