Semantic space of color in religious culture: psychological and pedagogical aspect of identity formation.
Conference Paper
Pedagogy, Psychology, Society: from theory to practice- Authors:
- Ekaterina S. Kalugina, Irina V. Terelianskaia
- Work direction:
- Вопросы культурологии
- Abstract:
- This article examines the relationship between the semantic meaning of color and religious identity from a cultural studies perspective. The aim of the study is to identify the specifics of color associations using Orthodox Christians and atheists as examples. The study utilizes the Religious Commitment Inventory (RCI-10), the Questionnaire on Color Semantics in Religious Context (QCS-RC), and Yu. V. Shcherbatykh's Test of the Structure of Individual Religiosity. The results confirm that color symbolism acts as a stable marker of an individual's cultural code, influencing self-identification processes. The findings can be used in psychological and pedagogical support for the development of interreligious dialogue in the educational environment.

Transformation of the banking risk management system in the context of macroeconomic instability

Principles of building a new ecosystem: social, economic and legal aspects- Author:
- Olga V. Krutova
- Work direction:
- Глава 4
- Abstract:
- The chapter examines the impact of risks on the performance efficiency of banking institutions. The nature of banking activities is inherently linked to risk-taking; however, under the conditions of sanction pressure, market volatility, and tightening regulatory requirements, conventional risk management approaches are no longer sufficient to ensure the stability of even major financial institutions. Using the case of Moscow Credit Bank, a systemically important bank, the study investigates how external shocks and internal management decisions transform its risk profile. The research is based on the analysis of the bank's consolidated financial statements for 2023–2025, including the assessment of the dynamics of key financial indicators, the structure of the loan portfolio and loan loss provisions, liquidity ratios, and market multiples. The study identifies critical risk areas and proposes a comprehensive set of measures to mitigate each of them.

Principles of building a new ecosystem: social, economic and legal aspects- Author:

- Глава 8
- Abstract:
- The study, covering the period from 2010 to 2025, analyzes the transformation of the Russian labor market in the context of four fundamental shifts (recovery from the global crisis, sanctions adaptation, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the transition to technological sovereignty). Using a comprehensive econometric toolkit (testing time series for stationarity, correlation and cointegration analysis, principal component analysis, and autoregressive models), the study establishes that the labor market has ceased to serve as a passive shock absorber during crises and has become a core load-bearing element of the new economic ecosystem. Systemic contradictions are identified: an anomalous relationship between key rate increases and nominal wage growth, rising structural unemployment due to a mismatch between worker qualifications and employer demands, an acute shortage of engineers, and job creation predominantly in traditional heavy industry, which runs counter to environmental objectives. Principal component analysis reveals that 70% of the system's variability is captured by a single latent factor (employment, wages, and the key rate); a pro-cyclical pattern of monetary policy is identified. A significant negative correlation is found between environmental pressure and unemployment. An autoregressive model incorporating the macroeconomic overheating index, environmental factors, and innovation is identified as optimal. The key driver of qualitative growth is the rate of human capital renewal rather than its absolute volume. Institutional conditions for the transition to intensive labor resource management are formulated.

Principles of building a new ecosystem: social, economic and legal aspects- Author:

- Abstract:
- The chapter examines the systemic imbalances of Russia's national innovation system (NIS) in the context of ensuring technological sovereignty. Based on an analysis of time series data for 2000–2024 using cointegration analysis and vector autoregressions, it is established that the NIS operates asymmetrically: there is no statistically significant impact of the created infrastructure on the generation of intellectual property, nor is there feedback – patents do not stimulate the immediate creation of new institutions. The only sustainable driver of inventive activity is high-level human capital – researchers with advanced degrees. Expanding staff numbers is the main trigger for the bureaucratic growth in the number of legal entities in the R&D sector. The scientific novelty lies in the econometric substantiation of the concept of “institutional lag,” demonstrating the absence of cointegration between scientific outputs and infrastructure; quantitatively differentiating the determinant factors of the two NIS circuits (elite quality vs. physical labor volume); and showing the ineffectiveness of relative budget indicators for forecasting micro-shocks in the innovation process. The conclusion is drawn that a paradigm shift in governance is necessary: a transition from directive construction of research institutes to targeted support for degree-holding research teams and the creation of flexible legal mechanisms.

