  • Ideological Origins of the Unified Labor School

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is based on the analysis of materials published in the pre-October period and in the first post-revolutionary years to identify theoretical ideas and practical developments in the field of pedagogy, which formed the basis for the design of the Soviet labor school. Research material. The main sources of the research are scientific and pedagogical publications of representatives of Western pedagogical thought and Russian pedagogy, published in the first decades of the XX century. Research results and conclusions. The analysis of the research source base allowed us to identify the ideological foundations formed in the late XIX – early XX centuries, on which the theory and practice of the labor school were built.     В статье раскрываются методы формирования научного мировоззрения обучающихся на занятиях по физике. С целью выработки правильного миропонимания рассматриваются разные аспекты соотношения между двумя основными видами материи: веществом и полем. Предлагаются методы более основательного и последовательного изучения физических полей. Показывается поэтапное формирование понятия поля, последним этапом которого является изучение электромагнитных волн. Рассматриваемые методы формирования научного мировоззрения вооружают обучающихся глубокими знаниями. В результате, они легко отвечают на вопрос: как меняется соотношение между полем и веществом на разных уровнях структурной организации материи.

    Abstract:
    Проведенный в данной работе анализ показал, что сложились объективные предпосылки для рассмотрения вопроса формирования цифровых межкультурных компетенций педагогов и обучающихся. Современный российский педагог работает не только в среде цифровой, но и поликультурной. Это обусловливает требование одновременного владения им как цифровыми, так и межкультурными компетенциями, т.е., по мнению авторов, речь должна идти о цифровых межкультурных компетенциях и цифровой межкультурной компетентности педагога. В статье рассмотрены цифровые компетенции российских учителей, составляющие, структура ИКТ-компетентности учителя, предложенные ЮНЕСКО, европейская модель цифровых компетенций педагога. Сделан вывод о формировании цифровых межкультурных компетенций и цифровой межкультурной компетентности педагогов и обучающихся как необходимого условия современного этапа развития системы образования в нашей стране.

  • Pedagogical Conditions Aimed to Involve the Blind and Visually Impaired Students into School Extracurricular Activities

    Abstract:
    The basic problem of the visually impaired students’ integration into different spheres of public life through educational practices is considered in this scientific article. The purpose of the work is designing of specially organized pedagogical conditions for disabled students’ involvement into extracurricular activities. Key issues of the maintain of the school extracurricular activities are identified, basic examples of school activities in the frame of Federal State Educational Standards are presented. Special pedagogical conditions are usually identified after having studied the students’ readiness for creative activity, their participation in the school events, after having penetrated into the students’ problems and preferences. The article involves results of the research held on a bias of Grot boarding school. 215 students of the 5th–12th grades participated. These special conditions should help to the involvement of the disabled students into educational process, the main goal of which is upbringing of a harmoniously developed and socially responsible person. A set of the best pedagogical conditions is proposed in the article. The development of mixed aged communities at school and providing pedagogical assistance in their productive work is analyzed. The content of the school community activities is often connected with the solution of the participants’ personally important problems. There’s sense in the students’ being involved into working out and discussing a plan of extracurricular activities, it’s vitally important to support and initiate their ideas. It’s necessary to make a spectrum of different methods of education work wider and to involve students to design them. Development of the teachers’ professional competence and building relationships with the students on a bias of human values are urgent for the successful solution of educators’ tasks. The article concludes that the proposed set of pedagogical conditions will contribute to the successful socialization of schoolchildren and the development of their life competencies.

    Статья посвящена проблемам геометрической подготовки обучающихся старших классов г. Дудинка Красноярского края. В исследовании представлен анализ результатов тестирования уровня планиметрических представлений старшеклассников, осуществляемого на основе специально разработанных тестов-мониторов по основным базовым теоретическим блокам курса планиметрии. Данные тестирования сопоставлены с результатами ЕГЭ за 2020–2021 гг. На основе полученных данных определены имеющиеся дефициты в предметной подготовке обучающихся и составлены рекомендации по их устранению.

    Представленная автором программа направлена на повышение психологической компетентности педагогических работников в коммуникативной сфере и, как следствие, повышение уровня безопасности психического развития обучающихся. Ожидаемый результат достигается через повышение уровня психологической культуры педагогов, развитие навыков эффективного общения и сотрудничества со всеми участниками образовательного процесса, овладение способами разрешения конфликтов и навыков эмоциональной саморегуляции. Основными используемыми в рамках освоения программы формами работы с учителями являются психопросвещение, психопрофилактика, тренинги и психологические практикумы релаксации, групповая и индивидуальная работа, психоконсультирование. Успешное освоение программы педагогами определяется результатами психодиагностических проб основных психологических профессионально значимых показателей психологической компетентности, а также посредством мониторинга психологической безопасности образовательной среды.

На основе анализа нормативно-правовой базы, современных представлений о воспитании автор раскрывает различные аспекты создания образовательной организацией программы духовно-нравственного развития, воспитания обучающихся, делая акцент на ее содержательные моменты. Делается вывод о том, что эта программа является обязательной частью адаптированной основной общеобразовательной программы и задает вектор организации воспитания в неразрывном единстве урочной, внеурочной и внешкольной деятельности.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the specifics of the educational institutions' activities on establishing language rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students on the example of the National presidential boarding school for gifted children. Active debates of the issue of learning native languages, reducing the hours for teaching national languages in the curriculum of secondary schools, downplaying spiritual and moral education and “giving up positions” to the process of digitalization, the search for solutions and new models of “national schools” determines the relevance of issue studied. It is noted that due to the fact that Russia is a multi-ethnic state and almost all schools are multilingual and multicultural as a result of the dynamic process of migration of parents, schools have to solve the problems of implementing educational programs independently. Also, it is emphasized that since the process of establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students of different nationalities, their relationship with each other entails conflicts and withdrawal to the world of social networks and adolescent groups, educational activities require a careful study. Therefore, the attention of researchers to the problem of establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students causes interest in the problem of managing this activity. The ai, of the article is to develop and justify organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective management of educational institutions’ activity on establishing linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students. Research methods: study of the literature on the issue studied, the pedagogical experience of the author and teaching staff of schools, analysis of educational programs and curricula. Results. As a result of the research, we identified the main gaps in the existing system of management of educational activities on establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students, the lack of a flexible management model with an adaptive organizational structure of management and appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions. An effective model for managing the school's activities on establishing the linguistic rights and filling ethno-cultural needs of students is proposed in the article.
