    Abstract:
    The objective of this research is to identify development trends in industrial ecosystems and to refine the mechanism for the sustainable development of enterprises within the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The theoretical and methodological framework of the study encompasses both empirical methods (expert assessments, examination of industrial practices) and theoretical methods (systems analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, and decision-making). Based on an analysis of publications by domestic scholars, the study proposes an original definition of an industrial ecosystem, outlines its structure, describes its core elements, and presents an organizational-economic mechanism for managing the sustainable development of industrial enterprises in the current era of digitalization.

    The relevance of the material is determined by rapid changes in the economic environment and the need for organizations to adapt to new conditions of competitive struggle. The aim of the study is to develop the main provisions of a project for the use of innovative technologies in personnel management. The information base comprises report materials and other documentation of enterprises, the works of Russian and foreign authors devoted to personnel management, as well as other legislative and regulatory reference materials. In preparing the chapter, the following research methods were employed: systems analysis, the comprehensive approach, the mathematical method, the network planning method, quantitative and qualitative analysis, graphical and economic‑statistical research methods, the method of generalization, and others. To address the identified problems, the work proposes a set of innovative personnel management methods. The key direction is the digitalization of HR processes through the introduction of a modern electronic document management system.

    The chapter discusses the current problems of copyright and related rights protection caused by the digitalization of public relations, technological progress and global economic changes. The current state of the regulatory framework for copyright protection in the Russian Federation is analyzed, and gaps and contradictions in current legislation are identified. Special attention is paid to the problems of determining the authorship of works created using artificial intelligence technologies, as well as issues of protecting the rights of authors in the digital environment. Copyright protection mechanisms are considered, including escrow, the use of blockchain technology and digital registries. Ways of improving legislation and law enforcement practice in the field of intellectual property protection are proposed.

    This article presents an empirical study on the impact of using tablets as the primary learning tool on the attention span of primary and secondary school students in Turkmenistan. A direct correlation was established between the duration of continuous screen interaction and the frequency of distractions. Optimal time intervals for tablet use were identified to maintain high levels of student performance.

    The chapter examines the phenomenon of continuing education as an integrative pedagogical resource for the professional development of the individual in the context of digitalization. The aim is to determine the potential of this phenomenon and to substantiate aspects of its practical application, which involves an analysis of institutional, personal, and competence-based approaches, needs diagnostics, goal-setting, the development of a behavioral model, the selection of digital resources, practical testing, and evaluation of results. It is noted that effectiveness in this process is ensured by conscious motivation, personalization of content, pedagogical support, practical orientation, and regular reflection.     Abstract:
    The problem of declining cognitive interest in mathematics among a significant part of basic school students remains acute in the context of education digitalization. The abstract nature of mathematical content, insufficient connection with real life and traditional forms of organizing learning often lead to formal acquisition of material and loss of intrinsic motivation. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the possibilities of mathematical excursions (field, virtual and blended) as a means of developing cognitive interest of students in grades 5–9 in a digital educational environment. The methodological basis was formed by the activity approach (A.N. Leontiev, V.V. Davydov), the theory of problem-based learning (M.I. Makhmutov, I.Ya. Lerner), the concept of cognitive interest (G.I. Shchukina, N.G. Morozova, A.K. Markova) and the ideas of connectivism (G. Siemens). The paper provides a theoretical analysis of the psychological and pedagogical features of the formation of interest in mathematics among adolescents, systematizes the typology of mathematical excursions, reveals the role of digital technologies in the transformation of this method, and identifies pedagogical conditions for its effectiveness. The result of the study is the clarification of conceptual provisions significant for modern methods of teaching mathematics and the substantiation of a set of pedagogical conditions that ensure the developmental effect of mathematical excursions in the context of digitalization.

    Abstract:
    The problem of forming complete geometric representations among students in grades 5–7 remains relevant in the transition to the systematic geometry course. Traditional methods relying mainly on static drawings and models often fail to provide the necessary level of dynamism and generalization of spatial images. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the potential of mathematical excursions (field, virtual and blended) as a means of forming geometric representations of schoolchildren in a digital educational environment. The paper provides a theoretical analysis of the content of the concept of «geometric representations» at the propaedeutic stage, systematizes the didactic possibilities of excursion formats, and substantiates the expediency of relying on the «Visual Geometry» course. The result of the study is a theoretical model for organizing mathematical excursions, including target, content, procedural and resultant components. The model can serve as a basis for designing specific excursions aimed at developing spatial thinking and preparing students for the systematic geometry course.

    The chapter examines priority directions for the development of the Russian economy under conditions of deep structural transformation caused by sanctions pressure, fragmentation of global markets, and technological restrictions. The methodological basis of the study is formed by systemic and institutional approaches, which allow economic policy to be considered as an integral system of interrelated decisions; the empirical basis includes official strategic planning documents, data from federal executive bodies, and analytical materials from expert organizations. Central attention is paid to technological sovereignty as a system-forming priority, mechanisms for financing national technological leadership projects, spatial development and the formation of the country's supporting framework, as well as human capital development and labour productivity growth. The dynamics of non-resource non-energy exports, investment activity, digitalization of financial infrastructure, including the launch of the digital ruble, and the results of the federal project «Labor Productivity» are analyzed. Conclusions are formulated regarding the systemic nature of economic policy and the persistence of structural imbalances in exports and the investment sphere. Promising directions for further research related to assessing the effectiveness of implemented measures under conditions of continuing external uncertainty are also outlined.

