Leadership competencies of modern managers as a reflection of their value level

The article contains the results of a study of the competencies of 135 CEO-2 level managers on the topic: “Competencies of highly effective leaders 2023.” The analysis showed interesting relationships between the value levels of respondents and the competencies they chose. A total of 300 responses were received. The competencies proposed by the leaders were grouped into 9 main areas and a value analysis was carried out on them.
