- Abstract:
- The article describes the concept of an "EdTech project", its types and functions in the educational process, and provides examples of large EdTech projects by well-known companies. However, due to the process of digital transformation of the education system today, every teacher can and should become a developer of their own EdTech project. The article presents the process of designing the content of teaching the basics of creating and managing EdTech projects, and describes the appropriate methodological training system for current and future teachers. The result of the training of students of the Digital Education master's program was the development of three EdTech projects: "Learn to manage stress!" for graduate students, "Tax Literacy" for primary school students, and "The Digital Footprint of My Homeland" for students in grades 7-11. The initial testing showed that choosing a chatbot as a promotion tool ensures the viability and effectiveness of the EdTech project.

- Abstract:
- In the current economic environment, the industrial sector's priority goal is to satisfy consumer demand for goods and achieve economic efficiency in enterprises with limited resources. In this regard, the problem of correctly formulating the production process optimization problem as the basis for the successful operation of an industrial enterprise is becoming increasingly important. This study addresses theoretical issues related to understanding the essence of the production process and formulating the optimization problem. The work utilizes general scientific methods based on economic and methodological developments by Russian scientists in the field of constructing mathematical models for optimization problems, general systems theory and systems analysis, the method of expert assessments and comparative analysis. A clarified authors' definition of the concept of «production process» is provided. An algorithm for formulating an optimization problem is presented. The input parameters are defined, combined into production-technological, personnel, and innovation-digital blocks, in which, based on the expert assessment, optimization indicators for the industrial enterprise's production process are established. In conclusion, it is concluded that effective production optimization is possible only if the solutions found are consistent and meet the current and future needs of both the enterprise and the economy as a whole.

- Abstract:
- The chapter examines the problem of protecting the rights of subjects in the digital ecosystem – an environment organized around a platform, where traditional counterparties are replaced by a multilateral technological construct. It demonstrates the inseparability of socio-economic and legal aspects: information asymmetry and bargaining power imbalances, network effects, lock-in, and algorithmic mediation devalue instruments designed for bilateral relations. The methodological framework includes systemic and functional approaches, formal-legal and comparative-legal analysis, as well as legal modeling. The result is a four-level protection model (normative, institutional, procedural-jurisdictional, and techno-legal levels), arranged in order of increasing specialization and automation. Barriers hindering the exercise of rights are identified – information asymmetry and bargaining power imbalances, opacity of algorithms, cross-border nature of conflicts, and user lock-in to the platform. Guidelines for improvement are outlined: priority of prevention and "protection by design," genuine accessibility of procedures, mandatory explainability of algorithms, co-regulation, and harmonization of international standards.

Principles of building a new ecosystem: social, economic and legal aspects- Author:

- Abstract:
- The study, covering the period from 2010 to 2025, analyzes the transformation of the Russian labor market in the context of four fundamental shifts (recovery from the global crisis, sanctions adaptation, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the transition to technological sovereignty). Using a comprehensive econometric toolkit (testing time series for stationarity, correlation and cointegration analysis, principal component analysis, and autoregressive models), the study establishes that the labor market has ceased to serve as a passive shock absorber during crises and has become a core load-bearing element of the new economic ecosystem. Systemic contradictions are identified: an anomalous relationship between key rate increases and nominal wage growth, rising structural unemployment due to a mismatch between worker qualifications and employer demands, an acute shortage of engineers, and job creation predominantly in traditional heavy industry, which runs counter to environmental objectives. Principal component analysis reveals that 70% of the system's variability is captured by a single latent factor (employment, wages, and the key rate); a pro-cyclical pattern of monetary policy is identified. A significant negative correlation is found between environmental pressure and unemployment. An autoregressive model incorporating the macroeconomic overheating index, environmental factors, and innovation is identified as optimal. The key driver of qualitative growth is the rate of human capital renewal rather than its absolute volume. Institutional conditions for the transition to intensive labor resource management are formulated.

Principles of building a new ecosystem: social, economic and legal aspects- Author:

- Abstract:
- The chapter examines the systemic imbalances of Russia's national innovation system (NIS) in the context of ensuring technological sovereignty. Based on an analysis of time series data for 2000–2024 using cointegration analysis and vector autoregressions, it is established that the NIS operates asymmetrically: there is no statistically significant impact of the created infrastructure on the generation of intellectual property, nor is there feedback – patents do not stimulate the immediate creation of new institutions. The only sustainable driver of inventive activity is high-level human capital – researchers with advanced degrees. Expanding staff numbers is the main trigger for the bureaucratic growth in the number of legal entities in the R&D sector. The scientific novelty lies in the econometric substantiation of the concept of “institutional lag,” demonstrating the absence of cointegration between scientific outputs and infrastructure; quantitatively differentiating the determinant factors of the two NIS circuits (elite quality vs. physical labor volume); and showing the ineffectiveness of relative budget indicators for forecasting micro-shocks in the innovation process. The conclusion is drawn that a paradigm shift in governance is necessary: a transition from directive construction of research institutes to targeted support for degree-holding research teams and the creation of flexible legal mechanisms.

