  • Ethno-Cultural Education in the Republic of Buryatia: Problems and Prospects of Solution

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the consireation of problems arising in the implementation of ethno-cultural education. The purpose of article is to consider the main problems of modern ethno-cultural education in the Republic of Buryatia and suggest ways to solve them. The methods of the article are based on a theoretical analysis of research on this issue and monitoring data on ethno-cultural education in the Republic of Buryatia. As a result of this work, the main existing problems of ethno-cultural education in Buryatia are highlighted. It is concluded that modern ethno-cultural education should be aimed at the formation of multi-ethnic cultural competence of the individual and be implemented at all levels of education. State authorities, public and interested organizations whose activities are aimed at the development of multi-ethnic culture of modern youth should be involved in solving the problems that arise in the implementation of ethno-cultural education.

  • A System of Ethnojournalism Assignments for Students of “Folk Art Culture” Curriculum

    Abstract:
    The “Journalism in the Ethnocultural Sphere” discipline belongs in the basic part of “Folk Art Culture” higher educational field of study curriculum, which is in the process of theoretical development and search for methodological approaches to its teaching. The article represents a development of practical assignments in this discipline. Methods. Based on the author’s own pedagogical experience in the field of teaching ethno-journalism to students of this curriculum in FSBEI of HE “Saint Petersburg State University of Film and Television”, a system of practical exercises aimed at development of general cultural and professional competencies has been developed. The assignments are divided into five topics; the students are expected to work in the field of both ethnocultural studies and journalism. For each practical lesson there are two types of assignments: analytical, which are based on a theoretical understanding of ethnocultural material (discussion questions), as well as work with mass media data, and creative tasks, which include creating journalistic texts of different genres on ethnocultural topics. It can be concluded, that the results of preparatory and classroom work with the proposed tasks suggest a successful completion of the discipline by future specialists in the field of folk art culture, as well as demonstrate their interest in ethnocultural knowledge and ethnojournalistic activity.

    Статья посвящена развитию личностных качеств ребенка в семейных условиях. Авторы подчеркивают, что в благополучной семье развитие личностных качеств ребенка протекает эффективно, однако в не благополучной семье дела обстоят иначе. Авторами рассмотрены причины появления эмоционального неблагополучия ребенка. Авторы приходят к выводу, что семья занимает важное место в развитии ребенка, в формировании его личности, поэтому необходимы хорошие отношения ребенка и родителей.

    Abstract:
    Актуальность реализации эксперимента в игре среди дошкольников сегодня во многом обусловлена спецификой современных требований ФГОС. Автор подчеркивает, что образовательный стандарт в своей вводной части поднимает два положения, которые необходимо учитывать в процессе воспитания и развития. Во-первых, в основе развития ребенка лежит познавательный процесс, который связывает воедино все этапы обучения от ДОУ до школы. Во-вторых, в основе образовательного процесса лежит игра, как основная деятельность ребенка. Автор также отмечает, что согласно образовательному стандарту, программа должна обеспечивать всестороннее развитие ребенка посредством игры. В связи с этим, наиболее актуальными становятся те направления деятельности, которые предполагают начальное развитие логики – абстрагирование, обобщение, развитие анализа и синтеза. Автор приходит к выводу, что эксперимент становится способом активного развития личности дошкольника на всех этапах его пребывания в ДОУ.

    Глобальные мегатренды трансформируют все больше и больше аспектов трудовой деятельности, что приводит к необходимости менять навыки, которые нужны людям для их рабочих мест, изменяют требования к рабочим местам, а также к их географии. По мере ускорения темпов технологических изменений ускоряется и технологически обусловленная эволюция рабочих мест и навыков. В ходе анализа двух мегатрендов – технологические изменения и глобализация – рассмотрены и две возможные реакции на них: готовность людей осваивать новые навыки для своих текущих должностей (повышение квалификации) и готовность приобрести новые навыки для совершенно другой работы – reskilling.

    The personnel potential of the population is a significant factor affecting the successful development of the economy of the region and the country as a whole. The outflow of personnel, the imbalance in the human system, the low level of employment of graduates of vocational education, youth unemployment – all this is a serious problem, particularly due to lack of demand and the low prestige of the profession in a given place and time. This problem requires close attention from the educational authorities to the issues of career guidance, including in terms of its orientation on the basis of the economic state of the labor market.

    Abstract:
    The Concept «design» is one of the most popular and demanded in modern social and humanitarian Sciences. It is used to explain the controlled processes in the economic, political, social and spiritual spheres of public life. As a result, in each of the designated areas, their own types of design and project activities are formed, which have a unique specificity that requires detailed analysis. One of these types of design is ethnocultural design. The aim of the article is to interpret the concept of «ethno-cultural projection» as an organic part of the project theory of explaining social changes. The realization of this goal is possible by solving the following tasks. First, the classification of the main types of design, which are presented in the system of social and humanitarian knowledge. Secondly, the definition of the features and functionality of «ethno-cultural design». The methods of the article are based on the combination of the provisions of the civilizational theory with the principles of the project approach to the interpretation of socio-political reality. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that the concept of «ethno-cultural design» is an integral part of the project methodology of interpretation of modern socio-political reality. At the same time, being a part of modern project methodology, this concept acts as an independent ideological and instrumental construction. Thus, it is formed around its own industry features and characteristics. The article concludes that ethno-cultural design is able to claim the status of an independent direction within the project methodology. The achievement of such a position is possible through the formulation of its own conceptual and categorical apparatus, the conditions for the implementation of project work, the mechanisms of project activity.

    Abstract:
    Under modern conditions, the grain market of the Eurasian Economic Union, which should be a developed regional organizational and economic system, has not yet been formed. In the analyzed period, it is basically considered the purchase and sale of grain and its processed products. The problems of the effective functioning of the grain market, ways of their solutions for ensuring food security are defined in the conducted scientific study. In order to take into account the place and role of each EAEU member country, it is necessary to develop a program for the development of a broad market for grain and its processed products in the foreseeable future. In addition, it is necessary to develop a common state strategy for the development of grain export and its processed products. For this purpose it is necessary: to optimize the structure of exported grain, to unify existing domestic standards for grain and products of its processing, primarily in the EAEU member states, with the standards of grain exporting countries, to create specialized zones taking into account natural and climatic features, the availability of developed infrastructure for grain production, to reconsider at a qualitatively different level the interaction on the above mentioned problems, primarily be-tween Russia and Kazakhstan. For solving above mentioned problems during the study the following methods were applied: abstract and logical, monographic and statistical analysis.

    Цель статьи – рассмотрение различных методов и моделей прогнозирования валютного курса и выявление наиболее результативного метода прогнозирования валютного курса рубля в условиях кризисной экономики. Можно смело говорить об актуальности данной темы, поскольку настоящая экономика нашей страны, к сожалению, очень нестабильна и вынуждена осуществлять различного рода операции в нестабильной мировой экономике, что, соответственно, оказывает прямое негативное воздействие на курс российского рубля. Подобные условия и, самое главное, функционирование российского рубля на международном валютном рынке в условиях кризиса – все это также обусловливает необходимость выявления наиболее действенного и результативного метода прогнозирования.
