Для решения этих проблем предложены следующие меры: развитие образовательной инфраструктуры и цифровизация, адаптация учебных программ к современным требованиям, интеграция технологий в учебный процесс, повышение квалификации учителей и поддержка психологического здоровья учеников. Комплексный подход к этим вопросам поможет создать справедливую и эффективную систему образования, отвечающую вызовам XXI века.

    Abstract:
    In this paper, we want to present in English the results of our research, which was previously published in Russian, to a wider range of readers, teachers, scientists. The study is devoted to a tool used in the formation of the motivational component of cadets of a maritime university, which has a great importance on the formation of their professional competence, especially when professional training is conducted in a blended format. In the model developed by us for the formation of the motivational component of the professional competence of cadets of a maritime university in a blended learning environment, professiographic monitoring is used as an assessment and diagnostic tool, which is little studied at present. With the help of it, it becomes possible not only to dynamically quantify the level of the motivational component, but also to adjust the educational process.

    В статье обращается внимание на значимость использования интернета в современном образовании с целью активизации интереса учащихся к учебному материалу, развития критического мышления и самостоятельности в обучении. Исследование подчеркивает важность эффективного взаимодействия с онлайн-ресурсами для доступа к достоверной информации как для студентов, так и для преподавателей. Результаты исследования указывают на интерес молодежи к Интернету в контексте общения и самовыражения, что предполагает позитивные перспективы интеграции новых технологий в учебный процесс. Кроме того, анализ показывает, что Интернет играет ключевую роль в современном образовании, способствуя развитию проектной работы, совместной деятельности и интеграции различных учебных дисциплин. В заключении автор подчеркивает, что виртуальная образовательная среда, предоставляемая интернетом, является важным инструментом для улучшения учебного процесса и совместного творчества студентов.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the disclosure of the issue of social aspects and mechanisms of psychological and pedagogical and clinical and psychological support for the professional development of individuals with disabilities. Psychological and pedagogical and clinical and psychological support for the professional development of individuals with disabilities are considered as an integral system, the functioning of which is possible with a comprehensive solution of all tasks and the interaction of all participants in the support process. The mechanisms for the support of individuals with disabilities are determined by certain stages (pre-professional stage, training stage, employment stage). The purpose and content of each stage are differentiated taking into account the social aspect of professionalization and are selected given the characteristics of the nosology group of an individual with disabilities.

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the study of the problems of forming a full-fledged set of competencies of engineers, contributing to their professional implementation and ensuring the personnel sovereignty of domestic enterprises. The necessity of participation in the training of engineering personnel of enterprises of the real sector of the economy, especially the high-tech sector, is substantiated. The role of integration of technical universities and enterprises in the process of personnel training to ensure technological and personnel sovereignty of the Russian industry is shown. The personnel sovereignty of the Russian economy is impossible without attracting a sufficient number of highly qualified specialists who have received education in relevant, practice-oriented programs that include not only basic knowledge, skills and training skills, but also "soft" skills that allow you to choose and apply successful behavioral and communication strategies in various production situations. The main factors that need to be guided by when building an effective system for training engineers are identified. Underestimation of these factors, leading to the exclusion of disciplines such as business planning, resource management, and business communications from the educational programs of technical universities, reduces the effectiveness of training graduates who replenish the personnel corps of enterprises, therefore, special attention is paid in the article to the problem of forming a set of competencies of engineers that contribute to their professional implementation and, ultimately, ensuring human resources the sovereignty of the high-tech sector of the economy.

    В статье рассматривается теория общего и единичного в понимании коучинга и наставничества, вокруг которых ведутся споры в научной среде, а также приводятся некоторые оперативные определения наставничества и коучинга. Оба процесса, по мнению авторов, направлены на предоставление действенной помощи человеку, испытывающему трудности при выполнении производственных задач, с одной стороны, и ищущему пути дальнейшего роста и прогрессивного саморазвития, с другой стороны. Кроме того, оба процесса помогают избежать остановок и стопоров, а также сомнений в правильности принятых решений. Результативность этих процессов зависит от уровня их организации и ответственности организаторов программ на местах.

    Наставничество рассматривается как одно из направлений методической деятельности и возможностей для создания неформальной открытой образовательной среды для личностного и профессионального развития участников образовательного процесса. Выстраивание системы наставничества в районе как открытой вариативной среды происходит с использованием возможностей сетевого взаимодействия, системы повышения квалификации, дополнительного образования детей и взрослых, различных формы индивидуального сопровождения, внедрения различных видов наставничества. В статье представлен опыт организации конкурса в контексте проектного подхода. Проект включает в себя подготовку участников конкурса, взаимодействие с экспертами, презентацию опыта педагогическими коллективами, тематические встречи, индивидуальное сопровождение, участие в образовательных событиях, обучение на курсах повышения квалификации. Содержание проекта определено с учетом особенностей образовательной среды, представляемого опыта, направлений развития наставничества.

    One of the main goals for students in online Continuing Professional Education courses who are experiencing a crisis of professional identity is to find employment in a new profession. The article presents research results that reveal instances of impostor syndrome among students who have completed online Continuing Professional Education courses and are searching for jobs. The article also proposes specific coaching tools that can be integrated into the design of learning experience to help students reduce the impact of impostor syndrome on their job search and successfully overcome the professional identity crisis.
