Отражены результаты практической реализации наставничества на примере работы в технологическом кружке, поддерживаемом образовательной организацией и производственными партнёрами. Сделан акцент на практико-ориентированном подходе, позволяющем формировать у обучающихся профессиональные компетенции и готовность к будущей профессиональной деятельности.

    Стремление маленького ребенка познать окружающий мир ярко выражается в раннем и младшем дошкольном возрасте. Эта задача требует особых методов педагогического воздействия, среди которых ведущую роль играют игровые технологии. Статья посвящена теме исследования эффективности использования игр-сортировщиков в формировании у детей первых представлений об окружающем мире. Рассматриваются психолого-педагогические подходы, определяющие специфику развития малышей в играх подобного типа, включая знаменитую систему Монтессори, базирующуюся на идее свободного творчества и самостоятельности ребенка. Описаны современные разновидности игр-сортировщиков, выявлены недостатки имеющихся конструктивных решений и предложены инновационные решения, направленные на повышение образовательного потенциала этих игр. Исследование позволило выявить широкие перспективы использования сортировочных игр для всестороннего развития дошкольника.

    В статье представлены результаты разработки и апробации дистанционной общеразвивающей дополнительной программы «Основы предпринимательской деятельности» для учащихся старших классов общеобразовательной школы. Рассматриваются психолого-педагогические основы формирования предпринимательских компетенций у старшеклассников, анализируется опыт реализации существующих программ предпринимательского образования, описывается структура и методическое обеспечение разработанной программы. Представлены результаты апробации программы с участием 47 старшеклассников из 12 регионов Российской Федерации, подтверждающие её эффективность в формировании когнитивного, операционального и личностного компонентов предпринимательской компетентности.

    In today's digitalized world, staffing is becoming the fundamental basis for effective transformation. Global digital transformation processes permeate all aspects of socio-economic development. A new type of specialist in demand in the labor market must meet the criteria that are formed in the context of national projects being implemented in the country – he is a creative professional who makes responsible decisions and creates a positive image not only of his profession, but also of the organization and the state as a whole. In the context of the transformation of the modern labor market, digital technologies are becoming the most important tool for training competitive university graduates. The chapter is devoted to the interpretation of the concept of «digital technologies in education», the disclosure of their essence and structural components. Digital technologies have advantages over traditional educational technologies: access to a variety of resources and tools, adaptability and personalized learning, as well as the development of digital skills needed in today's labor market. However, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process is associated with a number of challenges, such as the need to ensure digital literacy among teachers and students, infrastructure development, and data protection. The influence of digital technologies on the formation of graduates' competitive abilities is manifested in their ability to effectively adapt to changing labor market conditions, meet employers' requirements and develop personal qualities, including critical thinking, creativity and readiness for continuous learning. The integration of digital technologies into the educational environment of a university requires a strategic approach focused on the development of a specialist's personality, the needs of the modern labor market and the requirements of potential employers.

    This chapter attempts to philosophically and ethically understand modern technologies that are rapidly transforming the education system in the digital age. The educational approach is not only a complex of instrumental methods for transferring knowledge, but also a space for the formation of values, meanings and the personality of the student. Analyzes the philosophical foundations of the concepts of «education» and «technology», as well as the ethical challenges that arise in the process of developing digital platforms, artificial intelligence and distance learning. Particular attention is paid to issues of international justice, confidentiality, alienation, as well as preserving the humanistic potential of education in a technologized environment. In conclusion, proposals are put forward for the ethical and philosophical support of educational practices and an emphasis is placed on the need to humanize digital technologies.

  • Comparative analysis of two approaches to teaching and diagnosis of teaching motives

    The study focuses on a comparative analysis of the cultural-activity approach and the theory of self-determination related to learning and the diagnotics of learning motives. In addition to the theoretical analysis, the study presents the results of an empirical study of the perceptions of high school students and college students regarding learning motives, which was conducted using a voluntary, anonymous online survey conducted on a Google form. The sample consisted of 107 9th-11th grade students and college students aged 14–19 years. Four methods were used: «Diagnotics of University Students’ (and High School Students’) Learning Motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Academic Motivation Scales» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014), «Comprehensive Assessment of Learning Motivation» (Vartanova, 2000), and «Comprehensive Assessment of Learning Motivation – Pilot Scales», which includes six scales derived from this questionnaire (Glotova, Sh ipilova, 2025). Correlation analysis (according to Spearman) and factor analysis with Varimax rotation were used to process the data. As a result of the study, multiple correlations were obtained between the scales of the four methods; factor analysis revealed the influence of the «social spectrum» learning motive factor and the three «activity spectrum» learning motive factors in the perceptions of high school students; it was shown that the differences in the distribution of the scales of the four methods relative to the identified factors are largely due to the theoretical and methodological differences between the cultural-activity approach and the theory of self-determination, which underlie the methods of diagnosing learning motivation and the learning technologies associated with these approaches.

    Modern educational technologies play an important role in ensuring accessibility and quality of physical education for people with disabilities. The introduction of such methods as adaptive learning, virtual reality and mobile applications allows to personalize the educational process, creating conditions for more effective mastering of physical culture. However, despite the obvious advantages, their application in this field remains insufficiently researched, which underlines the need for further analysis. The purpose of work is to study the impact of modern educational technologies on physical education for people with disabilities. The main tasks include analyzing existing technologies, evaluating their advantages and disadvantages, and developing recommendations for their optimization and implementation.
