- Abstract:
- The article examines the methodology of comprehensive economic and legal analysis as a tool for assessing the reliability of counterparties and minimizing business risks. Using the example of specific companies (JSC "Forum Electro" and LLC "ElectroPartner"), the practical application of an integrated approach combining financial diagnostics, verification of legal integrity and analysis of arbitration practice is demonstrated. The author has developed and tested assessment algorithms that made it possible to identify key risk indicators and determine the level of reliability of business entities. Special attention is paid to the operationalization of the principle of due diligence through a system of formalized criteria. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the proposed methodology is substantiated and recommendations for its implementation in the corporate risk management system are formulated.

The Topical Issues of the Humanities and Social Sciences- Authors:
- Sofiia A. Iukhimets, Vladimir A. Brodskii, Anastasia V. Filipskaya
- Work direction:
- Современные гуманитарные науки и проблемы языкознания
- Abstract:
- Medical translation is a highly specialized field where precision is a matter of life and health. Among the most challenging elements are acronyms and abbreviations. These short forms save time and space in clinical documentation but often become serious obstacles in cross‑language communication. This article reveals the following key problems in translating medical abbreviations: multiple meanings of a single abbreviated form, variability in spelling, the danger of illegible handwriting, sound-based acronyms and pseudo-blends that can be mistaken for another word or medical term, terminological shifts between languages where a full term or a different structure replaces the English acronym, inversion of word order in Romance languages that changes the sequence of letters in the acronym, as well as dialectal differences within the same language that require separate adaptation.

Transformation of the Role of a Teacher of Socio-Humanitarian Disciplines in the Context of Digitalization of Education
Research Article
Development of education Volume 9 No 2- Author:
- Irina V. Staroverova
- Work direction:
- Pedagogy and Modern Education
- Abstract:
- The article analyzes the changing role of the teacher of socio-humanitarian disciplines (SHD) in the context of the widespread adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the educational process. The aim of the study is to identify the directions of transformation of the professional position of the SHD teacher and to propose a model that enables the adaptation of the educational process to the new digital reality. It is shown that the traditional model of the teacher as the primary source of knowledge and an expert-controller no longer works when students have constant access to generative AI systems capable of producing coherent and outwardly persuasive responses. The “simulacrum effect” creates a particular vulnerability for SHDs: generative models can easily produce a passable philosophical or sociological essay without any genuine understanding of the content. The author argues that the new role of the SHD teacher involves shifting the focus from transmitting ready-made knowledge to teaching information literacy skills, including verification and prompt engineering. A three-level model of teacher role transformation is proposed: the methodological level (teaching verification and prompt engineering), the project-facilitation level (hybrid “human + AI” formats), and the ethical-reflexive level (defining the boundaries of acceptable AI use). A fourth, integrative level is also described, which is achieved upon mastering the previous three and involves the teacher transitioning to the role of academic mentor, guiding students through the research cycle of “generation – critique – reflection”. Based on practical experience, specific methods are described, such as the “three-layer essay” and “AI reviewer”, that enable the implementation of this model in the educational process. The proposed model transforms the teacher's role not toward competition with AI, but toward that of a mentor who cultivates critical thinking and research culture.

Religious Prigins and Specific Regional Culture of The Mennontes
Research Article
Ethnic Culture Volume 8 No 2- Author:
- Yulia V. Berezina
- Work direction:
- Ethnography, Ethnology and Anthropology
- Abstract:
- This article examines the Crimean Mennonites, a distinct ethnoreligious group of the German people. The study aims to trace the historical and religious evolution of the community and determine the extent of its influence on the ethnicity, linguistic culture, and lifestyle of the group’s members. The empirical basis of the study is the memoirs of the head of the family, whose first language was the Low German dialect in its oral form. The study outlines the history of Mennonitism, identifies the main features of its local existence in Crimea, and notes the adaptation of Anabaptist principles to the natural, economic, and sociocultural conditions of the peninsula. Particular attention is paid to the typology of the group, the systematization of its external and internal names, and the identification of key markers of religious identity and attitudes toward their native language. The study also characterizes the lifestyle of the Mennonite family within the context of the historical community. The study's results demonstrate a profound interconnection between religious affiliation and the ethnocultural characteristics of the group. Historical changes in group identification indicate the preservation of clear community boundaries. Language, however, remains a key marker of cultural continuity. Proficiency in the native Low German dialect serves as an important marker of self-identification even in the absence of a written language. The Low German dialect is currently ceasing to exist as a means of everyday communication, but it persists as an element of cultural memory and a marker of ethnicity.

- Глава 1
- Abstract:
- The chapter provides a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis of the essence, genesis and features of the development of the digital economy as a qualitatively new stage in the evolution of economic relations. The evolution of digital technologies in historical retrospect is studied – from the creation of the first programming languages to modern technologies of artificial intelligence, big data and the Internet of Things. The main approaches to the definition of the “digital economy” category are systematized. A comparative analysis of key terms is carried out: digitization, digitalization and digital transformation; the author's definitions distinguishing these concepts are proposed. A structural and logical scheme for managing the digital transformation of an enterprise has been developed, and the stages of its implementation have been substantiated. The risks and barriers of digital transformation have been identified, and approaches to their minimization have been proposed.

Some features of strategic development algorithm for a small enterprise (on the example of Aton LLC)
Book ChapterDevelopment of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Vladimir N. Kruglov
- Work direction:
- Глава 13
- Abstract:
- The chapter notes that in modern conditions, small business, despite macroeconomic instability, remains a crucial element of the regional economy, creating jobs and entrepreneurial potential. Using the example of Kaluga-based Aton LLC – a leading construction fastener supplier with a 45% market share – the author demonstrates how a well-structured organizational and economic policy enables an enterprise not only to maintain stability during a crisis but also to build a long-term development strategy. The study examines marketing strategy (product range policy, brand management, pricing, sales), financial performance amid currency volatility and inflation, and the competitive environment. Key success factors (diversified product range, direct dealer supplies, quality service) and major risks (currency dependence, high buyer power of retail chains) are identified. The BCG matrix is used to determine promising and unprofitable brands. The research employed systemic, comprehensive, process-based, and situational types of analysis, as well as a multifactorial approach to assessing the enterprise's key positions. It is concluded that Aton LLC maintains its leading position with a stable financial standing.

The competence paradigm as a resource for the formation of a future teacher's professional identity
Book Chapter
Issues of education and psychology- Author:
- Bela K. Panesh
- Work direction:
- Глава 6
- Abstract:
- The chapter notes that in the context of the modernization of higher pedagogical education, the priority is becoming the formation of graduates not only knowledge, but also the ability for professional self-realization. However, the high percentage of young teachers leaving the profession (up to 50% in the first five years) indicates a crisis of professional identity. The chapter substantiates that the competence paradigm can act not only as a tool for formal assessment, but also as a resource for the formation of a future teacher's professional identity. The author examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of identity research, analyzes the resource potential of the competence approach, identifies the mechanisms of transformation of competencies into identity: activity-based, reflexive, social, and value-semantic. Pedagogical conditions for realizing the resource potential are proposed. It is concluded that professional identity is formed under the condition of special pedagogical design, which makes competencies a personally significant way of professional existence.
