    Abstract:
    The article examines the key components of architecture integrated into the discipline of "Life Safety" in order to ensure the safety of the urban environment and increase the sustainability of buildings. Rational organization of space, energy-efficient and autonomous life support systems, fire safety, environmental sustainability and inclusive design are the main aspects influencing architectural decisions. Modern design approaches that take into account natural and man-made risks, as well as the impact of the urban environment on human safety and comfort, are analyzed. The methods of increasing the resilience of buildings to emergency situations are considered, including the use of fire-resistant materials, intelligent control systems, safe transport solutions and barrier-free architecture.     Статья посвящена описанию проектной деятельности школьников. На основе рассказов представителей старшего поколения, собранных в своих семьях, литературы и архивных данных они создали тексты об участии своих сверстников 80 лет назад в строительстве стратегической железной дороги Балезино-Ижевск. Данные тексты послужили основой создания экспозиции Народного музея. Подростки – участники проекта создали игровой фильм о той стройке и сделали видеозапись спектакля «Железная дорога». Данные материалы широко используются в школах и иных учебных заведениях Удмуртской Республики в целях патриотического воспитания молодёжи.

    Modern problems of socio-economic development of Russian regions are caused by various factors of inequality, which not only does not decrease, but acquires a new content and scale in the heyday of technology. In this context, the problems of social independence of people with health deficits become even more significant, exacerbating territorial and other forms of regional inequality, which requires special mechanisms to overcome them. Inclusive design as a new resource for overcoming regional inequality is just beginning its institutional movement, but it is already obvious today that the number of initiatives developing rapidly reflects the need to explore the prospects and risks of their scaling.

    Abstract:
    Based on an analysis of the available scientific and methodological literature, the chapter examines the impact of interdisciplinarity on the learning process in higher education. The results of the analysis of the curriculum of the professional educational programs of the Institute of Service and Entrepreneurship (branch) of the Don State Technical University in the city of Shakhty in the context of interdisciplinary ties between the blocks of humaппities of a general scientific and specialized nature, propaedeutic, methodological, design and engineering disciplines are presented. Theoretical methods of analysis and synthesis were used, design methods – combinatorics, analogies, figurative-associative. The chapter shows that interdisciplinarity involves combining or integrating two or more academic disciplines into one activity, for example, in the educational process using the example of the structure of the curriculum of the 54.03.01 Design direction and the main stages of the author's design project. students of the Shakhty School of Design as an illustration of the provisions of the study.

    Abstract:
    The presented scientific discourse examines some aspects of the integration of the sociocultural scenario into landscape design in the context of training bachelor designers. In the process of teaching bachelors in landscape design, the priority should be the increasing role of space ecology and the health-improving capabilities of the living environment. Various options for combining and interconnecting landscape design components are analyzed from the point of view of their social and cultural dominance. It is noted that in the current environmental situation, green spaces are an important factor in optimizing the development of urban areas and explore the ecological component of urban landscapes, indicating that the presence of plants stabilizes and reduces the environmental tension of the urban environment. Cultural recognition of landscape components creates a psychologically comfortable environment in the city space.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the urgent problem of formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren, which is interpreted as the most important type of functional literacy, based on the ability to operate various types of texts, understanding their deep meaning and correct interpretation. The authors reveal the specifics of the formation of reading literacy in Russian language classes, using regionally colored texts as a meaning-forming content component. The materials of the article reflect the data of the pedagogical experiment, which allows to adjust the methodological strategies of the teacher in a significant way. The authors state that despite the need to comply with the normative requirements set forth in the updated FSES, modern teachers do not work on the formation of functional literacy in the system. A comprehensive analysis of the educational results of the educational process allowed the authors of the article to argue that the content basis of lessons aimed at the formation of functional literacy can be regionally colored texts that allow building lines of in-depth dialogue against the background of understanding the meanings of the culture of the small homeland.

    One of the main goals for students in online Continuing Professional Education courses who are experiencing a crisis of professional identity is to find employment in a new profession. The article presents research results that reveal instances of impostor syndrome among students who have completed online Continuing Professional Education courses and are searching for jobs. The article also proposes specific coaching tools that can be integrated into the design of learning experience to help students reduce the impact of impostor syndrome on their job search and successfully overcome the professional identity crisis.

Практика обеспечивает адаптацию молодых педагогов, их закрепление на рабочем месте, освоение корпоративной культуры и совместную деятельность педагогов с разными ролевыми позициями.
