    Abstract:
    The author emphasizes that amid the global demographic transition of the 2020s, population aging is becoming a defining challenge for the sustainable development of national economies. This chapter examines the impact of changing age structure on labor market performance and long-term economic growth dynamics. The aim of the study is to identify mechanisms for the economic system's adaptation to the increasing share of older age groups and to substantiate strategies for ensuring resilience in the face of a declining working-age population. Labor shortages have been shown to act as a catalyst for accelerated robotization and the implementation of artificial intelligence systems. The integration of age-diversity programs into companies' ESG strategies has been shown to contribute to increased labor productivity. Key risks to long-term GDP associated with declining investment activity and the transformation of consumer demand have been identified. It has been substantiated that economic resilience in the face of an aging population can be achieved not through attempts to artificially «rejuvenate» the workforce, but through the development of a lifelong learning system and the technological substitution of routine operations. The results of the study can be used to adjust state demographic security strategies and corporate talent management policies.

    The chapter examines the mechanisms by which external rating management influences the development of regional energy supply systems in Russia. The author explores the theoretical foundations of rating management as a complex of organizational, information-analytical, and communicative measures aimed at interaction with independent rating institutions. A structural characterization of regional energy systems is provided, along with an analysis of the mechanisms governing their interaction with the external rating management framework through a closed-loop feedback cycle. Five principal mechanisms of rating management are identified and examined: informational, regulatory-legal, economic, organizational-managerial, and socio-psychological. Specific cases illustrating the impact of regional investment ratings, sectoral performance ratings of energy companies, credit ratings, international certification, and public monitoring on the development of regional energy systems are considered. The findings confirm that the combined effect of diverse rating management mechanisms creates a conducive environment for the advancement of regional energy systems and the enhancement of their operational efficiency.

  • Innovative approaches to inventory management in non-specialized wholesale trade

    The chapter describes the problems of commodity balance management in wholesale non-specialized trade and describes its role in meeting public needs. A special feature of this type of trade is the work with a wide range of heterogeneous goods, which creates specific difficulties in inventory management. The inventory management mechanism highlights systematic inventory accounting and control, constant work with illiquid and slow-turning goods. An analysis of the activities of Constanta Torg LLC (the main activity is wholesale and retail trade in non–specialized stores) revealed operational growth with a systemic decline in profitability. Despite the increase in revenue and gross margin, net profit is declining due to an increase in business expenses for new outlets and warehouses. Key problems have been identified: informal segmentation of the assortment, reactive work with illiquids, lack of differentiated standards, organizational separation of procurement, sales and marketing departments. It is proposed to introduce innovations for the solution.: institute of category managers, operational controlling system with KPI monitoring, digitalization of management based on Big Data. The inventory management mechanism should be integrated into the organization's digital systems to detect deviations in a timely manner. The object of the study was wholesale non-specialized trade (OKVED 46.9), the subject was the management of commodity balances of Constant Torg LLC. General scientific (analysis, synthesis, generalization) and private (observation, comparison, measurement) methods were used.

    Abstract:
    In the theoretical part of the chapter, the basic concepts of program-targeted management of socio-economic processes of territorial development are given and developed. The epistemological roots of the emergence and modification of this tool are identified, and modern typologies of project management structures and algorithms are presented, taking into account situational conditions. In the empirical part, specific conditions are considered that accompany the dynamics of the development of project management by the Kaluga Region State Unitary Enterprise Kalugadorkazachik in planning and ensuring the implementation of the Safe and High-Quality Roads national project in the region. It is the quality of infrastructure that largely determines the standard of living of the population, the investment attractiveness and the volume of financial (as well as other) assets, and the diversification of the real sectors of the regional (municipal) economy. Therefore, the interest in innovative updates to the program and target support, the use of unused reserves, and intensification is quite natural. In this regard, the experience of the Kaluga Region can serve as a standard for the further development of many other regions of the Russian Federation.