- Abstract:
- This study provides a conceptual and methodological justification for the formation of a sustainable development ecosystem for the agro-industrial complex (AIC) in the context of national economic transformation, the need to strengthen technological sovereignty, and ensure food security. It demonstrates the exhaustion of the traditional extensive AIC model, focused on raw material exports and fragmented subsidies. The authors have developed an institutional and production matrix linking the social (reproduction of human capital), economic (reduced transaction costs, sharing models, monetization of environmental externalities), and regulatory (land use regime) blocks. A transition from linear value chains to networked platform interactions is substantiated. A set of tools for increasing the investment attractiveness of the industry is proposed, including green bonds, tokenization of bio-assets, and the circulation of carbon units in the climate market.

- Abstract:
- Abstract. The article is devoted to an empirical study of the creative potential of young managers as a key resource for effective management under conditions of environmental uncertainty. Based on a sample of 100 managers aged 23–35 (61 women, 39 men), a comprehensive diagnosis of verbal, figural, and managerial creativity was conducted using the Remote Associates Test (RAT) developed by S. Mednick, as adapted by A.N. Voronin, the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking, and an author-developed questionnaire, "Creative Potential of a Manager." It was established that the integral index of creative potential among female managers statistically significantly exceeds that of male managers across all three diagnostic instruments, with the largest differences recorded in the verbal creativity component. It is shown that age, within the 23-35 range, has no substantial effect on the level of creative potential, which confirms the priority role of personal and professional determinants of manageri

- Abstract:
- The current stage of society's development is characterized by the rapid digital transformation of all spheres of government activity, which fully applies to the law enforcement system. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have become an integral attribute of both armed conflicts and the daily operational and official activities of law enforcement agencies. The emergence of new threats related to the illegal use of drones, on the one hand, and the expansion of the functionality of their legal use to solve law enforcement problems, on the other, necessitated a fundamental revision of approaches to training personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Of particular importance is the issue of including competencies in the field of operation of unmanned systems in the system of professional service and physical training, which requires both theoretical understanding and practical implementation at the level of departmental regulatory regulation.

Phraseological Representation of the Category of Time in Russian, Chuvash and English: A Semantic and Linguocultural Perspective
Research Article
Ethnic Culture Volume 8 No 3- Author:
- Natalia R. Skvortsova
- Work direction:
- World languages and literature
- Abstract:
- The paper examines the semantic and linguocultural model of phraseological representation of the category of time in Russian, Chuvash, and English. The research material comprises lexicographic sources and fixed expressions with temporal semantics denoting duration, cyclicality, timeliness, expectation, temporal limit, and the impossibility of an event. The study employs the continuous sampling method, descriptive method, lexical-semantic, contextual, and comparative-contrastive analysis; a linguocultural approach is applied to interpret nationally-specific cultural meanings. The research was conducted in several stages, including the selection of units, their distribution into semantic groups, and comparison according to uniform parameters: time model, typical means of expression, cultural dominant, and nationally-specific zone of representation. The scientific novelty of the study lies in refining the comparative typology of temporal phraseology with the inclusion of Chuvash material, which has previously been underrepresented in research. Special attention is paid to Chuvash temporal-modal constructions with the meaning “will never happen.” The results obtained show that, within the scope of the material examined, the universal models are time as movement, as a resource, and as a cyclical process. At the same time, Russian material predominantly activates an evaluative-philosophical conceptualization of time, Chuvash — natural-ritual cyclicality, and English — punctuality, planning, and the pragmatic value of time.

Ways to prevent emotional burnout among teachers of technical universities
Book Chapter
Theoretical and practical aspects of pedagogy and psychology- Authors:

- Work direction:
- Глава 14
- Abstract:
- The chapter addresses the problem of preventing emotional burnout among faculty members of technical universities. The relevance of the study is determined by the high intensity of professional activity of engineering and pedagogical staff, who combine teaching, methodological, research and administrative work under conditions of constant updating of educational standards and technological infrastructure. Based on the analysis of Russian publications over the past decade, the main risk factors are identified: multitasking, bureaucratic load, dissatisfaction with remuneration, and lack of recovery time. The necessity of taking into account the cognitive specificity of technical discipline teachers (predominance of logical loads, orientation towards algorithms, restraint in emotional expression) when developing preventive measures is substantiated. A comprehensive prevention model is proposed, combining individual strategies (self-regulation, time management, physical activity) and organizational solutions (reduction of bureaucratic load, fair distribution of responsibilities, group professional support, state monitoring). Practical recommendations adapted to the working conditions of engineering faculty members are formulated. It is concluded that effective burnout prevention is possible only through a systematic approach that unites the efforts of the teacher, the department, and the university administration.