Phraseological Representation of the Category of Time in Russian, Chuvash and English: A Semantic and Linguocultural Perspective
Research Article
Ethnic Culture Volume 8 No 3- Author:
- Natalia R. Skvortsova
- Work direction:
- World languages and literature
- Abstract:
- The paper examines the semantic and linguocultural model of phraseological representation of the category of time in Russian, Chuvash, and English. The research material comprises lexicographic sources and fixed expressions with temporal semantics denoting duration, cyclicality, timeliness, expectation, temporal limit, and the impossibility of an event. The study employs the continuous sampling method, descriptive method, lexical-semantic, contextual, and comparative-contrastive analysis; a linguocultural approach is applied to interpret nationally-specific cultural meanings. The research was conducted in several stages, including the selection of units, their distribution into semantic groups, and comparison according to uniform parameters: time model, typical means of expression, cultural dominant, and nationally-specific zone of representation. The scientific novelty of the study lies in refining the comparative typology of temporal phraseology with the inclusion of Chuvash material, which has previously been underrepresented in research. Special attention is paid to Chuvash temporal-modal constructions with the meaning “will never happen.” The results obtained show that, within the scope of the material examined, the universal models are time as movement, as a resource, and as a cyclical process. At the same time, Russian material predominantly activates an evaluative-philosophical conceptualization of time, Chuvash — natural-ritual cyclicality, and English — punctuality, planning, and the pragmatic value of time.

- Abstract:
- The chapter presents an innovative experience of modeling the process of professional training of students through the introduction of reflexive pictographic pedagogical tasks. The key element of the model is reflexive pictographic pedagogical tasks, where the visual clarity of pictographs helps the student not to keep a difficult situation in mind, but to constantly perceive it figuratively. The potential of this approach for enhancing reflection, visual representation of pedagogical situations and integration of theoretical knowledge into professional skills is substantiated. The chapter analyzes the features of the development and application of visual task models, their role in the transformation of educational and professional activities into quasi-professional ones.

- Kseniia A. Elistratova
- Work direction:
- Глава 15
- Abstract:
- The chapter substantiates the need for a transition from linear didactic models to multidimensional modeling of the educational process that accounts for the integration of multiple spaces and environments in learning activities. Based on a cross-multidimensional approach (systemic, environmental, ecosystemic, and synergetic levels), the authors have developed an original pedagogical model comprising five blocks: conceptual-target, organizational-managerial, functional, resource-infrastructural, and evaluative-diagnostic. The model is operationalized through mechanisms of space interaction (interpenetration, hybridization, and shifting dominants) and conditions for implementation (teachers' professional readiness, an innovative climate, and the quality of strategic goal-setting). The practical embodiment of the model takes the form of a technological flowchart for a multi-environment lesson.

- Abstract:
- The chapter presents a theoretically grounded and experimentally verified pedagogical model for developing foreign language lexical competence in 7th grade learners based on a multisensory approach. The methodological foundations of the model (communicative, cognitive, competence-based approaches), the system of principles (multisensory, visual, activity-based, game-based learning, etc.), methods and techniques for vocabulary instruction, as well as organizational forms of learning are revealed. Specific exercises developed for each stage of vocabulary work (presentation, practice, activation) are described in detail. The results of experimental work conducted at MBEI «Gymnasium No. 179 – Education Center» in Kazan are presented, which demonstrate a statistically significant superiority of the experimental group, where the model was applied, over the control group taught through traditional methods. The obtained data confirm the effectiveness of the multisensory approach in improving the quality of lexical skills and can serve as a basis for implementation into the practice of teaching English in secondary school.

- Abstract:
- The chapter presents a pedagogical model for implementing didactic support of the multisensory approach in teaching English to primary school children (Grade 2), aimed at developing their motivational competence. The relevance of the study is determined by the contradiction between the recognized effectiveness of the multisensory approach and the insufficient development of its didactic support with regard to the initial stage of education. The paper describes the structural components of the model (target, theoretical and methodological, content, procedural, methodological, and result-oriented), presents a developed set of ten multisensory exercises, and provides a detailed description of two of them («Rough Letters: Trace and Remember» and «Umbrella: Name and Hide»). Experimental verification confirmed the effectiveness of the developed model: a significant increase in the high level of intrinsic motivation (from 9.5% to 47.6%) and a decrease in the low level (from 61.9% to 14.3%) were recorded in the experimental group. The model can be used by English language teachers and methodologists in the practice of primary language education.

- Abstract:
- The chapter presents a comprehensive econometric analysis of the factors determining the dynamics of export revenues of Russia's key energy commodities – oil, gas, and coal – amid global volatility and geopolitical transformation. Based on Rosstat data over the past 25 years, regression models are constructed to quantify the contribution of macroeconomic factors (GDP, production, energy prices, exchange rate) and geopolitical risks. Comparative analysis using standardized coefficients and delta coefficients revealed fundamental differences in the revenue structure and vulnerability of the sectors: oil and gas exports are characterized by extreme dependence on global price conditions, while the coal sector demonstrates a more complex structure where the exchange rate and sanctions pressure play a dominant role. Key adaptation mechanisms of Russian foreign trade are identified: price adaptation, geographical reorientation of exports, and the use of the national currency devaluation effect.

- Abstract:
- The chapter addresses the problem of creating a modern integrative model for teaching foreign language professional communication, taking into account the requirements of professionalization and specialization. Teaching professional communication is considered as an independent area in the methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The article presents a theoretical justification of the proposed model, characterized by phasing and staging of instruction (in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard) and level-based content (bachelor's degree, language proficiency levels B1-C1). Modern approaches to modeling the process of teaching professional communication are considered as a synthesis of conceptual provisions of pedagogical and linguodidactic paradigms. The results of linguistic research on metalanguages of various types of professional discourse for educational purposes are clarified. The basic components of the didactic support of the model are identified, and the pedagogical tools for its implementation are characterized. The content of the diagnostic system for assessing the level of communicative competence formation is defined. A system for diagnosing the effectiveness of professional communication language proficiency is proposed, specifying invariant tasks for levels B1-C1. Theoretical methods, content analysis, continuous sampling method, and statistical methods were applied.