    This chapter examines the pedagogical potential of Lao Tzu's philosophical concept of Tao through the prism of developing a harmonious personality in modern society. The author conceptualizes Tao, interpreting ancient postulates as a methodological basis for modern humanistic pedagogy. The study is based on the following provisions: 1) the limits of verbalization in education (it is proven that the essence of personality development (Tao) is broader than any formal descriptions and boundaries, which requires the teacher to move to non-linear methods of transmitting experience); 2) sensory comprehension of the world (Tao is viewed not as an abstract substance, but as a living process, comprehended through involvement with the surrounding world, which substantiates the importance of empirical and existential learning); 3) the dialectic of pedagogical discourse: Lao Tzu's use of rational and metaphorical speech is analyzed as a prototype of modern problem-based learning methods.

    Abstract:
    Currently, the social, economic, and moral problems of the "consumer society" are increasingly being explored. The article discusses the postulate that the economic behavior of modern society is greatly facilitated by the mass media, which were originally created to form an idea of "correct behavior", about fashion, about cultural preferences, and for some time now the media have begun to guide the "economic behavior" of an individual. By analyzing the content of the leading media, the paper proves that the development of industrial production required the dissemination of information about goods; corporate communication projects appeared in mass media, and in the last half century all publications have been advertising goods and services; it was the media that made the process of purchasing goods as convenient as possible, which proves the close connection between mass communication and the emergence of a "consumer society".

    Abstract:
    The article examines key trends in the digital economy and their impact on the emergence of new business models in an Arctic, resource-extracting region—the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YANAO). Based on an analysis of the region’s strategic documents and materials from the Higher School of Economics (HSE University), the paper summarizes the characteristics of digital infrastructure, the degree of engagement of residents and organizations in the use of digital services, and the managerial priorities of digital transformation. It is shown that the high penetration of broadband access and the internet creates prerequisites for market platformization, the development of “data as an asset,” remote services, and service-based models in the oil and gas sector, logistics, and the public services sector. A typology of promising business models for YANAO is proposed, and recommendations are formulated to mitigate risks when scaling digital solutions.

It is the study of this process that forms the basis of the proposed material.     Abstract:
    The article analyzes economic risks arising from English-language phishing attacks aimed at financial institutions. Special attention is paid to linguistic manipulation as a key mechanism of social engineering that influences user behavior. The research examines typical linguistic patterns used in phishing messages and evaluates their impact on direct and indirect financial losses. The methodological basis of the study includes analysis of academic literature, industry reports, and concepts from behavioral economics and cognitive psychology. The results indicate that linguistic manipulation significantly increases the effectiveness of phishing attacks by exploiting cognitive biases and reducing critical perception. The conclusions may be applied in the development of risk assessment models and preventive cybersecurity measures in the financial sector.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the application of graph theory to modeling and analysis of complex systems in economics and management. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing complexity of the relationships between economic agents, logistics hubs, financial flows and management structures. The paper presents the basic concepts of graph theory adapted to applied problems, and also shows the mechanisms of their use in the analysis of supply chains, organizational hierarchies, project management and corporate networks. Based on generalized models, it is demonstrated how graph representations make it possible to identify bottlenecks, assess the stability of systems, and optimize decision-making processes. The results obtained emphasize the interdisciplinary value of discrete mathematics in modern socio-economic research.

    The paper presents the findings on the effectiveness of digital technologies for consumer behavior analysis as a foundation for managerial decision-making in marketing and PR. Using the case of DUNAMIS LLC (brand "Aminosil"), the author analyzes the current state of analytical tools and identifies systemic issues: data fragmentation, absence of a dedicated marketing unit, and low level of automation. A digital transformation program is proposed, including the implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), end-to-end analytics systems, and organizational structure optimization. The study proves that transitioning from intuitive management to predictive models allows for a significant increase in ROMI by 25–30% and a reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 15–20%.