    The relevance of this research topic stems from the need to successfully implement import substitution policies within Russian industry amidst rapidly accelerating digitalization. The chapter aims to assess the actual performance results of import-substituting industrial operations, the challenges arising during the implementation of chosen strategic approaches, and the extent to which industrial enterprises involved in import substitution are adopting digital technologies. Issues identified include a shortage of highly skilled specialists, a persistent technological lag, and the fragmented adoption of advanced digital technologies-characteristics typical of «catch-up» and inertial development strategies. Transitioning to a transformational strategy requires additional measures to incentivize the formation of clusters and joint ventures for localizing high-tech production, expand the network of engineering centers across Russian regions, and train specialists in managing import substitution projects.

The chapter describes the tools that enable the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems and presents examples of their successful implementation. Based on an analysis of publications by Russian scholars, the study formulates principles, outlines development strategies, and proposes a formalized model for selecting an optimal development strategy for an industrial ecosystem, considering available resources.

    The chapter examines the Unified Tax Account (UTA) as a factor in the structural restructuring of an organization's settlement process with the budget and as an example of regulation-driven business process reengineering. The transition from individual tax payments to a single balance and a legislatively established procedure for distributing funds affects tax and accounting, treasury planning, information exchange, and reconciliation procedures. The new architecture limits an organization's allocational autonomy in conditions of insufficient liquidity. The concept of reengineering reconciliation debt is proposed as an adaptation gap between an organization's internal data and the UTA balance, requiring resources to identify and resolve discrepancies. The UTA is considered as a mandatory level of the Federal Tax Service's digital ecosystem, with tax monitoring representing a deeper level of digital integration. The conclusion is drawn that regulatory reengineering is iterative in nature, in which changes to the external architecture of tax administration necessitate subsequent adaptation of an organization's internal business processes and information systems.

    This study provides a conceptual and methodological justification for the formation of a sustainable development ecosystem for the agro-industrial complex (AIC) in the context of national economic transformation, the need to strengthen technological sovereignty, and ensure food security. It demonstrates the exhaustion of the traditional extensive AIC model, focused on raw material exports and fragmented subsidies. The authors have developed an institutional and production matrix linking the social (reproduction of human capital), economic (reduced transaction costs, sharing models, monetization of environmental externalities), and regulatory (land use regime) blocks. A transition from linear value chains to networked platform interactions is substantiated. A set of tools for increasing the investment attractiveness of the industry is proposed, including green bonds, tokenization of bio-assets, and the circulation of carbon units in the climate market.

  • Liability for knowingly false reports of terrorist acts in the context of digitalization

    Abstract:
    The article analyses criminal liability for knowingly false reports of an act of terrorism in the context of rapid digitalisation. The study is relevant due to the growing number of such crimes committed via social networks, instant messengers and anonymous online platforms - they significantly increase destabilisation, provoke panic and cause substantial economic damage. The key problems relate to qualifying the offence under Article 207 of the Russian Criminal Code: it is difficult to prove the element of «knowingness», identify anonymous users and collect digital evidence. The research relies on formal‑legal, comparative‑legal and statistical methods. It proposes measures to improve Article 207, including differentiated liability for mass dissemination of false information, enhanced cooperation between law enforcement agencies and IT companies, and the use of preventive digital tools. The author stresses the need to balance anti‑terrorist security and freedom of speech.

The paper proposes solutions to the key problems of digitalization in higher education, including: investment in the infrastructure of higher education institutions, training and retraining of faculty members, a hybrid approach to the use of digital tools, and protection against internet addiction and cybersecurity risks. The study concludes that only a systematic and balanced approach will allow for the effective resolution of the problems and difficulties associated with the digitalization of higher education, enabling universities to train competitive and marketable specialists in various fields of the domestic economy.

    This article offers a systematic examination of the principal socioeconomic processes that shape the structure, stability, and evolution of contemporary societies. Moving beyond reductionist economic models, it adopts an interdisciplinary framework integrating sociological theory, political economy, and empirical observation. Key processes analyzed include digitalization and platform capitalism, financialization, demographic transitions, labor market flexibilization, and the socio-economic dimensions of environmental change. The paper argues that these processes are not unfolding in isolation but interact dialectically, producing paradoxical outcomes such as simultaneous wealth concentration and precarity, hyper-connectivity and social fragmentation. Drawing on evidence from post-industrial economies and emerging markets, the article demonstrates how national institutional contexts mediate global pressures. The conclusion outlines policy-relevant strategies for fostering inclusive and sustainable development in an era of systemic uncertainty.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the role of digital technologies in improving the process of teaching English at school and university levels. The relevance of the topic is connected with the development of digital educational environments, online learning, blended learning, interactive tasks and electronic resources. Based on the analysis of scientific publications and implementation practices, the article shows that digital tools increase students’ motivation, expand access to authentic materials, support independent work, feedback and assessment. Special attention is paid to the conditions for effective use of technologies, including teachers’ methodological training, careful selection of digital services and the combination of digital and traditional forms of learning. The article concludes that digitalization does not replace the teacher, but strengthens the teacher’s role and contributes to more flexible and effective English language learning.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются современные методы организации учебной деятельности на уроках географии в условиях цифровизации образования. Проанализированы возможности применения геоинформационных систем, цифровых образовательных платформ, облачных сервисов и виртуальных экскурсий. Особое внимание уделено развитию пространственного мышления, аналитических и исследовательских навыков учащихся. Представлены примеры практических заданий с использованием цифровых инструментов. Обоснована необходимость методически грамотной интеграции цифровых технологий в образовательный процесс.