In an environment of information pollution, the introduction of artificial intelligence facilitates the acceleration and personalization of communication, expanding opportunities for interaction, but also spreads social fragmentation.     The chapter addresses the problem of conflictological competence of teachers in general education institutions within the context of a modern educational environment characterized by a high level of conflict potential and complex subject interactions. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the effectiveness of conflict management in schools and to develop professionally significant qualities of teachers that ensure constructive conflict resolution. The aim of the chapter is to analyze the characteristics of conflictological competence of teachers with different lengths of teaching experience and to identify ways of its development. The results of the study reveal qualitative differences in the structure and styles of conflict behavior among novice, experienced, and long-serving teachers, and demonstrate the influence of teaching experience on the formation of social-psychological, operational, and behavioral components of conflictological competence. The necessity of a differentiated approach to its development, taking into account the stages of professional formation of teachers, is substantiated, and key directions for enhancing conflictological competence in general education are identified.

    The article analyzes the concept of relational pedagogy as a fundamental approach to building an effective mentorship system in higher education institutions. Relational pedagogy is defined as an approach that focuses on fostering strong, respectful, and trusting connections among participants in the educational process. The article explores the key principles of this approach (respect, trust, cooperation, empathy, and dialogue) within the context of interaction between a mentor and a mentee. A comparison with historical and contemporary pedagogical concepts is made including "pedagogy of cooperation," humanistic pedagogy, and the theory of educational systems. The paper presents an author's interpretation for integrating the principles of relational pedagogy into university mentorship programs, demonstrating the effectiveness of this integration. Practical recommendations are offered to enhance the efficacy of the relational pedagogy within the mentoring processes, illustrating how its implementation contributes to the students’ comprehensive development.

    The work is devoted to the study of the relationship between self-efficacy and self-management of students of a pedagogical university. Personal self-efficacy as the ability to quickly and effectively solve problems in various areas of life is typical for some students of a pedagogical university. So, self-effectiveness in the field of communication is quite well developed, the level of self-effectiveness in subject activities is somewhat lower. Understanding self-management is essential for uncovering the mechanisms of personal growth, professional success, and social adaptation. The students' real ability to manage their academic and extracurricular processes leaves much to be desired, especially in key areas such as forecasting, self-monitoring, and correction. Students' confidence in their professional (subject) abilities is closely intertwined with the ability to manage their activities. There is a paradox: students are confident in their abilities, but they do not have the developed skills to implement this confidence in well-planned actions. Correlation analysis revealed a stable and growing link between self-efficacy and self-management among students. As we learn, this connection strengthens and affects more and more components of self-government, which confirms their mutual development.

    Abstract:
    Written records play an important role in the study of language history, linguistic phenomena, and their dynamics. They are particularly significant for the language of the Besermyans, a compact group living in the northwest of the Udmurt Republic. The language of this small people only received the status of an independent idiom in 2022. The manuscript "Materials for a Comparative Dictionary of the Zyuzdin Permyak and Glazov Votian Dialects and the Besermyan Dialect" is currently one of the few early written records containing a significant amount of Besermyan material. The aim of this study is to identify Besermyan words of Turkic origin in this manuscript and analyze their origin and territorial distribution. The study utilizes descriptive and etymological methods. During the study of the dictionary's vocabulary, words of Turkic origin were selected, which are unique or predominantly found in the Besermyan language. Most of them are Tatarisms borrowed in the northern territory of what is now the Kirov Oblast and the Udmurt Republic, indicating close Besermyan-Turkic contacts in this region. The list includes only two Bulgarisms and one Chuvashism. Further analysis of the dictionary's features will allow us to determine its precise dialectal base.

    Abstract:
    This chapter substantiates the need for systematic work with different types of tests in the process of preparing for the state final certification in Russian. Exam tasks for students in 9th and 11th grades are considered, which require reading competence. The article describes typical mistakes made by students related to the perception, understanding, and interpretation of the text. It also provides examples of tasks aimed at teaching students to use linguistic means of expression as an element of preparation for the Unified State Exam.
